Feature points are firstly extracted by the improved minimum intensity change (MIC) algorithm. The matching points of these feature points are then determined by adaptive rood pattern searching. This paper has proposed a data-based design approach for the networked tracking control system(NTCS). The method utilizes the input-output data of the controlled process to establish a predictive model with the help of fuzzy cluster modelling(FCM)technology. The pilot channel of CDMA technology is very important for earth mobile station(EMS) in LEO system to recover carrier and code, but the power requirement of pilot channel is very higher than that of other channels. In this paper, a power reduction method for pilot channel is proposed. By the new method, the power of pilot channel transmitted from LEO satellite is reduced to a lower level. For improving the signal to noise ratio(SNR) of pilot channel with lower power, coherent integration is employed in EMS at the pre-processing stage. Considering the high dynamic situation of LEO satellite, the long period of time for integration will deteriorate the receiving performance of EMS, therefore, a dynamic compensation module is added to carrier tracking loop against the high dynamic. Meanwhile, the transfer function of the new tracking loop and the condition for steadystate zero error are deduced. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多

Since the multi-axis machine tools have nonlinear and time-varying behaviors, it is difficult to establish an accurate dynamic model for multi-axis control system design. In this paper, a novel adaptive fuzzy sliding model controller with dynamic compensation is proposed to reduce tracking error and to improve precision of multi-axis machining. The major ad-vantage of this approach is to achieve a high following speed without overshooting while maintaining a continuous CNC machine tool process. The adaptive fuzzy tuning rules are derived from a Lyapunov function to guarantee stability of the control system. The experimental results on GJ-110 show that the proposed control scheme effectively minimizes tracking errors of the CNC system with control performance surpassing that of a traditional PID controller.展开更多

However, available uniform 2-D mesh model enforces connec-tivity everywhere within a frame, which is clearly not suitable across occlusion boundaries. To overcome this limitation, BTBC (background to be covered) detection and MF (model failure) detection algorithms are being used. In this algorithm, connectivity of the mesh elements (patches) across covered and uncovered region boundaries are broken. This is achieved by allowing no node points within the background to be covered and refining the mesh structure within the model failure region at each frame. We modify the occlusion-adaptive, content-based mesh design and forward tracking algorithm used by Yucel Altunbasak for selection of points for triangular 2-D mesh design.
