Farmers' professional cooperatives develop in various forms,and with the continuous improvement of development level,social effects have gradually appear.Based on the specific situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangqiu City,this paper expounded the development status of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangqiu City,analyzed and discussed various problems encountered in the development process of farmers' professional cooperatives,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as establishing and perfecting cooperative rules and regulations,financing from multiple channels,introducing technical talents in various ways,breaking the information asymmetry restriction by various means,and giving full play to government functions,aiming to further promote standardized,large-scale,healthy and sustainable development of farmers' professional cooperatives.

Developing large- and intermediate-scale biogas project is an important gripper ofBeijingrural energy construction and “Green Beijing” construction. Implementation Status and Development Strategies of Study Tour in Primary Schools in Nanchang City : A Case Study of L Primary School

In recent years,with the support and promotion of relevant policies such as the Opinions on Promoting Study Tour for Primary and Secondary School Students jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and 11 other departments,a wave of study tour has been sparked nationwide from individual pilot projects to gradual promotion.In this paper,students and teachers from grades 4 to 6 of L Primary School in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province were selected as the survey objects.Combining the survey questionnaire,the current situation of conducting study tour in the primary school was sorted out and analyzed in depth from several aspects such as study tour cognition,study tour participation,study tour implementation,etc.Based on the survey results and relevant research,the current problems in conducting study tours in primary schools were summarized,and targeted improvement measures were proposed,in order to promote the healthy development of study tours in primary schools.

Development Status and Countermeasures of Kiwifruit Industry in Sichuan Province

The kiwifruit industry is one of the dominant agricultural industries in Sichuan province. A kiwifruit industrial zone with Cangxi county,Dujiangyan city,Shifang city,Pengzhou city,Pujiang county,Qionglai city and Dayi county as the core; An county,Beichuan county, Ya'an city,Wenchuan county et al. as radiation zone has been developed during the last 30 years. The kiwifruit cultivation area has reached to 2. 97 × 10 4 hm 2 with an annual fresh kiwifruit output of 1. 3 × 10 5 t; and the production value was nearly 110 million RMB in 2011. The production acreage and yield ranked the second over the country. Advice and ideas were proposed based on the circumstance and problems of kiwifruit industry in Sichuan. According to the advantages of developing kiwifruit industry in Sichuan,measures including strengthening scientific and reasonable planning,optimizing industrial layout,speeding up the breeding,adjusting product structure,standardizing demonstration garden, integrating and innovating the key technology,setting up research alliances,and fostering the leading enterprises were put forward.

Corn deep processing industry is an important follow-up industry for corn production and processing. Shandong has numerous largescale corn processing enterprises and is one of the fast-growing regions in China for deep processing of corn. The status of production and processing of corn in the major corn-producing areas of Shandong Province such as Dezhou,Liaocheng and Tai'an was investigated on the spot. It was found that the development of the corn industry in Shandong also has many problems,such as the mismatch between corn demand and production areas,the excessively small planting area of special corn and the poor communication between technology and demand,resulting in barriers in technology and raw materials in the production and processing links of corn and making it difficult to form a complete industrial chain system. Disposing Status and Control Countermeasures of Pesticide Packaging Wastes in Tobacco Producing Area in Yunnan Province

Pesticide packaging wastes pose a serious hazard to the agricultural production environment and the quality of agricultural products. The investigation for 2 consecutive years in Jietou Region of Tengchong County, a major tobacco planting area in Yunan, showed that： ① More than 80% of the pesticides purchased by farmers were used for tobacco cultivation, which was 4 times that of conventional crops planting, and most of the packaging materials were plastic bags; ② The main way for farmers to dispose plastic bags was to burn or discard them in the field garbage collection baskets; ③ In combination with field surveys, an average of 4.54 pieces of pesticide packaging wastes were scattered around every 667 m^2 of tobacco field. In addition, the number reduced significantly after carrying out pesticide packaging wastes recycling and control project at the local smoke station. At the same time, the average number of pesticide packaging wastes in the field collection baskets increased. Therefore, it can effectively control pesticide packaging wastes by changing the type of pesticide packaging, encouraging the establishment of recycling system and strengthening the cognitive training of farmers.

Study on Resource Status and Protection Countermeasures of Wild Plant Species with Extremely Small Populations(PSESP)in Xinjiang

In recent years,the protection of PSESP has gradually become a hot issue in biodiversity research.Through the investigation and analysis of PSESP in Xinjiang,it is shown that:①there are 75 species of PSESP in Xinjiang,including 22 species of trees,18 species of shrubs and 35 species of herbs.The habitats are mainly in extremely cold,extremely dry or extremely narrow conditions such as snow line,desert,mountain,wetland and so on.②53 species(70.67%)are listed as national or autonomous region protected plants,and 22 species of PSESP are not listed in the protection;there are 70 species of PSESP listed in the red list,accounting for 93.33%.③The PSESP in Xinjiang are mainly distributed in the Altai Mountains,western Tianshan Mountains,Pamir Plateau and Karakoram Mountains;they are distributed in all kinds of nature reserves,forest parks,wetland parks and other natural ecological protection areas in Xinjiang.Ammopiptanthus nanus(M.Pop.)Cheng F.,Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight,Calligonum roborovskii A.Los.and Prunus cerasifera Ehrhart have not been found in the literature,indicating that they are distributed in protected areas.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the conservation of biodiversity in Xinjiang,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection of PSESP.

As a new tourism pattern, red tourism develops rapidly in China. In Shandong, not only the red cultural heritage is rich, but also the red tourism resources are rich, but the development is not very successful now. The paper aims at surveying the status of Shandong red tourism, and analyzes the evaluation of tourists on red tourist attractions by the way of market research. The research indicates that red tourism has the problems including improper publicity, single development model and imperfect infrastructures, for which the paper proposes the suggestions such as multi-channel publicity and multi-mode development. The research results of the paper not only provides scientific basis for developing red tourism in Shandong, but also provides reference for practical management on red tourism.
