A mathematical model was developed for layout optimization of truss structures with discrete variables subjected to dynamic stress, dynamic displacement and dynamic stability constraints. By using the quasi-static method, the mathematical model of structure optimization under dynamic stress, dynamic displacement and dynamic stability constraints were transformed into one subjected to static stress, displacement and stability constraints. The optimization procedures include two levels, i.e., the topology optimization and the shape optimization. In each level, the comprehensive algorithm was used and the relative difference quotients of two kinds of variables were used to search the optimum solution. A comparison between the optimum results of model with stability constraints and the optimum results of model without stability constraint was given. And that shows the stability constraints have a great effect on the optimum solutions. 展开更多

The controller is given by the convex combination of a set of fixed gains. Both continuous and discrete-time systems in a known polytopic domain are investigated. New LMI-based sufficient conditions for the existence of parameterdependent Lyapunov functions are proposed. Numerical examples are given to show the proposed conditions provide useful and less conservative results for the problems of H-two control with regional stability constraints. 展开更多

Accurate transient stability assessment(TSA) and effective preventive control are important for the stable operation of power systems. With the superiorities in precision and efficiency, data-driven methods are widely used in TSA nowadays. Data-driven TSA model can be adopted in the stability constraints of preventive control optimization, but existing methods are mostly iteration-based ones, which may result in low efficiency, sometimes even non-convergence. In this paper,an analytical representation method of data-driven transient stability constraint is proposed based on a non-parametric regression model built for TSA. Key feature extraction and dominant sample selection are proposed to reduce the scale of the TSA model, and bi-level linearization is applied to further modify it.Optimal preventive control model is then formulated as a mixed-integer linear program(MILP) problem with the linearized analytical data-driven transient stability constraint, which can be solved without iterations. An overall procedure of datadriven TSA and preventive control is finally developed. Case studies show that the proposed method has high accuracy in TSA and can achieve effective preventive control of power system with high efficiency. 展开更多

The existence conditions of helical equilibrium under constraint are discussed as a special configuration of the rod. The stability of the helical equilibrium is discussed in the realms of statics and dynamics, respectively. Necessary conditions for the stability of helical rod are derived in space domain and time domain, and the difference and relationship between Lyapunov's and Euler's stability concepts are discussed. To realize automatic modeling and dynamic simulation of the educational assembling-type robot with open structure, a general dynamic model for the educational assembling-type robot and a fast simulation algorithm are put forward. First, the educational robot system is abstracted to a multibody system and a general dynamic model of the educational robot is constructed by the Newton-Euler method. Then the dynamic model is simplified by a combination of components with fixed connections according to the structural characteristics of the educational robot. Secondly, in order to obtain a high efficiency simulation algorithm, based on the sparse matrix technique, the augmentation algorithm and the direct projective constraint stabilization algorithm are improved. Finally, a numerical example is given. The results show that the model and the fast algorithm are valid and effective. This study lays a dynamic foundation for realizing the simulation platform of the educational robot. 展开更多

The generative adversarial network(GAN)is first proposed in 2014,and this kind of network model is machine learning systems that can learn to measure a given distribution of data,one of the most important applications is style transfer.Style transfer is a class of vision and graphics problems where the goal is to learn the mapping between an input image and an output image.CYCLE-GAN is a classic GAN model,which has a wide range of scenarios in style transfer.Considering its unsupervised learning characteristics,the mapping is easy to be learned between an input image and an output image.However,it is difficult for CYCLE-GAN to converge and generate high-quality images.In order to solve this problem,spectral normalization is introduced into each convolutional kernel of the discriminator.Every convolutional kernel reaches Lipschitz stability constraint with adding spectral normalization and the value of the convolutional kernel is limited to[0,1],which promotes the training process of the proposed model.Besides,we use pretrained model(VGG16)to control the loss of image content in the position of l1 regularization.To avoid overfitting,l1 regularization term and l2 regularization term are both used in the object loss function.In terms of Frechet Inception Distance(FID)score evaluation,our proposed model achieves outstanding performance and preserves more discriminative features.Experimental results show that the proposed model converges faster and achieves better FID scores than the state of the art. 展开更多

At present, the problem of abandoning wind and PV power in “Three North” region of China is particularly significant, and how to alleviate this problem has become the focus of universal attention. Calculation of renewable energy accommodation capacity is the basis to solve the problem of abandoning wind and PV power. Main problems of Chinese renewable energy accommodation is analyzed from power supply, power grid and load side aspects, and it focuses on the effect of inter-provincial tie-line to renewable energy accommodation capacity. At present, the inter-provincial tie-line utilization level is limited, which affected renewable energy accommodation to a certain extent. Based on the sequential production simulation model, a new kind of renewable energy accommodation capacity model is put forward considering the utilization level of inter-provincial tie-line. According to different system stability constraints and different electricity constraints of inter-provincial tie-line, 4 schemes are designed for comparative analysis, and the evaluation model is used to calculate renewable energy accommodation capacity of “Three North” region of China in 2020. Example analysis results verify validity of the model that releasing curve constraints, electricity constraints and stability constraints in turn can significantly enhance renewable energy accommodation capacity through effective use of inter-provincial tie-line transmission capacity.
