The solvent debinding of water soluble binder in powder injection moulding (MIM) was investigated systematically, including the effects of solvent types, temperature and the thickness of green parts on the solvent debinding rate. After studying the debinding of a green part with a thickness of 4.26 mm, it was found that, the debinding rate of polyethylene glycol(PEG) in water and alcohol was high initially, and then decreased; however, it would increase with temperature increasing. At room temperature, the dissolution rate of PEG in water was higher than that in alcohol, but the latter would be much faster with temperature increasing because the debinding activation energy in alcohol was 51.44 kJ·mol -1 ·K -1 , much higher than 24.23 kJ·mol -1 ·K -1 in water. With a green part thickness larger than 4.26 mm, the debinding was controlled by diffusion; but with that smaller than 2.36 mm, the debinding was controlled by both dissolution and diffusion. 展开更多

Powder metallurgy is a powerful method for the preparation of materials with superior properties.This work aimed to investigate the effect of powder size on the microstructure,mechanical,and corrosion properties of advanced WE43(Mg-4Y-3REE-Zr)alloy prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS).At the same time,the effect of HF pre-treatment of the powder on the properties of final compacted products is studied.Smaller powder particles yielded microstructure with more interfaces formed by Y_(2)O_(3),or MgF_(2) and YF_(3).These interfaces work as barriers against corrosion,which greatly improves corrosion resistance.The suggested pre-treatment of powder in HF further reduced the corrosion rate of the compacted materials.On the contrary,fragile interfaces of YF_(3) decreased mechanical properties as the crack primarily propagates through these interfaces.The original powder containing the mixture of all powder fractions exerted the best combination of mechanical properties.Powder size has also shown to affect ignition temperature.The highest ignition temperature was measured for the finest powder fraction. 展开更多

A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of four fat soluble vitamins: retinol (vitamin A), cholecalciferol(vitamin D), tocopherol(vitamin E) and phylloquinone(vitamin K_1) in fortified milk powders and egg yolk has been developed. The method requires enzymatic hydrolysis of lipid component of the sample as a pretreatment. Several factors which influence the enzymatic hydrolysis were studied-Separation was achieved using μ-Bondapak C-18 column(3.9×300mm), 98% methanol as mobile phase, a double channel detection was selected; vitamins D_3 E_1 K_1 were detected by UV spectrophotometry (265 nm) first, then vitamin A by fluorometry (EX 325nm, EM 480mm). The retention times of vitamin A_1 D_3, E and K_1 4.87, 9.00, 10.58 and 15.45 min respectively. Detection limit were 0.64, 0.25, 0.50 and 0.07 ng; and the recoveries were 90.5%~103.6% 90.0%~95.6%, 91.7%~98.8%, 91.5%~98.6%, respectively. The vitamins A, D_0, E, K_1 contents in foods were determined satisfactorily. 展开更多

A TiAl-Nb composite was prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) at 1250 °C and 50 MPa for 5 min from prealloyed TiAl powder and elemental Nb powder in a molar ratio of 9:1 for improving the fracture toughness of TiAl alloy at room temperature. The microstructure, phase constitute, fracture surface and fracture toughness were determined by X-ray diffractometry, electron probe micro-analysis, scanning and transmission electron microscopy and mechanical testing. The results show that the sintered samples mainly consist of γ phase, O phase, niobium solid solution (Nbss) phase and B2 phase. The fracture toughness is as high as 28.7 MPa?m1/2 at room temperature. The ductile Nbss phase plays an important role in absorbing the fracture energy in front of the cracks. Moreover, B2 phase can branch the propagation of the cracks. The microhardness of each phase of the composite was also tested. 展开更多

TiAl alloy bulk samples with the composition of Ti-45Al-5.5(Cr,Nb,B,Ta) (mole fraction, %) were prepared by high energy mechanical milling and spark plasma sintering (SPS) and then heat treatment. The microstructure and mechanical properties after heat treatment of TiAl alloy prepared by SPS at different temperatures were studied. The results showed that the morphology of high energy mechanically milled powder was irregular and the average grain size was about decades micrometers. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the mechanically milled powder was composed of two phases of TiAl and Ti3Al. The main phase of TiAl and few phases of Ti3Al and TiB2 were observed in the SPS bulk samples of Ti-45Al-5.5(Cr,Nb,B,Ta) alloy. For samples sintered at 900 °C and 1000 °C, the microstructure was duplex structure with some fine equiaxed gamma grains and thin needly TiB2 phases. With the SPS temperature increasing from 900 °C to 1000 °C, the micro-hardness was changed little, the compression strength increased from 1812 MPa to 2275 MPa and the compression ratio increased from 22.66% to 25.59%. The fractography results showed that the compression fracture transform of the SPS Ti-45Al-5.5(Cr,Nb,B,Ta) alloy was rgranular rupture. 展开更多

以Ti、Fe、Mo元素粉及60Al40V中间合金粉为原料,通过混料、模压和真空烧结,制备粉末冶金SP-700钛合金,系统研究粉末原料、压制压力及烧结温度等工艺参数对合金相对密度、组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着压制压力增加,SP-700压坯与烧结... 以Ti、Fe、Mo元素粉及60Al40V中间合金粉为原料,通过混料、模压和真空烧结,制备粉末冶金SP-700钛合金,系统研究粉末原料、压制压力及烧结温度等工艺参数对合金相对密度、组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着压制压力增加,SP-700压坯与烧结体的相对密度均提高;用平均粒度低、氧含量高的Ti粉为原料制备的压坯密度低,而烧结体密度高;烧结温度升高使烧结体密度略微增大。SP-700烧结体组织为晶界和晶内α层片分布在β基体上;烧结体的性能受粉末原料及烧结温度的强烈影响。与Ti-6Al-4V合金相比,SP-700具有更加细小的组织和更优异的性能。制备SP-700烧结体的最佳工艺以及制品的性能参数为:采用低氧钛粉(0.15%O,平均粒度为73.6μm),在500MPa压力下压制成形、在1260℃真空烧结5h;相对密度达96.3%,抗拉强度为1008MPa,屈服强度为931MPa,伸长率达4.3%。 展开更多

目的观察复方蜥蜴脱敏动力散不同微粒组合剂对由无水乙醇造成的胃动力障碍性大鼠模型大鼠血清P物质,血浆生长抑素(SS)水平的影响,探讨其提高胃动力的作用机制。方法将72只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组,即正常对照组,模型组,西沙比利治疗组... 目的观察复方蜥蜴脱敏动力散不同微粒组合剂对由无水乙醇造成的胃动力障碍性大鼠模型大鼠血清P物质,血浆生长抑素(SS)水平的影响,探讨其提高胃动力的作用机制。方法将72只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组,即正常对照组,模型组,西沙比利治疗组,复方蜥蜴脱敏动力散80目治疗组,100目治疗组,(80+100)目治疗组。除正常对照组外,其余各组采用95%无水乙醇诱导胃动力障碍性大鼠模型,治疗组大鼠给予复方蜥蜴脱敏动力散不同微粒剂及西沙必利治疗10 d,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清SP,血浆SS的水平,光镜观察胃黏膜病理组织学变化。结果各治疗组大鼠SP水平明显高于模型组(P<0.01),SS水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。复方蜥蜴脱敏动力散(80目+100目)组大鼠SP水平高于西沙必利组(P<0.05);复方蜥蜴脱敏动力散(80目+100目)组大鼠SS水平低于西沙必利组(P<0.05),且胃黏膜病理组织学损伤有明显改善。结论复方蜥蜴脱敏动力散不同微粒组合剂对胃动力障碍型大鼠有治疗作用,能提高血清SP含量,降低血浆SS含量,可通过改善胃黏膜屏障功能,进而达到提高胃动力的作用。 展开更多

以氩气雾化法制备的镍基高温合金FGH96粉末为原料,采用放电等离子烧结(spark plasma sintering,SPS)工艺制备FGH96高温合金,同时在与SPS工艺相同条件下对原料粉末进行热处理,并采用热等静压(hot isostatic pressing,HIP)工艺制备FGH96... 以氩气雾化法制备的镍基高温合金FGH96粉末为原料,采用放电等离子烧结(spark plasma sintering,SPS)工艺制备FGH96高温合金,同时在与SPS工艺相同条件下对原料粉末进行热处理,并采用热等静压(hot isostatic pressing,HIP)工艺制备FGH96高温合金,通过分析在不同SPS温度或不同保温时间下合金的微观组织与晶粒尺寸以及对比热处理后的粉末和热等静压合金的晶粒取向与晶粒尺寸,研究SPS镍基粉末高温合金的组织特征。结果表明,合金在SPS 40 min后达到高度致密。烧结温度为1 070℃时,合金的显微组织为细小的胞晶和枝晶组织,碳化物析出相主要分布在晶粒内部、少量分布在晶界上,未观察到明显的原始颗粒边界(priorparticleboundaries,PPBs)。烧结温度为1 170℃时,合金的显微组织为等轴晶晶粒,碳化物析出相沿PPBs分布,且存在明显的PPBs。放电等离子烧结工艺能在一定程度上消除原始颗粒边界,但改善合金晶粒尺寸的作用不明显。 展开更多

In order to compare the spark plasma sintedng (SPS) process plus hot isostatic press (HIP) with vacuum sintedng plus HIP, an investigation was carried out on the topography, microstructure and gain size distribution of nanocrystalline WC-10Co composite powder and the sintered specimens prepared by SPS plus HIP and by vacuum sintering plus HIP by means of atomic force microscopy (AFM). The mechanical properties of the sintered specimens were also investigated. It is very easy to find cobalt lakes in the specimen prepared by vacuum sintering plus HIP process. But the microstructure of the specimen prepared by SPS plus HIP is more homogeneous, and the grain size is smaller than that prepared by vacuum sintering plus HIP. The WC-10Co ultrafine cemented carbide consolidated by SPS plus HIP can reach a relative density of 99.4%, and the transverse rupture strength (TRS) is higher than 3540 MPa, the Rockwell A hardness (HRA) is higher than 92.8, the average grain size is smaller than 300 nm, and the WC-10Co ultrafine cemented carbide with excellent properties is achieved. The specimen prepared by SPS with HIP has better properties and microstructure than that prepared by vacuum sintering with HIP. 展开更多

【目的】探明油菜角果蔗糖磷酸合成酶(Sucrose phosphate synthase,SPS)活性变化对其碳氮代谢产物及油分含量的影响,为进一步研究油菜SPS表达调控机理、改良油菜品质和产量的矛盾提供理论依据。【方法】以氮低效和氮高效油菜品种为试验... 【目的】探明油菜角果蔗糖磷酸合成酶(Sucrose phosphate synthase,SPS)活性变化对其碳氮代谢产物及油分含量的影响,为进一步研究油菜SPS表达调控机理、改良油菜品质和产量的矛盾提供理论依据。【方法】以氮低效和氮高效油菜品种为试验材料,在正常供氮和氮胁迫条件下进行土培试验。角果发育中期涂抹SPS抑制剂,以涂抹蒸馏水为对照,处理后第3 d上午测定角果皮及籽粒的SPS活性、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量,成熟期测定籽粒油分含量。【结果】角果涂抹SPS抑制剂后,不同氮水平条件下不同氮效率油菜品种的SPS活性均明显下降,其差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。氮胁迫条件下,氮低效品种的SPS活性受抑制较明显,而在常氮条件下,氮高效品种的SPS活性受抑制较明显;角果发育期的SPS活性表现为正常供氮处理高于氮胁迫处理,氮高效品种高于氮低效品种;可溶性糖含量的变化规律与SPS活性一致;游离氨基酸含量在不同氮水平间和品种间的差异与SPS活性一致,而对SPS抑制剂的反应与SPS活性和可溶性糖含量不同,即在SPS活性受抑制条件下呈升高趋势。籽粒油分产量也与SPS活性的变化趋势相同,在SPS抑制剂处理下明显下降,氮胁迫和常氮水平下氮低效和氮高效品种的籽粒油分含量分别降低5.00%、13.13%、17.57%和21.88%,表现出氮高效品种的籽粒油分产量高于氮低效品种、常氮处理高于氮胁迫处理。【结论】无论氮水平如何,氮低效和氮高效油菜品种油菜角果的SPS活性受抑制时,角果皮和籽粒的碳代谢减弱、氮代谢增强,最终导致油分产量降低。 展开更多

The dynamic changes in membrane permeability, activities of disease-related enzymes, and contents of pathogenesis-relevant chemical compounds and photosynthetic pigments in root cells of three watermelon cultivars were studied after inoculation with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum at seedling stage. The results showed that the capacity of self-regulating and returning to normal status of cultivar Kelunsheng (resistant) was greater than that of a susceptible cultivar, Zaohua, in terms of malonaldehyde (MDA) content, relative conductivity, and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT). The resistant cultivar maintained a higher activity of dehydrogenase, higher content of vitamin C(Vc) , and relatively lower content of soluble sugar than the susceptible cultivar. The content of soluble protein was higher in the resistant cultivar than that in the susceptible one at day 1 after inoculation. The capacities of the resistant cultivar to inhibit chlorophyll deterioration and maintain a higher carotenoid content were significantly stronger than those of the susceptible cultivar. 展开更多

Calcium hypochlorite commercially known as bleaching powder is used as a bleaching agent in shrimp processing industries in many countries and known to effect biochemical alteration in shrimp muscle. Studies were, therefore, undertaken to determine their effect in different concentrations viz., 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 ppm with different time intervals on the quality of head-on, headless shell-on and peeled giant freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) by determining biochemical and organoleptic aspects. Myofibrillar protein solubility of fresh head-on, headless shell-on and peeled samples were 90.5%, 90% and 88%, respectively indicating a gradual decrease in protein solubility with increasing concentration of bleaching powder. Decrease in protein solubility was also higher in samples kept at longer duration in different concentration of bleaching powder. At a given concentration of 50 ppm for 30 min treatment, the loss of myofibrillar protein was higher (26.14%) in peeled samples than those of head-on and headless shell-on samples (20.44% and 21.11%). Shelf life of bleaching powder treated prawn samples was found to be reduced to 4 - 5 days in iced condition compared to 6 - 7 days for control samples. Peeled samples were also found to be more susceptible to bleaching powder than that of head-on and headless shell-on samples. 展开更多
