Focusing on the low open circuit voltage(V_(OC))and fill factor(FF)in flexible Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe)solar cells,indium(In)ions are introduced into the CZTSSe absorbers near Mo foils to modify the back interface and passivate deep level defects in CZTSSe bulk concurrently for improving the performance of flexible device.The results show that In doping effectively inhibits the formation of secondary phase(Cu(S,Se)_(2))and VSndefects.Further studies demonstrate that the barrier height at the back interface is decreased and the deep level defects(Cu_(Sn)defects)in CZTSSe bulk are passivated.Moreover,the carrier concentration is increased and the V_(OC) deficit(V_(OC,def))is decreased significantly due to In doping.Finally,the flexible CZTSSe solar cell with 10.01%power conversion efficiency(PCE)has been obtained.The synergistic strategy of interface modification and bulk defects passivation through In incorporation provides a new thought for the fabrication of efficient flexible kesterite-based solar cells. 展开更多

Shell干粉煤加压气化是煤炭洁净高效利用的重要技术之一,由碱金属化合物引起的合成气冷却器入口积灰结垢是导致气化炉非正常停工检修的主要原因。以添加不同含量的Na、Cl和S的Shell气化炉飞灰为原料,利用自主设计的高温竖直炉中沉积探针模拟Shell气化炉合成气冷却器入口管路,通过对积灰进行内、外分层研究,探讨内外层积灰质量的变化,并结合ICP-MS、IC、SEM-EDS和XRD等表征手段对内外层积灰的理化性质进行比较分析,获得Na、Cl、S和Fe等不同元素之间的相互作用对积灰行为的影响。结果表明,内层积灰质量随时间延长而增大,含S化合物的添加会降低内外层积灰质量,且外层积灰质量会随着时间延长而减小。Na更多以铝硅酸盐形式在外层积灰中存在,促进积灰增长;Cl通常以碱金属氯化物的形式集中在初始黏性层;S的存在会减缓管路积灰;当Cl和S共同存在时,Fe易与灰中的Si、Al和Na形成多种低温共熔物促进内、外层积灰熔融。Shell气化炉合成气冷却器入口积灰形成机制为:飞灰颗粒组分在Na、Cl、Si和Al的共同作用下,于内层形成碱金属氯化物和铝硅酸盐共晶;同时Cl、S的存在促使Fe和Na迁移到这些共晶中,形成Fe-O-Si、Fe-O-S和Fe-Na-O-Al-S共熔体。进而,铝硅酸盐与多种低温共熔体相互熔融使灰颗粒尺寸增加,促进积灰的进一步生长。 展开更多

For surface defects in electronic water pump shells,the manual detection efficiency is low,prone to misdetection and leak detection,and encounters problems,such as uncertainty.To improve the speed and accuracy of surface defect detection,a lightweight detection method based on an improved YOLOv5s method is proposed to replace the traditional manual detection methods.In this method,the MobileNetV3 module replaces the backbone network of YOLOv5s,depth-separable convolution is introduced,the parameters and calculations are reduced,and CIoU_Loss is used as the loss function of the boundary box regression to improve its detection accuracy.A dataset of electronic pump shell defects is established,and the performance of the improved method is evaluated by comparing it with that of the original method.The results show that the parameters and FLOPs are reduced by 49.83%and 61.59%,respectively,compared with the original YOLOv5s model,and the detection accuracy is improved by 1.74%,which is an indication of the superiority of the improved method.To further verify the universality of the improved method,it is compared with the results using the original method on the PASCALVOC2007 dataset,which verifies that it yields better performance.In summary,the improved lightweight method can be used for the real-time detection of electronic water pump shell defects. 展开更多

摇臂壳体是采煤机的重要组成部件,具有多级壁厚、变截面等异形特征。为提高采煤机摇臂壳体铸造质量,解决因铸造工艺不成熟导致的缩松、缩孔等缺陷问题。以MG325型采煤机摇臂壳体为研究对象,设计顶注式和底注式两种铸造工艺方案,采用ProC... 摇臂壳体是采煤机的重要组成部件,具有多级壁厚、变截面等异形特征。为提高采煤机摇臂壳体铸造质量,解决因铸造工艺不成熟导致的缩松、缩孔等缺陷问题。以MG325型采煤机摇臂壳体为研究对象,设计顶注式和底注式两种铸造工艺方案,采用ProCAST软件探究不同浇注工艺方案下摇臂壳体铸件充型及凝固过程,分析铸件温度场、凝固场及缩松、缩孔铸造缺陷位置。基于Niyama判据和应力场分布对底注式铸造工艺方案进行优化。结果表明:优化后摇臂壳体铸件在凝固冷却过程中保持温度梯度递增,促进铸件实现顺序凝固,铸件缺陷率明显降低且充型效果更佳,缩孔体积仅占摇臂壳体体积的0.0049%,电机孔薄壁端面应力优化量为38.47%,输出端孔处应力优化量达到91.08%。本文研究成果为采煤机摇臂壳体的铸造工艺提供了理论基础和数据支撑。 展开更多

This study aims to evaluate the erosion behavior and the hardness of hybrid composites made of varying amounts of coconut shells,walnut shells,and carbonfibers dispersed in a polyester matrix.MINITAB(L16)Taguchi experiments were used to determine the optimal combination of parameters.In particular,an erosion device con-sisting of a motor with a constantflow rate of 45 L/min,a pump with a diameter of 40 mm,a nozzle with a dia-meter of 5 mm,and a tank made of“perspex glass”55 cm long,30 cm tall,and 25 cm wide was used.The tests were conducted by varying the sample-to-nozzle distance,the pattern angle,and the sand particle size.The results have revealed that the presence of 7.5%by weight of waste coconut shell,for conditions corresponding to 90°angle,sand size 425μm,stand distance 30 cm,gives the best wear resistance(3.04×10^(-5) g/g).Thefiller content and sand particle size affect the erosive rate,with the angle playing a secondary role.The distance between the sample and the nozzle has a weaker effect on erosive wear.The hardness results show that the models(UP-5%carbonfiber-2.5-3.5-4.5-5.5-6.5-7.5 wt.%waste coconut shell)give the best values for prayer compared to the samples(UP-5 wt.%carbonfiber-2.5-3.5-4.5-5.5-6.5-7.5 wt.%waste walnut shell). 展开更多

The defect chemistry is successfully modulated on free-standing and binder-free carbon cathodes for highly efficient Li-S redox reactions.Such rationally regulated defect engineering realizes the synchronization of ion/electron-conductive and defect-rich networks on the threedimension carbon cathode,leading to its tunable activity for both relieving the shuttle phenomenon and accelerating the sulfur redox reaction kinetics.As expected,the defective carbon cathode harvests a high rate capacity of 1217.8 mAh g^(-1)at 0.2 C and a superior capacity retention of61.7%at 2 C after 500 cycles.Even under the sulfur mass loading of 11.1 mg cm^(-2),the defective cathode still holds a remarkable areal capacity of 8.5 mAh cm^(-2). 展开更多

One contains two external longitudinal semi-elliptic defects of different dimensions realized diametrically opposed. The other contains the same defects but is circumferential. These defects are carried out by elect-erosion. Strain gauges are placed in the neighborhood of the defects of which the purpose is to obtain the strain distribution. This work also allows the comparison between two defects of different dimensions, which are of the same shape or different shapes. These defects are longitudinal and circumferential semi-elliptical. The position of these defects relative to the inner radius of a cylindrical pressure vessel is considered. The deformations results are discussed. 展开更多

Under inverse square law force, the Schwarzschild metric, needs to be modified, to include Newton’s Shell Theorem (NST). By including NST for r, both Schwarzschild singularity at r = 2GM/c2 and at r → 0 singularities are removed from the metric. Near R → 0, the question of maximal density is considered based on Schwarzschild’s modified metric, and compared to the quantum limit of maximal mass density put by Planck’s quantum-based universal units. It is asserted, that General relativity, when combined with Planck’s universal units, inevitably leads to quantization of gravity. 展开更多

It is difficult to establish structure-property relationships in a defective solid because of its inhomogeneous-geometry microstructure caused by defects. In the present research, the effects of pores and cracks on the Young’s modulus of a defective solid are studied. Based on the law of the conservation of energy, mathematical formulations are proposed to indicate how the shape, size, and distribution of defects affect the effective Young’s modulus. In this approach, detailed equations are illustrated to represent the shape and size of defects on the effective Young’s modulus. Different from the results obtained from the traditional empirical analyses, mixture law or statistical method, for the first time, our results from the finite element method (FEM) and strict analytical calculation show that the influence of pore radius and crack length on the effective Young’s modulus can be quantified. It is found that the longest crack in a typical microstructure of ceramic coating dominates the contribution of the effective Young’s modulus in the vertical direction of the crack. 展开更多

偏光片是液晶显示器的重要组成部分,其表面缺陷不仅会降低液晶显示器的显示质量,甚至可能造成整个液晶面板的报废。针对偏光片表面缺陷存在尺度差异大、形状变化多样的问题,提出一种改进YOLOX-S的偏光片表面缺陷检测算法。提出自适应平... 偏光片是液晶显示器的重要组成部分,其表面缺陷不仅会降低液晶显示器的显示质量,甚至可能造成整个液晶面板的报废。针对偏光片表面缺陷存在尺度差异大、形状变化多样的问题,提出一种改进YOLOX-S的偏光片表面缺陷检测算法。提出自适应平衡特征金字塔(ABFP)模块充分融合主干网提取的多级特征,并通过单个卷积增加检测分支,进一步增强模型的多尺度检测能力。在ABFP中引入注意力模块CBAM关注重要特征。采用CIo U损失函数的同时使用Mish激活函数替代Si LU激活函数。实验结果表明,改进的算法在偏光片表面缺陷数据集上的m AP_(50)和m AP_(50:95)分别达到92.97%和55.16%,相比YOLOX-S(FPN)提升了1.86和1.34个百分点,每秒检测帧数(FPS)达到50,基本满足工业实时检测的需求。 展开更多

It is significant for the rational construction of the high–efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for in–depth understandings of how to improve the electron transfer and ion/oxygen transport in catalyzing oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reaction(ORR and OER),but still full of vital challenges.Herein,we synthesize the novel“three–in–one”catalyst that engineers core–shell Mott–Schottky Co_(9)S_(8)/Co heterostructure on the defective reduced graphene oxide(Co_(9)S_(8)/Co–rGO).The Co_(9)S_(8)/Co–rGO catalyst exhibits abundant Mott–Schottky heterogeneous–interfaces,the well–defined core–shell nanostructure as well as the defective carbon architecture,which provide the multiple guarantees for enhancing the electron transfer and ion/oxygen transport,thus boosting the catalytic ORR and OER activities in neutral electrolyte.As expected,the integrated core–shell Mott–Schottky Co_(9)S_(8)/Co–rGO catalyst delivers the most robust and efficient rechargeable ZABs performance in neutral solution electrolytes accompanied with a power density of 59.5 mW cm^(-2) and superior cycling stability at 5 mA cm^(-2) over 200 h.This work not only emphasizes the rational designing of the high–efficient bifunctional oxygen catalysts from the fundamental understanding of accelerating the electron transfer and ion/oxygen transport,but also sheds light on the practical application prospects in more friendly environmentally neutral rechargeable ZABs. 展开更多

The vibration characteristics of a functionally graded material circular cylindrical shell filled with fluid are examined with a wave propagation approach. The shell is filled with an incompressible non-viscous fluid. Axial modal dependence is approximated by exponential functions. A theoretical study of shell vibration frequencies is analyzed for simply supported-simply supported, clamped-simply supported, and clamped-clamped boundary conditions with the fluid effect. The validity and the accuracy of the present method are confirmed by comparing the present results with those available in the literature. The environmentally friendly Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe) compounds are promising direct bandgap materials for application in thin film solar cells, but the spontaneous surface defects disordering would lead to large open-circuit voltage deficit(V_(oc,deficit)) and significantly limit kesterite photovoltaics performance,primarily arising from the generated more recombination centers and insufficient p to n conversion at p-n junction. Herein, we establish a surface defects ordering structure in CZTSSe system via local substitution of Cu by Ag to suppress disordered Cu_(Zn) defects and generate benign n-type Zn_(Ag) donors. Taking advantage of the decreased annealing temperature of Ag F post deposition treatment(PDT), the high concentration of Ag incorporated into surface absorber facilitates the formation of surface ordered defect environment similar to that of efficient CIGS PV. The manipulation of highly doped surface structure could effectively reduce recombination centers, increase depletion region width and enlarge the band bending near p-n junction. As a result, the Ag F-PDT device finally achieves maximum efficiency of 12.34% with enhanced V_(oc) of 0.496 V. These results offer a new solution route in surface defects and energy-level engineering, and open the way to build up high quality p-n junction for future development of kesterite technology. 展开更多
