Therefore, there is the phenomenon that some students cannot deal with the actual problems positively and optimistically, and especially their psychological quality is relatively weak, which has also brought great difficulties to the growth of their life, thus affecting the overall cultivation of the students. In this paper, from the analysis of the specific background of the innovative application of the methods and theories of the physical education, combined with the specific requirements on the concepts of the innovative education, the author explores the existing problems and shortcomings in the application process of the current sport teaching methods, so as to explore the specific ideas of the application of the methods and theories of the physical education under the idea of the creative education.展开更多
