Revision of the National Standard on Safety Specification for Power Driven Vehicles Operating on Roads

The national standard--Safety Specifications for Power Driven VehiclesOperating on Roads--is the most basic technical regulation for safety and technical management ofmotor vehicles in China. It is the safety and technical basis for the Public Security TrafficControl Dept. to register new vehicles, periodic inspection of vehicles under operation andinspection of vehicles involved in traffic accidents. It is also one of the important technicalbases of our country for compulsory inspection of new vehicles on fi-nalization of its model,ex-works inspection of new vehicles and the inspection of imported motor vehicles. Since the formalcountrywide implementation of GB7258-1997 Safety Specifications for Power Driven Vehicles Operatingon Roads on Jan. 1, 1998, the standard has played a very active role in strengthening the operatingsafety management of motor vehicles, improving the operating safety level of motor vehicles, and insafeguarding road traffic safety, etc. However, along with the rapid and sustainable growth of ournational economy, the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly, especially privately-ownedautomobiles, so that the incidence of road traffic accidents rises yearly and the road trafficsafety situation is becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, the General Administration of QualitySupervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and theStandardization Administration of China (SAC) have issued the revised standard GB725 8-2004 SafetySpecifications for Power Driven Vehicles Operating on Roads, which will be put into effect onOctober 1, 2004. The timely revision of this standard is very necessary for upgrading the safety andtechnical requirements for motor vehicles in China.

Efficacy of a Diabetes Specific Nutrition Supplement on Glycemic, Anthropometric, Dietary and Gut Health Markers in Adults with Type 2 Diabetes: An RCT

With increasing incidence of diabetes, use of diabetes specific nutrition supplements (DSNS) is common for better management of the disease. To study effect of 12-week DSNS supplementation on glycemic markers, anthropometry, lipid profile, SCFAs, and gut microbiome in individuals with diabetes. Markers studied were glycemic [Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG), Post Prandial Glucose (PPG), HbA1c, Incremental Area under curve (iAUC), Mean Amplitude of Glycemic Excursions (MAGE), Time in/above Range (TIR/TAR)], anthropometry [weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), waist circumference (WC)], lipid profile, diet and gut health [plasma short chain fatty acids (SCFAs)]. N = 210 adults were randomized to receive either DSNS with standard care (DSNS + SC;n = 105) or standard care alone (SC alone;n = 105). After 12 weeks, significant differences between DSNS + SC versus SC alone was observed in FBG [−3 ± 6 vs 14 ± 6 mg/dl;p = 0.03], PPG [−35 ± 9 vs −3 ± 9 mg/dl;p = 0.01], weight [−0.6 ± 0.1 vs 0.2 ± 0.1 kg;p = 0.0001], BMI [−0.3 ± 0.1 vs 0.1 ± 0.1 kg/m2;p = 0.0001] and WC [−0.3 ± 0.2 vs 0.2 ± 0.2 cm;p = 0.01]. HbA1C and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were significantly reduced in DSNS + SC [−0.2 ± 0.9;p = 0.04 and −5 mg/dl;p = 0.03] respectively with no change in control. Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) reported significant differences between DSNS + SC versus SC alone for mean glucose [−12 ± 65 vs 28 ± 93 mg/dl;p < 0.01], TAR 180 [−9 ± 42 vs 7 ± 45 mg/dl;p = 0.04], TAR 250 [−3 ± 27 vs 9 ± 38 mg/dl;p = 0.05], iAUC [−192 (1.1) vs −48 (1.1) mg/dl;p = 0.03]. MAGE was significantly reduced for both DSNS + SC (−19 ± 67;p < 0.001) and SC alone (−8 ± 70;p = 0.04), with reduction being more pronounced for DSNS + SC. DSNS + SC reported a decrease in carbohydrate energy % [−9.4 (−11.3, −7.6) %;p < 0.0001] and amount [−47.4 (−67.1, −27.7) g;p < 0.0001], increased dietary fiber [9.5 (7.2, 11.8) g;p < 0.0001] and protein energy % [0.9 (0.5, 1.3) %;p < 0.0001] versus SC alone. DSNS + SC reported significant increases versus SC alone in total (0.3 ng/ml;p = 0.03) and individual plasma SCFAs. The consumption of DSNS significantly improves the glycemic, anthropometric, dietary, and gut health markers in diabetes.

A High Efficiency Hardware Implementation of S-Boxes Based on Composite Field for Advanced Encryption Standard

The SubBytes (S-box) transformation is the most crucial operation in the AES algorithm, significantly impacting the implementation performance of AES chips. To design a high-performance S-box, a segmented optimization implementation of the S-box is proposed based on the composite field inverse operation in this paper. This proposed S-box implementation is modeled using Verilog language and synthesized using Design Complier software under the premise of ensuring the correctness of the simulation result. The synthesis results show that, compared to several current S-box implementation schemes, the proposed implementation of the S-box significantly reduces the area overhead and critical path delay, then gets higher hardware efficiency. This provides strong support for realizing efficient and compact S-box ASIC designs.

Modulatory effect of International standard Scalp Acupuncture on brain activation in the elderly as revealed by resting-state fMRI

The specific mechanisms by which acupuncture affects the central nervous system are unclear. In the International Standard Scalp Acupuncture system, acupuncture needles are applied at the middle line of the vertex, anterior parietal-temporal oblique line, and the posterior parietal-temporal oblique line. We conducted a single-arm prospective clinical trial in which seven healthy elderly volunteers (three men and four women;50–70 years old) received International Standard Scalp Acupuncture at MS5 (the mid-sagittal line between Baihui (DU20) and Qianding (DU21)), the left MS6 (line joining Sishencong (EX-HN1) and Xuanli (GB6)), and the left MS7 (line joining DU20 and Qubin (GB7)). After acupuncture, resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated changes in the fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuations and regional homogeneity in various areas, showing remarkable enhancement of regional homogeneity in the bilateral anterior cingulate, left medial frontal gyrus, supramarginal gyrus, right middle frontal gyrus, and inferior frontal gyrus. Functional connectivity based on a seed region at the right middle frontal gyrus (42, 51, 9) decreased at the bilateral medial superior frontal gyrus. Our data preliminarily indicates that the international standard scalp acupuncture in healthy elderly participants specifcally enhances the correlation between the brain regions involved in cognition and implementation of the brain network regulation system and the surrounding adjacent brain regions. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the China-Japan Union Hospital at Jilin University, China, on July 18, 2016 (approval No. 2016ks043).

基于性能的通航桥梁抗船撞评估方法及应用研究

为合理有效地开展通航桥梁抗船撞性能评估,提出基于性能的桥梁抗船撞标准化评估方法。基于现行《公路桥梁抗撞设计规范》(JTG/T 3360-02-2020),从抗撞性能等级确定、设防代表船型确定、船撞力计算、船撞效应计算以及抗撞性能验算等方面,采用结构性能目标作为评估准则,建立桥梁抗撞性能评估各环节流程的标准化评估方法。以江苏扬中三桥为应用实例,运用该方法进行该桥20号墩抗撞性能评估,结果表明:20号墩桩基顺桥向抗弯性能不满足JX1级要求,其余验算结果满足要求,桥墩抗撞性能综合评估结果为不满足要求。参照评估结果该桥加装了浮动式防撞设施。桥梁抗撞性能评估标准化,可准确高效实现桥梁抗撞性能等级确定、船撞效应计算、抗撞性能验算等预期的评估功能要求。

智慧中药房建设与验收规范

目的制定智慧中药房建设与验收的规范,为各级医疗机构智慧中药房的建设与验收提供指导。方法2023年4月成立编制小组,通过网站、会议等方式公开征求意见,通过需求调研、实地考察、文献查阅、专家访谈等方式方法开展研究,并结合各医疗机构中药房建设的经验,于2023年12月完成了智慧中药房建设的主要内容和要求、各验收指标的编制。结果编制完成安徽省智慧中药房建设和验收规范,2024年2月11日安徽省市场监督管理局批准发布实施《智慧中药房建设与验收规范》(DB34/T4700-2024)地方标准。结论所制定的规范适用于各医疗机构智慧中药房的建设与验收,医疗机构开展智慧中药房标准化建设与验收将有据可依,从而很好地促进安徽省医疗机构中药房服务能力的提升。

《中药饮片临方炮制规范》解读

《真实世界针灸临床研究数据管理规范》的编制与解读

^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像和血清学指标对前列腺肿瘤的诊断价值

目的 研究^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-fluorodexyglucose,^(18)F-FDG)PET/CT显像和前列腺血清学指标诊断前列腺肿瘤的价值。方法 回顾性分析2013年8月至2021年12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院经病理证实的95例疑似前列腺肿瘤患者的^(18)F-FDG PET/CT图像与前列腺血清学指标。根据病理检查结果分为恶性组(n=77)和良性组(n=18)。采用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分析前列腺病灶的最大标准摄取值(maximum standardized uptake value,SUV_(max))与血清总前列腺特异性抗原(total prostate specific antigen,tPSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(free prostate specific antigen,fPSA)及游离/总前列腺特异性抗原比值(free/total prostate specific antigen,f/t-PSA)诊断前列腺良恶性病灶的最佳截断界值。结果 ROC曲线显示,SUV_(max)、tPSA、fPSA和f/t-PSA诊断前列腺良恶性病灶的最佳截断值分别为4.47、46.67 ng/mL、11.11 ng/mL和0.10。SUV_(max)、tPSA、fPSA和f/t-PSA的ROC曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)分别为0.658、0.897、0.842和0.836。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像、tPSA、f PSA和f/t-PSA对前列腺肿瘤的诊断敏感度分别是81.8%、97.4%、92.2%和83.1%,特异度分别是61.1%、27.8%、50.0%和50.0%,准确度分别是77.9%、84.2%、84.2%和76.8%。恶性组SUV_(max)、tPSA和fPSA均高于良性组,f/t-PSA低于良性组(均P<0.05)。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT检查显示,72例有远处转移病灶。结论 SUV_(max)、tPSA、fPSA和f/t-PSA均能鉴别前列腺良恶性病灶。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在探测远处病灶方面更具有优势,能够为临床决策提供更好的帮助。
