The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

Influence of mobile education on joint function and quality of life in patients after total hip arthroplasty

Objective：To explore the influence of applying educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance for patients after total hip arthroplasty（THA）.Methods：Sixty patients discharged after THA were randomly divided into two groups.Traditional methods,such as distributing manuals of rehabilitation guidance on THA and phone call follow-ups,were adopted in the control group,whereas educational animated film was used as continuous rehabilitation guidance after discharge in the experimental group.Differences in recovery of hip joint function,accuracy of functional exercise,mastery of rehabilitation knowledge and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results：The experimental group had superior performance on all indicators compared to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The use of educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance in patients after THA achieved better effects than traditional education methods.

In maritime industry, personnel’s training is considered by shipping companies as a top priority matter on the list of factors affecting competitiveness in operating vessels. This paper presents the importance and the effects of training Electro-Technical Experts in the context of latest developments, particularly the advent of the “Electric Ship” and the “Communicative Ship” analyzing the feedback received from several relevant two-days seminars for “Ship Electrical and Electronic Systems for Electro-Technical Officers”, in North East European countries. The pre-test and post-test self assessment method that has been used for more efficient interaction between trainers and trainees is analyzed using t-statistics. The attendees have had diverse basic backgrounds, yet company experts Fleet Engineers on merchant or war ships. The training’s effectiveness and gain is discussed in this paper and further proposals for the Electrical and Electronic training are presented through the valuable feedback for improvement.

Probe into Post Practice of Normal School Students in Local Universities

As an important measure of educational reform,post practice can not only improve the practical skills of normal university students in education and teaching,but also relieve the pressure of teachers.Based on this,the Questionnaire for Internship Students and the way of stratified sampling with random sampling were used to conduct a questionnaire survey for Internship Students in Sichuan Normal University in this study;and the problems existing in normal students'post practice were analyzed,then some suggestions were proposed to enhance the practicability and effectiveness of the post practice of normal students in Colleges and universities.

“岗课赛证”融合育人模式探索与实践——以《无人机技术》为例

为紧跟职业技能人才发展需求,提高人才培养质量,以无人机技术为例,从职业岗位出发,将技能竞赛和证书的考核要求融入教学内容,基于“岗课赛证”四位一体化教学改革,设计了典型工作模块,并从课程设计、教学实施与成效、教学反思与改进方面进行探索与实践,突出虚实结合,强调德技双修,课堂教学采用“三段-八步”模式展开,注重过程考核,实现以赛证促学、促教,教学效果良好,以期能为相关专业课程开展“岗课赛证”教学改革提供参考。

中美老年专科临床药师培训项目比较分析

目的 比较中美两国老年专科临床药师培训项目的基本情况,为我国老年专科临床药师培训项目的进一步优化提供参考。方法 查询美国卫生系统药师协会(ASHP)和中国医院协会官方网站,检索并收集中美两国老年专科临床药师培训项目的培训大纲、机构类型/规模、招生人数、培训内容、申请条件、考核标准等资料和数据,采用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果与结论 截至2024年1月12日,美国ASHP共开展毕业后第2年老年专科临床药师培训项目24个,可招收25人,并提供相应薪酬;培训基地涉及医院、药学院,规模不一;申请人需获得药学博士学位、完成毕业后第1年培训。ASHP就基础患者照护、高级患者照护、领导力和管理能力、知识的教育教学传播能力四大必备技能设计了详细的培训目标,各培训基地可结合自身特点,适当增设学术技能、长期照护技能等可选技能,制订学员轮转计划,并在培训过程的多个时间节点进行考核、评估。我国共开展老年专科临床药师培训项目5个,可招收15人,不提供薪酬;培训基地均为三级甲等医院,规模较大;申请人需要获得本科及以上学位,并根据所学专业和学位的不同,对其有不同的工作年限要求。中国医院协会药事专业委员会设置了详细的培训大纲,就理论知识、实践技能、科研思维等提出了具体的培训目标,在入组时、规定内容培训完成时和结业时由培训基地组织考核、评估。参考美国的项目开展经验,建议带教老师针对不同层次的学员开展差异化的知识和技能培训,灵活安排轮转科室,要求学员尽可能独立开展工作并深入参与临床教学、科研工作,安排多次、多种形式的考核、考察,及时调整学习方案,全面提升学员能力。

产教融合视域下岗课赛证融通育人模式

产教融合是高职教育发展的重要举措和主要途径。产教融合要求高职院校的教学链、人才链与产业链在规模和结构上相互协调,人才培养模式与地方产业活动相互衔接,学校的人才培养方案、课程体系设置和各种资源配置与对应的岗位相互契合。高职院校可以通过教师、教材和教法“三教”改革推动“岗课赛证”融通。调研岗位职责以岗定课、重构课程体系以课育人、参与技能大赛以赛导课和获取资格证书以证验课,进一步深化产教融合、强化专业知识、优化信息能力、提升岗位技能和综合素养。

Post-Formal Thought in Gerontagogy or Beyond Piaget

Jean Piaget, one of the most influential theorists in developmental psychology, assumed that formal thought, characterized by the development of an individual’s logical capacities, was the last stage of adult thinking. In this article, we review how the brain evolved, describing its main structures, and examining each cerebral hemisphere’s specific functions. Evidence is also provided for the production of new neurons and new connections between them, forcing a revision of old theories about the decline of intellectual functions in the elderly. We then consider Jones’ theories X and Y, and the different definitions of intelligence (fluid vs. crystallized, and qualitative vs. quantitative), and how these perspectives have influenced the way we see intelligence. Evidence supporting the addition of another stage, named post-formal thought, is examined in the context of gerontagogy. Dialectical thought characterizes this stage, and developing wisdom is its main goal. We examine the two basic principles of dialectical thought, namely the principle of contradiction and the principle of relativity of everything. It is suggested that the learning of wisdom should be the focus of future university programs to educate the elderly.

高校创业教育对大学生创业意愿的影响研究——基于江西高校问卷调查的实证分析

在江西高校调查问卷的基础上,结合统计分析、回归分析和实证分析,探讨后疫情时代高校创业教育对大学生创业意愿的影响。研究发现,创业教育对大学生创业意愿存在积极影响,创业能力与创业态度在创业教育与大学生创业意愿之间具有中介作用。进一步研究发现,新冠肺炎疫情削弱了创业教育对大学生创业意愿的正向影响。最后,提出了高校应结合后疫情时代特点,有针对性地设置创业教育教学内容,增强学生创业意愿的对策建议。
