Head end necking on different broadening ratio was analyzed, and sections of different elongations at edger roiling was calculated; based on the law of volume constancy, the adjustment functions were described by parabolic functions. Control curves were developed with three Gaussian curves by means of additional combining; SSC control curve was changed with different weights of those curves, w1 effect one-third of SSC length, w2 effect two-third of SSC length, w3 effect all three parts of SSC length. In order to adjust the amount of weights for precise quantification, PSO algorithm was used to build sufficiency function so as to obtain best rectangular degree by global optimization. Practical applications showed that the method proposed is available to improve the product rolling yields by 1.0% -2. 0% and worthy to apply to plate rolling.展开更多

文摘目的:研究超短波联合主动运动锻炼疗法对缺血性脑卒中(Cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)后偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。方法:选择自2021年1月至2024年2月于我院接受康复治疗的脑卒中后偏瘫患者60例,随机法分成对照组(30例,给予常规治疗和主动运动锻炼疗法)与观察组(30例,额外给予超短波治疗),比较两组治疗前及治疗4 w后采用量角器测定的肩关节前屈、后伸、外展活动度,上肢fugl-meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-meyer assessment,FMA)评分、简易上肢机能检查(Simple test for evaluating hand function,STEF)评分、健康调查简表(36-item short-form,SF-36)评分、一般自我效能量表(General self efficacy scale,GSES)评分、生活质量评分量表(Modified-rankin-scale,MRS)评分,并比较并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后两组肩关节前屈、后伸、外展活动度以及上肢FMA、STEF、SF-36、GSES均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05),治疗后两组MRS均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超短波联合主动运动锻炼疗法可有效提高CIS偏瘫患者肩关节活动度、上肢功能、自我效能感及生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
