At the present time,there are many imbalances in sports specialty English teaching in the independent colleges such as emphasis on basic English teaching while ignoring sports specialty English teaching, unreasonable application of modern information technology, imbalance of English teachers' knowledge structure in sports specialty, etc. As for the English teaching in sports specialty in the independent college,it is necessary to build college English curriculum system with the attributes of sports education.

以内容分析法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法为主要研究方法,通过对《体育和社会问题》(《JSSI》)2007-2011年发表的122篇论文研究主题的归类与分析,对北美体育社会问题研究主题进行了系统研究。研究主要结论:"性别歧视、种族歧视"等参与体育运动权利等方面研究列北美体育社会问题研究的首位;"体育暴力、兴奋剂"等体育运动中的偏差行为研究位居其次。同时,"体育情感、体育认同和体育亚文化"等研究呈现出逐步上升的趋势。

Practical Study of the Sports Garbage Pickup Tournament in Japan-Sports Events to Solve Social Problems

The Sports Garbage Pickup Tournament is a sports event that incorporates elements of competition into cleaning activities,as opposed to traditional cleaning activities.As of the end of December 2016,a total of 552 Sports Garbage Pickup Tournaments have been held,mobilizing a cumulative total number of 62,989 people.As each tournament brings a revenue of over 300,000 yen,the total sales so far would be more than 165,000,000 yen.This game was recently reported on the International Olympic Committee channel.The garbage issue,a social problem for local communities,should be solved by residents,visitors,and workers themselves through sports,cooperating with local governments.This is an eco-friendly sport aimed at“solving local social problems through sports.”Sports Garbage Pickup Tournaments can be held anywhere,inside the city or in a natural environment.In addition,the competition allows participants to visually understand the environmental capacity of garbage produced in the community,as the points are weighted according to the types of garbage.The Sports Garbage Pickup Tournament is an educational program for sustainable development with emphasis on experience,pursuit,and practice,and also an action-based program aimed at promoting spontaneous action.This is an optimal competition for participants to acquire skills through mutual communication.As children,adults,and people with disabilities can play together,the competition will promote communication across the generations.

A Cross-Cultural Comparison of the Providing-Receiving Social Supports in Sports Teams--Japanese and American Student＇s Athletes

The purposes of this study were to examine the relationships between providing and receiving social supports with teammates, and to clarify the particularities of Japan, based on an examination of differences between Japan and the U.S. The subjects were 123 collegiate student＇s athletes from Japan and 115 from the United States. They participated organized sports activities in their universities （including intramural and varsity level）. The participants completed questionnaires measuring the providing and receiving social supports for sports participation and persistency. Providing and Receiving Social Support Scale for Sports Team （Hagiwara and Isogai, 2014） were adopted to investigate the amount of social supports with teammates in a sports team. The results of correlations in providing and receiving social supports demonstrated that the amount of providing social support for teammates related to the amount of receiving social support from teammates in both Japanese and American student＇s athletes. The results of comparison Japan and the U.S. indicated that American student＇s athletes provided more social supports for teammates than Japanese. The present findings might be an important material to better understand Japanese student＇s athletes.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Financial Performance -Empirical Research of Chinese Culture, Sports and Entertainment industry

Since 2006, the public corporations in China are required to include its social responsibilities in its annual report by company law. Corporations’ business activities should not only focus on maximizing its economic profit but also serve the society. With the awareness of the importance of social responsibility, there are an increasing number of public corporations in China to undertake more charitable activities or employee training activities. There have been a lot of academic researches investigating the relationship between corporate social responsibilities and corporate financial performance. However, the results are inconsistent and vary according to different industries. This study chose Chinese culture, sports and entertainment industry as a sample to test the relationship between CSR and corporate financial performance. Four financial ratios were used to test whether the caproate’s reasonability to government, employee, investors and society has significant impact on its financial performance. The empirical results show that apart from the responsibility to employees which is negatively influence the corporate financial performance the other three factors are found not significantly influence corporate financial performance.

The importance of social sports in urban development show that it makes the quality of urban residents greatly improved and becomes a strong surge of power to promote the development of economy; it makes the cultural connotations of the city more abundant and becomes the propeller of urban cultural development. And the specific roles show that it forms the group of physical and mental health in the city; it makes sports become an important part of people＇ s lives; it cultivates and enhances the citizens＇ sense of honor; it improves the urban management and enhances the image of the city.

Effective measures to study the future development of social sports

Community sports mean the workers, farmers, and other residents of the street, voluntarily participate diverse content-rich forms of mass sports activities in order to promote good health in their leisure time. Social Sports are a fundamental part of the mass sports in China, it has entirely voluntary amateur principle distinct from a high level of competitive sports, but also different from school sports and military sports with certain mandatory ingredients.

Research on the Development of Community Sports and the Training of Sports Professionals

The development of community sports has pointed out an important direction for the cultivation of social sports professionals.Analyzing and discussing the cultivation of social sports professionals from a market perspective has been a hot topic of controversy among many domestic experts and scholars in recent years.The author talks about some of my own understanding and views on the cultivation of social sports professionals driven by the development of community sports.

Influence of quarantine during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic on physical and psychosocial aspects:perceptions of 214 Brazilian athletes

Background:Social distancing may affect athletes,training,causing negative effects on mental and physical health.Objective:This study therefore aimed to characterize the perception of Brazilian athletes about their physical and psychosocial aspects,sleep quality and coping strategies during the quarantine of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study with online survey,performed with Brazilian athletes(amateur and professional)over 18 years.The main outcomes measures assessed were physical and psychosocial aspects,sleep quality and coping strategies.Results:A total of 214 athletes were included.The average weekly hours of training during the quarantine was 4.71±3.71 h,of which 64.5%athletes(138/214)were oriented by medical staff during training.For 52.8%(113/214)of athletes,training intensity during the quarantine was different/very different from the intensity before the quarantine.79.4%athletes(170/214)reported moderate to extreme difficulties in keeping the same level of training during the quarantine.77.1%athletes(165/214)had moderate to extreme anxiety and each of the athletes had concern about his or her athletic career future,including return to the sport.72.9%athletes(156/214)reported change in sleep schedule during the quarantine period.Conclusion:The quarantine period during COVID-19 pandemic negatively affected the athlete^perception about training routine,since athletes reported reduction in training hours and training intensity.Overall,the athletes reported that they were moderately to extremely anxious.They also had concerns about their career in the future,as well as concerns regarding return to sport.

社会支持理论视域下中国式现代化体育发展的现实之困与纾解之策

中国式现代化体育是为满足全体人民体育需要,从传统体育向现代体育发展转向的具有中国特色的社会主义体育现代化。现代化已成为我国体育事业发展新诉求、新目标、新征程,加快推进中国式现代化体育发展是促进中国式现代化的必然选择。运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,基于社会支持系统四要素“主体—客体—内容—手段”为逻辑主线,分析中国式现代化体育发展的现实困境。研究认为:主体供给乏力制约中国式现代化体育支持网络的形成,客体动力不足制约中国式现代化体育的普遍参与,支持内容贫乏阻滞中国式现代化体育的全面发展,支持手段有限阻碍中国式现代化体育的社会联结。实现多元主体支持,为中国式现代化体育供给提供有效保障;提升客体参与动力,为中国式现代化体育参与提供内生动力;丰富内容体系构建,为中国式现代化体育发展创造良好条件;改善社会支持手段,为中国式现代化体育发展提供关键支撑等纾解策略。

Impact of Chinese social transformation on the reform of social st）orts management system

China after the efforts of reform and opening up for 30 years, has established a relatively complete featuring system of sports administration, providing a system of protection for sports development in China. With the further improvement of the socialist market economy, the existing sports administrative functions are incompatible with the economic and social side of the market gradually. The current sports administrative functions can no longer adapt to the development and deeper reforms of sports system are imminent. Only by speeding up the reform of sports administration, can eliminate obstacles and promote rapid and healthy development of China＇s sports industry. In this paper, the object is the administrative functions of the sport in the social transformation period, through expert interviews, literature, and logical analysis, comparative study to discuss the problems of the administrative functions of sport in the social transformation period and propose appropriate countermeasures. Studies suggest that： sports administration departments should focus to implementing national policies, the development of the sports industry policy research and development planning, management and delivery of services. In accordance with the uniform principles of responsibility, rights and interests, to further clarify the responsibilities of all levels of sports administration, handling good working relationship between them. By Complete separation between rowing and steering, governance and administration, government and industry, to achieve ＂four transformations＂, and to break plan ＂all-round＂ type of government in the economic system, and establish ＂limited＂ government, effectively carry out the functions of guidance, policy regulation, market supervision, social management and public services.

A New Dimension of the Study of Urban Sports Population

It is possible and necessary to make a combined study of urban sports population and theory of social justice. Theoretically, sports population study belongs to sociology, but at present it is still confined in the ＂sports study＂ , thus due attention has not been paid to its sociological value and significance. On the other hand, the study of social justice tends to focus on material aspect and overlooks the spiritual aspects such as the sports justice. In reality, when it comes to urban sports population, there are problems of social justice as are mainly reflected in the unbalanced structure and severe disproportion of the social resources among different strata. Therefore it is highly necessary to explore solutions to the above problems by combining the two aspects, which in turn can help the theory of social justice to broaden its scope of application.

公共体育服务融入基层网格化管理的意义解析与路径探索

网格化管理是基层政府在科层制体系内利用信息技术实现政府管理流程再造的创新性举措,其普及程度与应用范围日益扩大,呈现出向公共服务领域倾斜的趋势。公共体育服务融入基层网格化管理有助于推动公共体育服务管理重心下移,有助于强化公共体育服务供给的多部门协同,有助于改善公共体育服务供需错位问题,有助于促进公共体育服务的“管监评分离”;然而,其实践层面也可能引发公共体育服务管理的形式化问题,呈现公共体育服务管理的新碎片化状态,挤压体育社会组织和市场组织参与公共体育服务供给的空间,弱化社区自治组织在公共体育服务供给上的作用。公共体育服务融入基层网格化管理的路径主要包括将社会体育指导员、体育场地纳入网格化管理的资源库,将全民健身工作领导协调机制嵌入网格化管理的联动中心,将体育社会组织、市场组织吸纳进网格化管理的合作框架,将社区自治与网格化管理有机衔接4个方面。

基于地理信息技术的山地城市社区体育文化公园空间分布分析——以重庆市为例

社区体育文化公园作为居民身心健康发展的重要场域,研究其空间分布及影响因素具有重要意义。文章以具有典型山地城市特征的重庆市为例,运用核密度估算法、最小阻抗法、空间插值法和地理探测器对重庆92个社区体育文化公园进行深入分析。研究发现:重庆市社区体育文化公园主要分布在渝中、渝北、南岸、巴南西部临江一带,总体分布与城市发展具有耦合性,其空间分布主要受交通可达性、房价、人口密度和地势等因素影响,其中交通可达性和房价影响较大,人口密度和地势次之。文章提出以区域发展水平为着力点,建设多层级社区体育文化公园;秉持“以人为本”的核心理念,建设“亲民”社区体育文化公园;以山地城市独有的城市形态,丰富社区体育文化公园内部空间结构等优化配置建议,为社区体育文化公园的规划提供重要参考。

党建引领体育社会组织发展的内在逻辑与现实路径

加强党组织建设是新时代推进体育社会组织自身发展和参与治理的根本所在,发挥党组织在体育社会组织建设中的战斗堡垒作用,将有助于将党的政治优势和组织优势切实注入体育社会治理全过程。在体育社会组织中,将党的领导这一显著优势和党的建设这一关键环节融入体育社会组织的革新、组织、运行、发展,可切实解决当前体育社会组织面临的发展自主性不足、服务硬实力不强、社会认可度不高等瓶颈问题。在党建引领下,凸显党组织的政治逻辑、组织逻辑、民本逻辑,推进体育社会组织思想作风优化、提升社会动员能力、强化社会责任担当,注入人民性、规范性、协同性,推进群众化、制度化、多元化发展,将有力推动体育社会组织治理效能的进一步提升,为全民健身和体育治理作出积极贡献。

中国全民健身志愿服务:建设成效、制约因素与促进策略

中国现阶段在全民健身志愿服务的建设上取得了一定成效,如制度与法治建设渐趋完善,多口管理的组织体系已基本形成,行业协会建设逐步健全,人才队伍规模也日益扩大等。然而,也存在着一些制约全民健身志愿服务广泛开展的因素,如制度与法治建设滞后于发展需要,保障性不足;多口管理的组织体系协调度不高,容易形成掣肘;行业协会行政化色彩浓厚,自主性偏低;人才队伍的组成结构不平衡,志愿服务率不理想。为了促进全民健身志愿服务广泛开展,一是要重视发展规划设计,健全配套性法律法规;二是要强化多部门协调,创新合作形式;三是要推动行业协会去行政化改革,增强其自主性;四是要优化人才队伍组成结构,提升其志愿服务率。

“搭子”社交:当代青年体育参与的内涵特征、生成逻辑与发展面向

“搭子”社交的成功出圈,呈现出与新时代体育发展相适应的社交文化。现代化发展进程中,“搭子社交”以其期待陪伴、强边界感和弱关系的特点成为当代青年体育参与的动力。这种体育参与方式的转变,与趣缘共同体下体育参与的维系、个体化趋势下体育参与社会心态的转变、现代化转型下体育参与方式的变迁、数字赋能促进体育参与四重因素有关。面对现代社会青年体育参与的需求,发展面向的构建应该从重拾“附近”,建构体育生活圈;价值引导,匡正社交取向;风险规避,警惕社交陷阱入手。“搭子”社交这类描述中国青年社交关系的新型方式,为激发体育文化活力贡献青年力量,或许成为中国式体育现代化理论和实践探究的一个微小窗口。

探索中国体育强国建设的理论起点——立足马克思主义哲学关于对人的本质认识方向

构建中国体育强国建设理论体系的首要问题是找出合理的理论起点。要完成这个任务,必须坚持马克思主义哲学关于对人的本质认识方向,通过借鉴资本主义商业体育的理论起点,到分析社会主义体育探索“人的全面发展”的理论起点,最后以马克思主义中国化最新理论成果,即习近平总书记关于体育的重要论述为指引。一方面,资本主义体育发展建设以资本主义的“剩余价值”为理论阐释点,它同样蕴含着“人的发展”的各种规定,由此引发了在一定制度下面向“人的发展”的体育发展成果的探析;另一方面,习近平总书记关于体育的重要论述则确定了“人的价值”的理论主线。借鉴马克思主义体育思想,重视与教育匹配的社会关系,准确把握习近平总书记关于实现体育的“人的价值”的初心维度的重要论述,可以得到结论,“遵循社会发展与人的发展的统一性”是中国体育强国建设的理论起点。

社区青少年体育社会组织的培育路径研究

文章运用文献研究法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,立足于我国社区青少年体育社会组织发展面临的主要困境,对社区青少年体育社会组织的培育路径展开思考。研究认为,目前社区青少年体育社会组织发展主要面临资金和资源不足、人才短缺和管理能力不足、社会认可度和支持度不高的发展困境,未来社区青少年体育社会组织的发展应以政策工具推动社区青少年体育社会组织的创新发展、以内部治理提升社区青少年体育社会组织的志愿精神和专业能力以及以共生思维促进社区青少年体育社会组织跨界整合。

德国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量成长的政府支持、路径及启示

为深化推进我国竞技体育的社会化、市场化改革,通过文献资料法对德国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量成长的政府支持、路径及其启示进行了研究。研究认为:德国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量的成长获得了国家政策法规的扶持、政府财政资金的支持、管理的放权与服务。成长路径表现为服务于促进国家意识形态统一的成长路径、服务于推动多种形态体育协调发展的成长路径、服务于提高运动训练科学水平的成长路径。研究建议:为促进我国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量的成长,应建构“强政府-大社会”的竞技体育发展新格局、推动俱乐部体制和联赛体系的专业化发展、整合各类社会资源协同促进竞技体育发展。
