To design and construct an embedded knowledge integration service platform:Taking ISCAS subject group platform as an example

Purpose:As scientific resources are widely distributed,researchers often have difficulties in acquiring information from different individual sources.This paper intends to present a new approach to construct a subject-knowledge-based integration platform which was carried out by the Institute of Software,Chinese Academy of Sciences(ISCAS).Our aim is to use technique tools to strengthen the library service by combining a variety of information service resources with knowledge tools.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the analysis of users' needs,we established a collaborative team across ISCAS Library,National Science Library of CAS(NSL CAS),and ISCAS' research groups or research labs.With the service tools developed by ISCAS Library,we embedded other multipurpose utility tools of knowledge integration into the platform as to make full use of software tools in knowledge integration,knowledge fusion,and intelligent push of library services to end users.Findings:With a hard effort of the construction team,the ISCAS subject group platform(hereinafter as ISCAS Platform) has integrated such information resources as institutional repository(IR) of ISCAS,open resources from websites and subject resources of computer sciences.Up to date,ISCAS platform can provide integrated information services including data collection for computer science and intelligent generation of citation reports,by means of embedding self-developed discovering tools for domain experts and subject content,and generation tools for scientific citation reports.Research limitations:Knowledge organization need be further improved in the ISCAS subject group platform.In addition,functions for academic exchanges need be maximized as to meet the individual demands of researchers for library services at the Platform.Practical implications:Since we Platform has been put into use through the Library website of the ISCAS in June 2012,many academic libraries from both domestic universities and CAS institutes have showed their strong interest for our self-developed tools,among which more than 10 cooperation partnerships have been formed.Originality/value:Through self-developed service tools and the integration of multiple-type resources,our Platform has solved such key problems as timely access and update of the trusted resources from a third party,and the rapid fusion and extension of library resources while establishing subject knowledge environment.So the ISCAS library can provide a flexible customization of library services according to the need of different users.

Effects of Reneging, Server Breakdowns and Vacation on a Batch Arrival Single Server Queueing System with Three Fluctuating Modes of Service

This article examines the effects of reneging, server breakdown and server vacation on the various states of the batch arrivals queueing system with single server providing service to customers in three fluctuating modes. In this queueing system, any batch arrival joins the queue if the server is busy or on vacation or under repair. However, if the server is free, one customer from the arriving batch joins the service immediately while others join the queue. In case of server breakdown, the customer whose service is interrupted returns back to the head of the queue. As soon as the server has is repaired, the server attends to the customer in mode 1. For this queueing system, customers that are impatient due to breakdown and server vacation may renege (leave the queue without getting service). Due to fluctuating modes of service delivery, the system may provide service with complete or reduced efficiency. Consequently, we construct the mathematical model and derive the probability generating functions of the steady state probabilities of several states of the system including the steady state queue size distribution. Further, we discuss some particular cases of the proposed queueing model. We present numerical examples in order to demonstrate the effects of server vacation and reneging on the various states of the system. The study revealed that an increase in reneging and a decrease in server vacation results in a decrease in server utilization and an increase in server’s idle time provided rates of server breakdown and repair completion are constant. In addition, the probability of server vacation, the probability of system is under repair and the probabilities that the server provides service in three fluctuating modes decreases due to an increase in reneging and a decrease in vacation completion rates.

Analysis and Related Suggestions on the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service Mode at Home and Abroad

This paper first introduces the basic connotation of China’s whole-process engineering consulting.Immediately,analyze the organization model,service procurement model and charging standards of foreign whole-process engineering consulting(international terminology full-life cycle engineering consultant).Second,discuss the government’s role in the development of engineering consulting from two aspects:service management and market access.Finally,combined with the above analysis,the specific problems faced in the implementation process of the whole process engineering consulting are compared.Provide relevant suggestions on how companies and individuals respond to industry development trends.

Fever Outpatient Service of General Hospital Applies “1 + 3 + 3” Emergency Management Mode to Deal with COVID-19 Pandemic

Purpose: To discuss the effect of “1 + 3 + 3” emergency management mode to deal with COVID-19 pandemic in fever outpatient service of general hospitals. Method: This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered by fever outpatient service in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic from three aspects of “One Team”, “Three-Key” Control and “Three Mosts”. Results: The application of “1 + 3 + 3” emergency management mode can effectively boost the orderliness and efficiency of fever outpatient service in dealing with COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The “1 + 3 + 3” emergency management mode provides a new management mode and idea for dealing with COVID-19 pandemic, so the fever outpatient service of general hospitals can better improve the national overall anti-pandemic situation.

Effect of precise nursing service mode on postoperative urinary incontinence prevention in patients with prostate disease

BACKGROUND Patients with benign prostatic disease often experience detrusor morphological changes and dysfunction.In severe cases,it leads to bladder detrusor dysfunction,resulting in dysuria,frequent urination,urgent urination,incomplete urination,and other symptoms including renal function injury.An operation to restore normal urination function and to control postoperative complications,as far as possible,is the most common method for benign prostatic disease.AIM To observe the effect of precise nursing service mode on postoperative urinary incontinence prevention in patients with prostate disease.METHODS In total,130 patients diagnosed with benign prostatic disease,from January 2018 to June 2021,in our hospital,were selected and divided into observation and control groups according to their treatment options.Sixty-five cases in the control group were given routine nursing mode intervention and 65 cases in the observation group received precise nursing service mode intervention.The intervention with the observation group included psychological counseling about negative emotions,pelvic floor exercises,and post-hospital discharge care.The complications of the two groups were counted,and the general postoperative conditions of the two groups were recorded.The urinary flow dynamics indexes of the two groups were detected,and differences in clinical international prostate system score(IPSS)and urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)scores were evaluated.RESULTS Postoperative exhaust time(18.65±3.23 h and 24.63±4.51 h),the time of indwelling catheter(4.85±1.08 d and 5.63±1.24 d),and hospitalization time(8.78±2.03 d and 10.23±2.28 d)in the observation group were lower than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the operation,the maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)increased(P<0.05),the residual urine volume(RUV)decreased(P<0.05),and the maximum closed urethral pressure(MUCP)was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared to pre-operation.The Qmax of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the RUV was lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in MUCP between the observation and control groups(P>0.05).The I-QOL score of the two groups improved(P<0.05),and the IPSS decreased(P<0.05).After the operation,the I-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the IPSS was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of urethral injury(1.54%and 3.08%),bladder spasm(0.00%and 1.54%),and secondary bleeding(1.54%and 4.62)between the observation and control groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The precise nursing service mode can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence in patients with prostate disease,thus improving postoperative urodynamics and rehabilitation,and quality of life.

The Sensitivity of Model Results to Specification of Network-Based Level of Service Attributes: An Application of a Mixed Logit Model to Trave Mode Choice

The need for travel demand models is growing worldwide. Obtaining reasonably accurate level of service (LOS) attributes of different travel modes such as travel time and cost representing the performance of transportation system is not a trivial task, especially in growing cities of developing countries. This study investigates the sensitivity of results of a travel mode choice model to different specifications of network-based LOS attributes using a mixed logit model. The study also looks at the possibilities of correcting some of the inaccuracies in network-based LOS attributes. Further, the study also explores the effects of different specifications of LOS data on implied values of time and aggregation forecasting. The findings indicate that the implied values of time are very sensitive to specification of data and model implying that utmost care must be taken if the purpose of the model is to estimate values of time. Models estimated on all specifications of LOS-data perform well in prediction, likely suggesting that the extra expense on developing a more detailed and accurate network models so as to derive more precise LOS attributes is unnecessary for impact analyses of some policies.

基于网络使用WebService技术来更进一步处理分布式系统。在此将使用Web Service技术和嵌 入式系统技术设计和架构一些Service系统,来研究一些分布式嵌入式Service系统应用。

嵌入式Web Service技术的设计及应用

随着与嵌入式设备联网的多种异构网络平台的出现,原先基于嵌入式Web Server的局限性成为亟待解决的技术瓶颈。利用面向服务的编程思想方法,针对嵌入式设备提出一种以32位微处理器为核心的嵌入式Web Service技术模型设计,结果使嵌入式设备系统与外界不同平台系统之间实现无缝集成。进而提出该技术模型在典型应用中的具体实现,并阐明其是嵌入式设备的发展方向。

基于Web Service的温室远程监控系统设计

根据温室特点和Web Service技术原理,提出了基于Web Service技术的3层温室远程控制系统架构。采用.Net开发Web Service组件,利用JSP直接调用Web Service控制接口,开发了对温室进行远程手动控制的Web页面。结合J2EE开发Web服务器程序和基于Web模式的客户端程序,实现了温室的远程登录、参数查询和动态曲线显示等功能。温室远程监控系统已在实验温室和校园网内得到应用,结果表明其各项功能运行正常,系统稳定可靠。

单片机系统中Web Service的调用方法研究

本文介绍了一种在单片机系统中利用嵌入式网络模块实现Web Service调用的方法,利用嵌入式网络模块实现串口到以太网数据的转换,将串行数据封装成Web Service请求包.它简化了下位机和上位机的通信协议,可方便的集成已有数据采集系统。该方法可以实现基于工业以太网的分布式数据采集,也可容易地扩展为基于Internet的远程数据采集方案.

基于Web Services异构资源汇集与共享系统

以网络科技资源应用集成环境平台的研究和开发为背景,针对网络科技资源分布广、共享度低、资源信息形式多样、没有统一的标准等现状,对B/S模式下异构资源汇集与共享的需求进行了分析,提出了基于Web Services的异构资源汇集与共享系统的设计方案并实现。通过该系统可有效的实现国家科技基础条件平台的科技资源汇集,在统一的元数据规范下,对所汇集的科技资源形成统一的存储形式并进行目录管理;使国家各领域平台的科技资源能够快速、准确、高效地被整合利用,以适应国家科技基础条件平台资源应用服务集成的需求,提升网络科技服务系统的技术水平,扩大应用范围,增强服务效能。

Research on the Selection of Supply Chain Marketing Models Based on E-commerce Service Levels

Based on the game theory,the service sensitivity coefficient is introduced to construct four marketing game models,which include a single flagship store,a single self-operated store,a direct sales-flagship store,and a direct sales-self-operated store,in combination with numerical analysis methods to analyze manufacturers and e-commerce platforms in different situations.The study found that the service levels affected the profit of each entity in the supply chain.The service levels of self-operated stores were higher than those of the flagship stores,and the opening of direct sales channels had a stimulating effect on the service levels of e-commerce platforms to a certain extent.In consideration of the service levels and the ability to build direct sales channels,the direct sales-flagship store marketing model is the best choice for manufacturers whereas e-commerce platforms are more inclined to open self-operated stores.However,the opening of manufacturers'direct sales channels is not necessarily beneficial to e-commerce platforms.

A tour-based analysis of travel mode choice accounting for regional transit service

The aim of this work is to explore the impact of regional transit service on tour-based commuter travel behavior by using the Bayesian hierarchical multinomial logit model, accounting for the spatial heterogeneity of the people living in the same area.With two indicators, accessibility and connectivity measured at the zone level, the regional transit service is captured and then related to the travel mode choice behavior. The sample data are selected from Washington-Baltimore Household Travel Survey in 2007,including all the trips from home to workplace in morning hours in Baltimore city. Traditional multinomial logit model using Bayesian approach is also estimated. A comparison of the two different models shows that ignoring the spatial context can lead to a misspecification of the effects of the regional transit service on travel behavior. The results reveal that improving transit service at regional level can be effective in reducing auto use for commuters after controlling for socio-demographics and travel-related factors.This work provides insights for interpreting tour-based commuter travel behavior by using recently developed methodological approaches. The results of this work will be helpful for engineers, urban planners, and transit operators to decide the needs to improve regional transit service and spatial location efficiently.

基于Web Services的嵌入式农业物联网测控系统

目前农业物联网测控系统数据交换普遍采用基于socket的简单通信。为解决使用socket通信产生的数据交换复杂,系统耦合性大的问题,将Web Services技术应用到linux的嵌入式农业物联网测控中,并给出了测控系统体系结构及软、硬件实现方法。Web Service技术使得嵌入式测控系统有了标准的数据表示格式和数据交换协议,提高了开发效率,便于系统修改、定制。实验结果表明,该系统性能稳定,无线数据采集与设备控制能达到实际需求,具有较高的实用性。

基于Web Service的吉林省科技文献信息共享系统研究

当代的信息资源的特点是数量庞大、类型复杂、形式多样、学科交叉、分散度大及知识老化迅速、时效性强这五大特色。因而任何一个图书馆的收藏都难以做到"大而全"或"小而全"。目前,重复建设、各自为政仍是文献资源建设工作中的两大顽疾,加之出版物价格猛涨,年购书购刊量普遍下滑,而文献信息资源或知识的价值主要在于它的系统性和累积性。在到处都出现单个图书馆文献资源极其有限而读者需求急剧增加的矛盾时,建立高校图书馆、公共图书馆和科技情报机构之间的横向联系,打破原有的分割和封锁,按照业务工作的客观规律与需要相互结合起来,建立业务上与组织上的联系,实现信息资源的共享是解决这一矛盾的有效措施。

基于Web Services的嵌入式智能家居系统的研制

本课题的智能家居系统基于XML Web Services的分布式计算模块、嵌入式系统和网络通信技术进行开发,包括四个模块,分别是Web Service服务端,掌上设备Pocket PC客户端、嵌入式系统平台和数据采集端,其中Web Service服务端作为智能家居系统的核心模块,控制整个智能家居系统的正常运转,掌上设备PPC客户端则用来作为用户远程连接Web服务器端的客户界面,而嵌入式系统平台则用来实现一些家居的具体电子电器设备。同时其通信集还包括Web服务集通信、GPRS无线通信和Web Socket通信三部分。最后完成的系统模型经过测试运行良好,具有很强的实用价值。

基于Web Services的智能建筑系统集成

针对系统集成的现状,简要介绍了Web Services技术原理和关键技术。在此基础上介绍了基于Web Services技术的系统集成应用模型及工作原理。指出基于Web Services的系统集成技术将是今后智能建筑系统集成的发展趋势之一。
