Measuring the space between vagina and rectum as it relates to rectocele

AIM:To measure the normal space between the posterior wall of the vagina and the anterior wall of the respectively rectum using computed tomography(CT) and reveal its were relationship to rectocele. METHODS:A total of twenty female volunteers without rectocele were examined by CT scan.We performed a middle level continuous horizontal pelvic scan from the upper part to the lower part and collected the measurement data to analyze the results using t-test. RESULTS:Twenty volunteers were enrolled in the study. The space between the posterior wall of the vagina and the anterior wall of the rectum was measured at three levels(upper 1/3,middle,lower 1/3 level of vagina). The results showed that the space from the posterior wall of the vagina to the anterior wall of the rectum at the upper 1/3 level and the middle level was 3.896 ±0.3617 mm and 4.6575±0.3052 mm,respectively. When the two groups of data were compared,we found the space at the upper 1/3 level was shorter than at the middle level(P<0.01).Moreover,at the lower 1/3 level the space measured was 10.058±0.4534 mm.The results revealed that the space at the lower 1/3 level was longer than that at the middle level(P<0.01). CONCLUSION:These measurement data may be helpful in assessing rectocele clinical diagnosis and functional outcomes of rectocele repair.

GENERALIZED FORELLI-RUDIN TYPE OPERATORS BETWEEN SEVERAL FUNCTION SPACES ON THE UNIT BALL OF C^(N)

In this paper,we investigate sufficient and necessary conditions such that generalized Forelli-Rudin type operators T_(λ,τ,k),S_(λ,τ,k),Q_(λ,τ,k)and R_(λ,τ,k)are bounded between Lebesgue type spaces.In order to prove the main results,we first give some bidirectional estimates for several typical integrals.

PRODUCT TYPE OPERATORS ACTING BETWEEN WEIGHTED BERGMAN SPACES AND BLOCH TYPE SPACES

For analytic functions u,ψin the unit disk D in the complex plane and an analytic self-mapφof D,we describe in this paper the boundedness and compactness of product type operators T_(u,ψ,φ)f(z)=u(z)f(φ(z))+ψ(z)f'(φ(z)),z∈D,acting between weighted Bergman spaces induced by a doubling weight and a Bloch type space with a radial weight.

Relationship Between Individuals’Epidemic Risk Perception Within Living Space and Subjective Well-Being:Empirical Evidence from China after the First Wave of COVID-19

It is common to observe the epidemic risk perception(ERP)and a decline in subjective well-being(SWB)in the context of public health events,such as Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).However,there have been few studies exploring the impact of individuals’ERP within living space on their SWB,especially from a geographical and daily activity perspective after the resumption of work and other activities following a wave of the pandemic.In this paper,we conducted a study with 789 participants in urban China,measuring their ERP within living space and examining its influence on their SWB using path analysis.The results indicated that individuals’ERP within their living space had a significant negative effect on their SWB.The density of certain types of facilities within their living space,such as bus stops,subway stations,restaurants,fast food shops,convenience shops,hospitals,and public toilets,had a significantly negative impact on their SWB,mediated by their ERP within living space.Additionally,participation in out-of-home work and other activities not only increased individuals’ERP within living space,but also strengthened its negative effect on their SWB.

3D MERGE与3D SPACE STIR序列在腰椎间盘突出症检查中的应用比较

目的:对比三维多回波恢复梯度回波(3D MERGE)、三维可变反转角快速自旋回波(3D SPACE STIR)序列在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)检查中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年1月~2022年11月收治的135例LDH患者,回顾性分析患者临床和磁共振成像(MRI)资料,所有患者均接受常规MRI扫描及3D MERGE、3D SPACE STIR序列扫描,对比3D MERGE、3D SPACE STIR序列测量神经根直径的一致性,评价两种序列的图像质量参数[信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)]、图像清晰度评分。结果:3D MERGE和3D SPACE STIR序列测量的L3~S1神经根直径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组序列测量的L3、L4、L5和S1直径均显示出较高相关性(r=0.957,0.986,0.975,0.972,P<0.05);3D MERGE序列的SNR及CNR均高于3D SPACE STIR序列,神经根显示分级、图像清晰度评分优于3D SPACE STIR序列,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D MERGE、3D SPACE STIR序列在LDH神经根直径测量中具有极高一致性,3D MERGE序列较3D SPACE STIR序列能够更清晰显示神经跟的解剖形态,图像质量更好。

国内“大思政课”研究的现状、热点与展望--基于CiteSpace的核心期刊论文可视化分析

“大思政课”是近年的一个新议题。自习近平总书记作出关于“大思政课”的重要论述以来,“大思政课”建设在全国积极推进,成为新时代用党的创新理论铸魂育人的重要抓手。学界对这一领域的研究成果持续涌现。借助Cite Space文献计量软件对中国知网CNKI数据库中2021-2023年间350篇核心期刊论文的发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析,近三年学界的研究热点聚焦“大思政课”的本体论、认识论、价值论、方法论以及一体化等方面。未来,学界还应以多学科交叉和多主体融合实现“大思政课”研究的系统化,以理论和实践结合提升“大思政课”研究的科学化,以破解技术遮蔽与AI赋能强化“大思政课”研究的数字化,以研究反哺教学,不断增强“大思政课”立德树人实效。

我国研究生学术素养研究热点分析(2013—2023年)——基于Cite Space的可视化分析研究

从中国知网数据库检索2013—2023年底国内发表的研究生学术素养研究相关文献,共筛选出259篇相关文献。将文献纳入Cite Space中,分别对作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析,并通过Excel绘制年发文量折线图,发现年发文量总体呈现下降趋势。发文作者为教育学领域的居多,发文机构大部分来自于各学校研究所等。高频关键词有研究生、学术道德、学术不端、学术规范、学术素养,并形成了“研究生”“学术道德”“学术不端”“治理”“学术规范”“学术素养”“博士生”“道德理论”“中心和导向”9个聚类。研究者近年来对学术素养相关研究整体呈现下降状态;研究机构以及研究人员结构单一,国家机构对学术素养相关研究较少;但关于“研究生”“学术道德”“学术不端”以及“学术理论”的研究仍有较高热度。

Weighted Composition Operators between Hardy Spaces on the Unit Ball

We consider the weighted composition operators between Hardy spaces on the unit ball, and obtain some sufficient and necessary conditions of bounded or compact weighted composition operators. We also prove that the operator from H^1 to H^1 is compact if and only if it is weakly compact. Meanwhile, we get the analogue on the Bergman spaces.

WEIGHTED COMPOSITION OPERATORS BETWEEN DIRICHLET SPACES

In this article, we study the boundedness of weighted composition operators between different vector-valued Dirichlet spaces. Some sufficient and necessary conditions for such operators to be bounded are obtained exactly, which are different completely from the scalar-valued case. As applications, we show that these vector-valued Dirichlet spaces are different counterparts of the classical scalar-valued Dirichlet space and characterize the boundedness of multiplication operators between these different spaces.

COLLECTIVELY COMPACT COMPOSITION OPERATOR SEQUENCES BETWEEN BERGMAN AND HARDY SPACES

基于Cite Space对螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白的研究进展与热点分析

螺旋藻(Spirulina)藻蓝蛋白具有独特的理化特性及生理功能,是药物、食品和化妆品的天然原料,具有较大的开发潜力。为探讨螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白的研究现状与发展前景,对中国知网和Web of Science数据库中1990—2023年发表的文献进行检索并筛选,使用Cite Space软件对文章发文量、研究团队及研究热点进行图谱分析。综合分析可知,国内年发文量偏少,呈平稳趋势;国外年发文量持续上升,尤其近几年发文量迅速增长,且发文量超过了100篇;国外研究热点集中于藻蓝蛋白在食品、医药行业的应用方面,而国内研究热点集中在提取纯化、稳定性、功能活性的研究与应用,下一步应结合研究现状开发适合规模化生产的提取纯化工艺,进一步加强藻蓝蛋白研究的广度与深度;国内外研究群体主要是高校的相关生物技术学院或研究机构等,总体来讲,学者间存在较为密切的合作,但研究机构间尚未形成紧密的合作关系,在地域上比较分散,各大高校和研究机构应突破地区或机构间的各种限制,促进该研究领域的深度融合和快速发展,深入挖掘藻蓝蛋白在各个领域的潜在应用。

On the basis of analyzing the history and characteristics of the undergroundspace exploitation and the urban space development in Guangzhou, and making a thorough study on theunderground space exploitation based on the subway building, this paper points out some mam problemsin the exploitation of underground space in Guangzhou, and emphasizes that Guangzhou must developthe underground space on a large scale with the aid of the subway building, and puts forward aproposal on the urban space coordinate development between on-ground and underground in GuangzhouCity.

基于Cite Space可视化分析我国多发伤急救研究热点及趋势

目的梳理国内多发伤急救相关研究文献,分析研究现状、热点和趋势,为我国多发伤急救研究提供借鉴和指导。方法检索中国知网数据库中2011—2021年关于多发伤急救的相关文献,使用Cite Space 6.1.R3可视化软件对该领域的年发文量、机构、作者、关键词进行分析。结果最终纳入多发伤急救研究文献2519篇,整体发文数量较平稳,以2016年为小高峰;发文量最高的机构是华中科技大学附属同济医院。多发伤急救研究热点包括院前急救、并发症护理、风险因素分析和预后效果评估,研究前沿包括不同多发伤人群的诊断、治疗、手术和护理体会等方面。结论本文通过可视化分析国内多发伤急救研究的热点及趋势,指明了多发伤目前研究存在的问题和未来研究发展的方向,为进一步完善多发伤急救卫生服务和管理体系提供指导。

Generalized regular points of a C^1 map between Banach spaces

Let f be a C^1 map between two Banach spaces E and F. It has been proved that the concept of generalized regular points of f, which is a generalization of the notion of regular points of f, has some crucial applications in nonlinearity and global analysis. We characterize the generalized regular points of f using the three integer-valued （or infinite） indices M（x0）, Mc（x0） and Mr（x0） at x0 ∈ E generated by f and by analyzing generalized inverses of bounded linear operators on Banach spaces, that is, iff ＇（x0） has a generalized inverse in the Banach space B（E, F） of all bounded linear operators on E into F and at least one of the indices M（x0）, Mc（x0） and Mr（x0） is finite, then xo is a generalized regular point off if and only if the multi-index （M（x）, Me（x）, Mr（x）） is continuous at X0.

COMPOSITION OPERATORS BETWEEN BLOCH TYPE SPACES IN THE UNIT BALL

In this paper, we obtain some new necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness and compactness of composition operators Cφ between Bloch type spaces in the unit ball Bn.

Comparison between recent sphincter-sparing procedures for complex anal fistulas-ligation of intersphincteric tract vs transanal opening of intersphincteric space

Complex anal fistulas are difficult to treat.The main reasons for this are a higher recurrence rate and the risk of disrupting the continence mechanism because of sphincter involvement.Due to this,several sphincter-sparing procedures have been developed in the last two decades.Though moderately successful in simple fistulas(50%-75%healing rate),the healing rates in complex fistulas for most of these procedures has been dismal.Only two procedures,ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract and transanal opening of intersphincteric space have been shown to have good success rates in complex fistulas(60%-95%).Both of these procedures preserve continence while achieving high success rates.In this opinion review,I shall outline the history,compare the pros and cons,indications and contraindications and future application of both these procedures for the management of complex anal fistulas.

ESSENTIAL NORMS OF PRODUCTS OF WEIGHTED COMPOSITION OPERATORS AND DIFFERENTIATION OPERATORS BETWEEN BANACH SPACES OF ANALYTIC FUNCTIONS

We obtain several estimates of the essential norms of the products of differen- tiation operators and weighted composition operators between weighted Banach spaces of analytic functions with general weights. As applications, we also give estimates of the es- sential norms of weighted composition operators between weighted Banach space of analytic functions and Bloch-type spaces.
