In order to realize the parametric design of the conjugate cam weft insertion mechanism,according to the necessary parameters of weft insertion process,ideal kinematic curves of the weft insertion mechanism were given...In order to realize the parametric design of the conjugate cam weft insertion mechanism,according to the necessary parameters of weft insertion process,ideal kinematic curves of the weft insertion mechanism were given,and the mathematical model of reverse solution for this mechanism was established.The parameters of this mechanism were obtained by reverse solution on the basis of the given ideal kinematic curves and kinematic requirements.The parametric design platform which was integrated with the functions of parametric reverse solution,motion simulation,three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly was developed based on VB.NET and Unigraphics(UG) NX.After entering the technological parameters of weft insertion process and essential structural parameters by users,three-dimensional drawing of the main parts such as the conjugate cam and shaft,can be obtained by this platform,also the processing data of the cam can be calculated.This platform provides a rapid approach for parametric design of weft insertion mechanism.展开更多

Five novel donor-acceptor (D-A) conjugated cooligomers (F4B-hP, F5B-hP, F5B2[1,2]-hP, F5B2[I,3]-hP and F7B2[1,2]-hP) were synthesized. The absorption spectra of the cooligomers cover a wide range from 300 nm to 63...Five novel donor-acceptor (D-A) conjugated cooligomers (F4B-hP, F5B-hP, F5B2[1,2]-hP, F5B2[I,3]-hP and F7B2[1,2]-hP) were synthesized. The absorption spectra of the cooligomers cover a wide range from 300 nm to 630 nm. The cooligomers could form films featured by alternating D-A lamellar nanostructures with the periods relative to the molecular lengths after thermal annealing or solvent vapor annealing. Single molecule solar cells were fabricated, and FSB-hP exhibited the best device performance. When the film of FSB-hP was thermally annealed, a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 1.56% was realized. With solvent vapor annealing, the PCE could be further improved to 1.72% with a short-circuit current (J_SC) of 5.76 mA/cm2, an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.87 V and a fill factor (FF) of 0.34.展开更多
A novel, homogeneous and sensitive assay for the detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) by integration of rolling circle amplification (RCA) and cationic conjugated polymer (CCP) has been developed and te...A novel, homogeneous and sensitive assay for the detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) by integration of rolling circle amplification (RCA) and cationic conjugated polymer (CCP) has been developed and tested. Mutant DNA serves as the template for specifically circularizing a padlock probe (PLP) with a sequence that is complementary to the mutant DNA. Afterwards, the mutant DNA directly acts as the primer to initiate the RCA reaction in the presence of phi29 DNA polymerase that generates a long, tandem single-strand DNA product. During the RCA reaction, fluorescein-labeled dUTPs are incorporated into the RCA products. When the CCP is introduced, efficient FRET from CCP to fluorescein occurs as a result of the strong electrostatic interactions between the CCP and the DNA produced by RCA. The wild-type DNA contains a single base mismatch with PLP with the result that the PLP is not circularized, RCA is not triggered and inefficient FRET results. By measuring the change of the emission intensities of CCP and fluorescein, it was possible to detect the SNP in a homogeneous manner. The method is sensitive and specific enough to detect 0.1 pmol/L mutant DNA and to determine a mutant allele frequency as low as 2.0%.展开更多

There is no evidence of large phase separation confirmed by AFM images and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The space charge limit current measurements and light intensity dependence measurements indicate that the low electron mobility and the significant recombination of pho- togenerated charge carriers in active layer mainly account for the low performance of our solar cells. Our results suggest that these "double-cable" are oromising candidates for use in single-component polymer solar cells with NIR photoresponse.展开更多
