Mechanism of Impact of Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises in China

As a necessary factor for a successful business,entrepreneurial spirit is an important means for enterprises to survive in the unstable environment of fierce competition. Under the circumstance of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,a large number of small and medium-sized private enterprises have emerged in all walks of life in China. This paper examines the differences in the definition of entrepreneurial spirit by different scholars,the influence of Chinese entrepreneurship on the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,the origin of the spirit of private entrepreneurs with Chinese characteristics,and the disadvantages of the spirit of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs in China. It is necessary to further improve entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises and help China to build the national economic system.

Mechanism of Interaction between Entrepreneurial Spirit and Growth of Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises

In the context of government appeal of " mass entrepreneurship and innovation",all areas launched the movement of " mass entrepreneurship" and " grassroots entrepreneurship". As parts of vitality of China's market economy,small and medium sized private enterprises become grassroots of market competition in talents,funds,and technologies. This paper combined three levels of entrepreneurial spirit and small and medium sized private enterprises,studied acting mechanism of entrepreneurial spirit,discussed competitive power of small and medium sized private enterprises,and recommended that small and medium sized private enterprises should cultivate core competitive power,adapt to external environment,and create external environment support,to realize sound development.

Investigation and Analysis of Henan Province Focused on Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises Financial Present Situation

China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises plays a very important role in the process of development of the national economy in, to the development of the national economy also plays a vital role, but with the development of the times, small and medium-sized private enterprises funds, technology, personnel and other contradictions have become increasingly prominent. China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises to want to, in the face of intense competition today, seeking a seat on the development, dredge fi nancing channel is the most important, he can affect the enterprise production and management, foreign investment and the adjustment of the capital structure. So properly solve the enterprise fi nancing problems is of great signifi cance. Henan Province as a new rising big province, its economic potential without limit, in this paper, based on the fi nancing situation of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Henan Province and fi nancing diffi cult problem of, and combined with related literature, to explain its existing problems and analysis to explore the related reasons, the proposed for solving measures.

The role of e-readiness assessment criteria in accepting e-commerce for small and medium size enterprisesmDevelopment of technology acceptance model

This paper develops Davis technology acceptance model by adding two criteria of e-readiness assessment. For small and medium size enterprises, the paper evaluates the credit of developed model in studying the efficient factors in internet technology acceptance, which is one of the most applicable communication tools in e-commerce. The added factors, taken from models and means of e-readiness assessment, are ＂existing information technology infrastructures＂ as well as ＂organization＇s training＂. The authors study 45 small and medium size enterprises in the city of Tehran, which are active in information technology products and services. Using Lisrel structural equation modelling, it is shown that there is a meaningful relationship between the added factors and the variables indicating internet network usage. Therefore, the better factors of e-readiness assessment lead to the higher acceptance level of electronic communication tools in e-commerce.

Research on Technology Opportunity Identification of Small and Medium-sized Vaccine Enterprises Based on Patent Analysis

Objective To propose a method for identifying cooperation partners and technology opportunities based on technological similarity and technological capability analysis at the critical moment for the survival of small and medium-sized vaccine companies.This method can provide a direction for small and medium-sized enterprises that lack human and financial resources to make full use of its existing technologies.Methods Data analysis was carried out based on patent data.First,through cosine similarity and patent index evaluation,companies with high technological similarity and strong technological capabilities were selected as the target of cooperation.Then evaluation index system of technological development potential was built from three dimensions:technological competitiveness,technological creativity,and potential for industrialization.AHP-CRITIC method was used to determine the comprehensive development potential of each technology.Finally,technology opportunities based on K-means and text mining were identified.Results and Conclusion This method can help small and medium vaccine companies in China to identify technological opportunities and provide directions for product development.

Survey Explores Symbiotic Relationship between China's Nonofficial Finance and SMEs

Domestic and foreign studies have revealed the existence of an interactive development relationship between nono cial nance and small and medium-sizedenterprises.Based on the empirical findings of a Hangzhou case study,this article substantiates the existence of a very strong symbiotic relationship between China’s nono cial nance and small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).This symbiotic relationship is an equilibrium outcome among three market players:formalnance,nono cial nance and SMEs.Meanwhile,it is also a rational choice and suboptimal equilibrium point reached under the existing institutional spaceconstraints.In our empirical study,we found that formal nance failure left a space for symbiosis to survive in two ways:the comparative advantages of nono cialnance created an institutional basis for symbiosis to grow,and immense SME fund shortages created a market space for symbiosis to thrive.In this article,we alsoput forward some recommendations for further development of such a symbiotic relationship.

知识搜寻与重构如何促进专精特新中小企业绿色技术创新——战略柔性与激励型环境规制的调节作用

专精特新中小企业的创新实力和发展韧性较强,如何促进其绿色技术创新对于实现“双碳”目标和企业可持续发展具有重要意义。基于组织搜寻与知识管理理论,引入知识重构作为中介变量,战略柔性与激励型环境规制作为调节变量,探究知识搜寻对专精特新中小企业绿色技术创新的内在作用机制。基于272家专精特新中小企业调查数据,通过层次回归、Bootstrap等方法进行分析。结果表明:市场知识搜寻与技术知识搜寻均对专精特新中小企业绿色技术创新具有显著影响;知识重构在市场知识搜寻、技术知识搜寻与专精特新中小企业绿色技术创新之间起部分中介作用;战略柔性正向调节知识搜寻对知识重构的影响;激励型环境规制正向调节知识重构对专精特新中小企业绿色技术创新的影响。

我国民营银行的发展现状、问题与对策建议

进入新时代以来,基于解决我国金融业发展不平衡不充分问题与优化金融市场结构体系的现实需要,国家出台了一系列政策支持民营银行的发展,民营银行由试点阶段进入到常态化经营阶段,资产负债规模和盈利能力大幅提升,逐渐成为服务中小企业的主力军。然而,由于战略定位不清晰、公司治理机制待完善、资本金支撑不足、抗风险能力较弱等问题,目前民营银行正面临严峻的挑战。因此,在未来的发展中,民营银行应坚定差异化经营,注重小微、民营、普惠等领域;完善公司治理机制,拓展资本金来源渠道;加强人才队伍建设,提高金融服务质量;借助金融科技,加快数字化转型,提升风险识别、防控和化解能力。同时,政府部门要强化政策引导,完善监管措施,助力民营银行更好地服务于实体经济。

中小企业数字化转型:焦点、难点及进路

中小企业在我国国民经济中占据重要地位,加快推进中小企业数字化转型,是新发展格局背景下实现经济高质量发展的必由之路。文本基于2万余家中小企业的调查数据发现,我国中小企业数字化转型整体处于起步阶段。分行业看,开展数字化转型的中小企业中,信息技术企业、工业企业居多;分地区看,长三角、珠三角城市群中的一线城市是中小企业数字化转型的领先区域。虽然中小企业数字化转型在部分地区取得显著成效,但仍面临管理层及员工数字知识储备不足、转型规划不清晰、关键要素支撑力弱等诸多难点,影响数字化转型进度。因此,要明确中小企业数字化转型的战略规划,针对资金、人才和技术等方面的重点问题精准施策,从人才储备、数据集成、平台赋能、产业链协同等方面创新路径,引导中小企业规划适合自身特点和发展需求的转型路径,加快推进中小企业数字化转型。

政银企风险共担支持企业科技创新研究——以江苏省昆山市综合风险池为例

本文基于对江苏省昆山市综合风险池46家企业的访谈,分析了风险共担机制支持企业科技创新活动的实效与机制,得出如下结论:第一,风险共担机制对缓解企业融资约束、改善银企对接质效有积极作用。第二,风险共担机制能够改善企业跨周期研发投入的稳定性,并以此提升科技成果转化效率。第三,综合风险池作为风险共担机制的一种创新,在发生外生冲击及宏观经济低迷时更能发挥这类政策的积极作用。本文的发现为进一步完善风险共担机制的跨周期性与稳定性提供了现实参考,也为其支持企业科技创新提供了经验证据。

科技创新走廊赋能中小城市产业发展研究——以广西L市为例

科技走廊,是在空间地理上呈现出带状或者条状的科技创新集聚区。文章以广西L市为例,探讨中小工业城市如何通过借鉴科技创新走廊建设经验来促进产业发展。通过调研L市工业产业和企业现状,参考长三角G60科创走廊和广深港澳科技创新走廊沿线城市的成功做法,提出了完善城市科技发展规划、强化产业规划、建设产业联盟共享平台、成立科技商学院、设立科创中心、紧密协同高校与科研机构、构建科技金融生态系统等七个提升L市科技创新能力的建议,以期为其他中小城市提升科技创新能力、推动经济高质量发展提供参考。

中国企业数字化进程的典型事实——来自中国企业创新创业调查的证据

企业数字化转型是数字技术与实体经济相结合的主要方式,也是实现产业升级和培育新质生产力的明确要求。但是,目前学术界仍然缺乏对于广泛中小企业数字化转型发展水平的定量评估。本文利用北京大学企业大数据研究中心开展的中国企业创新创业调查获得的一手数据,定量描述了中国企业互联网使用、数字化管理、线上业务分工、数字化机器四项数字技术的采用情况,并使用欧美国家相似调研数据进行国际比较,进而总结当前中国企业数字化转型的典型事实。本文具有如下发现:第一,中国企业在经营活动中已经普遍采用了数字技术,但数字化进程仍然具有区域、行业差异;第二,中国企业的互联网使用和数字化管理的采用仍然落后于欧美国家,但电子商务和短视频媒体的采用处于领先地位;第三,规模越大、年龄越小、员工工资越高的企业开展数字化转型的概率越高;第四,中老年企业家由于缺乏数字技术相关知识而更难开展数字化转型。本文为中国在新发展阶段进一步加快产业数字化转型升级,特别是中小企业数字化赋能等专项行动,提供了有益的政策参考。

科技保险创新发展策略研究——基于山东省科技型中小企业发展需求调研

作为科技型中小企业风险防控的重要手段,科技保险的创新发展已成为行业关注的焦点,山东省科技厅、财政厅以及中国保险监督管理委员会山东监管局等多个部门联动,出台了系列政策激励企业购买科技保险,同时为科技保险的创新发展提供优渥条件。文章从山东省2023年已入库科技型中小企业中抽取样本,通过问卷调研,对科技保险的市场需求进行调研,依据调研结果,提出科技保险创新发展策略。

连续跨国并购情景下民营企业适应性成长路径与机制——基于美的股份的探索性案例研究

以科技自立自强与创新驱动为视角,以美的股份1999~2017年连续跨国并购实现适应性成长过程为研究样本,采用探索性单案例研究,探讨连续跨国并购情景下中国民营企业适应性成长的路径与机制。研究首先梳理企业成长路径、企业成长压力、适应性成长机制研究现状,然后以一手数据与二手数据相结合的方式构建美的股份成长原始数据库,其次遵循研究现状对原始数据一阶/二阶编码后进行结构化数据分析,得出了在中国民营企业连续跨国并购实现适应性成长过程中,成长路径呈现“核心产品创新能力-关键领域创新能力-核心产业跨领域创新能力”的动态演化过程,“替换机制-转移机制-升级机制”依次发挥作用。研究结果丰富了中国民营企业适应性成长理论研究,为中国民营企业克服成长压力,实现科技自立自强提供管理启示。

企业技术标准质押融资的可行性及路径浅析——以深圳市“20+8”产业为例

技术标准质押融资可以为中小科技企业的融资开辟新渠道,对于促进中小企业的发展壮大意义重大。本文通过对深圳市“20+8”产业的中小企业融资需求及技术标准现状调研,识别了在该领域开展技术标准融资的必要性和可行性。并在分析借鉴国内外标准融资政策的基础上,研究提出了深圳开展企业技术标准质押融资的基本路径,探析了技术标准的价值评估方法,以期为深圳市中小科技企业的融资拓展新路径,切实缓解中小科技企业融资难问题。

科技型中小企业是现代产业创新生态的中坚力量,提升其科技金融服务能力是国之大事。聚焦河南省南阳市科技型中小企业群体,对当地营商政策环境及融资渠道现状进行分析,从政府、金融机构和企业自身三个层面归纳了目前南阳市科技型中小企业所面临的融资困境,提出了政府加大政策支持力度、金融机构有针对性调整授信策略、提升科创金融产品担保方式适配度及丰富金融产品供给等解决对策,以期为改善南阳科技型中小企业“融资难、融资贵”等问题提供一些思路和方向。

税收优惠对科技型中小企业创新绩效的影响研究——以研发费用加计扣除政策为例

为探究税收优惠对科技型中小企业创新绩效的影响,以2017年研发费用加计扣除政策变化作为一项“准自然实验”,选取2014—2022年新三板挂牌上市的科技型中小企业数据建立双重差分模型(DID)。研究发现,研发费用加计扣除政策对企业的创新绩效有显著的促进作用,且该促进作用在企业性质以及所在地区存在异质性。经影响机制分析,研发费用加计扣除会提升企业内部固定资产投入与内源融资能力进而促进企业创新绩效的提升,同时企业所处的外部市场环境起调节作用,研究对政策完善以及企业经营具有一定理论价值。

技术创新、股权集中度和中小型制造企业服务化转型——基于面板数据的实证分析

面对国际经济环境的震荡和国内经济高质量发展的需求,不少中小型制造企业纷纷选择了服务化转型的道路。本研究选取2013~2022年A股中小型制造企业数据,深入分析中小型制造企业服务化现状,考察技术创新和股权集中度对中小型制造企业服务化转型的作用。研究发现,近些年中小型制造企业服务化转型趋势明显,其中以高技术制造业中的企业发展最为迅速;不同技术水平制造业中的企业主要开展的服务类型也有所不同;技术创新与股权集中度对中小型制造企业的服务化转型有促进作用,但二者的促进作用之间存在替代效应。

南通中小企业产学研合作的现实困境和建议

[目的]中小企业实现高质量发展的主要途径是技术创新,但由于自身研发能力弱,所以利用产学研合作获得新技术是可行路径之一。然而,在南通中小企业产学研合作中存在各种政策或机制障碍,影响其高质量发展,需要对其进行研究。[方法]通过实地走访,采用问卷调查法和文献研究法,揭示南通中小企业产学研合作困境,总结国内外产学研实践经验,给出相应建议。[结果]南通中小企业产学研合作的三大痛点是政策支持不足、合作机制不健全和科技成果转化困难。根据深圳、南京、德国、日本、韩国等产学研实践经验,南通需要在财政支持、税收减免、人才接洽、产学研合作机制等方面进行改革。[结论]研究成果可为国内中小企业产学研合作提供参考。
