By X-ray diffraction, SEM and EDX, the microstructure and phase stru...The Ni-based self-fluxing alloy coating containing RE was acquired by the technique of vacuum melting on the hypoeutectoid steel (Fe-0.45%C) matrix. By X-ray diffraction, SEM and EDX, the microstructure and phase structure of section of coating and the microstructure near the interface between coating and matrix were investigated, and the effect of RE on microstructure of coating was also discussed. The results show that the microstructure of the NiCrBSi alloy coating is composed of Ni-based solid solution and a lot of massive, globular and needle secondary phases CrB, Ni_3B, Cr_7C_3, Cr_(23)C_6 among the solid solution. The metallurgical binding between steel matrix and coating is realized. RE makes needle phase of alloy coating vanish. New phases of NiB and Cr_(6.5)Ni_(2.5)Si are precipitated from alloy coating, and secondary phases of alloy coating are sphericized. Consequently, RE also hinders the diffusion of Ni, Cr and Si atoms from coating to matrix and Fe atoms from matrix to coating, holds back the dilution of Fe for NiCrBSi alloy coating, and assures the chemical composition of the alloy coating.展开更多

In this paper, the recent development of Ni-based and Co-based self-fluxing alloy coatings which includes the influenee of rare earth and ceramic particles in coatings are summarized. The microstructure properties of welded joint were analyzed by SEM, EDS and...The experiment of Nd: YAG pulsed laser self-fluxing welding for 304 stainless steel/Ti6Al4V titanium alloy dissimilar metal was carried out. The microstructure properties of welded joint were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The equilibrium lattice constants, enthalpies of formation, cohesive energies, mechanical properties, Debye temperatures and valence electron structures of Ti-Fe intermetallic compounds (IMCs) were calculated by the first principle pseudopotential plane wave method based on density functional theory (DFT). According to the thermodynamic data of Ti-Fe-Cr compounds, the Gibbs free energy per mole of compound at different temperatures was calculated and their thermal stability was compared. The results show that there are no macroscopic cracks in the welded joints, and the IMCs distributed evenly along the welding interface exhibits 3 distinct layers of microstructure with different colors. The welds interface generates IMCs of TiFe, TiFe 2 and a small amount of Ti 5Cr 7Fe 17 IMCs. Ti-Fe IMCs with high thermodynamic stability and easy alloying formation. The results of Gibbs free energies show that the sequence of precipitates in the interface is Ti 5Cr 7Fe 17 , TiFe 2 and TiFe in high temperature during the metallurgical reaction. The G/B values of Ti-Fe IMCs are greater than the critical value of 0.5, indicating that it is an intrinsic brittleness.展开更多

The composition presents good hydrogen generation performance and an optimized Al-10% Li-10% Ni/NaBH4 mixture (mass ratio of 3:1) generates 1540 mL/g hydrogen with 96% efficiency at 333 K. Ni powder exhibits dual catalytic effects on the hydrolysis of AlLi/NaBH4 mixture due to the formation of Ni2B in the hydrolysis process. The Ni2B deposited on aluminum surface could act as a cathode of a micro galvanic couple. Ni2B/Al(OH)3 also has a synergistic effect on NaBH4 hydrolysis. Good hydrogen generation performance with stable pH value of hydrolysis byproduct Al(OH)3/NaBO2-2H2O was obtained with successive additions of Al-Li-Ni /NaBH4 mixture into fixed water.展开更多

The calculated adiabatic ionization potential is 8.18 eV, which is in excellent agreement with the experimental value. Analyses of the patient referrals suggest that a large proportion of children may benefit from allied health input, in addition to being seen by the paediatrician. This paper provides an organisational strategy that involves streamlining Allied Health clinical services in an effort to assist with bringing down a Paediatric Out-patient waitlist. The paper describes principles to guide the formation of a Paediatric Allied Health Multi-Disciplinary team that proposes assessment and brief interventions. The service would focus on supporting the paediatricians through the use of structured procedures, telephone intakes, multidisciplinary triage, shared and standardised assessments, collaborative formulations and reports, brief interventions, clinical-community linkages, and allied health student support. A variety of additional important organisational principles are proposed to facilitate patient flow from the perspective of streamlining administrative processes, having adequate administrative support, shared responsibilities, teamwork, flexibility, carrying out intake assessments, determining which referrals were appropriate for allied health, and working closely with medical staff.展开更多
BACKGROUND In the past years,only a few studies with a limited number of adult patients analyzed clinical features of allied disorders of Hirschsprung’s disease(ADHD),most of which were individual case reports or lac...BACKGROUND In the past years,only a few studies with a limited number of adult patients analyzed clinical features of allied disorders of Hirschsprung’s disease(ADHD),most of which were individual case reports or lacked detailed clinical information.Although many studies have reported patients presenting to the emergency department(ED)with recurrent abdominal symptoms for a number of disorders,there are few data involving ADHD.However,owing to a lack of awareness of the disease,misdiagnoses and mistreatments are common.Severe complications such as perforation,bleeding,malabsorption,and even death in ADHD had been reported by many studies.AIM To assist ED clinicians in having a more comprehensive understanding of this disease and making an early suspected diagnosis of ADHD more effectively.METHODS We enrolled 53 patients who visited the ED and were eventually diagnosed with ADHD over the past 11 years in our hospital.Their basic information,clinical manifestations,and imaging findings were analyzed.Blood indices were compared between the ADHD and irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)groups.RESULTS Adult patients with ADHD had a mean age of 48.8±14.3 years,and 77.4%had been treated before admission.The transverse colon was the most common dilated part(73.6%),and constipation(67.9%)was the most common symptom.ADHD patients can present with uncommon symptoms and false-negative imaging findings.Logistic regression analysis indicated that body mass index(BMI)[odds ratio(OR)=0.786,P=0.013],cholinesterase(per 1000 units;OR=0.693,P=0.008),and blood chlorine(OR=0.816,P=0.022)were determined to be independent related factors between the ADHD and IBS groups.The area under the receiver operating characteristics curve of these three indices combined was 0.812(P<0.001).CONCLUSION Emergency physicians should be vigilant regarding patients with chronic constipation,abdominal pain,or abdominal distension,and consider the possibility of ADHD despite its rarity.Abdominal computed tomography examination is recommended as a useful tool in the suspected diagnosis of ADHD.BMI,cholinesterase,and blood chlorine have good discriminative abilities between ADHD and IBS.The nutritional status of adult patients with ADHD is worthy of further attention.Surgical treatment for adult patients with ADHD is important and inevitable.展开更多

One is charac-terized by the Permo-Carboniferous ice-rafted marine gravel-bearing clastic formation and the cold-water faunaof the Gondwana facies, including the Gangmar Co, Lhasa, Sa' gya, Tengchong and Baoshan terranes and theother is marked by the Upper Palaeozoic of the Yangtze type with the Cathaysian flora and the Pacific-typefusulinids, comprising the Changning-Menglian, Shuangjiang-Lancang, Qamdo and Bayan Har terranes. TheLongmu Co-Shuanghu-Dengqen-North Lancang River-Kejie-Mengding suture zone between the two groups ofterranes is the boundary between Gondwana and Pacifica in southwestern China. On the grounds of thesedimentary formation and successive southwestward migration of the Asian nonmarine Jurassic-Cretaceousendemic bivalves, the ages of the suture and some terranes to the southwest of the suture zone are discussed.The Baoshan terrane and the Nyainrong-Sog terrane in the Lhasa composite terrane were firstly pieced togeth-er with the Asian continent in the early Early Jurassic. 文摘Two terranes formed since the Late Palaeozoic can be distinguished in southwestern China. One is charac-terized by the Permo-Carboniferous ice-rafted marine gravel-bearing clastic formation and the cold-water faunaof the Gondwana facies, including the Gangmar Co, Lhasa, Sa' gya, Tengchong and Baoshan terranes and theother is marked by the Upper Palaeozoic of the Yangtze type with the Cathaysian flora and the Pacific-typefusulinids, comprising the Changning-Menglian, Shuangjiang-Lancang, Qamdo and Bayan Har terranes. TheLongmu Co-Shuanghu-Dengqen-North Lancang River-Kejie-Mengding suture zone between the two groups ofterranes is the boundary between Gondwana and Pacifica in southwestern China. On the grounds of thesedimentary formation and successive southwestward migration of the Asian nonmarine Jurassic-Cretaceousendemic bivalves, the ages of the suture and some terranes to the southwest of the suture zone are discussed.The Baoshan terrane and the Nyainrong-Sog terrane in the Lhasa composite terrane were firstly pieced togeth-er with the Asian continent in the early Early Jurassic. The northern Tibet-western Yunnan microplate, in-cluding the Gangmar Co, Lhasa and Tengchong terranes, collided with the Asian continent at the end of theEarly Cretaceous Neocomian.
