Study on Ecological Restoration and Characteristic Agricultural Mode at Rocky Desertification Area of Chongqing City in China——A Case Study of Nanping Town in Nanchuan District of China

The paper had introduced geographical location,natural condition and social development status of Nanchuan District of Chongqing City,analyzed the development principle,necessity and feasibility of characteristic agriculture at rocky desertification area.In view of features of desertification area,it had discussed construction mode of ecological restoration in the perspectives of engineering management measures,development and utilization of water resources,and ecological restoration measures.In line with agricultural characteristic of Nanchuan District of Chongqing City,the development mode of characteristic agriculture had been discussed from the aspects of characteristic Chinese medicinal crops,fruits,breeding,poultries,and cultivation.It emphasized adopting corresponding planning measures,making the best use of advantages and avoiding shortcomings,with scientific planning,reasonable layout and highlighted emphasis,so as to strive to form circular economic development tendency of good environment and harmonious ecology.

Study on Development Mode of Tropical Leisure Agricultural Resources in Hainan

Through investigation and evaluation of Hainan resources,based on the actual situation of Hainan,following modes were developed which were pastoral agricultural sightseeing mode,folk-custom tourism mode,town and village customs tourism mode,leisure vacation mode,popular science education mode and return-to-nature tourism mode,so as to promote rapid development of leisure agriculture in Hainan.

The Design of Modern Tropical and Recreational Agricultural Concept Park Based on Google Sketchup

Based on the requirements that Hainan has unique natural conditions and humanistic environment, using Google Sketchup as the development tool, a conceptual park of modern tropical recreational agriculture was preliminarily designed. The development mode of featured and recreational agriculture in Hainan was discussed, in order to search for a better and more humanistic development mode of recreational agriculture in Hainan.

Research on Green Agricultural Development Mode in Langfang City of China

The paper had analyzed connotation of green agriculture,and pointed out that developing green agriculture is the need to realize socialist new rural construction,the important guarantee for people's consumption safety and life quality improvement,and the realistic requirement of improvement of agricultural competitiveness.Developing green agriculture could promote strategic adjustment of agricultural structure,and accelerate agricultural industrialization.After analysis of green agriculture development in Langfang City,it pointed out that the development results consisted in that green agricultural base and mode began to take shape,agricultural products' quality supervision and detection system had gradually become perfect and rural environment initially improved.Meanwhile,problems existing in green agricultural development of Langfang City were analyzed,which were unclear understanding of connotation of green agriculture,insufficient support from government and lack of capital investment,imperfect green agricultural production and supporting technology,late development of green agricultural products' market and incomplete marketing network and market system.Through study on current green agricultural development mode of Langfang City,it was hoped to provide reference for further study.

Study on Management Mode of Rural Tourist Spots Based on Community Participation——A Case Study of Agricultural Ecological Park

In accordance with the development mode of agricultural ecological park,the paper proposed close-ended management mode at the initial stage of operation and open-ended management mode at the middle and latter stage of operation,so as to provide reference for sustainable development of agricultural ecological garden.

Construction of Eco-agricultural Tourist Product Mode from the Perspective of Circular Economy

Concepts and connotations of circular economy and eco-agricultural tourism were introduced,and feasibility of applying circular economy in eco-agricultural tourism was further studied.It was stressed that development of eco-agricultural tourism complies with the theme of resource recycling,moreover,both eco-agricultural tourist products and circular economy value environment protection,and target at the win-win of ecological and economic benefits.From the perspective of circular economy,the construction of eco-agricultural tourist product mode was studied,construction of eco-agricultural tourist areas,catering and accommodation areas and traffic construction of eco-agricultural scenic areas were discussed.The study stressed that connotations of circular economy can be used to restrain eco-agricultural tourism,and realize recycling and sustainable development of resources.

The Mode Reform of Cultivating Marketing Talents in Agricultural Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of Agricultural Enterprises——A Case Study of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology

We conduct survey on the characteristics of demand of agricultural enterprises for agricultural marketing talents from the following 6 aspects:the professional marketing talents needed urgently by the agricultural enterprises,the amount of demand of agricultural enterprises for the marketing talents,the jobs offered by the agricultural enterprises,the educational background of agricultural marketing talents favored by the agricultural enterprises,the requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the work experience of agricultural marketing talents,and the quality requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the agricultural marketing talents.We analyse the problems existing in the cultivation mode of marketing talents in agricultural vocational colleges as follows:the feature of major is not outstanding;the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent;it is disconnected with the practical needs of agricultural enterprises;the cultivation form of practical ability is simple.On the basis of this,taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,we advance the new mode of cultivating inter-disciplinary talents integrating "marketing technique+technique marketing",and establish characteristic agricultural course combo system on the basis of vocational position orientation.In the meantime,we propose that we should conduct close college-enterprise cooperation with the local leading agricultural enterprises.This cultivation mode reform of talents is favorable for the agricultural enterprises,especially small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to foster "marketable" agricultural marketing talents,elevate the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,serve the local economy,and promote the development of modern agriculture,and China's agriculture,farmer,and countryside.

Vertical Coordination Development Mode and Influential Factors of Agricultural Products

In China,the vertical coordination development mode of agricultural products can be divided into traditional market-oriented transaction mode with fluctuation according to market conditions,made-to-order on the basis of farmer organization,company leading cooperative mode,share or shareholding cooperative mode,and vertical integration mode. There are differences in coordination characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,and adaptability between different modes. Traditional vertical coordination mode is transforming and upgrading to close and high-efficient mode. In this process,it is influenced by factors such as cost-benefit balance between farmers and agricultural product processing enterprises,special use of agricultural product processing,structure of agricultural product industry chain,and action of local government.

The Application of Combination Forecasting Model in Forecasting the Total Power of Agricultural Machinery in Heilongjiang Province

Agricultural machinery total power is an important index to reflect and evaluate the level of agricultural mechanization. Firstly,we respectively made use of exponential model,grey forecasting and BP neural network to construct models depending on historical data of agricultural machinery total power of Heilongjiang Province; secondly,we constructed the combined forecasting models that respectively based on divergence coefficient method,quadratic programming and weight distribution of Shapley value. Fitting results showed that the various combination forecasting model is superior to the single models. Finally,we applied the combination forecasting model which based on the weight distribution method of Shapley value to forecast Heilongjiang agricultural machinery total power,and it would provide some reference to the development and program for power of agriculture machinery.

Demonstration and Radiation Extension mode of Agricultural Technology——A Case of the Science and Technology Project of High Yield in Hebei Province

Firstly,relying on the science and technology project of high yield in Hebei Province,connotation of agricultural technology demonstration and extension mode and the high yield grain project in Hebei Province is introduced.Extension mode of agricultural technology demonstration and radiation is constructed.Agricultural technology demonstration and radiation mode includes the radiation center,primary irradiation and secondary irradiation.Secondly,management system and operational mechanism of agricultural technology demonstration and radiation mode are discussed,mainly expressed in establishing leading group in each demonstration county(city),carrying out leader contract responsibility system,establishing expert advisor steering group and setting up core experts group for subject,establishing technical experts group for subject,setting up leading group in the radiation area,carrying out chief expert responsibility system and technician matrix responsibility system,establishing the operating mechanism of "open,flow,competition and collaboration" with "test area-expert two-way selection" as the core content.Finally,countermeasures to improve the agricultural technology demonstration and radiation mode is put forward,such as establishing the rural technology demonstration base,strengthening cooperation with enterprises,and adopting flexible technical training,so as to promote the spread of agricultural high-tech,to increase the contribution rate of agricultural technology,and to offer ideas for agricultural technology extension model at the new era.

Study on Planning and Design Mode of Eco-agricultural Demonstration Base in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone

Guided by the Planning of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone, traffic and geographic conditions of the Eco-agricultural Demonstration Base in the study area were analyzed, and design principles proposed as "adaptation to local conditions, scientific planning, benign circulation and sustainable development". Detailed planning and design was interpreted from the perspectives of infrastructure planning and functional area planning. Specifically, infrastructure construction should focus on traffic design, water, power and gas supply design, and also architectural design; while functional areas should be gradually developed from south section to central and then north section. It was to establish a design and planning mode that can be widely applied.

Comparative Research on Sino-US Agricultural Innovation Model in Science and Technology

This research was conducted to provide a comparative analysis of China's and US's agricultural innovation in science and technology and offer some guidance on the construction of agricultural innovation system in science and technology in China. The countermeasures are proposed with a hope to shorten China's and US's gap of agricultural innovation in science and technology by analyzing agricultural innovation model features in science and technology of the United States. The advantages of United States model of agricultural innovation in science and technology include sound legal framework safeguard, complete scientific and technological innovation system, high quality and talented personnel, sufficient technical development and extension funding, and extensive applications of modern agricultural high-tech. There is a gap in agricultural innovation between China and the United States. Agriculture innovation in science and technology in China should improve in several aspects such as agricultural legislation, construction of sound agricultural innovation system in science and technology, building first-class agricultural innovation and extension teams, establishing diversified channels for investment, and improving the applications of high technology in agriculture.

Modes for Agricultural Land Protection in China

The main problem of agricultural land protection in China is the single farmland protection mode insuring arable land area only by issuing indicators,which brings great pressure to farmland's production and service function. Through establishing the corresponding relationship between food structure and some land use types,this paper points out that there is asymmetry between farmland area and per capita food consumption structure in China in recent years. Based on the above study,the paper proposes four types for agricultural land production, namely subsistence,fairly well-off,ecological and discrete type. Finally,it concludes that establishing rational type for agricultural land protection and implementing diverse farmland protection modes is the trend of farmland protection in China in the future.

China＇s Agricultural Modernization and Economies of Scale： Barriers and Solutions

This paper identifies three stages in China's agricultural development with reference to macroeconomic development and international experience.While the first two stages focused on ensuring food security and raising farmer's income,the current stage must give priority to modernizing agricultural production.The lack of progress in this area is due to the following reasons:diminishing return to capital as a result of small and scattered farming operation which has compromised agricultural competitiveness;agriculture is overdependent on subsidy and protection under the conventional wisdom of the uniqueness of agriculture.This paper attempts to reveal the barriers to China s agricultural modernization and proposes recommendations on reforming the land and household registration systems to increase the economies of scale and productivity.

Technology Innovation Mode of Agricultural Leading Enterprise——Based on the Virtual Organization Mode

Based on the definition of technology innovation of agricultural leading enterprises by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,technology innovation of agricultural enterprises is a process of new market increment,which uses new knowledge,technology,process and production mode,produces new products,offers new services and realizes commercialization. Characteristics of agricultural technology innovation are introduced,such as obvious regionality,relatively high risk,long-term periodicity and public attribute. Predicament for technology innovation of leading enterprises is analyzed,such as technical constraints,financial constraints and personnel constraints. Technological Innovation Mode can be classified into three modes of independent innovation,imitative innovation and cooperative innovation by the method of technology innovation. Among them,since there are some defects in the technology innovation process,independent innovation and imitative innovation are generally not used for the innovation of agricultural enterprises. Cooperative Innovation Mode can rely on foreign aid,can realize complementary advantages and achievement sharing,and can be widely applied in the agricultural innovation enterprise. Virtual organization in cooperation innovation mode is described,which makes up for technology,capital and human resources barriers in the process of agricultural enterprise innovation. Therefore,this mode is popular among the agricultural innovation enterprise.
