Curriculum quality is the foundation of education development and the core element of primary education and teaching.It is a key indicator to measure and evaluate the level of educational development in a country and ...Curriculum quality is the foundation of education development and the core element of primary education and teaching.It is a key indicator to measure and evaluate the level of educational development in a country and region.Curriculum quality needs to be examined not only from the perspective of the degree of achievement of the preset curriculum goals,but also from the perspective of students’subjective feelings and experiences.Art course is the core service provided by the school for students,and the quality of the course is judged by the acquisition and development of students.At the same time,the value of aesthetic education also calls for the reform and improvement of the fine arts curriculum,which requires the fine arts curriculum in all stages in rural areas to get closer and change in this direction.After the promulgation of art curriculum standards,the fine arts curriculum of rural primary schools should follow high quality standards,which is a process of optimization and iteration of various elements of primary art curriculum.The fine arts curriculum of rural primary schools needs to meet the exploration needs of current students,effectively and appropriately develop excellent local resources while enriching the curriculum content,introduce the essence of regional culture and art,improve the evaluation of curriculum quality,and form a scientific curriculum management system,so as to promote the sustainable development of students.According to this understanding,we can improve the quality of art curriculum in rural primary schools from four dimensions:curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation.展开更多

Though started late, with the rapid development of the national economy, it has been developing at a...Tourism is an emerging industry in China, known as the "sunrise industry" and "invisible trade". Though started late, with the rapid development of the national economy, it has been developing at an amazing speed. According to statistics, by the end of 2011, there were 23,690 travel agencies; the number of domestic and foreign tourists has grown exponentially every year. Particularly, inbound and outbound tourism market is booming. Europe, the United States and other English-speaking countries have become major tourist source markets of China; a large number of high-quality foreign tourism practitioners are urgently needed. Thus, tourism English teaching has played a very important role in the training of practitioners who are proficient in English, but also have high level tourism skills. Although at present, the education has accumulated a wealth of experience, has made significant progress, in the actual teaching, there are many problems existing. This article puts forward some constructive suggestions for improvement, combining with the local tourism resources.展开更多
The region coverage control problem of multiple stratospheric airships system is firstly addressed in this paper.Towards it,we propose a two-layer control framework with the artificial potential field(APF)-based regio...The region coverage control problem of multiple stratospheric airships system is firstly addressed in this paper.Towards it,we propose a two-layer control framework with the artificial potential field(APF)-based region coverage control law and the adaptive tracking control law.The APF-based region coverage control law ensures the coverage task is achieved until every single stratospheric airship ends up performing station keeping where near the respective global minimum point,in which an innovative solution to the local minimum problem is put forward.The adaptive tracking control law is designed to realize motion control using tracking the desired velocity and angular velocity given by coverage control law,with the consideration of several practical control problems as unknown individual differences and external disturbances.To save resources,the combined self-/event-triggered mechanism designed therein significantly reduces the times of state information transmission and control law calculation.The effectiveness of the proposed control framework is verified through simulations.展开更多
Tornadoes can destroy or severely damage physical infrastructure including buildings in a community.This can result in direct losses but also indirect losses such as the closure of key social institutions reverberatin...Tornadoes can destroy or severely damage physical infrastructure including buildings in a community.This can result in direct losses but also indirect losses such as the closure of key social institutions reverberating further through the community(e.g.,schools).Despite significant losses in past events,building codes and standards have not previously included tornado hazards because of the relatively low probability of a direct strike.The recent release of the ASCE 7-22 standard considers tornadoes for Risk Category 3 and 4 buildings,i.e.ranging from schools to critical facilities.This study proposes a series of design combinations of a reinforced masonry school building with different performance targets intended to enable schools to reopen sooner.Tornado fragilities were developed for a school building having improved designs using tornado loads determined based on the new tornado chapter in ASCE 7-22,and then integrated into a community level model with school attendance zones to examine the effect.The ultimate goal in this study is to investigate the effect of improving school building designs would have on maintaining school continuity(and more rapid return)for school children.展开更多
