Study on the Application of Industrial Style Design in Railway Station Buildings along the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High Speed Railway

With the improvement of economy and living quality,station buildings of high speed railway are no longer just a space to filfill the transport finction.As a business card of cities,station buildings of high speed railway prefer unique interior design,so the industrial style design featuring simplicity and variety gradually becomes a design trend.Taking the interior design of Changgebei Railway Station and Fangcheng Railway Station as an example,the paper analyzes the application of the industrial style design to high speed railway station buildings in three aspects:project overview,interior design and key issues of construction,and then reflects on and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the design and construction.The two station buildings,among a very small quantity of station buildings nationwide where the industrial style design is adopted,provide experience and lessons while exploring a new direction for fiuture interior design of station buildings of high speed railway.

Implementing New Requirements of Passenger Station Construction and Building Excellent Passenger Station

In line with the new concept of building up a“well-connected,fullyi integrated,environment-friendlypassenger-oriented,economically-efficient,culturally-rich,intelligent and convenient”railway station and the construction requirements of"elaborate,fine and exquisite construction of excellent passenger stations" put forward by China State Railway Group Co.Ltd.,design optimization and innovation are carried out in the construction of Nantongxi Railway Station and Pingtan Station in the aspects offunctional layout,decoration style,cultural enhancement,construction materials to be used,details treatment of the station buildings and the use of photoelectric technology,focusing on the consideration and research for furrther enhancing cultural confidence,deeply integrating into the regional features,inheriting historical context,innovating artistic expression,trying diversified integration,and exploring the use of science and technology in the contexl 0f the new era,and thus devoting to the construction of railway passenger stations in the new era which will meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.

Design Concept and Innovation of Jakarta-Bandung HSR

This paper analyzes the geographical,climatic,cultural and religious factors that influence station building design,and discusses the characteristics and design concepts of traditional Indonesian building.Additionally,the following innovative concepts are proposed for station building design:innovation in the building form that organically integrates high speed railway characteristics with regional features;innovation in spatial layout that adapts to the local climate and culture;innovation in flexible flow lines and diverse commercial spaces;innovation in interior design that fully incorporates the local culture.The station buildings of Jakarta-Bandung HSR not only fulfill the function of passenger riding but also serve as prominent landmark structures that spread regional culture and represent the city's image so as to offer valuable insights for the design of high speed railway station buildings in future overseas projects.
