This paper proposes a novel open set recognition method,the Spatial Distribution Feature Extraction Network(SDFEN),to address the problem of electromagnetic signal recognition in an open environment.The spatial distribution feature extraction layer in SDFEN replaces convolutional output neural networks with the spatial distribution features that focus more on inter-sample information by incorporating class center vectors.The designed hybrid loss function considers both intra-class distance and inter-class distance,thereby enhancing the similarity among samples of the same class and increasing the dissimilarity between samples of different classes during training.Consequently,this method allows unknown classes to occupy a larger space in the feature space.This reduces the possibility of overlap with known class samples and makes the boundaries between known and unknown samples more distinct.Additionally,the feature comparator threshold can be used to reject unknown samples.For signal open set recognition,seven methods,including the proposed method,are applied to two kinds of electromagnetic signal data:modulation signal and real-world emitter.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the other six methods overall in a simulated open environment.Specifically,compared to the state-of-the-art Openmax method,the novel method achieves up to 8.87%and 5.25%higher micro-F-measures,respectively. 展开更多

Self-Triggered Set Stabilization of Boolean Control Networks and Its Applications

Set stabilization is one of the essential problems in engineering systems, and self-triggered control(STC) can save the storage space for interactive information, and can be successfully applied in networked control systems with limited communication resources. In this study, the set stabilization problem and STC design of Boolean control networks are investigated via the semi-tensor product technique. On the one hand, the largest control invariant subset is calculated in terms of the strongly connected components of the state transition graph, by which a graph-theoretical condition for set stabilization is derived. On the other hand, a characteristic function is exploited to determine the triggering mechanism and feasible controls. Based on this, the minimum-time and minimum-triggering open-loop, state-feedback and output-feedback STCs for set stabilization are designed,respectively. As classic applications of self-triggered set stabilization, self-triggered synchronization, self-triggered output tracking and self-triggered output regulation are discussed as well. Additionally, several practical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results. 展开更多

Due to the numerous variables to take into account as well as the inherent ambiguity and uncertainty,evaluating educational institutions can be difficult.The concept of a possibility Pythagorean fuzzy hypersoft set(pPyFHSS)is more flexible in this regard than other theoretical fuzzy set-like models,even though some attempts have been made in the literature to address such uncertainties.This study investigates the elementary notions of pPyFHSS including its set-theoretic operations union,intersection,complement,OR-and AND-operations.Some results related to these operations are also modified for pPyFHSS.Additionally,the similarity measures between pPyFHSSs are formulated with the assistance of numerical examples and results.Lastly,an intelligent decision-assisted mechanism is developed with the proposal of a robust algorithm based on similarity measures for solving multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems.A case study that helps the decision-makers assess the best educational institution is discussed to validate the suggested system.The algorithmic results are compared with the most pertinent model to evaluate the adaptability of pPyFHSS,as it generalizes the classical possibility fuzzy set-like theoretical models.Similarly,while considering significant evaluating factors,the flexibility of pPyFHSS is observed through structural comparison. 展开更多

The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems worse.The search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these problems.Many scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated ambiguity.The goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site selection.The characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these uncertainties.To tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s method.Following this,an intelligent algorithm is suggested.The steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains itself.The compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their viability.This study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,respectively.It uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior literature.It is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is uncertain.Comparing the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Insulin therapy plays a crucial role in managing diabetes.Regulatory guidelines mandate assessing the pharmacokinetics(PK)and pharmacodynamics(PD)of new insulin formulations with euglycemic clamp techniques before entry into the market.Typically,blood glucose(BG)levels are maintained at 5%below baseline to suppress endogenous insulin secretion in healthy volunteers.However,in scenarios where BG baseline is relatively low,maintaining it at 5%below baseline can increase hypoglycemic risk.Consequently,we adjusted to maintain it at 2.5%below a baseline of<4.00 mmol/L.It remains uncertain whether this adjustment impacts endogenous insulin inhibition or the PD of study insulin.AIM To evaluate and compare the PD and C-peptide status using two different target BG setting methods.METHODS Data came from euglycemic clamp trials assessing the PK/PD of insulin aspart(IAsp)in healthy participants.Target BG was set at 2.5%below baseline for those with a basal BG of<4.00 mmol/L(group A),and at 5%below baseline for others(group B).The area under the curve(AUC)of IAsp(AUC_(IAsp,0-8 h))and GIR from 0 to 8 hours(AUCGIR,0-8 h)was used to characterize the PK and PD of IAsp,respectively.The C-peptide reduction and PK/PD of IAsp were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Out of 135 subjects,15 were assigned to group A and 120 to group B;however,group B exhibited higher basal Cpeptide(1.59±0.36 vs 1.32±0.42 ng/mL,P=0.006).Following propensity score matching to adjust for basal Cpeptide differences,71 subjects(15 in group A and 56 in group B)were analyzed.No significant differences were observed in demographics,IAsp dosage,or clamp quality.Group B showed significantly higher baseline(4.35±0.21 vs 3.91±0.09 mmol/L,P<0.001),target(4.13±0.20 vs 3.81±0.08 mmol/L,P<0.001),and clamped(4.10±0.17 vs 3.80±0.06 mmol/L,P<0.001)BG levels.Both groups exhibited comparable C-peptide suppression(32.5%±10.0%vs 35.6%±12.1%,P=0.370)and similar IAsp activity(AUCGIR,0-8 h:1433±400 vs 1440±397 mg/kg,P=0.952)under nearly equivalent IAsp exposure(AUC_(IAsp,0-8 h):566±51 vs 571±85 ng/mL×h,P=0.840).CONCLUSION Maintaining BG at 2.5%below a baseline of<4.00 mmol/L did not compromise the endogenous insulin suppression nor alter the observed pharmacodynamic effects of the study insulin. 展开更多

A rough set based corner classification neural network, the Rough-CC4, is presented to solve document classification problems such as document representation of different document sizes, document feature selection and document feature encoding. In the Rough-CC4, the documents are described by the equivalent classes of the approximate words. By this method, the dimensions representing the documents can be reduced, which can solve the precision problems caused by the different document sizes and also blur the differences caused by the approximate words. In the Rough-CC4, a binary encoding method is introduced, through which the importance of documents relative to each equivalent class is encoded. By this encoding method, the precision of the Rough-CC4 is improved greatly and the space complexity of the Rough-CC4 is reduced. The Rough-CC4 can be used in automatic classification of documents. 展开更多

To cope with the constraint problem of power consumption and transmission delay in the virtual backbone of wireless sensor network, a distributed connected dominating set (CDS) algorithm with (α,β)-constraints is proposed. Based on the (α, β)-tree concept, a new connected dominating tree with bounded transmission delay problem(CDTT) is defined and a corresponding algorithm is designed to construct a CDT-tree which can trade off limited total power and bounded transmission delay from source to destination nodes. The CDT algorithm consists of two phases: The first phase constructs a maximum independent set(MIS)in a unit disk graph model. The second phase estimates the distance and calculates the transmission power to construct a spanning tree in an undirected graph with different weights for MST and SPF, respectively. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the CDT algorithm gives a correct solution to the CDTF problem and forms a virtual backbone with( α,β)-constraints balancing the requirements of power consumption and transmission delay. 展开更多

A channel allocation algorithm based on the maximum independent set is proposed to decrease network conflict and improve network performance. First, a channel allocation model is formulated and a series of the maximum independent sets (MISs) are obtained from a contention graph by the proposed approximation algorithm with low complexity. Then, a weighted contention graph is obtained using the number of contention vertices between two MISs as a weighted value. Links are allocated to channels by the weighted contention graph to minimize conflicts between independent sets. Finally, after channel allocation, each node allocates network interface cards (NICs) to links that are allocated channels according to the queue lengths of NICs. Simulations are conducted to evaluate the proposed algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm significantly improves the network throughput and decreases the end to end delay. 展开更多

目的:提高对SET::NUP214融合基因阳性急性白血病的认识。方法:回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年11月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的3例SET::NUP214融合基因阳性急性白血病患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行复习。结果:3例SET::NUP214融合... 目的:提高对SET::NUP214融合基因阳性急性白血病的认识。方法:回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年11月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的3例SET::NUP214融合基因阳性急性白血病患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行复习。结果:3例SET::NUP214融合基因阳性急性白血病患者中1例诊断为急性T淋巴细胞白血病(T-ALL),1例为急性髓系白血病(AML),1例为急性淋巴细胞白血病L2(ALL-L2),2例患者诊断时在我院行BCR::ABL荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术检测阳性,按照急性淋巴细胞白血病常规治疗效果欠佳;2例ALL患者均在1年内复发,1例AML患者化疗完全缓解,随后进行异基因移植,移植后10个月复发。结论:SET::NUP214融合基因阳性急性白血病少见,主要见于T-ALL中,染色体可正常,行BCR::ABLFISH有助于早期诊断,确诊需行融合基因检测。含激素化疗方案效果不佳,生存期短,预后差,异基因移植或可改善此类患者的预后。 展开更多

SET GO教学法也称为应诊录像教学法,就是在教学过程中,通过观察操作者的视频录像,进行教学的教学法。由于耳、鼻、喉的结构复杂,内部空间狭小,增加了视频录制的难度。在此背景下,吉林药学院附属医院将VR技术融入SET GO教学法中,借助VR技术录制成三维视频,使录制的视频清晰度更高,为SET GO教学法的实施提供了可行性。具体的教学环节分为前期教学、VR模拟操作及录制、VR录像加工、See和Else教学环节、Think教学环节、Goals和Offers教学环节等。通过以上环节的有序实施,提高了耳鼻喉科的临床教学效果。如在视频录制质量评价和SET GO教学效果评价方面,学生各项指标评价的良好率均在90%以上。建议进一步推广和应用。 展开更多

And it has been proved that computing the minimal reduct of decision system is NP-complete. By introducing heuristic information into genetic algorithm, we proposed a heuristic genetic algorithm. In the genetic algorithm, we constructed a new operator to maintaining the classification ability. The experiment shows that our algorithm is efficient and effective for minimal reduct, even for the special example that the simple heuristic algorithm can’t get the right result. 展开更多

Planetary gear set is the critical component in helicopter transmission train, and an important problem in condition monitoring and health management of planetary gear set is quantitative damage detection. In order to resolve this problem, an approach based on physical models is presented to detect damage quantitatively in planetary gear set. A particular emphasis is put on a feature generation and selection method, which is used for sun gear tooth breakage damage detection quantitatively in planetary gear box of helicopter transmission system. In this feature generation procedure, the pure torsional dynamical models of 2K-H planetary gear set is established for healthy case and sun gear tooth-breakage case. Then, a feature based on the spectrum of simulation signals of the dynamical models is generated. Aiming at selecting the best feature suitable for quantitative damage detection, a two-sample Z-test procedure is used to analyze the performance of features on damage evolution tracing. A feature named SR, which had better performance in tracking damage, is proposed to detect damage in planetary gear set. Meanwhile, the sun gear tooth-chipped seeded experiments with different severity are designed to validate the method above, and then the test vibration signal is picked up and used for damage detection. With the results of several experiments for quantitative damage detection, the feasibility and the effect of this approach are verified. The proposed method can supply an effective tool for degradation state identification in condition monitoring and health management of helicopter transmission system. 展开更多

Structural controllability is critical for operating and controlling large-scale complex networks. In real applications, for a given network, it is always desirable to have more selections for driver nodes which make the network structurally controllable. Different from the works in complex network field where structural controllability is often used to explore the emergence properties of complex networks at a macro level,in this paper, we investigate it for control design purpose at the application level and focus on describing and obtaining the solution space for all selections of driver nodes to guarantee structural controllability. In accord with practical applications,we define the complete selection rule set as the solution space which is composed of a series of selection rules expressed by intuitive algebraic forms. It explicitly indicates which nodes must be controlled and how many nodes need to be controlled in a node set and thus is particularly helpful for freely selecting driver nodes. Based on two algebraic criteria of structural controllability, we separately develop an input-connectivity algorithm and a relevancy algorithm to deduce selection rules for driver nodes. In order to reduce the computational complexity,we propose a pretreatment algorithm to reduce the scale of network's structural matrix efficiently, and a rearrangement algorithm to partition the matrix into several smaller ones. A general procedure is proposed to get the complete selection rule set for driver nodes which guarantee network's structural controllability. Simulation tests with efficiency analysis of the proposed algorithms are given and the result of applying the proposed procedure to some real networks is also shown, and these all indicate the validity of the proposed procedure. 展开更多

Finite-control-set model predictive control(FCS-MPC), as an advanced control scheme, has been developed and applied to improve the performance and efficiency of the holistic PMSM drive systems. Based on the three elements of model predictive control, this paper provides an overview of the superiority of the FCS-MPC control scheme and its shortcomings in current applications. The problems of parameter mismatch, computational burden, and unfixed switching frequency are summarized. Moreover, other performance improvement schemes, such as the multi-vector application strategy, delay compensation scheme, and weight factor adjustment, are reviewed. Finally, future trends in this field is discussed, and several promising research topics are highlighted. 展开更多

Then, dynamic reducts are computed based on rough set method, and the keyconditions for diagnosis are found according to the maximum cluster ratio. Lastly, according to theoptimal reduct, the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is designed for faultidentification. Set-nets are common alongshore fishing gear used in Haizhou Bay, which rely on flow to catch fish. The catch per unit effort(CPUE) of set-net is affected by spatial-temporal and environmental factors but no research has been conducted on this subject. In this study, we used generalized additive models(GAMs) to explore the influence of spatial-temporal and environmental factors on CPUEs of species aggregated, small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis), and octopus(Octopus variabilis) based on logbooks investigations conducted at 4 stations in an alongshore area of Haizhou Bay from 2011 to 2012. The results showed that all CPUEs exhibited significant spatial-temporal differences at various scales. Aggregated CPUE was high when the sea surface temperature(SST) was 15-18℃ and 20-23℃, which was mainly determined by life history traits of the octopus and small yellow croaker(optimal SSTs 14-17℃ and 19-24℃, respectively). Chlorophyll-a concentration had significant influences on the aggregated, small yellow croaker and octopus CPUEs at optimal ranges of 3.8-6.2 mg m^(-3), 4.2-4.8 mg m^(-3) and 4.5-5.5 mg m^(-3), respectively. Flow through the net had positive relationships with CPUEs. The approximate logarithmic trends in regression curves had a critical point of 2.5 Mm^3 d^(-1), which was the dividing point that differentiated whether the major factor affecting CPUEs was the flow velocity or the fishery resource. Our results from this study will help guide fishery production and improve catch rate of set-net fishing in Haizhou Bay. 展开更多

And a quantitative method based on fuzzy set is used to measure security risks of the system, A case study was performed on the WEB server of the Internet-banking System using fuzzy-set based assessment algorithm to quantitatively compute the security risk severity. The numeric result also provides a method to decide the most critical component which should amuse the system administrator enough attention to take the appropriate security measure or controls to alleviate the risk severity. In the optimization process, the line investment, network reliability and the network loss are the main objective of transmission network planning. Combined with set pair analysis (SPA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), neural network (NN), a hybrid particle swarm optimization model was established with neural network and set pair analysis for transmission network planning (HPNS). Firstly, the contact degree of set pair analysis was introduced, the traditional goal set was converted into the collection of the three indicators including the identity degree, difference agree and contrary degree. On this bases, using shi(H), the three objective optimization problem was converted into single objective optimization problem. Secondly, using the fast and efficient search capabilities of PSO, the transmission network planning model based on set pair analysis was optimized. In the process of optimization, by improving the BP neural network constantly training so that the value of the fitness function of PSO becomes smaller in order to obtain the optimization program fitting the three objectives better. Finally, compared HPNS with PSO algorithm and the classic genetic algorithm, HPNS increased about 23% efficiency than THA, raised about 3.7% than PSO and improved about 2.96% than GA. 展开更多
