Inconel 718 is the most popular nickel-based superalloy and is extensively used in aerospace,automotive,and energy indus-tries owing to its extraordinary thermomechanical properties.The effects of different two-step s...Inconel 718 is the most popular nickel-based superalloy and is extensively used in aerospace,automotive,and energy indus-tries owing to its extraordinary thermomechanical properties.The effects of different two-step solid solution treatments on microstructure andδphase precipitation of Inconel 718 alloy were studied,and the transformation mechanism fromγ″metastable phase toδphase was clarified.The precipitates were statistically analyzed by X-ray diffractometry.The results show that theδphase content firstly increased,and then decreased with the temperature of the second-step solid solution.The changes in microstructure andδphase were studied by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.An intragranularδphase formed in Inconel 718 alloy at the second-[100]_(δ)[011]γ step solid solution temperature of 925℃,and its orientation relationship withγmatrix was determined as//and(010)_(δ)//(111)γ.Furthermore,the Vickers hardness of different heat treatment samples was measured,and the sample treated by second-step solid solution at 1010℃ reached the maximum hardness of HV 446.84.展开更多

EfFect of annealing temperature on phase tr...Ultrafine particles prepared by evaporating pure Fe in CH4 atmosphere using arc-dischargeheating method, were found to consist of Fe-C solid solution, γ-Fe and Fe3C phases. EfFect of annealing temperature on phase transformation and hyperfine interactions has been investigated by Mossbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry (DTA-TG), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), oxygen determination and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) measurements. It was observed that phase transformation of γ-Fe to α-Fe occurs during annealing in vacuum. The mechanism causing the change of hyperfine interactions with annealing temperature differs for Fe-C solution and interstitial compounds. DifFerence of hyperfine interactions of Fe-C solid solution in the starting sample and its annealed samples is ascribed to the improvement of activation of interstitial carbon atoms. Stress-relieving in structure of annealed Fe3C particle can result in a weak influence on hyperfine interactions. Parameters fitted to the Mossbauer spectra show the existence of superparamagnetism in all the samples. Absorbed and combined oxygen on particle surface of the starting sample were determined.展开更多

Here is described a solid-phase synthesis method for the preparation of an acyl-plasminogen-streptokinase activator complex(APSAC) from Lys-Hpg, streptokinase(SK) and chemical modification (agent(4-amidinophenyl-4′-aminobenzoate hydrochloride)) with the L-lysine-Sepharose 4B Column as the carrier. The new method significantly increases the product yield and purity over the liquid-phase methods. The APSAC prepared with the new method exhibits a significant thrombolytic effect with a long half-life of about 8.8 h in rabbits.展开更多
Sulfide solid electrolytes are widely regarded as one of the most promising technical routes to realize all-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)due to their high ionic conductivity and favorable deformability.However,the rela...Sulfide solid electrolytes are widely regarded as one of the most promising technical routes to realize all-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)due to their high ionic conductivity and favorable deformability.However,the relatively high price of the crucial starting material,Li_(2)S,results in high costs of sulfide solid electrolytes,limiting their practical application in ASSBs.To solve this problem,we develop a new synthesis route of Li_(2)S via liquid-phase synthesis method,employing lithium and biphenyl in 1,2-dimethoxyethane(DME)ether solvent to form a lithium solution as the lithium precursor.Because of the comparatively strong reducibility of the lithium solution,its reaction with sulfur proceeds effectively even at room temperature.This new synthesis route of Li_(2)S starts with cheap precursors of lithium,sulfur,biphenyl and DME solvent,and the only remaining byproduct(DME solution of biphenyl)after the collection of Li_(2)S product can be recycled and reused.Besides,the reaction can proceed effectively at room temperature with mild condition,reducing energy cost to a great extent.The as-synthesized Li_(2)S owns uniform and extremely small particle size,proved to be feasible in synthesizing sulfide solid electrolytes(such as the solid-state synthesis of Li_(6)PS_(5)C_(l)).Spontaneously,this lithium solution can be directly employed in the synthesis of Li_(3)PS_(4) solid electrolytes via liquid-phase synthesis method,in which the centrifugation and heat treatment processes of Li_(2)S are not necessary,providing simplified production process.The as-synthesized Li_(3)PS_(4) exhibits typical Li+conductivity of 1.85×10^(-4) S·cm^(-1) at 30℃.展开更多

Two types of porcelain tiles with steel slag as the main raw material (steel slag ceramics) were synthesized based on the CaO-A1203-SiO2 and CaO--MgO-SiO2 systems, and their bending strengths up to 53.47 MPa and 99....Two types of porcelain tiles with steel slag as the main raw material (steel slag ceramics) were synthesized based on the CaO-A1203-SiO2 and CaO--MgO-SiO2 systems, and their bending strengths up to 53.47 MPa and 99.84 MPa, respectively, were obtained. The presence of anorthite, a-quartz, magnetite, and pyroxene crystals (augite and diopside) in the steel slag ceramics were very different from the composition of traditional ceramics. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron probe X-ray microanalysis (EPMA) results illustrated that the addition of steel slag reduced the temperature of extensive liquid generation and further decreased the firing temperature. The considerable contents of glass-modifying oxide liquids with rather low viscosities at high temperature in the steel slag ceramic adobes promoted element diffusion and crystallization. The results of this study demonstrated a new approach for extensive and effective recycling of steel slag.展开更多

The synthesis of one-dimensional (1D) semiconductor nanostructures has been studied intensively for a wide range of materials due to their unique structural and physical properties and promising potential for future...The synthesis of one-dimensional (1D) semiconductor nanostructures has been studied intensively for a wide range of materials due to their unique structural and physical properties and promising potential for future technological applications. Among various strategies for synthesizing 1D semiconductor nanostructures, solution-phase synthetic routes are advantageous in terms of cost, throughput, modulation of composition, and the potential for large-scale and environmentally benign production. This article gives a concise review on the recent developments in the solution-phase synthesis of ID semiconductor nanostructures of different compositions, sizes, shapes, and architectures. We first introduce several typical solution-phase synthetic routes based on controlled precipitation from homogeneous solutions, including hydrothermal/solvothermal process, solution-liquid-solid (SLS) process, high-temperature organic-solution process, and low-temperature aqueous-solution process. Subsequently, we discuss two solution-phase synthetic strategies involving solid tem- plates or substrates, such as the chemical transformation of 1D sacrificial templates and the oriented growth of 1D nanostructure arrays on solid substrates. Finally, prospects of the solution-phase approaches to 1D semiconductor nanostructures will be briefly discussed.展开更多

文摘Carboxycoumsrins were synthesized via the solid phase synthesis conviently. The resin bound cyclic malonic ester reacted with o-methoxy or o-hydroxybenzaldehydes. Then cyclization was processed under H2SO4 to afford the products in excellent purities and yields.
文摘The synthesis of one-dimensional (1D) semiconductor nanostructures has been studied intensively for a wide range of materials due to their unique structural and physical properties and promising potential for future technological applications. Among various strategies for synthesizing 1D semiconductor nanostructures, solution-phase synthetic routes are advantageous in terms of cost, throughput, modulation of composition, and the potential for large-scale and environmentally benign production. This article gives a concise review on the recent developments in the solution-phase synthesis of ID semiconductor nanostructures of different compositions, sizes, shapes, and architectures. We first introduce several typical solution-phase synthetic routes based on controlled precipitation from homogeneous solutions, including hydrothermal/solvothermal process, solution-liquid-solid (SLS) process, high-temperature organic-solution process, and low-temperature aqueous-solution process. Subsequently, we discuss two solution-phase synthetic strategies involving solid tem- plates or substrates, such as the chemical transformation of 1D sacrificial templates and the oriented growth of 1D nanostructure arrays on solid substrates. Finally, prospects of the solution-phase approaches to 1D semiconductor nanostructures will be briefly discussed.

文摘Peptide nucleic acids (PNA) oligomers were synthesized in most cases by peptide synthesis from N-protected monomers. In this work a new method of obtaining PNA monomer by Ugi four-component condensation reaction was tested by solid-phase synthesis. The Fmoc protected PNA monomer was build up with thymin-1-yl acetic acid, 3-methylbutyl aldehyde, Fmoc protected aminoethyl isocyanide and Gly-Wang resin.

文摘A use of Sulfonate ester as a linker in synthesis of (-aminoalkanols was reported. Diols were tethered onto polystyryl sulfonyl chloride resin, yielding sulfonate resins (2). After cleaved by diethyl amine, diisopropylamine and propylamine respectively, three (-aminoalkanols were obtained.
文摘Polystyrene-supported 4-(phenylseleno)morpholine was synthesized and could be used as an efficient ?selenenylating agent for saturated aldehydes. ?Haloaldehydes were prepared by reaction of polystyrene-supported ?selenoaldehydes with bromine or sulfuryl chloride in good yield and high purity.

文摘Reaction of polymer-supported a-selenoaldehydes with Grignard reagents afforded polymer-bound B-hydroxyalkyl selenides, which treated with thionyl chloride and triethylamine leading to (E)-1, 2-disubstituted ethenes in good yield.
