Research on the Generation of Professional Skill Modules for Talent Cultivation in the Landscape Architecture Profession for Industry-Education Integration of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Due to industry characteristics or regional limitations,many students in certain majors tend to seek employment in small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).SMEs face certain challenges in implementing industry-education integration,and there is a lack of mature methods in specific implementation processes and talent cultivation plan generation.Taking the landscape architecture profession as an example,this paper conducts a correlation analysis and cross-analysis of the industry-required professional skills based on surveys of over 300 industry practitioners employed in SMEs.It provides professional skill cultivation modules based on market feedback.This research process and analysis method have certain reference significance for the rapid production of adaptive talent cultivation professional skill modules in other industries targeting SMEs.

Maintenance,Repair,and Reinforcement Measures for Dilapidated Small and Medium-Sized Bridges

The paper initiates by exploring the importance of maintaining,repairing,and reinforcing bridges.Subsequently,it delves into routine and preventative maintenance measures tailored for small to medium-sized bridges.Additionally,the paper examines repair and reinforcement techniques specifically designed for deteriorated small and medium-sized bridges,encompassing methods for fortifying both the bridge foundation and upper and lower structures.Lastly,the paper proposes suggestions aimed at fostering discussions and exchanges on the development of maintenance and repair processes for deteriorated small and medium-sized bridges.

Enucleation combined with guided bone regeneration in small and medium-sized odontogenic jaw cysts

BACKGROUND The odontogenic jaw cyst is a cavity containing liquid,semifluid or gaseous components,with the development of the disease.In recent years,with the rapid development of oral materials and the transformation of treatment of jaw cysts,more options are available for treatment of postoperative bone defect of jaw cysts.Guided bone regeneration(GBR)places biomaterials in the bone defect,and then uses biofilm to separate the proliferative soft tissue and the slow-growing bone tissue to maintain the space for bone regeneration,which is widely used in the field of implantology.AIM To observe the clinical effect of GBR in repairing bone defect after enucleation of small and medium-sized odontogenic jaw cysts.METHODS From June 2018 to September 2020,13 patients(7 male,6 female)with odontogenic jaw cysts were treated in the Department of Oral Surgery,Ninth People’s Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.Adults without hypertension,heart disease,diabetes or other systemic diseases were selected.The diagnosis was based on the final pathological results:11 cases were diagnosed as apical cysts,one as primordial cyst,and one as dentigerous cyst.The lesions were located in the maxilla in seven cases,and in the mandible in six cases.All cases were treated with the same method of enucleation combined with GBR.RESULTS Three to four months after the operation,the boundary between the implant site and the surrounding normal stroma was not obvious in patients with small-sized odontogenic jaw cysts.The patients with tooth defects were treated with implant after 6 mo.For the patients with medium-sized odontogenic jaw cysts,the density of the center of the implant area was close to the normal mass at 6 mo after surgery,and there was a clear boundary between the periphery of the implant area and the normal mass.The boundary between the periphery of the implant area and the normal mass was blurred at 8-9 mo after surgery.Patients with tooth defects were treated with implants at>6 mo after the operation.CONCLUSION Enucleation combined with guided bone regeneration in small and medium-sized odontogenic jaw cysts can shorten the time of osteogenesis,increase the amount of new bone formation,reduce complications,and improve quality of life.

Mechanism of Impact of Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises in China

As a necessary factor for a successful business,entrepreneurial spirit is an important means for enterprises to survive in the unstable environment of fierce competition. Under the circumstance of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,a large number of small and medium-sized private enterprises have emerged in all walks of life in China. This paper examines the differences in the definition of entrepreneurial spirit by different scholars,the influence of Chinese entrepreneurship on the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,the origin of the spirit of private entrepreneurs with Chinese characteristics,and the disadvantages of the spirit of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs in China. It is necessary to further improve entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises and help China to build the national economic system.

Contract Mechanism of Water Environment Regulation for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Based on Optimal Control Theory

The small and scattered enterprise pattern in the county economy has formed numerous sporadic pollution sources, hindering the centralized treatment of the water environment, increasing the cost and difficulty of treatment. How enterprises can make reasonable decisions on their water environment behavior based on the external environment and their own factors is of great significance for scientifically and effectively designing water environment regulation mechanisms. Based on optimal control theory, this study investigates the design of contractual mechanisms for water environmental regulation for small and medium-sized enterprises. The enterprise is regarded as an independent economic entity that can adopt optimal control strategies to maximize its own interests. Based on the participation of multiple subjects including the government, enterprises, and the public, an optimal control strategy model for enterprises under contractual water environmental regulation is constructed using optimal control theory, and a method for calculating the amount of unit pollutant penalties is derived. The water pollutant treatment cost data of a paper company is selected to conduct empirical numerical analysis on the model. The results show that the increase in the probability of government regulation and public participation, as well as the decrease in local government protection for enterprises, can achieve the same regulatory effect while reducing the number of administrative penalties per unit. Finally, the implementation process of contractual water environmental regulation for small and medium-sized enterprises is designed.

Analysis on Profit Quality of Small and Medium-sized Agricultural Enterprises:A Case Study of YM Industrial Co.,Ltd in Guang'an City of Sichuan Province

For a long time, under the influence of system and environment and other factors, some small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in China only seek growth of profit in quantity, but neglect the growth of profit in quality, leading to low profit quality. This study reasonably defines the concept of profit quality of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, and expounds general characteristics of high quality profit. On the basis of general factors influencing profit quality of enterprises, it builds indicator system for evaluating the profit quality of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises. Also, it conducts an empirical analysis on profit quality of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises with YM Industrial Co., Ltd in Guang'an City of Sichuan Province as an example.

A Study on Business Succession in Small and Medium-Sized Chinese Enterprises

The survival and development of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) is an important issue for the Chinese economy. In particular, business succession in SMEs is a persistent issue. Business succession involves selection of a successor, asset inheritance, transfer of management rights, accumulation of business connections and technology succession, and soforth. This all requires smooth execution of a business succession plan. However, many SMEs do not have a business succession plan, nor are they preparing one. Our task is to explore the reasons these preparations are not being made. Here, the purpose of our research is to get a picture of the status of preparations for business succession in SMEs in China, and the actual circumstances of succession, based on the results of a fact-finding survey of Chinese SMEs, and at the same time bring to the surface the primary factors which influence preparations and plans. The results of the analysis shed light on the status of business succession preparations, successor’s awareness of issues, decision making, and so on. This survey highlights the awareness of business succession among business managers.

Study on Electronic Commerce Maturity of Small and Medium-sized Agricultural Enterprises

This article advances the concept of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,and establishes the indicator system of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.This indicator system includes 4 first-level indicators(infrastructure,transaction process,operation management,and transaction safety),which are divided into 11 second-level indicators(hardware equipment,computer network,e-procurement,logistics distribution,supply chain management,customer relationship management,and payment security).We use analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of indicator at all levels,and establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.Finally,through examples,we verify the rationality and reliability of evaluation method of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Survival of Patients with Small-Cell Lung Cancer Treated at Tertiary Hospitals in the East of Thailand, 2007-2016: A Retrospective Study

Objective:?The objective of the study was to determine the survival of patients?with small-cell lung cancer treated at tertiary hospitals in the East of?Thailand. Materials and methods:?The researchers conducted this retrospective?study by reviewing medical records of patients with small-cell lung cancer?treated at Chonburi Cancer Hospital and Prapokklao Hospital from January?2007 to December 2016 and monitored via follow-up until December?2018. Results:?This study enrolled 54 patients with a median follow-up time?of 8.5 months. The median age of patients was 63 years old. Most patients?were male (83.3%) and had a history of smoking (90.7%), and 31.4% had?clinical superior vena cava obstruction at initial treatment. The Eastern Cooperative?Oncology Group performance status 0-1 was noted for 61.1% of the?study population. Median survival time of patients with limited-stage and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer who received systemic chemotherapy?and/or radiotherapy was 17.01 months (95% CI, 12.01 - 22.01) and 8.14?months (95% CI, 7.19 - 9.10), respectively, and that of patients receiving?supportive care was 2.3 months (95% CI, 0.75 - 4.03). However, the median?survival time of patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer receiving?only palliative chemotherapy was 5.9 months (95% CI, 0.32 - 17.51). Conclusions:?The median survival time of patients with limited-stage small-cell lung?cancer treated in the East of Thailand was comparable to those of landmark?studies;however, the survival of patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung?cancer was shorter than those of Phase III trials. A multidisciplinary team was?necessary to improve the quality of patient care.

Comprehensive therapeutic effect of the stroke rehabilitation unit in a medium-sized comprehensive community hospital

BACKGROUND： Acute stroke unit （stroke care unit） is developing in some domestic large-sized hospitals, but most stroke patients need stroke rehabilitation unit therapy, so setting stroke rehabilitation unit in medium-sized comprehensive community hospital （secondary hospital）, where medical facility is relatively insufficient, is a new pathway to satisfy stroke patients. OBJECTIVE： To observe the comprehensive effect of developing stroke rehabilitation unit based on the facility of secondary hospital and its feasibility. DESIGN： Non-randomized concurrent controlled observation SETTING： Department of Neurology, Beijing Longfu Hospital PARTICIPANTS： Totally 264 stroke reconvalescents who suffered stroke for 7 days and received treatment in the Department of Neurology, Beijing Longfu Hospital during June 2003 to June 2005 were involved in the study. All the involved patients were confirmed by CT or MRI. The patients were scored by using Modified Edinbergh-Scandinavia stroke scale （SSS） 〉 16 points. Written informed consents were obtained from all the patients. The patients were assigned into 2 groups according to the willing of patients and their relatives： （1）treatment group, in which, there were 134 patients, 76 males and 58 females, aged 43 to 74 years; cerebral infarction was found in 116 cases and cerebral hemorrhage in 18 cases;（2） control group, in which, there were 130 patients, 66 males and 64 females, aged 45 to 77 years, cerebral infarction was found in 115 cases and cerebral hemorrhage in 15 cases. There were significant differences in baseline data of the patients between two groups. METHODS： A same basic treatment was conducted in the patients of the two groups. （1） Patients in the treatment group admitted to stroke rehabilitation unit and received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The rehabilitation flow-sheet： randomization-letting the patients of treatment group go into the unit-making comprehensive assessment in the initial stage-making therapy plan-talking with patients and their other family members-general rehabilitation-making metaphase assessment-adjusting therapy plan-making final assessment-letting the patients discharge and doing follow-up visits. （2） The patients in the control group admitted to common wards, and they were encouraged to do activities by themselves in the early stage, but did not receive rehabilitation training under the instructions from professional physicians. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： The following assessments were conducted on admission and 7 and 28 days after admission： （1） Severity of stroke and motor function： scored as 0 to 45 points by SSS, the higher points, the severer damage. （2）Activities of daily living： Evaluated by Barthel index, 110 points in total, 110 points meant normal, 0 point meant extremely poor. （3）Mental status： evaluated by Hopkin＇s symptom scale with a 5-point scoring. The symptom was scored with low to high points. （4）Cognitive function： Quantification measurement was conducted with LOTCA method. The higher points, the better therapeutic effects. RESULTS： （1） Three cases dropped out and one died in the treatment group, 11 cases dropped out and 4 died in the control group. （2）The neurologic impairment points on 7 and 28 days after therapy in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group separately [7 days：（9.73±6.43） points vs. （12.63± 7.87） points, t =2.28, P〈 0.05;28 days：（7.88±4.81） points vs. （9.84±7.03）points, t =2.04, P〈 0.05]. Barthel index on 7 and 28 days after therapy in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group separately [7 days：（54.28±8.38） points vs. （39.76±7.31） points, t =2.206, P 〈 0.05; 28 days： （89.72±7.94） points vs. （67.34±8.63） points, t =2.812, P 〈 0.01]. （4） Patients were allocated into different age groups based on age and evaluated with LOTCA. Results showed that there were no significant differences among different age groups （P 〉 0.05）. （5） Totally 160 patients in the two groups accomplished the Hopkin＇s test, among them, 94 （58.7%） had different mental disorders; Among the patients with mental disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety were found mostly, being 53.8%, 52.5% and 46.2%, respectively. CONCLUSION： （1） Developing stroke rehabilitation unit therapy in the secondary hospital can obviously improve the motor function and activities of daily living of stroke reconvalescents. （2） More than half of the stroke reconvalescents accompany the symptoms of depression, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety and other mental disorders. （3） The cognitive function of stroke reconvalescents is not related to age.

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of New Media Marketing in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

With China’s entry into WTO, China’s small and medium-sized enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The integration of the world economy has brought opportunities for the internationalization and industrialization of small and medium-sized enterprises. Deep Learning Enabled Financial Crisis Prediction Model for Small-Medium Sized Industries

Recently,data science techniques utilize artificial intelligence(AI)techniques who start and run small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)to take an influence and grow their businesses.For SMEs,owing to the inexistence of consistent data and other features,evaluating credit risks is difficult and costly.On the other hand,it becomes necessary to design efficient models for predicting business failures orfinancial crises of SMEs.Various data classification approaches forfinancial crisis prediction(FCP)have been presented for predicting thefinancial status of the organization by the use of past data.A major process involved in the design of FCP is the choice of required features for enhanced classifier out-comes.With this motivation,this paper focuses on the design of an optimal deep learning-basedfinancial crisis prediction(ODL-FCP)model for SMEs.The proposed ODL-FCP technique incorporates two phases:Archimedes optimization algorithm based feature selection(AOA-FS)algorithm and optimal deep convo-lution neural network with long short term memory(CNN-LSTM)based data classification.The ODL-FCP technique involves a sailfish optimization(SFO)algorithm for the hyperparameter optimization of the CNN-LSTM method.The performance validation of the ODL-FCP technique takes place using a benchmarkfinancial dataset and the outcomes are inspected in terms of various metrics.The experimental results highlighted that the proposed ODL-FCP technique has out-performed the other techniques.

某医联体内奈玛特韦片/利托那韦片药学监护实践效果

目的促进临床新型冠状病毒感染小分子药物(简称新冠小分子药物)的合理使用。方法以上海交通大学医学院附属第六人民医院及上海市徐汇区康健街道、凌云街道、田林街道社区卫生服务中心组建医疗联合体(简称医联体),构建新冠小分子药物药学监护模式,包括社区药师培训、开展药学监护及三级医院药师指导评价等环节。收集3个社区卫生服务中心2023年1月至2月使用奈玛特韦片/利托那韦片(NMV/RTV)新冠病毒感染门诊患者的资料,分析患者的用药情况,以及药物相关问题(DRP)的发生情况。结果共纳入79例患者,其中78例(98.73%)年龄≥60岁;合并疾病(3.04±1.71)种,主要为心血管疾病(64例次、81.01%),糖尿病(35例次、44.30%),高脂血症(16例次、20.25%);使用药品(6.00±3.66)种;使用中成药36例(45.57%)。社区药师共完成150次随访,发现并干预87件DRP,其中NMV/RTV 77件,主要为药物相互作用(70件),涉及药物类型排前3的分别为钙离子通道阻滞剂(31件、44.29%),抗焦虑药(12件、17.14%),羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂(11件、15.71%)。根据出现的DRP,医联体药师提出了减量服用、暂停给药、密切监测相关指标(如疗效、药品不良反应、血压、血栓风险)等用药建议。结论社区新冠病毒感染老年患者占比较高,用药复杂,NMV/RTV使用过程中存在较多DRP。基于医联体的新冠小分子药物药学监护模式可帮助社区药师规范化开展药学监护工作,及时发现并干预DRP,有利于促进医联体内药学服务同质化,为后续新冠小分子药物的用药管理提供依据。

基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教在预防住院儿童跌倒坠床中的应用

目的观察基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教在预防住院儿童跌倒坠床中的应用效果。方法采用类试验研究方法,将2021年住院患儿及陪护列为对照组,2022年住院患儿及陪护列为观察组,对照组采用常规口头宣教,观察组采用基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教,比较两组陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知水平、陪护及患儿对预防措施完全依从率及患儿跌倒坠床发生率。结果对照组陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知得分为(91.67±8.59)分,陪护及患儿对预防措施完全依从率为19.17%,患儿跌倒坠床发生率为0.188‰;观察组陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知得分为(104.54±7.86)分,陪护及患儿对预防措施完全依从率为55.00%,患儿跌倒坠床发生率为0.073‰,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教能提高陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知水平,提高陪护及住院儿童对预防措施的依从性,降低住院儿童跌倒坠床发生率,值得在临床中推广。

Analysis of the Financing Mode of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Under the DC/EP Platform Based on a Comparison with the Traditional Bank Financing Mode

As a legal currency with the credit endorsement of the Chinese government,DC/EP has many advantages and special characteristics.Based on the application of DC/EP in the financing of small-and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),this paper studies the optimal financing decisions of SMEs under both the traditional financing mode and the DC/EP financing mode.Considering the construction and use costs of DC/EP and the role of DC/EP credit traceability in improving mortgage rates,this paper explores the feasible range for SMEs to select DC/EP financing.It is found that mortgage rates affect the returns of SMEs when they take on loans;under different credit strategies,the pledge rate set by the bank will affect the financing willingness of SMEs.The participants had different optimal mortgage rates to optimize the returns of borrowers and banks.High-quality SMEs are more willing to use the DC/EP platform for financing.With the increase in default costs,banks will be more inclined to use DC/EP,while enterprises will be inclined to utilize the traditional financing mode.Through the comparative analysis of the two financing modes,the default cost range that neither banks nor borrowers are willing to use DC/EP is found.This study provides theoretical support and management inspiration for scientific decision-making to solve the financing problems of SMEs by using DC/EP.

A Novel Lifecycle Model for Web-based Application Development in Small and Medium Enterprises

Software engineering＇s lifecycle models havc proven to be very important for traditional software development. However, can these models be applied to the development of Web-based applications as well？ In recent years, Web-based applications have become more and more complicated and a lot of efforts have been placed on introducing new technologies such as J2EE, PhP, and .NET, etc., which have been universally accepted as the development technologies for Web-based applications. However, there is no universally accepted process model for the development of Web-based applications. Moreover, shaping the process model for small medium-sized enterprises （SMEs）, which have limited resources, has been relatively neglected. Based on our previous work, this paper presents an expanded lifecycle process model for the development of Web-based applications in SMEs. It consists of three sets of processes, i.e., requirement processes, development processes, and evolution processes. Particularly, the post-delivery evolution processes are important to SMEs to develop and maintain quality web applications with limited resources and time.

On the‘ENGO+focal firm’governance strategies of pollution of small and medium suppliers

Presently,the environmental pollution problem,especially that of the small and medium-sized enterprises,has become a bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of China’s economy.It is imperative to accelerate the construction of a collaborative governance system with multiple subject participation.The behavior modes of Environmental Non-governmental Organizations(ENGOs),a key player in environmental care,in collaborating with core enterprises to control pollution from small and medium-sized suppliers should be explored.Therefore,we constructed a collaborative governance system consisting of ENGOs,focal firms and small and medium-sized suppliers.Then a two-stage game model was established to analyze the strategies of the governance system.Specifically,we studied the collaborative green cooperation strategy and antagonistic pressure supervision strategy between ENGOs and focal firms,analyzed factors influencing the strategic choices of each subject,and gave the advantages of the cooperation strategies through further comparisons.The results showed that:Under the cooperation strategy,ENGOs provided knowledge of environmental protection to the focal firms,then both the audit efforts of focal firms and the environmental protection efforts of small and medium-sized suppliers were effectively improved.Since ENGOs could not fully obtain the pollution information of small and medium-sized suppliers or accurately trace it from their downstream focal firms,it was difficult to drive the supply chain’s endogenous governance by this external monitoring of ENGOs,making the effect of pressure supervision strategy limited.The effectiveness of green cooperation strategy was positively correlated with the knowledge absorption capacity of focal firms,the unit product revenue,and the focal firms'violation penalties for small and medium-sized suppliers.When ENGOs'violation penalties for small and medium-sized suppliers were higher,or the reputation loss of focal firms was higher,more unfavorable conditions of green cooperation strategy could be achieved.Accordingly,ENGOs should choose to cooperate with focal firms with strong knowledge absorption ability and high profit per product;focal firms should learn environmental protection knowledge to improve the screening standards and review capabilities,and promote the achievement of green cooperation strategy conditions by strengthening active information disclosure;the government should promote the collaboration between ENGOs and focal firms by issuing environmental guidelines.
