A comparison study was made for the characteristics of pH value, orga nic matter content, nutrient element N, P and K contents in rhizosphere soils of pure and mixed plantations of Manchurian walnut and Dahurian larch and in bulk soils. The results show that the pH values of rhizosphere soil for all the plant ations except the pure walnut stand, which was slightly higher, were lower than those of bulk soils, while the organic matter contents in the rhizosphere soil f or all the plantations except the mixed plantation, which was slightly lower, we re higher than that in bulk soil. There exists a relative nitrogen accumulation in the rhizosphere and the extent to which the nitrogen accumulates is closely r elated to tree species and mixed pattern. As far as the total P and K contents a re considered, there exists a deficient tendency in rhizosphere in comparison wi th bulk soil. The element N, P and K are all mobilized in the rhizosphere of the pure or mixed plantation, characterized by the higher contents of the available N, P and K in the rhizosphere. The available N content in the rhizosphere of th e larch in mixed plantation was obviously higher than that of its pure plantatio n, whereas the available P and K contents in the rhizosphere of walnut in the mi xed plantation, on the other hand, were significantly higher than those of its p ure plantation. 展开更多

The investigation was conducted on the spatial and temporal distributions of soil organic mater (SOM) in the mixed plantations of alder (Aluns crernastogyne) and cypress (Cupressus funebris ) (MPAC), which distributed in the hilly areas of central Sichuan Basin (HACSB). The results show that: (1) the spatial distribution of SOM among different sites at the same age are not significant before 15-year-old, but significant at 20-year-old, and not significant again after 25-year-old; (2) the SOM contents in 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm layers increase sharply from 10- to 15-year-old, and decline gradually from 15- to 30- year-old; the SOM contents of the 30-year-old PCP were 80. 38% and 78.42% higher than that of the 10-year-old, but 29.16% and 53.37% lower than that of 15-year-old in the 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm layers, respectively. The decrease of SOM contents would lead to the degradation of soil fertility and the decline of forest productivity. 展开更多

This study has focused on the processes of soil degradation and chemical element concentration in tea-growing regions of Rwanda,Africa.Soil degradation accelerated by erosion is caused not only by topography but also by human activities.This soil degradation involves both the physical loss and reduction in the amount of topsoil associated with nutrient decline.Soil samples were collected from eleven tropical zones in Rwanda and from variable depth within each collecting site.Of these,Samples from three locations in each zone were analyzed in the laboratory,with the result that the pH of all soil samples is shown to be less than 5(pH〈5) with a general average of 4.4.The elements such as iron(Fe), copper(Cu),manganese(Mn),and zinc(Zn) are present in high concentration levels.In contrast calcium (Ca) and sodium(Na) are present at low-level concentrations and carbon(C) was found in minimal concentrations.In addition,elements derived from fertilizers,such as nitrogen(N),phosphorous(P),and potassium(K) which is also from minerals such as feldspar,are also present in low-level concentrations. The results indicate that the soil in certain Rwandan tea plantations is acidic and that this level of pH may help explain,in addition to natural factors,the deficiency of some elements such as Ca,Mg,P and N.The use of chemical fertilizers,land use system and the location of fields relative to household plots are also considered to help explain why tea plantation soils are typically degraded. 展开更多

An investigation on soil organic carbon, total N and P, NO3-N, available P, microbial biomass C, N and P, basal respiration and metabolic quotients (qCO2) was conducted to compare differences in soil microbial properties and nutrients between 15-year-old pure Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) and two mixed Chinese fir plantations (mixed plantations with Alnus crernastogyne, mixed plantations with Kalopanax septemlobus) at Huitong Experimental Station of Forest Ecology (26°45′N latitude and 109°30′E longitude), Chinese Academy of Sciences in May, 2005. Results showed that the concentrations of soil organic carbon, total N, NO3^--N, total P and available P in mixed plantations were higher than that in pure plantation. Soil microbial biomass N in two mixed plantations was averagely higher 69% and 61% than that in pure plantation at the 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil depth, respectively. Soil microbial biomass C, P and basal respiration in mixed plantations were higher 11%, 14% and 4% at the 0-10 cm soil depth and 6%, 3% and 3% at the 10-20 cm soil depth compared with pure plantation. However, soil microbial C: N ratio and qCO2 were averagely lower 34% and 4% in mixed plantations than pure plantation. Additionally, there was a closer relation between soil microbial biomass and soil nutrients than between basal respiration, microbial C: N ratio and qCO2 and soil nutrients. In conclusion, introduction of broad-leaved tree species into pure coniferous plantation improved soil microbial properties and soil fertility, and can be helpful to restore degraded forest soil. 展开更多

The organic carbon contents,carbon density and carbon storage of the soil in the Pinus koraiensis plantation ecosystem were investigated in Maoershan experimental forest farm,Shangzhi County,Heilongjiang,on the west slope of the Zhangguangcai Mountains in northeastern China for providing data to evaluation of the carbon balance in forest ecosystem of northeastern China.These soil carbon indicators were measured in three forest types,pure P.koraiensis plantation,P.koraiensis and Betula platyphylla mixed forest,and the P.koraiensis and Quercus mongolica mixed forest.The soil carbon pool consisted of four compartments,namely L layer,F layer,H layer and B layer.With variance analysis,we found that both organic carbon content and carbon density of the soil were significantly affected by forest types,soil compartments and slope positions.The highest soil carbon density(278.63 Mg·ha^-1).was observed in the mixed forest of P.koraiensis and Q.mongolica.The B layer had the highest carbon density(212.28 Mg·ha^-1) among all the soil compartments.In terms of slope position,the highest soil carbon density(394.18 Mg·ha^-1) presented in the low slope.Besides,soil carbon content and carbon density had a marked change with the organic matter content and vertical depth of the soil in each compartment.The results of this study implied that in the temperate humid region,the mixed ecosystem of regional Pinus koraiensis plantations and natural forest had relatively high carbon storage capability. 展开更多

The results showed that soil nutrients in pure larch plantations changed rapidly in July and August. The variation of soil nutrients is more stable in mixed larch plantation. Compared with the pure larch plantation, the content of soil nutrients in mixed larch plantation obviously increased. The soil degradation occurred in the pure larch plantation, and related to the forest age. 展开更多

Six forest stands of 59,34 and 24 year-old Pinus massoniana forests and their mixed forests were selected at the Experimental Center of Tropical Forestry of Chinese Academy of Forestry,and 20 m × 20 m plot was set up and soil samples were taken from 0-60 cm soil layers,to analyze the changes of soil nutrient content under different forest stands and forest ages. The results showed that soil moisture and the bulk density in the mesophytic forest land were higher than those of other forest lands. The highest soil porosity value was observed in the early forest land. Soil p H of different forest was 4. 45-4. 75,indicating the variation was small. Besides,it indicated that the mixed forest was more able to increase the soil fertility than the pure forest because that the variation of soil acidity,organic matter content and total P and K in 34 and24 year-old mixed forests were higher than those in pure forests of the same year old. However,the content of soil available P and K decreased with the increase of soil depth,and varied in terms of forest ages. From the changes of soil indicators in different forest lands,soil nutrients in the 34 year-old P. massoniana forest was superior to that of other forest stands. 展开更多

【目的】探究晋西黄土区人工林恢复过程中0~500 cm土层土壤含水量垂直特征,为改善人工林土壤水环境,实现林水平衡提供理论依据。【方法】以晋西黄土区蔡家川流域5种典型人工林(刺槐Robinia pseudoacacia、侧柏Platycladus orientalis、... 【目的】探究晋西黄土区人工林恢复过程中0~500 cm土层土壤含水量垂直特征,为改善人工林土壤水环境,实现林水平衡提供理论依据。【方法】以晋西黄土区蔡家川流域5种典型人工林(刺槐Robinia pseudoacacia、侧柏Platycladus orientalis、油松Pinus tabuliformis、刺槐-侧柏、刺槐-油松)为研究对象,通过土钻烘干法测定0~500 cm土层土壤含水量,分析人工林土壤含水量的垂直特征。【结果】研究区典型人工林平均土壤含水量由大到小依次为侧柏、刺槐-侧柏、油松、刺槐-油松、刺槐,5种人工林土壤含水量差异显著(P<0.05),降水量及土壤质地是影响人工林土壤含水量的主要因素;在垂直方向上,人工林土壤含水量变异程度均为中等变异,变异系数随土层深度的增加呈减小趋势,约在360 cm土层形成稳定变化,人工植被主要影响0~360 cm土层内的土壤水,5种人工林中刺槐林地土壤水分变异程度最大,侧柏林地土壤水分最为稳定;采用有序聚类法将人工林土壤水分垂直层次划分为交换层、利用层、调节层和稳定层,不同林分间层次划分深度存在一定差异。【结论】研究区人工林可导致土壤含水量一定程度的减少,刺槐、油松、刺槐-油松林会加剧对深层土壤水分的消耗,其中刺槐林对深层土壤水分的消耗最为明显,建议在林业生态工程建设时,适当减少刺槐林面积,提高侧柏栽植比例。对现存土壤含水量较低的刺槐林,通过间伐降低林分密度,或将其改造为混交林,以期改善土壤水环境,实现林水平衡。 展开更多

为探究马尾松(Pinus massoniana)不同混交模式对土壤细菌、真菌群落组成和多样性特征的影响,本研究选取马尾松/红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)混交林(MPC)、马尾松/格木(Erythrophleum fordii)混交林(MPE)、马尾松/多树种[红锥、格木、火力... 为探究马尾松(Pinus massoniana)不同混交模式对土壤细菌、真菌群落组成和多样性特征的影响,本研究选取马尾松/红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)混交林(MPC)、马尾松/格木(Erythrophleum fordii)混交林(MPE)、马尾松/多树种[红锥、格木、火力楠(Michelia macclurei)、灰木莲(Manglietia glauca)、米老排(Mytilaria laosensis)](MPM)混交林为研究对象,并以马尾松纯林(PP)作为对照。结果表明:(1)混交种植均提高了细根生物量(FRB)和凋落物量(TL),MPM表现最好且差异显著(P<0.05);(2)MPC、MPE和MPM真菌群落物种多样性指数(Chao1)显著提高(P<0.05),而细菌群落物种多样性指数变化不明显;(3)在细菌群落中,变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)是优势菌门;在真菌群落中,子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)和接合菌门(Zygomycota)是优势菌门。与马尾松纯林相比,MPC拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和接合菌门的相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),MPE拟杆菌门和装甲菌门(Armatimonadetes)的相对丰度显著提高,但变形菌门的相对丰度显著降低;(4)土壤有效磷(AP)、细根碳氮比(C_(root)∶N_(root))、细根碳磷比(C_(root)∶P_(root))与细菌群落物种多样性指数显著相关,而土壤有机碳(SOC)和pH值是影响细菌群落组成的最关键因素;土壤中的全氮(TN)、容重(BD)与真菌群落物种多样性指数显著相关,含水率(SWC)是影响真菌群落组成的主要因素。综上,马尾松与单一或多种阔叶树种混交种植5年后对土壤真菌群落的物种多样性产生显著影响,但对细菌群落物种多样性的影响不显著。 展开更多

松阔混交对侵蚀退化地土壤有机碳和微生物群落结构的影响

树种是调控森林土壤有机碳(SOC)积累的重要因子。为明确树种变化对红壤侵蚀退化地表层SOC积累的影响,采用配对实验设计,选择不同恢复年限的马尾松纯林和马尾松+木荷混交林(19和39 a)为研究对象,对比分析表层(0~10 cm)SOC质量分数的差异... 树种是调控森林土壤有机碳(SOC)积累的重要因子。为明确树种变化对红壤侵蚀退化地表层SOC积累的影响,采用配对实验设计,选择不同恢复年限的马尾松纯林和马尾松+木荷混交林(19和39 a)为研究对象,对比分析表层(0~10 cm)SOC质量分数的差异,并利用相关性分析与结构方程模型探讨其与凋落物特征、土壤氮素水平和微生物群落组成的关系。结果表明:1)恢复19 a的纯林和混交林SOC质量分数无显著差异,而恢复39 a混交林SOC质量分数较恢复19 a纯林、恢复19 a混交林以及恢复39 a纯林分别高39.8%、48.0%和93.6%(P<0.05);2)SOC质量分数与土壤微生物生物量碳、土壤微生物生物量氮、磷脂脂肪酸总量、矿质氮和细菌呈显著或极显著正相关,与凋落物C/N和真菌细菌之比(F/B)呈显著或极显著负相关;3)结构方程模型分析表明,凋落物C/N是松阔混交后表层SOC质量分数变化的触发因子,矿质氮是微生物群落结构变化的关键因子。凋落物C/N可直接驱动SOC质量分数的变化(-0.35*),或通过矿质氮(-0.70***)诱导F/B、丛枝菌根真菌和细菌的变化起间接调控作用,以上因子共解释SOC质量分数变异的86.8%。综上,松阔混交促进侵蚀退化地SOC的积累,且其有效性随恢复年限增强。这个过程主要通过提升凋落物质量、增加微生物养分来源和土壤氮有效性、改变微生物群落结构完成。在我国实施“双碳”战略的背景下,多树种混交对红壤区退化马尾松林SOC提升具有重要意义。 展开更多

Soil samples were taken from rhizosphere zone and off-rhizosphere zone of ash (Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.) and larch (Larix olgensis Henry) in mixed and monoculture stands, and the nutrient concentration of N, P, and K was analyzed to study the effect of nutrients variation on yield improvement in the mixed stand. The result showed that: 1) The stand level total soil N concentration and available N in the mixed stand was similar to that in the monoculture stand of ash, but higher than that in monoculture stand of larch. The total N and available N concentration in rhizosphere soil of ash in the mixed stand was similar to that in the monoculture stand of ash, but the available N concentration in rhizosphere of larch in mixed stand was much higher than in its monoculture. 2) The stand level total P, total K concentration in the mixed stand was similar to that in monocul-ture stands of both species, but available P and K was more concentrated in the mixed stand than in the monoculture stands of ash. The rhizosphere available P and K of ash in the mixed stand was 44.1% and 13.5% (for the 9-yr-old stands) and 79.6% and 25.6% (for the 21-yr-old stands) higher than that in its monoculture. [目的]与阔叶树混交是提升杉木人工林土壤肥力的重要措施,探究不同杉阔混交模式下不同深度土壤氮矿化特征,对杉木人工林土壤养分循环的研究具有重要意义。[方法]选取两种经典混交模式的林分(杉-阔套种林、杉-阔混交林)与杉木纯林为研究对象,测定不同深度土壤(0~5 cm、5~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm)的理化性质、有效氮含量及氮矿化速率。[结果]0~5 cm土层的净氮矿化速率显著高于其他土层。混交和套种显著提高了0~5 cm土壤有效氮含量与净氮矿化速率。与杉木纯林相比,杉-阔套种林的土壤净氮矿化速率增加了111.19%,杉-阔混交林的土壤净氮矿化速率增加了70.73%。RDA分析表明:总碳和总氮含量是影响杉木人工林土壤氮矿化速率的主要因素,土壤含水率、碳氮比、可溶性有机碳和可溶性有机氮等对土壤氮矿化速率也有影响。相关性分析表明氮矿化速率最显著的0~5 cm土壤的碳氮比是净氮矿化速率的重要影响因素,而土壤理化性质在不同土层间对氮矿化的影响不同。[结论]土壤氮矿化与土壤深度密切相关,其主要发生在浅表层土壤且受多种土壤性质影响。杉阔混交和套种可以促进土壤氮矿化,对土壤氮矿化过程的正向影响利于维持和提升杉木人工林地的土壤肥力。 展开更多

【目的】探究不同混交比例对栎类混交林林分生长和土壤养分的影响,探索最佳栎类混交造林模式。【方法】在湖南宁乡市坝塘镇林场选择5个不同混交比例的栎类混交模式:栎类(L10)、3栎类7枫香混交(L3F7)、7栎类3枫香混交(L7F3)、5栎类5杉木... 【目的】探究不同混交比例对栎类混交林林分生长和土壤养分的影响,探索最佳栎类混交造林模式。【方法】在湖南宁乡市坝塘镇林场选择5个不同混交比例的栎类混交模式:栎类(L10)、3栎类7枫香混交(L3F7)、7栎类3枫香混交(L7F3)、5栎类5杉木混交(L5S5)、7栎类3杉木混交(L7S3),以栎类模式作为对照(CK),经过12 a生长后,对各模式林木生长因子和林地土壤养分指标进行测定和分析。【结果】1)5个模式间栎类的生长具有显著差异,除L5S5模式外,其他3种混交模式的栎类平均胸径均大于L10模式,各模式的栎类单株平均材积排序为L7F3>L3F7>L7S3>L10>L5S5;L10模式的径阶分布范围比其他4个混交模式宽1~2个径阶,但平均单株材积均小于其他栎类混交模式;各模式的蓄积量大小排序为L7S3>L10>L7F3>L5S5>L3F7。2)相对于纯栎类林分,栎类与枫香/杉木混交后,林地土壤养分含量得到一定程度的改善,尤其是有机质均有显著提高。随着土层深度的增加,全磷、全钾含量变化不明显,全氮、有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾表现为逐渐降低,pH值表现为逐渐增加;除有效磷每层之间差异均显著外,其他有效养分20~40 cm层变化大于40~60 cm层的变化,说明40 cm土层深度后土壤养分含量变化幅度减缓。3)整体上看,林分生长与林地的pH值、全氮、全钾、速效磷及有机质5个因子显著相关,与土壤速效钾的相关性不显著。各模式土壤养分质量综合得分排序为L7F3>L3F7>L7S3>L5S5>L10。【结论】栎类+枫香/杉木混交造林模式均优于纯栎类模式,研究结果可为栎类混交造林提供理论依据。 展开更多

养分输入会显著影响土壤有机碳矿化,但毛竹林土壤有机碳激发效应对不同类型养分输入的响应及其机制尚不明确。选用尿素和磷酸二氢钠作为外源养分,通过80 d的培养试验,研究氮素、磷素及两者联合添加对毛竹林土壤有机碳矿化及其激发效应... 养分输入会显著影响土壤有机碳矿化,但毛竹林土壤有机碳激发效应对不同类型养分输入的响应及其机制尚不明确。选用尿素和磷酸二氢钠作为外源养分,通过80 d的培养试验,研究氮素、磷素及两者联合添加对毛竹林土壤有机碳矿化及其激发效应、微生物功能以及土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明,氮素、磷素及两者联合添加均显著提高了土壤原有有机碳矿化CO_(2)累积排放量(增幅分别为91.3%、19.2%和94.9%),产生显著的正激发效应,其中氮素及其与磷素联合添加诱导的正激发效应强度显著大于磷素添加处理。上述三种养分添加处理均显著提高了土壤pH、活性有机碳库(微生物量碳、可溶性有机碳和烷氧碳组分)、碳降解酶(β-葡萄糖苷酶和蔗糖酶)活性以及cbhI和GH48功能基因丰度,但抑制了多酚氧化酶和RubisCO酶活性;此外,土壤无机氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N和NO_(3)^(-))含量在氮和氮磷添加下增加,在磷添加下降低。相关性分析表明,累积激发效应与土壤pH、活性有机碳库、无机氮含量、碳降解酶活性以及cbhI和GH48功能基因丰度呈显著正相关,而与多酚氧化酶和RubisCO酶活性显著负相关。综上所述,氮磷养分添加可能是通过影响土壤pH、活性碳氮含量,并提升微生物的活性和功能,从而显著提高土壤原有有机碳的矿化速率。 展开更多

连栽导致土壤退化是制约杉木初级生产力实现的重要障碍因素,而土壤对病原菌的抑制能力决定着植物能否有效抵御病原菌侵害,是人工林土壤地力状况的重要表现。以一代、二代、三代杉木人工林和天然次生林为对象,采用平板隔空、直接对峙的方... 连栽导致土壤退化是制约杉木初级生产力实现的重要障碍因素,而土壤对病原菌的抑制能力决定着植物能否有效抵御病原菌侵害,是人工林土壤地力状况的重要表现。以一代、二代、三代杉木人工林和天然次生林为对象,采用平板隔空、直接对峙的方法,分析了不同代际杉木林土壤细菌群落对尖孢镰刀菌和立枯丝核菌的抑制能力。进一步利用高通量测序技术,研究了杉木林土壤细菌群落影响土壤抑病能力的生态过程。结果表明:土壤磷元素随连栽呈显著积累趋势,而土壤pH和有机质(SOM)等含量随连栽代数的增加而下降,但这些下降指标在三代杉木林与天然林土壤间无显著差异。而杉木连栽导致土壤对病原菌的抑制能力逐代降低,天然林土壤较杉木人工林对病原菌具有显著的高抑制能力。同时杉木连栽显著改变了土壤细菌群落组成,而对群落整体α-多样性影响较小,说明土壤中一些关键类群对杉木连栽响应的敏感性高于整体细菌群落的变化。进一步利用随机森林模型预测与回归分析,揭示了杉木连栽引起的土壤一些关键细菌类群丰度的降低是土壤抑病能力下降的重要原因,这些类群主要受土壤pH、SOM、TP等土壤理化因子的调控。由此,杉木长期连栽会引起土壤微环境失衡,致使土壤抑制病原菌能力下降,从而增加病原菌危害杉木林健康,不利于人工林生产力的提升和可持续经营。 展开更多
