Ecological Greenway Construction in Shunde District of Foshan City,China

As the greenway construction grows popular,the concept and type of greenway is clarified in this study,research progresses and prospects of greenway planning are summarized.Greenway planning of Shunde District is taken for an example to elaborate properties,types,origination and tasks of greenway,moreover,construction background,ecological,human-centered and characteristic design principles were analyzed,especially the design of its buffer zone,corridor system,width of crawl lane,node system,identification system and service area.Greenway construction of Shunde District is to build a greenway network of multiple types and functions in 3 levels:region,city and community;a recreational landscaping system with regional greenland as the background,greennet and greenway as the framework,to promote a new "ecological,green and low-carbon" lifestyle,and create the new image of Shunde as "a livable riverfront region full of sunshine".

Analysis on Severe Convection Process in Shunde during May 10-11,2020

Using meteorological observation data,Doppler radar,and NCEP 0.25°×0.25°of 6 h reanalysis data,comparative analysis of circulation background,trigger conditions,physical quantity characteristics,and radar image characteristics of two severe convection weather processes in Shunde District during May 10-11,2020 was conducted,and similarities and differences of severe convection processes were explored.The results showed that the two severe convection processes occurred in the situation that there lacked high-altitude trough moving eastward,but low altitude was accompanied by shear line,which was triggered under conditional thermal instability.Vertical velocity profile displayed that severe convection was accompanied by strong convergence and upward movement,and K index and water vapor flux divergence had good corresponding relationship with the occurrence and extinction of severe convection weather in time.The occurrence of strong wind area had certain indicative significance for the prediction of severe convection weather.

Research on Optimizing the Tax Business Environment - Taking Shunde Taxation Bureau's Innovation Reform as an Example

Since 2013,optimizing the business environment has become China's national strategy.In recent years,the Party and the government have continuously introduced a series of new measures such as the'"streamline administration,delegate power,strengthen regulation,and improve services55 reform to promote the continuous optimization of the business environment.As an important part of the business environment,the tax business environment is of great significance to improve the business environment and promote economic development.By analyzing the current situation of the tax business environment in China,this article discusses the existing problems in the process of optimizing tax business environment in China.Taking Shunde Taxation Bureau's innovative reform of tax business environment optimization as an example,this article introduces the practical innovation and promotion of optimizing tax business environment from four aspects:promoting convenience,digitalization,legalization,and intensive reform,in order to provide relevant experience for the optimization of tax business environment in other areas of China.
