Numerical simulation and experimental research of surrounding rock deformation of floor roadway under short-distance coal seam group combined mining

According to the influence of the combination of short-distance coal seam group on mining roadway, using numerical simulation software FLAG2D to draw the abutment pressure distribution ahead the working face and the area of influence in fully-mechanized mining conditions, the variation rules of surrounding rock supporting pressure of floor roadway and the deformation rules were summarized. GYS-300 anchor dynamometer was used to measure the roadway surface displacement, and the conclusions of numerical simulation were verified.

Short-Distance Low-Power Wireless Access System

The short-distance low-power technologies for wireless access communications, including Bluetooth, Ultra-Wideband (UWB) and Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi), focus on the physical layer and Medium Access Control (MAC) layer. Bluetooth is a wireless protocol for exchanging data over short distances. It is an alternative to RS232 data cables. UWB is a radio technology that can be used at very low energy levels for short range. It provides flexible high-bandwidth wireless access. Wi-Fi enables the wireless connection of fast-access devices and mobile devices in Wireless Local Access Network (WLAN) and it is suitable for long distances. The standardizations of the above technologies have been developed and published soon after the emergence of these technologies. Among all the standards, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are the most important ones.

Path Breakthrough of Medical Humanities Education From the Perspective of“All-Staff,Whole-Process,and All-Round Education”

Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.

On All-round Development of Human Rights in China

In October 2003, the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） called for adherence to ＂the outlook toward development based on the fundamental interests of the people, toward an all-round, balanced and sustainable development.＂ The session also proposed to the National People＇s Congress （NPC） that respect for and protection of human rights be written into the country＇s Constitution. And accordingly, the NPC adopted a decision to revise the Constitution the following year. The call and the proposal were inter-related. The call sets the guideline, the theoretical basis and the orientation for the development of human rights in China. The pro- posal subsequently resulted in a revision of-the Constitution, the fundamental state law, which came as a legal guarantee for respect for and protection of human rights. Then, the ＂task of promoting an all-round development of the human rights cause＂ was written down into the country＇s Eleventh Five-Year Program for National Economic and Social Development （2006-2010）, which was approved by the NPC in March 2006. This was the first time that the development of human rights was written into a national program for social development. This means that an even closer link has been forged between China＇s human rights cause on one hand and the country＇s political, economic, cultural and social welfare undertakings on the other, thus preparing China＇s human rights cause for faster and sustainable development. We are now safe to predict that in the future, there will be even more and better rights the Chinese people are able to enjoy.

SpermCryo无卵黄冷冻液对食蟹猴精子冷冻保存的影响

为了建立运用商品化人类精子无卵黄冷冻液SpermCryoTM All-round冷冻保存食蟹猴精子的方法,比较了快速(-435℃/min)、中速(-183℃/min)和慢速(-69℃/min)的降温速率以及不同冷冻平衡时间(10和30 min)对食蟹猴精子冷冻保存的效果。结果表明,在液氮上方冷冻平衡10 min对食蟹猴精子的复苏活力显著高于30 min。用快速和中速冷冻速率保存的精子的复苏活力较高,冻存精子的复苏活力明显高于慢速冷冻速率保存的精子。该研究建立和优化的SpermCryo无卵黄冷冻液冷冻保存食蟹猴精子的方法,可简单快速完成精子的冷冻保存,并获得较高的冷冻复苏存活率。该研究结果对深入研究灵长类动物精子冷冻损伤的机制和在辅助生殖中的应用具有重要意义。

The recording of digital hologram at short distance and reconstruction using convolution approach

By adopting in-line lensless Fourier setup and phase-shifting technique, we recorded the phase-shifting digital hologram at short distance. As the Fresnel diffraction condition is no longer valid, the convolution approach is chosen for the reconstruction. However, the simulated reference wave for the reconstruction would suffer from severe undersampling due to the comparatively large pixel size. To solve this problem, sine-interpolation is introduced to get the pixel-size of the hologram reduced prior to the reconstruction. The experimental results show that an object image of high fidelity is obtained with this method.
