PEG—ELISA检测两对半阳性模式血清中IgG类HBsAg免疫复合物

用 PEG 沉淀免疫复合物,再用 ELISA 法检测 HBsAg/IgG 免疫复合物,用此法对206例11种两对半阳性模式血清中的 HBsAg/IgG 复合物进行了检测,总阳性率为18.9%;HBsAg(+)、抗 HBe(+)及抗 HBe(+)、抗 HBe(+)二种模式阳性率最高(均为50%),HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+),抗 HBs(+)、抗 HBE(+)以及抗 HBc(+)这三种模式均未检出,但例数少,分别为5、13和6.值得注意的是单纯抗 HBs(+)血清阳性率为19%(12/63)。结果显示 HBsAg/IgG 免疫复合物与乙肝的慢性化、抑制 HBV 复制和抗 HBV 感染有一定关系;对单纯抗 HBs(+)的 HBV 感染者,不能排除其有传染性的可能或肯定完全康复。

反胶束法制备免疫脂质体

报道了反胶束法制备免疫脂质体的方法．先将水溶性包裹物（如药物等）包入反胶束中；在油／水界面膜上修饰有抗体，使反胶束穿过界面膜自动组装成免疫脂质体．负染电镜照片显示免疫脂质体为单层，直径在５０～４００ｎｍ范围．免疫脂质体溶解实验证明羊抗人ＩｇＧ已组装在了脂质体上．该方法制备过程简单，包裹率、修饰率较高．

N-(β-Carboxypropionyl)luminol as a new chemiluminescence label in immunoassay

A new chemilurninescence label N-(β-carboxypropionyl)luminol (CPL) was used to label sheep anti-human IgG (SaHIgG).The labeled antibody was stable and could be detected at least down to 10-17~10-16 mol.The molar incorporation ratio was estimated to be 0.26 mol of CPL per mol of SaHIgG.There were no apparent changes in the immunoreactivity of the labeled SaHIgG and in the quantum efficiency of the CPL after labeling.
