Effect of emotion management and nursing on patients with painless induced abortion after operation

BACKGROUND With an estimated 121 million abortions following unwanted pregnancies occurring worldwide each year,many countries are now committed to protecting women’s reproductive rights.AIM To analyze the impact of emotional management and care on anxiety and contraceptive knowledge mastery in painless induced abortion(IA)patients.METHODS This study was retrospective analysis of 84 patients with IA at our hospital.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Degree of pain,rate of postoperative uterine relaxation,surgical bleeding volume,and postoperative bleeding volume at 1 h between the two groups of patients;nursing satisfaction;and mastery of contraceptive knowledge were analyzed.RESULTS After nursing,Self-Assessment Scale,Depression Self-Assessment Scale,and Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores were 39.18±2.18,30.27±2.64,6.69±2.15,respectively,vs 45.63±2.66,38.61±2.17,13.45±2.12,respectively,with the observation group being lower than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing visual analog scales,the observation group was lower than the control group(4.55±0.22 vs 3.23±0.41;P<0.05).The relaxation rate of the cervix after nursing,surgical bleeding volume,and 1-h postoperative bleeding volumes were 25(59.5),31.72±2.23,and 22.41±1.23,respectively,vs 36(85.7),42.39±3.53,28.51±3.34,respec tively,for the observation group compared to the control group.The observation group had a better nursing situation(P<0.05),and higher nursing satisfaction and contraceptive knowledge mastery scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of emotional management in postoperative care of IA has an ideal effect.

Sepsis one-hour bundle management combined with psychological intervention on negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with sepsis

BACKGROUND Sepsis is a serious infectious disease caused by various systemic inflammatory responses and is ultimately life-threatening.Patients usually experience depression and anxiety,which affect their sleep quality and post-traumatic growth levels.AIM To investigate the effects of sepsis,a one-hour bundle(H1B)management was combined with psychological intervention in patients with sepsis.METHODS This retrospective analysis included 300 patients with sepsis who were admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital between June 2022 and June 2023.According to different intervention methods,the participants were divided into a simple group(SG,n=150)and combined group(CG,n=150).H1B management was used in the SG and H1B management combined with psychological intervention was used in the CG.The changes of negative emotion,sleep quality and post-traumatic growth and prognosis were compared between the two groups before(T0)and after(T1)intervention.RESULTS After intervention(T1),the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety scale and Hamilton Depression scale in the CG were significantly lower than those in the SG(P<0.001).Sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction,sleep disturbance dimension score,and the total score in the CG were significantly lower than those in the SG(P<0.001).The appreciation of life,mental changes,relationship with others,personal strength dimension score,and total score of the CG were significantly higher than those of the SG(P<0.001).The scores for mental health,general health status,physiological function,emotional function,physical pain,social function,energy,and physiological function in the CG were significantly higher than those in the SG(P<0.001).The mechanical ventilation time,intensive care unit stay time,and 28-d mortality of the CG were significantly lower than those of the SG(P<0.05).CONCLUSION H1B management combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with sepsis and increase their quality of sleep and life.

Secondary school students in their adolescence are facing great physiological,cognitive and social changes,and thus are troubled by many negative emotions.Starting from the emotional characteristics of adolescent students,the study explores the importance and necessity of providing emotional management support to students at this stage and proposes corresponding implementation strategies.Research shows that,on the one hand,adolescents have stronger emotional sensitivity,and negative emotions can hinder students‘learning and cognitive development;on the other hand,adolescents have better physiological mechanisms for emotional management,schools should pay attention to the mental health education of students at this stage,scientifically guide students to manage their emotions,create a more favourable environment for the sustainable and healthy development of students,cultivate more interests,form an atmosphere of solidarity and mutual help,and thus create a more favourable environment for students’sustainable and healthy development.,forming an atmosphere of solidarity and mutual help,so as to promote interpersonal relationships and interactions.

Survey on the General Academic Emotions of Educational Management Postgraduates——Taking Guangxi Minzu University as an Example

The enrollment of education management majors has the characteristics of work experience requirements,limited employment directions,and a high proportion of adjustment students.A large number of educational management postgraduates who are in the reality of adjustment enrollment,pursuing postgraduate studies at an older age,and employment confusion have low levels of positive academic emotions and complex academic emotional problems.This study takes the educational management postgraduates at Guangxi Minzu University as an example to investigate their general academic emotions.The conclusion is that educational management postgraduates have lower positive and negative academic emotions than the general college student population;The first year of graduate school has a higher level of positive emotions and a lower level of negative emotions compared to the second year;Married students have higher levels of positive academic emotions and lower levels of negative academic emotions compared to unmarried students;There is no gender difference in academic emotions,but girls who are eager to enter marriage and have high levels of marriage and childbirth anxiety may have higher levels of negative academic emotions than boys and other girls;It is more practical to pay attention to students’positive academic emotions.Based on this,suggestions are made for the management of this major in the school.

Tourism Service Management for Nanchuan Shenlong Gorge Scenic Area: Insights from Web Text Analysis

Using the Shenlong Gorge Scenic Area in Nanchuan as a case study,this research adopts a network text analysis approach to examine the current state of tourism service management within the scenic area.Through Python software,online review data from tourists on the Dianping platform was collected and analyzed using ROST CM 6 software,focusing on dimensions such as high-frequency words,social semantic networks,and tourist sentiments.The findings illuminate the present state of tourism service management in the Shenlong Gorge Scenic Area,providing critical theoretical support and practical guidance for the scenic area’s management authorities.Based on the analysis,an optimized pathway for tourism service management is proposed to facilitate the sustainable development of the Shenlong Gorge Scenic Area in Nanchuan,improve tourism service management,and enhance the quality of tourists’service experiences.

Managing Conflict in a Time Critical Environment—A Neglected Non-Technical Skill Submission for Special Edition—Team Management

The aim of this study was to the explore the nature of conflict and increase the understanding of the role of conflict as a non-technical skill, drawing on literature from organizational behaviour, leadership, patient safety and medical simulation. The review highlights the different conflict types in time critical settings, both emotional and constructive. It proposes that it may be possible to use this knowledge to enable team leaders and team members to be aware of “emotional” or “dysfunctional” conflict, and appreciate when it is about to escalate and consider strategies that could be useful in such a setting to defuse it. “Emotional conflict” is often exacerbated by stress and/or previous learned feelings of failure or helplessness. If individuals learn to recognise conflict does not have to be destructive and learn techniques such as reappraising a situation, active listening and good respectful communication with team members, the emotional climate in teams could be improved and useful discussion regarding patient care would ensue. Finally the study hopes to show how teams could make use of “constructive” conflict to improve team function, team member confidence and a flattening of hierarchies within the team.

Relaxation technique training to alleviate emotional stress in patients with chronic pain: A report of two cases

Aim: Chronic pain can leads to uncomfortable sensory and emotional experiences and remarkably decrease one’s quality of life. The purpose of this report is to describe our experience of treatment with relaxation techniques for two outpatients with chronic pain-related emotional stress. Methods: We offer outpatient relaxation treatment as a specialized out-patient nursing service. Two patients were motivated to self-manage their pain, and thus sought outpatient instruction in relaxation techniques to provide methods of pain self-management. We examined the usefulness of relaxation techniques as pain self-management methods based on subjective information and the Mental Health Pattern questionnaire. Results: Two patients were able to incorporate the relaxation techniques into their daily schedules and control their symptoms. Ultimately, their attitudes toward their pain changed, which lessened their stress levels and improved their quality of life. Conclusions: Our results suggest that nursing care using continuous relaxation techniques improves pain self-management in patients with chronic pain.

护患合作模式下精细化干预在食道癌化疗患者中应用

目的:探讨护患合作模式下的精细化干预在食道癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年12月在某院收治的80例食道癌化疗患者,采用随机数表法将患者分为精细化干预组(n=40)和常规组(n=40),常规组患者采用常规护理干预,精细化干预组患者采用护患合作模式下的精细化干预,两组患者均持续干预3个月。比较两组患者干预前后自我管理水平、负性情绪、希望水平、生活质量和化疗不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,精细化干预组一般自我效能量表(GSES)评分和自我管理能力量表评分较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.254,8.394,5.636,7.325,10.791;P<0.05);精细化干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁(HADS-A、HAMS-D)量表评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.673,8.601;P<0.05);精细化干预组患者的Herth希望水平量表(HHI)评分高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=11.666,P<0.05);精细化干预组患者的癌症益处评分较常规组高,经济问题、复发担忧、形象问题和家庭压力维度分数较常规组低,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.494,12.136,11.344,6.687,9.555;P<0.05)。精细化干预组患者化疗不良反应发生率为15.00%,常规组为35.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05)。结论:护患合作模式下的精细化干预可以提升食道癌化疗患者的自我管理能力,减轻其负性情绪,并提高患者生活质量和护理满意度,降低化疗不良反应发生率。

重症监护室护士共情疲劳与情绪管理现状及相关性分析

目的:调查重症监护室(ICU)护士共情疲劳和情绪管理现状,并分析两者之间关系。方法:采用方便取样法,选取北京市7所三级甲等医院的238名ICU护士为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、中文版护士专业生活品质量表和护士情绪管理量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:ICU护士的共情疲劳总分为(52.04±10.15)分,其中189名(79.4%)ICU护士处于中重度共情疲劳,ICU护士的情绪管理总分为(52.02±6.63)分,情绪管理能力处于中等水平。相关分析显示,ICU护士共情疲劳总分与情绪表达、情绪调整、情绪运用维度得分及情绪管理总分呈负相关(r值分别为-0.175,-0.129,-0.184,-0.142,均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,情绪运用为共情疲劳的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:多数ICU护士处于中重度共情疲劳,ICU护士情绪管理能力处于中等水平,ICU护士情绪管理能力越强,特别是情绪运用能力越强,共情疲劳水平越低。临床护理管理者应关注ICU护士的共情疲劳状况,可通过提升ICU护士的情绪管理能力来改善其共情疲劳。

手术室护士心理灵活性现状及影响因素分析

目的探究手术室护士心理灵活性现状并分析其影响因素,为护理管理者制订针对性干预措施提供借鉴。方法采用便利抽样法,2023年11月至2024年4月选取贵州省13所三级公立医院的403名手术室护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、多维心理灵活性量表简版、社会支持评定量表、情绪调节问卷进行调查。结果手术室护士心理灵活性得分为(49.67±9.96)分。心理灵活性与社会支持(r=0.392,P<0.05)、认知重评呈正相关(r=0.594,P<0.05),与表达抑制呈负相关(r=-0.206,P<0.05)。性别、文化程度、是否喜欢手术室护理工作在分层回归分析的3个模型中存在统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在控制一般资料变量后,路径分析结果显示社会支持不仅对心理灵活性产生直接影响,还能通过认知重评对心理灵活性产生间接影响(均P<0.05)。结论手术室护士心理灵活性处于中等水平,有待进一步提高。护理管理者应特别关注社会支持、情绪调节对护士心理灵活性的重要影响,采取针对性干预措施提高护士的心理灵活性。

基于循证医学模式的预见性护理在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者中的应用效果

目的:观察基于循证医学模式的预见性护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年8月该院收治的106例行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者的临床资料,按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组与观察组各53例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于循证医学模式的预见性护理,比较两组围术期指标(胃肠功能恢复、首次下床活动时间、住院时间)水平、并发症发生率,护理前后负性情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、自我管理能力[成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)]、生命质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]评分。结果:观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.89%(1/53),低于对照组的15.09%(8/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组AHSMSRS、WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用基于循证医学模式的预见性护理可提高腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者自我管理能力和生命质量评分,改善围术期指标水平,降低并发症发生率和负性情绪评分,效果优于单纯常规护理效果。

多元化团体互动健康教育对糖尿病患者血糖达标率和自我管理能力的影响

目的探讨给予糖尿病患者多元化团体互动健康教育对其血糖达标率和自我管理能力的影响。方法研究样本均来自我院收治的糖尿病患者,共80例,按随机数表法分组,给予对照组(40例)常规护理+常规健康宣教,给予观察组(40例)常规护理+多元化团体互动健康教育,观察两组对疾病知识的知晓率、负性情绪、自我管理能力、血糖及血糖达标率等指标水平变化情况。结果护理后,与对照组比较,观察组对疾病知识的知晓率显著更高(P<0.05);观察组SDS与SAS水平均显著更低(P<0.05);观察组SDSCA量表各项评分均显著更大(P<0.05);观察组FPG、2h PG及HbA1C等水平均显著更低,血糖达标率显著更高(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗中选用多元化团体互动健康教育,可提升糖尿病患者对疾病知识的知晓度,有效缓解患者负性情绪,促使其积极主动配合治疗与护理,从而提高其自我管理能力,控制血糖水平,获得显著的护理有效性。

沙盘游戏联合药物干预对学龄期ADHD患儿负性情绪及行为管理能力的影响

目的研究沙盘游戏疗法联合药物干预对学龄期注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿负性情绪及行为管理能力的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2022年1月于本院治疗的120例ADHD患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行沙盘游戏干预。分别于干预前后比较2组患儿症状积分[中文版注意缺陷多动障碍筛查量表(SNAP-IV)父母版]、情绪状态[儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)]和行为管理能力。结果干预后,观察组对抗性行为、多动-冲动、注意力不集中症状积分和SCARED得分、DSRSC得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),注意力商数、控制力商数、综合控制力商数和综合注意力商数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙盘游戏疗法联合药物干预可有效改善学龄期ADHD患儿各项临床症状,缓解患儿焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高患儿行为管理能力。

情绪因素影响下的煤矿企业冲突管理演化博弈分析

为了系统地研究非理性情绪对于煤矿企业中矿工和管理者冲突的影响,构建了基于RDEU理论的矿工与管理者冲突博弈演化模型,并对收益赋值,进行模拟仿真分析,得到了情绪对于博弈主体行为策略的影响。研究结果表明,当博弈主体带有悲观情绪时易于采取对抗性的强硬策略,反之当其带有乐观情绪时,倾向于采取让步性的缓和策略。且矿工和管理者的情绪以及对另一方选择策略的概率判断对其自身的行为决策具有显著影响。为煤矿企业有关部门实现冲突的有效管控提出了合理建议。

情志疗法联合同伴支持对老年高血压患者依从性、心理状态的影响初探

目的分析情志疗法联合同伴支持治疗对老年高血压患者自我管理及生活质量的价值。方法选择2020年10月—2021年10月在杭州市红十字会医院老年病科进行治疗的117例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,依据计算机随机编码法将患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=58)、观察组(n=59)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施同伴支持联合情志疗法干预。观察并比较两组患者自我管理、血压情况。结果比较干预前,两组患者干预后饮食、服药、工作与休息管理、情绪管理、病情监测、活动管理,得分均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后观察组患者血压明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者进行同伴支持联合情志疗法,可改善其血压,提高其自我管理的能力,有利于其生活质量的提高,值得临床应用。
