The integration of environmental,social,and governance(ESG)principles has become a pivotal factor in shaping sustainable and responsible corporate practices.The present study investigates the integration of ESG principles within corporate governance models in Asia-Pacific countries,focusing on socialization.By examining the governance culture,legal frameworks,and corporate practices in these representative countries,the paper delineates a strategic framework for embedding social governance into corporate strategies.The study introduces a Cultural,Economic,Legal,and Political(CELP)framework to assess corporate social governance,investigating the correlation between business practices and social changes.Through a systematic literature review and detailed thematic analysis,this paper aims to offer actionable insights and recommendations,guiding corporations in their transition towards more sustainable and socially responsible business practices. 展开更多

The objective of the study was to understand whether social networks influence students to make decisions on sexual practices. A total of 130 female students between 18-24 years participated in the study. Among them, 122 participated in the survey and eight in the case studies. The study revealed female students joined various types of social networks, which influence the decision making processes and outcomes of their sexual practices. New requirements have been proposed for GIS practice teaching in colleges and universities in response to the developmental changes of national and industrial sectors during the social transition.Meanwhile,the underlying core characteristics of GIS should remain unchanged in GIS teaching to ensure they serve as the inherent attributes distinguishing GIS from other disciplines.Therefore,the clarification of the dialectical relationship between “changing” and “unchanging” in GIS practice teaching becomes the primary issue to address in relevant teaching reform.To address this issue,the present study systematically analyzes the structural contradictions in GIS practice teaching in the social transition period,and then closely examines the dialectical relationship between “changing” and “unchanging” from the key aspects of educational philosophy,teaching content,teaching methodology,and teaching assessment.Next,using the course of “GIS Practice Design” at the Central South University as an example,the present study describes this university’s reform and inheritance in GIS practice teaching,aiming to provide reference for GIS practice teaching in other universities or majors. 展开更多

For social workers who are interested in research associated with validating methodology for the amelioration of human problems,or the mastery of intervention models,used in direct practice;definitive consensus,on guidelines,remains elusive.Much has been written in recent years about the necessity of the profession to be guided by either empirical research,which has validated specific interventions,or by the theory,heuristic rules,and the decision‐making schema of experienced practitioners.The debate is not simply limited to clinical practice issues,or factions defending or refuting,a particular theoretical stance.On one hand,social research has in recent years,invalidated some long held practice models,and has modified our understanding of core social problems.Yet,social research is an often difficult and arduous pursuit,which may require some time to make thorough evaluation,as compared to the immediacy of emerging social concerns.This transmission of scholarly research findings takes time and considerable effort to disseminate and gain understanding and acceptance within the practice community even when well received.On the other hand,practitioners serve as the wellspring of observations,which are often translated into models or theory,and frequently become the subject matter of empirical research.However,few in the practice community are encouraged or committed,to systematically review research findings so as to modify practice approaches,which have not been well validated by recent research findings. 展开更多

以实证研究考察社会变迁进程中国民体育锻炼行为的多重形态。从年龄、时期和队列三维视角分析发现,队列趋势主导国民体育锻炼行为变迁,城市化水平提升、高等教育普及、社会保障持续完善间接驱动国民体育锻炼行为的集体改变,这一特点在... 以实证研究考察社会变迁进程中国民体育锻炼行为的多重形态。从年龄、时期和队列三维视角分析发现,队列趋势主导国民体育锻炼行为变迁,城市化水平提升、高等教育普及、社会保障持续完善间接驱动国民体育锻炼行为的集体改变,这一特点在“50后”中表现最为显著。在时期层面,国民体育锻炼参与程度自2010年开始持续提升,2013年开始进入快速发展期,除整体走向与政策实施、重大事件的发生周期基本吻合外,国民收入水平提升是重要外生力量。从个体生命历程判断,随年龄增长体育锻炼参与程度逐渐降低是一个共性规律,但下降过程中呈现2个不同的速率阶段。国民体育锻炼行为变迁呈现代际的趋同和分化,“60后”“70后”“80后”是驱动城乡趋同的主要力量,性别趋同集中表现在“50后”“60后”“75前”群体中,由高等教育福利获得的机遇差异可能是导致新老代际分化趋势扩大的重要因素。 展开更多

随着医务社会工作的发展,医护人员、患者和家属已经对其形成了具有一定共性的角色期待,跨专业合作因此成为可能。然而,医务社会工作在跨学科团队中面临的核心问题仍然是角色共识不足,角色实践与角色期待差距明显,难以深度融入医疗体系... 随着医务社会工作的发展,医护人员、患者和家属已经对其形成了具有一定共性的角色期待,跨专业合作因此成为可能。然而,医务社会工作在跨学科团队中面临的核心问题仍然是角色共识不足,角色实践与角色期待差距明显,难以深度融入医疗体系。文章通过2023年在上海、湖北和广东三地开展问卷调查和对某市6家医院医务社会工作部2022年的年终总结报告进行分析发现,推动医务社会工作跨专业合作发展需要同时克服外生性障碍和内生性缺陷,医务社会工作自身的专业发展是跨专业合作的核心基础,而突破瓶颈的内生性路径在于制度化知识的生产和临床技术的自主性发展。 展开更多
