The rural college students are facing psychological plight in their career choice.The social learning theory can use the triadic theory of learning to set reasonable career choice goals,the observational learning theory can be employed to establish a correct outlook on career choice,and the self-efficacy theory can be adopted to make up for the deficiencies in career choice.

Efficiency of Managers as Role Models:A Social Learning Theory Perspective

This systematic literature review aimed to analyze and synthesize studies that indicated the importance of behavioral observation in the organizational context.Based on Social Learning Theory and by considering relevant recent findings and theories,the impact of managers as role models for employees is researched and analyzed.The importance of this topic is to determine ways that learning and enhancing performance in the workplace can be applied for people management development.The literature for theory was numerous,however studies on the particular topic were limited and not expanded in the organizational context.The key message of this review is that the impact of managers and leaders can be positive and progressive both for the employees and for the organization.

Moral Infiltration in Junior High School English Class Based on Bandura's Social Learning Theory

Application of Bandura's Social Learning Theory in the Moral Education of Secondary Vocational College Students

In recent years,with the high rate of juvenile delinquency,people pay more attention to the moral education of students in secondary vocational colleges.Based on the framework of social learning theory,this paper explores the systematic and comprehensive application of social learning theory in the moral education course.From the cognition of the behavior to the selection and internalization of the representation of the model behavior,and finally the selective extemalization of the representation symbol to generate the behavior,the influencing factors and their utility in each stage of the production of moral behavior are analyzed step by step,assisting students to establish correct outlook on life and values,and cultivating their"key abilities."When students face a complex and diverse social environment,they can make judgments in line with the general moral standards of the society,and then seek to improve the effectiveness of the moral standards of secondary vocational students,and strive to maximize the effectiveness of moral education.

Bandura’s Social Learning Theory and Its Importance in the Organizational Psychology Context

This systematic review is focused on the importance of the Bandura Social Cognitive Theory and its theoretical components such as self-efficacy in workplace of today.The themes have been described through the course of the decades.These theories have been utilized heavily in research and real-life case studies,have been further developed by Bandura and other researchers,and have been implemented in organizational psychology.During the past 10 years they have helped in reshaping Human Resources Development.Major latest contributions and applications are discussed touching even the recent outbreak of the pandemic.The influence of the theory is immense and the importance of self-efficacy in the workplace has been addressed and proven by research.

Social Engineering Attack-Defense Strategies Based on Reinforcement Learning

Social engineering attacks are considered one of the most hazardous cyberattacks in cybersecurity,as human vulnerabilities are often the weakest link in the entire network.Such vulnerabilities are becoming increasingly susceptible to network security risks.Addressing the social engineering attack defense problem has been the focus of many studies.However,two main challenges hinder its successful resolution.Firstly,the vulnerabilities in social engineering attacks are unique due to multistage attacks,leading to incorrect social engineering defense strategies.Secondly,social engineering attacks are real-time,and the defense strategy algorithms based on gaming or reinforcement learning are too complex to make rapid decisions.This paper proposes a multiattribute quantitative incentive method based on human vulnerability and an improved Q-learning(IQL)reinforcement learning method on human vulnerability attributes.The proposed algorithm aims to address the two main challenges in social engineering attack defense by using a multiattribute incentive method based on human vulnerability to determine the optimal defense strategy.Furthermore,the IQL reinforcement learning method facilitates rapid decision-making during real-time attacks.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the traditional Qlearning(QL)and deep Q-network(DQN)approaches in terms of time efficiency,taking 9.1%and 19.4%less time,respectively.Moreover,the proposed algorithm effectively addresses the non-uniformity of vulnerabilities in social engineering attacks and provides a reliable defense strategy based on human vulnerability attributes.This study contributes to advancing social engineering attack defense by introducing an effective and efficient method for addressing the vulnerabilities of human factors in the cybersecurity domain.

Apple grading method based on neural network with ordered partitions and evidential ensemble learning

In order to improve the performance of the automatic apple grading and sorting system,in this paper,an ensemble model of ordinal classification based on neural network with ordered partitions and Dempster–Shafer theory is proposed.As a non-destructive grading method,apples are graded into three grades based on the Soluble Solids Content value,with features extracted from the preprocessed near-infrared spectrum of apple serving as model inputs.Considering the uncertainty in grading labels,mass generation approach and evidential encoding scheme for ordinal label are proposed,with uncertainty handled within the framework of Dempster–Shafer theory.Constructing neural network with ordered partitions as the base learner,the learning procedure of the Bagging-based ensemble model is detailed.Experiments on Yantai Red Fuji apples demonstrate the satisfactory grading performances of proposed evidential ensemble model for ordinal classification.

E-mentoring as a Critical E-learning Approach: The Impact of Social Presence on E-mentoring

One important form of e-learning is e-mentoring. Virtual mentoring can occur within the context of formal organiza- tional programs or develop spontaneously between individuals online. While e-mentoring is burgeoning as a practice, theoretical research related to this important phenomenon has been limited. The purpose of this paper is to suggest that social presence theory presents a useful conceptual framework for understanding mentors’ willingness to participate in e-mentoring relationship and on their satisfaction. In sum, mentoring relationships that offer a blended approach with both high and low social presence forms of computer-mediated-communication (CMC) will be more satisfying to men- tors than those with low social presence CMC forms only. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

On the Context Vein of“Competence”and Its Generating Mecha­nism-based on the Perspective of Situational Learning Theory

“Key competence”has become a hot vocabulary in educational reform in recent years.However,the essential connotation and specific generation mechanism of“competence”as its basic concept are still far from clear,and often controversial due to vague expressions.The rise of the concept of“key competence”undoubtedly originated in the West,but in the context of Chinese,its meaning has changed significantly.By analyzing the origin and evolution of the concept of“competence”in the Western social context and the concept from“quality”to“competence”in the Chinese social context,we can deeply understand the essence of the concept of“competence”and further clarify the specific generation mechanism of“competence”and its relationship with education.Analyzing the formation of competence based on situational learning theory emphasizes the occurrence of competence through participation in situational activities,the development of learning courses and identity consultation,which can provide some inspiration for the formation of competence.

互联网时代,越来越多的信息技术手段运用于教育领域,同伴在线反馈就是充分发挥信息技术和反馈评价对学生学习主动性进行激发。文章以武汉轻工大学为例,运用问卷调查法,分析了大学生学习过程中同伴在线反馈的现状及对大学生学习主动性的影响,揭示了大学生学习过程中同伴在线反馈所面临的问题,提出了提高同伴在线反馈有效性的策略。研究成果将有助于激发大学生的学习主动性,促进合作学习,提高学习绩效,丰富现代教育理论。

基于护生临床体验反思日记的“双师型”教师榜样示范作用研究

目的探讨“双师型”教师在临床中的榜样示范作用。方法选取42名高职院校护生作为研究对象,要求护生书写关于临床实习过程中产生的感受、遇到的问题以及教师榜样作用的反思日记,采用内容分析法对反思日记进行分析,提炼主题。结果根据社会学习理论,共提取4个主题:注意期(改变护理刻板印象,激发学习热情)、保持期(端正工作态度、学会独立思考)、效仿期(知识技能与心理素质并行发展)、动力期(职业路径愈渐清晰)。结论“双师型”教师的榜样示范作用可以有效激发护生主动学习与探索,促进职业认同。应重视“双师型”师资队伍的遴选与培训,充分发挥其榜样示范作用。

亲密伴侣暴力的成因:社会学习和女性主义理论下基于态度的解释

个体对于亲密伴侣暴力的态度可以显著预测其亲密伴侣暴力相关的行为,这一点不仅体现在施暴者和受害者的身上,也体现在第三方的干预意愿与反应上。通过引入态度变量,研究者得以将亲密伴侣暴力的成因问题转换为亲密伴侣暴力态度的成因问题,突破原有的研究局限。从社会学习理论与女性主义理论的视角,亲密伴侣暴力态度串联起两条解释路径:相关社会学习经历/父权制意识形态-亲密伴侣暴力态度-亲密伴侣暴力。未来研究应将这两种理论的独特视角——社会学习理论重视的成因过程与女性主义理论强调的缘起根源——结合起来,综合危险因素与保护因素,从个体水平到群体水平,建立起多元交互的亲密伴侣暴力态度解释模型。

个人因素对E-learning的影响分析

多学科交叉融合背景下医学本科生课程学习效果的影响因素研究——以社会医学教学为例

目的探究医学本科生课程学习效果的影响因素并初步构建其作用机制模型。方法以“社会医学”课程为例,于2023年3月深度访谈安徽省某医学院校40名在读本科生,运用扎根理论,对医学生课程学习效果及影响机制进行系统研究。结果最终共提取出30个初始概念、13个初始范畴和5个主范畴,并构建医学本科生课程学习效果作用机制模型。信息储备、学习动机、学习技能和外在环境是影响医学生课程学习效果的主要因素。其中,信息储备和学习动机可以通过影响学习技能的选择对学生课程学习效果产生间接影响。结论构建的医学本科生课程学习效果作用机制模型为开展医学本科生课程学习效果提升计划提供了理论依据。

校园文化建设与工匠精神教育的契合逻辑与耦合策略

校园文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,工匠精神代表了社会主义先进文化的发展方向。校园文化与工匠精神教育所需要的环境影响、奖惩强化和观察模仿之间存在对应关系,能引起行为观的共情、规则观的共振以及价值观的共鸣。在校园文化建设中,应将“显匠风”的校园物质文化作为外化层,将“塑匠行”的校园制度文化作为固化层,将“弘匠心”的校园精神文化作为内化层,并通过提高校园物质文化在“显匠风”上的表现力、强化校园制度文化在“塑匠行”上的执行力、增加校园精神文化在“弘匠心”上的感召力,以实现校园文化建设与工匠精神教育的协调发展。

群体感知工具对社会调节学习的驱动因素与作用机制研究——基于扎根理论的质性分析

计算机支持的协作学习中的群体感知工具,能够帮助学习者监控和反思学习过程,对促进社会调节学习起着重要作用。但当前研究主要关注群体感知工具的设计及其效果验证,而群体感知工具对社会调节学习的作用机制及驱动因素尚不明晰。因此,文章以探索群体感知工具对社会调节学习的作用机理为目标,采用扎根理论研究方法,通过深度访谈获取学习者在协作学习活动中使用群体感知工具的经历、感受、体验等数据,借助质性分析软件对数据进行三级编码,最终构建了“刺激—感知—调节”理论模型。研究发现,学习者利用群体感知工具可以促进自我调节、同伴调节和集体调节学习,并且受到个体因素、教学因素及环境因素的驱动,在此过程中,学习者需要经历群体感知接收与理解,包括信息查看、信息选择、价值判断、自我比较和意义建构等过程。针对上述结论,文章给出相应教学启示,包括引导学习者理解群体感知工具的内容,辅助学习者应用群体感知工具进行调节等。

幼儿亲社会行为的习得及其教育策略--基于班杜拉社会学习理论

幼儿亲社会行为是一种积极的社会行为,是幼儿社会性发展的标志性表现形式。文章以社会学习理论为视角,以三元交互决定论为基础,以观察学习为习得途径,以强化为调控方式,对幼儿亲社会行为的习得进行路径探析,并提出构建良好的学习环境、树立优秀的学习榜样以及采取合理的强化手段等相应教育策略。

不道德亲组织行为的解释机制与权变理论模型

不道德亲组织行为(Unethical Pro-organizational Behavior)是指员工为维护组织利益而采取的不道德行为。在数字化环境下,员工的不道德亲组织行为可能会带来更严重的负面影响,但现有研究对此尚未给予足够的重视。因此有必要梳理不道德亲组织行为的概念内涵,并从社会交换、社会认同、社会认知及社会学习等四个理论机制出发,探讨该行为的前因。在此基础上,提出了一个基于权变理论的研究模型,旨在揭示不道德亲组织行为对个体和组织层面的影响结果。结论丰富了对不道德亲组织行为的理论研究,并为管理实践提供了有价值的参考。
