Formulation of Work-Study Combined and Result-Oriented Integrated Curriculum Standards

According to the Annex Technical Regulations for Integrated Curriculum Development(Trial)in Document No.30 of the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security(2012),this paper studies the formulation of the curriculum standards for the integration of Chinese medicinal materials production.We focus on the formulation ideas of the curriculum standards for the integration of Chinese medicinal materials production,the formulation process of the curriculum standards for the integration of Chinese medicinal materials production,including the description of typical work tasks,the determination of curriculum objectives,the analysis of study content,the description of referential study tasks,teaching implementation suggestions,assessment and evaluation suggestions,which can provide a reference for the development and research of other related integrated courses.

Development and Application of Working Standard Pyranometer

Using the temperature compensation and structure optimization design technology,developed the TBQ-2-B type standard pyranometer on the original pyranometer basis,its stability is better than 2%,reached the international standard ISO 9060 and the World Meteorological Organization(WMO) instruments and methods of observation Committee(CIMO) on the first level pyranometer request. Over the years,comparing with our national solar radiation standard(absolute cavity radiometer),its performance is very stable. As a working standard pyranometer,it has been used for more than twenty years in the field of metrological calibration of meteorological radiation instruments.

Recalibration of working standard lamps

In the present work, recalibration of the National Institute for Standards （NIS, Egypt） working standard lamps from Osram Inc. and their associated expanded uncertainty budget were done. A set-up composed of an integrating sphere, a standard photometer and a group of five luminous flux standard lamps ranged from 25 to 200 W calibrated and traceable to the National Physical Laboratory （NPL, UK） is used to measure and recalibrate the total luminous flux for these five working standard lamps. After recalibration, NIS （Egypt） maintains the national scales for luminous flux in lumen.

Study on Standardized Work Suitable for Smaller Enterprises

Many smaller manufacturers utilize production systems such as ＂individual production＂ and the ＂production of many models in small quantities.＂ In the processes for the ＂production of many models in small quantities＂ by multi-skilled workers, a manufacturer cannot make good use of the management method with standardized work tables used by large enterprises. Thus, it is necessary to develop ways to f＇md standardized work that is suitable for smaller enterprises. Therefore, we investigated two kinds of factories that utilized flexible manufacturing procedures for the ＂production of many models in small quantities,＂ and considered their work instructions, work contents, changeover methods, workers＇ abilities, etc. One of the compared processes was a case where there was defined standardized work, which was not observed. In the other, a QA （quality assurance） network was created to guarantee the quality. Based on the investigation results, we formulated improvement plans, had the supervisors review them, and clarified the characteristics of their problems. The results revealed areas where much attention was required to find standardized work for such processes. In addition, we made it possible to support the specification of difficult tasks and the renewal of standardized work by extending a standardized work table for the entry of workers＇ actions. This paper reports a method to define and make good use of standardized work tables and standardized work combination tables, i.e., a way to find and use standardized work based on the results of the previously mentioned factory investigation.

Build Enterprise Technical Standards Work Pattern to Adapt to New Condition

With new requirements proposed for technical standards work under the new circumstances,the article combining with the practice of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Limited(WISCO)points out that enterprises must improve the work pattern of standards development and revision,and strengthen the standards implementation management and product quality supervision,so that technical standards can serve as a bridge between technologies and industrialization,support the industrial upgrading and structural optimization,create conditions for promoting trade and unify the market and provides means for global competition,helping enterprises to better cope with the increasing market competition.

Analyzing the Impacts of Minimum Wage Standards on Reducing the Working Poor in China

During the past decades, the transformation of the labor market has significantly impacted on workers＇ wage structures and their employment in China. Along with the widening wage gaps and the growing income inequalities, the size of non-standard jobs expanded rapidly in China＇s urban labor market. As a result of this, the concept of working poor has become increasingly applicable to social and labor market realities in China, Based on the household survey data and by using quantitative analysis, this paper attempts to examine the interaction between the compulsory minimum wage standards and the working poor in the period of China＇s economic transition. The results show that for those whose monthly wages higher than the compulsory minimum wage standards were less likely to work poor and that workers with wages lower than the minimum wage floor were vulnerable to working poor, which supported the expectation that the implementation of compulsory minimum wages would help to reduce the risk of being a member among the working poor in China＇s urban labor market.

滑坡在役防治工程缺陷分类和健康评价方法

为快速评估常见在役滑坡防治工程的运行状态并采取科学有效的维护手段,笔者在三峡库区、汶川震区和川东地区实地调查了160余处抗滑挡墙、抗滑桩和格构锚固工程,获取了上述三类滑坡防治工程表征损伤的第一手资料,总结分析了其变形破坏模式及特征,定义了滑坡防治工程缺陷的概念,定性地提出了缺陷程度分级标准。在统计分析滑坡防治工程损伤特征基础上,选取了墙身滑移距离、墙身沉陷位移、墙身倾斜程度、墙身裂缝密度、桩体倾斜程度、桩体剪切程度、桩体裂缝密度、格梁最大裂缝宽度、单根格构梁裂缝率和受损格构变形区比例等10个控制指标作为其缺陷分类指标,结合多元线性回归法,对单体工程结构进行综合量化评分评定,进而建立了半定量的滑坡防治工程健康评价方法。

完善档案标准体系是档案事业发展的重要内容。档案工作团体标准作为档案标准体系中最具有活力和创新性的部分,是档案工作规范化的重要方面,也是提升档案治理效能的重要抓手。本文系统梳理了在全国团体标准信息平台公布的档案工作团体标准情况,结合档案工作和团体标准特点,分析档案工作团体标准在业务活动支撑、标准研制主体和制定过程、标准制定主体等方面存在的问题,从扩展标准覆盖面、提升标准质量两个角度,提出档案工作团体标准发展建议。

中国海洋自然资源调查现状与展望

海洋自然资源是国民经济和社会发展的重要保障,也是海洋强国建设和生态文明建设的必要基础。为全力支撑自然资源部履行“两统一”职责(统一行使全民所有自然资源资产所有者职责和统一行使所有国土空间用途管制和生态保护修复职责),中国地质调查局组织实施海洋自然资源综合调查评价,开展我国重点海域海洋自然资源综合调查与评价试点示范。基于我国已开展的海洋自然资源相关的综合性调查评价数据资料,结合我国重点海域海洋地质、海洋生物、物理海洋等补充调查评价结果,基本查明了我国海洋矿产、海洋能、海洋生物、海洋空间等海洋自然资源的主要特征;通过梳理总结国内外自然资源体系研究进展,基于我国基本国情,以自然资源科学和地球系统科学理论为指导,面向自然资源综合管理为基本原则,结合资源自然属性和国家相关法律法规,初步提出了涉及多学科、多门类的海洋自然资源三级分类体系,从分类体系、空间分层、工作流程等不同角度,提出了3种构建海洋自然资源调查标准体系的方法。下一步,将大力加强地质科技创新能力,加快构建动态海洋自然资源数据库,快速提升海洋自然资源公益服务水平,进一步完善海洋自然资源综合监测体系,推动海洋自然资源工作高质量发展。

论文博专业图书馆工作标准化体系的建构

文博专业图书馆即博物馆等文博单位下属图书资料管理部门,其既有博物馆属性,又有图书馆属性。文博专业图书馆均具有博物馆内部图书资料服务职能,有些还有文物保管职能。本文认为,建构文博专业图书馆工作标准化体系,要折衷与融合博物馆行业、图书馆行业标准化体系,落实上级博物馆工作标准,制定部门核心业务工作标准,优化部门工作,以实现上级博物馆整体效益最大化。

生态环境治理项目安全生产标准化评价模型及其应用

为提高生态环境治理项目安全生产标准化评价的准确性和客观性,针对安全生产标准化存在的管理缺陷及主要问题,首先结合相关文献和项目实际确定安全生产标准化评价指标体系,然后采用层次分析法计算各评价指标的权重,构建了安全生产标准化评价模型,最后应用安全生产标准化评价模型对某土地开发整理项目进行了实例应用与分析。结果表明,该评价模型适用于生态环境治理项目安全生产标准化量化评分,对今后生态环境治理项目安全生产标准化评价具有指导意义。

SBAR标准沟通模式在妇科护理带教中的应用效果

目的 探讨SBAR标准沟通模式在妇科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月至12月在潍坊医学院附属医院妇科实习的27名护生作为对照组(采用常规临床带教方案),2023年1月至6月实习的27名护生作为观察组(采用SBAR标准沟通模式),比较两组带教效果。结果 两组带教后考核成绩均提升,且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组沟通能力、病情评估能力、查房能力评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组实习护生带教工作总满意度(96.30%)高于对照组(74.07%)(P<0.05)。结论 将SBAR标准沟通模式用于妇科护理带教工作中可获得理想效果,有助于提升教学质量,提高护生学习效果,提高实习护生带教满意度,推广价值较高。

热舒适研究是近年来的研究热点,营造舒适的建筑环境不仅可提高人体舒适健康水平,而且可减少建筑能耗。本文回顾了热舒适研究的发展历程,介绍了其成果的应用形式之一——热舒适标准。阐述了我国热舒适研究中的问题与挑战,从理论研究和成果应用领域总结了我国热舒适研究取得的进展。列举了在热舒适数据库、动态热环境、非均匀环境、舒适健康与工作效率等方面取得的主要成果,并展望了未来的研究方向。

技术密集型企业工时管理标准化可行性分析——以R公司组织与研发项目特点为背景

随着科学管理理念和现代数字工具的广泛应用,无论技术体系和产品应用场景如何变化,进度管理始终是项目管理的研究重点。然而迄今为止,工时管理在技术密集型企业的应用仍不尽成熟。本文从理论分析的角度探究了基于度量元的工时标准化实现条件,并结合R公司的实际管理现状进行比对分析,发现当前工时管理标准化在工时定额的确定、工时应用与维护方面还存在诸多困难。尽管如此,工时标准化管理的实行存在诸多积极影响,比如提升产品研发速度、实现产能平衡与精益劳动管理、加强业绩考核工作等。因此,探索工时标准化管理对技术密集型企业未来发展具有重大意义和前景,需要企业努力创造工时标准化的条件并结合科学理论进行积极探索。
