The results showed that under the condition of single addition of Lactobacillus,nitrogen-free extract was degraded into lactic acid, leading to decreased pH value.On day 10, the fermentation effect reached the best with Lactobacillus abundance of 5.12×10~7/ml, lactic acid content of 0.48% and strong acid flavor. At this time, the fermentation material was moist without mildew and agglomeration, and was suitable for livestock and poultry. However, after 10 days, undesirable acids and mildew generated, a large amount of lactic acid bacteria died, and the fermentation material turned black and agglomerated, and became unsuitable for feeding livestock and poultry. Throughout the fermentation process, the pH value first decreased continuously until to 4.0, and then remained stable. During the fermentation of spent white H. marmoreus substrate, the nitrogen-free extract and crude fiber contents decreased, the crude protein content increased, while other indicators remained unchanged.展开更多
BACKGROUND Bimaxillary protrusion is a clinically common dentofacial deformity,particularly among Chinese patients.This kind of malformation can severely affect facial esthetics and,even in mild cases,is difficult to ...BACKGROUND Bimaxillary protrusion is a clinically common dentofacial deformity,particularly among Chinese patients.This kind of malformation can severely affect facial esthetics and,even in mild cases,is difficult to correct without surgery.Unfortunately,many patients abandon treatment because of fear of surgery.Here,we describe a case of severe skeletal bimaxillary protrusion treated with nonsurgical orthodontic treatments,highlighting an alternative treatment option.CASE SUMMARY A 31-year-old woman wished to address a severe protrusion profile(approximately 8 mm overbite)and gummy smile.Cephalometric analysis and superimposition showed a severe skeletal class II pattern with a mandibular retrusion,and proclined and protrusive mandibular incisors.Panoramic radiograph showed a missing mandibular right third molar.A diagnosis of severe bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion was made.Taking into account the patient’s fear of orthognathic surgery,she accepted the proposed alternative treatment using micro-implants and a self-made four-curvature torquing auxiliary.The treatment allowed for maximal en masse anterior tooth retraction,proper relocation of incisors,and alleviation of the skeletal class II pattern.Esthetically,the patient’s lip protrusion was significantly decreased as was the overjet(from 10.5 mm to 1.8 mm),and the results remained stable throughout the 2-year followup.CONCLUSION Nonsurgical treatment using micro-implants and a four-curvature torquing auxiliary may benefit severe cases of skeletal bimaxillary protrusion in adults.展开更多
BACKGROUND Large gastric persimmon stones are generally resistant to standard endoscopic treatments.We applied an alternative endoscopic method using a hand-made snare for the treatment of large gastric phytobezoars.A...BACKGROUND Large gastric persimmon stones are generally resistant to standard endoscopic treatments.We applied an alternative endoscopic method using a hand-made snare for the treatment of large gastric phytobezoars.AIM To explore the clinical efficacy of a self-made wire loop snare to treat giant gastric persimmon stones.METHODS A retrospective study evaluated the clinical data of 38 patients with gastroliths admitted to Taihe Hospital in Shiyan City,Hubei Province,China,between March 2015 and October 2020.The patients were divided into observation(n=23)and control(n=15)groups.Patients in the observation group were treated with selfmade wire loop snares for lithotripsy,and patients in the control group were treated with traditional foreign body forceps,snares,injection needles,and other tools.Successful stone removal,treatment time,and hospital stay were compared.RESULTS The average operating time was significantly shorter(P<0.001)in the observation group(53.4 min)than that in the control group(172.8 min).The average hospital stay of the observation group(5.4 d)was significantly shorter(P<0.001)than that in the control group(10.3 d).Successful one-time treatment was significantly more frequent(P<0.001)in the observation group(87%)than in the control group(7%).CONCLUSION Self-made guidewire loop snares were successfully used to treat gastrolithiasis, and were significantly more effective than foreign body forceps, snares, and other traditionalmethods.展开更多

Given the abundant solar light available on our planet,it is promising to develop an advanced fabric capable of simultaneously providing personal thermal management and facilitating clean water production in an energy...Given the abundant solar light available on our planet,it is promising to develop an advanced fabric capable of simultaneously providing personal thermal management and facilitating clean water production in an energy-efficient manner.In this study,we present the fabrication of a photothermally active,biodegradable composite cloth composed of titanium carbide MXene and cellulose,achieved through an electrospinning method.This composite cloth exhibits favorable attributes,including chemical stability,mechanical performance,structural flexibility,and wettability.Notably,our 0.1-mm-thick composite cloth(RC/MXene IV)raises the temperature of simulated skin by 5.6℃when compared to a commercially available cotton cloth,which is five times thicker under identical ambient conditions.Remarkably,the composite cloth(RC/MXene V)demonstrates heightened solar light capture efficiency(87.7%)when in a wet state instead of a dry state.Consequently,this cloth functions exceptionally well as a high-performance steam generator,boasting a superior water evaporation rate of 1.34 kg m^(-2)h^(-1)under one-sun irradiation(equivalent to 1000 W m^(-2)).Moreover,it maintains its performance excellence in solar desali-nation processes.The multifunctionality of these cloths opens doors to a diverse array of outdoor applications,including solar-driven water evaporation and personal heating,thereby enriching the scope of integrated functionalities for textiles.展开更多

In recent decades, f...Person identification is one of the most vital tasks for network security. People are more concerned about theirsecurity due to traditional passwords becoming weaker or leaking in various attacks. In recent decades, fingerprintsand faces have been widely used for person identification, which has the risk of information leakage as a resultof reproducing fingers or faces by taking a snapshot. Recently, people have focused on creating an identifiablepattern, which will not be reproducible falsely by capturing psychological and behavioral information of a personusing vision and sensor-based techniques. In existing studies, most of the researchers used very complex patternsin this direction, which need special training and attention to remember the patterns and failed to capturethe psychological and behavioral information of a person properly. To overcome these problems, this researchdevised a novel dynamic hand gesture-based person identification system using a Leap Motion sensor. Thisstudy developed two hand gesture-based pattern datasets for performing the experiments, which contained morethan 500 samples, collected from 25 subjects. Various static and dynamic features were extracted from the handgeometry. Randomforest was used to measure feature importance using the Gini Index. Finally, the support vectormachinewas implemented for person identification and evaluate its performance using identification accuracy. Theexperimental results showed that the proposed system produced an identification accuracy of 99.8% for arbitraryhand gesture-based patterns and 99.6% for the same dynamic hand gesture-based patterns. This result indicatedthat the proposed system can be used for person identification in the field of security.展开更多

[Results] CTDD can significantly reduce ALT,AST and MDA levels,increase SOD,GSH-Px activity,and significantly reduce serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 levels,and improve liver tissue lesions.[Conclusions]CTDD has a protective effect on D-galactosamine-induced acute liver injury in rats,and its mechanism may be related to inhibition of oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made dysmenorrhea paste combined with umbilical therapy of herbal medicine on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:160 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were recruited fro...Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made dysmenorrhea paste combined with umbilical therapy of herbal medicine on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:160 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were recruited from Changle People’s Hospital.Participants were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group were administered the dysmenorrhea paste sold on the market for 5 days during three menstruation cycles,and the treatment group was given the umbilical therapy of herbal medicine combined with self-made dysmenorrhea paste.The outcome was the intensity of menstrual pain measured by using the visual analogue scale,TCM symptom score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients,responder rate.The clinical outcomes were measured on each menstrual cycle at baseline,treatment course(3 cycles),and follow-up period.Results:In this study,there was no significant difference in age and severity of disease between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,VAS score,TCM symptom score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients in both groups decreased.The total effective rate was 90.75%in the treatment group and 81.25%in the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients with self-made dysmenorrhea paste combined with application of drugs and moxibustion naval-button method has a significant clinical effect.This method can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and homemade dysmenorrhea paste has a good taste,long shelf life,easy to carry,and is worthy of promotion and application.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of self-made exhaust patch(SMEP)on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological operation.Methods:A total of 200 patients with gynecological operation in the gynecological ward of S...Objective:To explore the effect of self-made exhaust patch(SMEP)on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological operation.Methods:A total of 200 patients with gynecological operation in the gynecological ward of Shandong Changle People's Hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=100)and the treatment group(n=100).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first anal exhaust,the duration of abdominal distention,the duration of abdominal pain,the incidence of abdominal distention and abdominal pain and linical efficacy of SMEP were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the first anal exhaust time in the treatment group were shorter;the duration of abdominal distention and abdominal pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Cure rate of abdominal distention in the treatment is 62.5%and cure rate of abdominal pain in the treatment is 60%within 72 hours after operation,which is higher than that in the control group(44.%,45.9%).Conclusion:The results showed that the self-made exhaust patch can improve the clinical symptoms of patients after gynecological abdominal surgery,and the self-made exhaust patch had a significant effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological surgery,which was worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多

[Objectives]To explore the curative effect of Self-made Wubeizi Decoction combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rhaFGF)in promoting postoperative wound healing in patients with anal fistula.[...[Objectives]To explore the curative effect of Self-made Wubeizi Decoction combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rhaFGF)in promoting postoperative wound healing in patients with anal fistula.[Methods]A total of 82 patients with anal fistula who underwent anal fistula resection+use of setons in Luodian Hospital during January and March of 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given rhaFGF external application regimen,and the observation group was treated with Self-made Wubeizi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the differences in curative effects of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups.Besides,the changes in TCM symptom scores,inflammatory mediators[interleukin-12(IL-12),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],anorectal functions[anal resting pressure(ARP),maximal systolic pressure(MSP)and maximum tolerated volume(MTV)of the anal canal],quality of life[GQOLI-74 scores]were compared.[Results]After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TCM symptom scores,IL-12,TNF-α,IFN-γ,ARP,MSP,and MTV in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and these levels in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The Self-made Wubeizi Decoction combined with rhaFGF therapy has a significant effect in promoting postoperative wound healing in patients with anal fistula.It can effectively inhibit the local inflammation of patients,facilitate the recovery of anorectal function and improve the quality of life,thus has high clinical application value.展开更多

Two questions in the research of animal personality—whether there is a correlation between a personality trait and individual reproductive success,and what is the genetic basis underlying a personality trait—remain ...Two questions in the research of animal personality—whether there is a correlation between a personality trait and individual reproductive success,and what is the genetic basis underlying a personality trait—remain unresolved.We addressed these two questions in three shrub-nesting birds,the Azure-winged Magpie(Cyanopica cyanus,AM),White-collared Blackbird(Turdus albocinctus,WB),and Brown-cheeked Laughingthrush(Trochalopteron henrici,BL).The personality type of an individual was first identified according to its response to a territorial intruder.Then,we compared the fleeing distance,breeding parameters,and differential expressed genes(DEGs) in the brain transcriptome between bold and shy breeders.In the three species,bold breeders exhibited more aggressiveness towards an intruder of their territory than did shy breeders.The reproductive success of bold breeders was significantly higher than that of shy breeders in AM but not in WB and BL.The three species shared one DEG,crabp1,which was up-regulated in bold relative to in shy individuals.By regulating the expression of corticotropin-releasing hormone,higher crabp1 gene expression can decrease cellular response to retinoic acid.Therefore,bold individuals are insensitive to external stresses and able to exhibit more aggressiveness to intruders than their shier counterparts.Aggressiveness is beneficial to bold individuals in AM but not in WB and BL because the former could evoke neighbors to make the same response of defending against intruders but the latter could not.Although a personality trait may have the same genetic basis across species,its correlation with reproductive success depends largely on the life history style of a species.展开更多
The attention mechanism can extract salient features in images,which has been proved to be effective in improving the performance of person re-identification(Re-ID).However,most of the existing attention modules have ...The attention mechanism can extract salient features in images,which has been proved to be effective in improving the performance of person re-identification(Re-ID).However,most of the existing attention modules have the following two shortcomings:On the one hand,they mostly use global average pooling to generate context descriptors,without highlighting the guiding role of salient information on descriptor generation,resulting in insufficient ability of the final generated attention mask representation;On the other hand,the design of most attention modules is complicated,which greatly increases the computational cost of the model.To solve these problems,this paper proposes an attention module called self-supervised recalibration(SR)block,which introduces both global and local information through adaptive weighted fusion to generate a more refined attention mask.In particular,a special"Squeeze-Excitation"(SE)unit is designed in the SR block to further process the generated intermediate masks,both for nonlinearizations of the features and for constraint of the resulting computation by controlling the number of channels.Furthermore,we combine the most commonly used Res Net-50 to construct the instantiation model of the SR block,and verify its effectiveness on multiple Re-ID datasets,especially the mean Average Precision(m AP)on the Occluded-Duke dataset exceeds the state-of-the-art(SOTA)algorithm by 4.49%.展开更多
The compelling combination of thermochromism and multifunctional wearable heaters in smart textiles has received increas-ing attention given the significant synergistic effect of green solar heat supply and energy sto...The compelling combination of thermochromism and multifunctional wearable heaters in smart textiles has received increas-ing attention given the significant synergistic effect of green solar heat supply and energy storage.However,due to color incompatibility and poor knittability,developing fabrics with bistable thermochromic properties to achieve efficient solar-thermal management remains a challenging endeavor.Here,by combining bistable thermochromic,photochromic,and efficient solar-thermal properties,we constructed an asymmetric Janus(Janus A/B)fiber(BTCSJF)that can simultaneously display two colors and help with energy reserve while harvesting solar power.Benefiting greatly from donor-acceptor elec-tron transfer,dynamic hydrogen bonding,and supercooling properties,BTCSJF displays a quick switch in color,excellent bistability,and enhanced performance in storing phase-change energy.In addition,BTCSJF can be self-heated by 35.6℃higher than conventional fibers because it can capture and store solar energy.This research outlines a method to fabricate braided fibers with two theoretically incompatible properties that have promising implications for self-powered integrated bistable color-changing and personal thermal management applications.展开更多

文摘The self-made mobile fermentation bag for spent white Hypsizygus marmoreus substrate was developed, and the relevant fermentation process was studied. The results showed that under the condition of single addition of Lactobacillus,nitrogen-free extract was degraded into lactic acid, leading to decreased pH value.On day 10, the fermentation effect reached the best with Lactobacillus abundance of 5.12×10~7/ml, lactic acid content of 0.48% and strong acid flavor. At this time, the fermentation material was moist without mildew and agglomeration, and was suitable for livestock and poultry. However, after 10 days, undesirable acids and mildew generated, a large amount of lactic acid bacteria died, and the fermentation material turned black and agglomerated, and became unsuitable for feeding livestock and poultry. Throughout the fermentation process, the pH value first decreased continuously until to 4.0, and then remained stable. During the fermentation of spent white H. marmoreus substrate, the nitrogen-free extract and crude fiber contents decreased, the crude protein content increased, while other indicators remained unchanged.

文摘BACKGROUND Bimaxillary protrusion is a clinically common dentofacial deformity,particularly among Chinese patients.This kind of malformation can severely affect facial esthetics and,even in mild cases,is difficult to correct without surgery.Unfortunately,many patients abandon treatment because of fear of surgery.Here,we describe a case of severe skeletal bimaxillary protrusion treated with nonsurgical orthodontic treatments,highlighting an alternative treatment option.CASE SUMMARY A 31-year-old woman wished to address a severe protrusion profile(approximately 8 mm overbite)and gummy smile.Cephalometric analysis and superimposition showed a severe skeletal class II pattern with a mandibular retrusion,and proclined and protrusive mandibular incisors.Panoramic radiograph showed a missing mandibular right third molar.A diagnosis of severe bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion was made.Taking into account the patient’s fear of orthognathic surgery,she accepted the proposed alternative treatment using micro-implants and a self-made four-curvature torquing auxiliary.The treatment allowed for maximal en masse anterior tooth retraction,proper relocation of incisors,and alleviation of the skeletal class II pattern.Esthetically,the patient’s lip protrusion was significantly decreased as was the overjet(from 10.5 mm to 1.8 mm),and the results remained stable throughout the 2-year followup.CONCLUSION Nonsurgical treatment using micro-implants and a four-curvature torquing auxiliary may benefit severe cases of skeletal bimaxillary protrusion in adults.

文摘BACKGROUND Large gastric persimmon stones are generally resistant to standard endoscopic treatments.We applied an alternative endoscopic method using a hand-made snare for the treatment of large gastric phytobezoars.AIM To explore the clinical efficacy of a self-made wire loop snare to treat giant gastric persimmon stones.METHODS A retrospective study evaluated the clinical data of 38 patients with gastroliths admitted to Taihe Hospital in Shiyan City,Hubei Province,China,between March 2015 and October 2020.The patients were divided into observation(n=23)and control(n=15)groups.Patients in the observation group were treated with selfmade wire loop snares for lithotripsy,and patients in the control group were treated with traditional foreign body forceps,snares,injection needles,and other tools.Successful stone removal,treatment time,and hospital stay were compared.RESULTS The average operating time was significantly shorter(P<0.001)in the observation group(53.4 min)than that in the control group(172.8 min).The average hospital stay of the observation group(5.4 d)was significantly shorter(P<0.001)than that in the control group(10.3 d).Successful one-time treatment was significantly more frequent(P<0.001)in the observation group(87%)than in the control group(7%).CONCLUSION Self-made guidewire loop snares were successfully used to treat gastrolithiasis, and were significantly more effective than foreign body forceps, snares, and other traditionalmethods.

文摘Maintaining thermal comfort within the human body is crucial for optimal health and overall well-being.By merely broadening the setpoint of indoor temperatures,we could significantly slash energy usage in building heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning systems.In recent years,there has been a surge in advancements in personal thermal management(PTM),aiming to regulate heat and moisture transfer within our immediate surroundings,clothing,and skin.The advent of PTM is driven by the rapid development in nano/micro-materials and energy science and engineering.An emerging research area in PTM is personal radiative thermal management(PRTM),which demonstrates immense potential with its high radiative heat transfer efficiency and ease of regulation.However,it is less taken into account in traditional textiles,and there currently lies a gap in our knowledge and understanding of PRTM.In this review,we aim to present a thorough analysis of advanced textile materials and technologies for PRTM.Specifically,we will introduce and discuss the underlying radiation heat transfer mechanisms,fabrication methods of textiles,and various indoor/outdoor applications in light of their different regulation functionalities,including radiative cooling,radiative heating,and dual-mode thermoregulation.Furthermore,we will shine a light on the current hurdles,propose potential strategies,and delve into future technology trends for PRTM with an emphasis on functionalities and applications.

文摘Given the abundant solar light available on our planet,it is promising to develop an advanced fabric capable of simultaneously providing personal thermal management and facilitating clean water production in an energy-efficient manner.In this study,we present the fabrication of a photothermally active,biodegradable composite cloth composed of titanium carbide MXene and cellulose,achieved through an electrospinning method.This composite cloth exhibits favorable attributes,including chemical stability,mechanical performance,structural flexibility,and wettability.Notably,our 0.1-mm-thick composite cloth(RC/MXene IV)raises the temperature of simulated skin by 5.6℃when compared to a commercially available cotton cloth,which is five times thicker under identical ambient conditions.Remarkably,the composite cloth(RC/MXene V)demonstrates heightened solar light capture efficiency(87.7%)when in a wet state instead of a dry state.Consequently,this cloth functions exceptionally well as a high-performance steam generator,boasting a superior water evaporation rate of 1.34 kg m^(-2)h^(-1)under one-sun irradiation(equivalent to 1000 W m^(-2)).Moreover,it maintains its performance excellence in solar desali-nation processes.The multifunctionality of these cloths opens doors to a diverse array of outdoor applications,including solar-driven water evaporation and personal heating,thereby enriching the scope of integrated functionalities for textiles.

文摘Person identification is one of the most vital tasks for network security. People are more concerned about theirsecurity due to traditional passwords becoming weaker or leaking in various attacks. In recent decades, fingerprintsand faces have been widely used for person identification, which has the risk of information leakage as a resultof reproducing fingers or faces by taking a snapshot. Recently, people have focused on creating an identifiablepattern, which will not be reproducible falsely by capturing psychological and behavioral information of a personusing vision and sensor-based techniques. In existing studies, most of the researchers used very complex patternsin this direction, which need special training and attention to remember the patterns and failed to capturethe psychological and behavioral information of a person properly. To overcome these problems, this researchdevised a novel dynamic hand gesture-based person identification system using a Leap Motion sensor. Thisstudy developed two hand gesture-based pattern datasets for performing the experiments, which contained morethan 500 samples, collected from 25 subjects. Various static and dynamic features were extracted from the handgeometry. Randomforest was used to measure feature importance using the Gini Index. Finally, the support vectormachinewas implemented for person identification and evaluate its performance using identification accuracy. Theexperimental results showed that the proposed system produced an identification accuracy of 99.8% for arbitraryhand gesture-based patterns and 99.6% for the same dynamic hand gesture-based patterns. This result indicatedthat the proposed system can be used for person identification in the field of security.
文摘[Objectives] To study the protective effects of self-made Compound Taoren Danshen Decoction( CTDD) on acute liver injury induced by D-galactosamine in rats,and to explore its mechanism. [Methods]An acute liver injury model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 500 mg/kg of D-galactosamine. The ALT,AST,MDA,SOD and GSH-Px in serum,as well as serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 levels were measured,and liver tissue lesions were observed under microscope. [Results] CTDD can significantly reduce ALT,AST and MDA levels,increase SOD,GSH-Px activity,and significantly reduce serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 levels,and improve liver tissue lesions.[Conclusions]CTDD has a protective effect on D-galactosamine-induced acute liver injury in rats,and its mechanism may be related to inhibition of oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction.

文摘Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made dysmenorrhea paste combined with umbilical therapy of herbal medicine on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:160 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were recruited from Changle People’s Hospital.Participants were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group were administered the dysmenorrhea paste sold on the market for 5 days during three menstruation cycles,and the treatment group was given the umbilical therapy of herbal medicine combined with self-made dysmenorrhea paste.The outcome was the intensity of menstrual pain measured by using the visual analogue scale,TCM symptom score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients,responder rate.The clinical outcomes were measured on each menstrual cycle at baseline,treatment course(3 cycles),and follow-up period.Results:In this study,there was no significant difference in age and severity of disease between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,VAS score,TCM symptom score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients in both groups decreased.The total effective rate was 90.75%in the treatment group and 81.25%in the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients with self-made dysmenorrhea paste combined with application of drugs and moxibustion naval-button method has a significant clinical effect.This method can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and homemade dysmenorrhea paste has a good taste,long shelf life,easy to carry,and is worthy of promotion and application.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of self-made exhaust patch(SMEP)on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological operation.Methods:A total of 200 patients with gynecological operation in the gynecological ward of Shandong Changle People's Hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=100)and the treatment group(n=100).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first anal exhaust,the duration of abdominal distention,the duration of abdominal pain,the incidence of abdominal distention and abdominal pain and linical efficacy of SMEP were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the first anal exhaust time in the treatment group were shorter;the duration of abdominal distention and abdominal pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Cure rate of abdominal distention in the treatment is 62.5%and cure rate of abdominal pain in the treatment is 60%within 72 hours after operation,which is higher than that in the control group(44.%,45.9%).Conclusion:The results showed that the self-made exhaust patch can improve the clinical symptoms of patients after gynecological abdominal surgery,and the self-made exhaust patch had a significant effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological surgery,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
文摘the quality of life seriously,and even lead to more servere complications.On the base of the well-controlled blood glucose,improving the symptoms of both lower limbs timely will has positive significance for enhancing the life quality of patients and preventing complications of limbs.This article makes a comprehensive study on the application of self-made water-washing footbath in the treatment of DPN by Chinese medicine fumigation.From March 2018 to April 2018 in our hospital 20 cases of DPN patients were collected and they were divided into observation group(treated by self-made water-washing footbath with herbs)and control group(treated by conventional barrels),10 cases in each.The results showed that Chinese medicine fumigation on both lower limbs has clinical curative effect to improve the symptoms of arthromyodynia caused by diabetes.It provide an alternative method of external treatment for DPN patients with numbness in both lower limbs which could alleviate their suffering and improve the quality of life significantly.

文摘[Objectives]To explore the curative effect of Self-made Wubeizi Decoction combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rhaFGF)in promoting postoperative wound healing in patients with anal fistula.[Methods]A total of 82 patients with anal fistula who underwent anal fistula resection+use of setons in Luodian Hospital during January and March of 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given rhaFGF external application regimen,and the observation group was treated with Self-made Wubeizi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the differences in curative effects of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups.Besides,the changes in TCM symptom scores,inflammatory mediators[interleukin-12(IL-12),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],anorectal functions[anal resting pressure(ARP),maximal systolic pressure(MSP)and maximum tolerated volume(MTV)of the anal canal],quality of life[GQOLI-74 scores]were compared.[Results]After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TCM symptom scores,IL-12,TNF-α,IFN-γ,ARP,MSP,and MTV in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and these levels in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The Self-made Wubeizi Decoction combined with rhaFGF therapy has a significant effect in promoting postoperative wound healing in patients with anal fistula.It can effectively inhibit the local inflammation of patients,facilitate the recovery of anorectal function and improve the quality of life,thus has high clinical application value.

文摘Two questions in the research of animal personality—whether there is a correlation between a personality trait and individual reproductive success,and what is the genetic basis underlying a personality trait—remain unresolved.We addressed these two questions in three shrub-nesting birds,the Azure-winged Magpie(Cyanopica cyanus,AM),White-collared Blackbird(Turdus albocinctus,WB),and Brown-cheeked Laughingthrush(Trochalopteron henrici,BL).The personality type of an individual was first identified according to its response to a territorial intruder.Then,we compared the fleeing distance,breeding parameters,and differential expressed genes(DEGs) in the brain transcriptome between bold and shy breeders.In the three species,bold breeders exhibited more aggressiveness towards an intruder of their territory than did shy breeders.The reproductive success of bold breeders was significantly higher than that of shy breeders in AM but not in WB and BL.The three species shared one DEG,crabp1,which was up-regulated in bold relative to in shy individuals.By regulating the expression of corticotropin-releasing hormone,higher crabp1 gene expression can decrease cellular response to retinoic acid.Therefore,bold individuals are insensitive to external stresses and able to exhibit more aggressiveness to intruders than their shier counterparts.Aggressiveness is beneficial to bold individuals in AM but not in WB and BL because the former could evoke neighbors to make the same response of defending against intruders but the latter could not.Although a personality trait may have the same genetic basis across species,its correlation with reproductive success depends largely on the life history style of a species.

文摘The attention mechanism can extract salient features in images,which has been proved to be effective in improving the performance of person re-identification(Re-ID).However,most of the existing attention modules have the following two shortcomings:On the one hand,they mostly use global average pooling to generate context descriptors,without highlighting the guiding role of salient information on descriptor generation,resulting in insufficient ability of the final generated attention mask representation;On the other hand,the design of most attention modules is complicated,which greatly increases the computational cost of the model.To solve these problems,this paper proposes an attention module called self-supervised recalibration(SR)block,which introduces both global and local information through adaptive weighted fusion to generate a more refined attention mask.In particular,a special"Squeeze-Excitation"(SE)unit is designed in the SR block to further process the generated intermediate masks,both for nonlinearizations of the features and for constraint of the resulting computation by controlling the number of channels.Furthermore,we combine the most commonly used Res Net-50 to construct the instantiation model of the SR block,and verify its effectiveness on multiple Re-ID datasets,especially the mean Average Precision(m AP)on the Occluded-Duke dataset exceeds the state-of-the-art(SOTA)algorithm by 4.49%.

文摘The compelling combination of thermochromism and multifunctional wearable heaters in smart textiles has received increas-ing attention given the significant synergistic effect of green solar heat supply and energy storage.However,due to color incompatibility and poor knittability,developing fabrics with bistable thermochromic properties to achieve efficient solar-thermal management remains a challenging endeavor.Here,by combining bistable thermochromic,photochromic,and efficient solar-thermal properties,we constructed an asymmetric Janus(Janus A/B)fiber(BTCSJF)that can simultaneously display two colors and help with energy reserve while harvesting solar power.Benefiting greatly from donor-acceptor elec-tron transfer,dynamic hydrogen bonding,and supercooling properties,BTCSJF displays a quick switch in color,excellent bistability,and enhanced performance in storing phase-change energy.In addition,BTCSJF can be self-heated by 35.6℃higher than conventional fibers because it can capture and store solar energy.This research outlines a method to fabricate braided fibers with two theoretically incompatible properties that have promising implications for self-powered integrated bistable color-changing and personal thermal management applications.

文摘Genome sequencing has revealed frequent mutations in Ras homolog family member A(RHOA)among various cancers with unique aberrant profiles and pathogenic effects,especially in peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL).The discrete positional distribution and types of RHOA amino acid substitutions vary according to the tumor type,thereby leading to different functional and biological properties,which provide new insight into the molecular pathogenesis and potential targeted therapies for various tumors.However,the similarities and discrepancies in characteristics of RHOA mutations among various histologic subtypes of PTCL have not been fully elucidated.Herein we highlight the inconsistencies and complexities of the type and location of RHOA mutations and demonstrate the contribution of RHOA variants to the pathogenesis of PTCL by combining epigenetic abnormalities and activating multiple downstream pathways.The promising potential of targeting RHOA as a therapeutic modality is also outlined.This review provides new insight in the field of personalized medicine to improve the clinical outcomes for patients.

文摘Video-based person re-identification(Re-ID),a subset of retrieval tasks,faces challenges like uncoordinated sample capturing,viewpoint variations,occlusions,cluttered backgrounds,and sequence uncertainties.Recent advancements in deep learning have significantly improved video-based person Re-ID,laying a solid foundation for further progress in the field.In order to enrich researchers’insights into the latest research findings and prospective developments,we offer an extensive overview and meticulous analysis of contemporary video-based person ReID methodologies,with a specific emphasis on network architecture design and loss function design.Firstly,we introduce methods based on network architecture design and loss function design from multiple perspectives,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.Furthermore,we provide a synthesis of prevalent datasets and key evaluation metrics utilized within this field to assist researchers in assessing methodological efficacy and establishing benchmarks for performance evaluation.Lastly,through a critical evaluation of the experimental outcomes derived from various methodologies across four prominent public datasets,we identify promising research avenues and offer valuable insights to steer future exploration and innovation in this vibrant and evolving field of video-based person Re-ID.This comprehensive analysis aims to equip researchers with the necessary knowledge and strategic foresight to navigate the complexities of video-based person Re-ID,fostering continued progress and breakthroughs in this challenging yet promising research domain.
