Acoustic stop bands in almost-periodic and weakly randomized stratified media:perturbation analysis

In this paper, we analyze the effect of both deter- ministic and random perturbations of a regular multi-layered elastic structure on its stop band properties. The tool of choice is the transfer matrix method, which is both versatile and easy to implement. In both cases, we find that the stop-bands widen. We observe the appearance of very narrow pass-bands within the stop-bands, which can be observed in other instances in optics.

Spoof surface plasmon-based bandpass filter with extremely wide upper stopband

We investigate the guiding modes of spoof surface plasmon polaritons （SPPs） on a symmetric ultra-thin plasmonic structure. From the analysis, we deduce the operating frequency region of the single-mode propagation. Based on this property, a spoof SPPs lowpass filter is then constituted in the microwave frequency. By introducing a transmission zero at the lower frequency band using a pair of stepped-impedance stubs, a wide passband filter is further realized. The proposed filter is fed by.a transducer composed of a microstrip line with a flaring ground. The simulated results show that the presented filter has an extremely wide upper stopband in addition to excellent passband filtering characteristics such as low loss, wide band, and high square ratio. A prototype passband filter is also fabricated to validate the predicted performances. The proposed spoof-SPPs filter is believed to be very promising for other surface waveguide components in microwave and terahertz bands.

Stop band characteristics of a TESLA cavity coaxial-type HOM coupler

A TTF-type coaxial higher order modes （HOM） coupler has been used in a TESLA 9 cell cavity. It is impossible to measure the stop band characteristics of the HOM coupler with the cavity. A measurement device for the coaxial transmission line type for the HOM coupler has been designed at Peking University. Experimentally it was shown that the average voltage standing wave ratio of the coaxial transmission line is smaller than 1.08. The experimental results of the stop band characteristics of the TTF-type HOM coupler have been fitted for the simulation. This paper describes the design of the measurement device and discusses the experimental and simulation results of stop band characteristics of the HOM coupler.

0.22 THz Waveguide Bandpass Filter with High Stop-Band Suppression

A terahertz（THz） waveguide band-pass filter using an iris inductive window coupled structure was designed and fabricated.The filter was designed at0.22 THz with a pass band of 20 GHz.The measured results show that the center frequency is 0.218 THz with a pass band of 0.205 THz to 0.231 THz,the minimum insertion loss is 1.26 d B at 0.224 THz,and the return loss is less than 13.1 d B.The stop-band suppression is65.6 d B at 0.193 THz and 51.8 d B at 0.243 THz,respectively,which means a good performance of high stop-band suppression.A good agreement exists between the measured S-parameters and the simulated ones,especially in the upper band.The proposed THz waveguide filter has potential applications in THz communications.

CFOA Based Band Pass and Band Stop Ladder Filter—A New Configuration

A new technique for the conversion of ladder based filter into CFOA based filter has been proposed. The technique uses signal flow graph and converts the existing LC ladder based filter into band pass & band stop configurations. The design of band pass and band stop filter has been realized using the proposed technique. The proposed configuration is implemented using CFOA as an active device and all the capacitors are grounded. CFOA based circuits have greater linearity, high dynamic rate, high slew rate and high signal bandwidth. Simulation has been carried out using simulation software P Spice (v10.1). The simulation results have been demonstrated and discussed.

A W-Band Waveguide Band-Stop Filter Using Electromagnetic Crystal (EMXT) Surface

A rectangular waveguide band-stop filter using electromagnetic crystals (EMXT) surface as the top and bottom walls is presented in this letter. The EMXT surface has a band gap that can prevent electromagnetic wave from propagating along the waveguide. Dispersion properties of the waveguide filter are analyzed using an approximated lumped-element circuit model. A W-band prototype based on the proposed waveguide filter is designed and characterized. The experimental results show a rejection band centered at 97 GHz and a rejection level of 16 dB.

基于双面平行带线的全空间扫描漏波天线

为了实现从后向端射到前向端射的连续波束扫描天线,该文基于双面平行带线结构提出了一种具有全空间扫描能力的漏波天线。天线单元由双面平行带线传输线和一对反向加载的开路枝节组成,两个开路枝节分别位于传输线的上导带和下导带。加载的反向开路枝节等效为一个偶极子,使得天线单元具有全向辐射性能,作为整个全空间扫描漏波天线的基础单元。为了抑制周期漏波天线中的开阻带问题,又在天线基础单元上加载了一对平衡槽以实现频率平衡条件,还加载了一对匹配槽以匹配周期结构的阻抗。最后实现了一款天线原型,经仿真与实验验证,该天线能够在7.6 GHz到14.0 GHz的频率范围内,实现从后向端射,经侧向辐射,然后到前向端射的全空间扫描能力。

Acoustic Band Gaps in Three-Dimensional NaCl-Type Acoustic Crystals

We present the acoustic band gaps （ABGs） for a geometry of three-dimensional complex acoustic crystals： the NaCl-type structure. By using the super cell method based on the plane-wave expansion method （PWE）, we study the three configurations formed by water objects （either a sphere of different sizes or a cube） located at the vertices of simple cubic （SC） lattice and surrounded by mercury background. The numerical results show that ABGs larger than the original SC structure for all the three configurations can be obtained by adjusting the length-diameter ratio of adjacent objects but keeping the filling fraction （f = 0.25） of the unit cell unchanged. We also compare our results with that of 3D solid composites and find that the ABGs in liquid composites are insensitive to the shapes as that in the solid composites. We further prove that the decrease of the translation group symmetry is more efficient in creating the ABGs in 3D water-mercury systems.

铁路机车电台设备电磁发射测量专用带阻滤波器设计

铁路无线通信设备发射的信号往往较强,因而在电磁发射测量过程中,极易导致测量接收机出现乱真响应。基于450 MHz无线列调机车电台通信设备的工作特性,研制了一种新型可调阶跃阻抗谐振器腔体窄带带阻滤波器,用于避免电磁发射测量过程中所引起的测量接收机过载问题。通过软件仿真和实物测试,验证了所设计的带阻滤波器较传统腔体滤波器减少了阻带带宽,具有良好的通带特性,且结构简单,体积较小,可以很好地满足机车电台电磁发射测量的需求,有效提高电磁发射测量结果的准确性。

柔性直流输电系统高频谐振自适应抑制策略

近些年柔性直流在高频范围引起的振荡稳定问题日益频繁,已经对电力系统的安全稳定运行造成了影响。由于实际系统的网络拓扑与运行方式复杂多变,因此柔性直流高频带宽内的谐振特性复杂,给柔性直流高频谐振的抑制带来了挑战。为提升高频谐振抑制策略在系统多运行方式情况下的适应性,首先对系统的阻抗特性进行了建模研究,然后分析了不同抑制策略的缺陷,基于以上研究提出了基于自适应带阻滤波器的高频谐振抑制策略。该策略通过调节附加带阻滤波器的数量及参数,有效解决了交流系统不同运行方式下高频谐振频率多变问题,具有较强的适应性,最后通过PSCAD电磁暂态仿真验证了所提抑制策略的有效性。

Band Gap and Waveguide States in Two-Dimensional Disorder Phononic Crystals

Design of Reconfigurable Band Notches Antenna for Cognitive Radio Applications

In this paper, an antenna with reconfigurable band notches, for cognitive radio applications, is proposed. The antenna can be operated as ultra wideband, and is reconfigurable in terms of the ability to select a notched band in the SRR resonant frequency. The reconfigurable band notches are induced using a band-stop filter based on split-ring resonators (SRRs), and are controlled using electronic switches mounted over the SRRs. For this sake, the design of the band-stop filter is proposed. A prototype of filter is fabricated and measured. The incorporation of a band-stop filter, into a wideband antenna, is then looked into. The proposed antenna is designed and simulated using Ansoft HFSS. A prototype of the antenna is fabricated and measured. A good analogy between simulated and measured results is obtained.

小型化高阻带抑制声表面波滤波器组件设计

基于声表面波(SAW)滤波器技术,采用两级滤波器级联、滤波器环绕开关、多通道抗干扰布局等方法,实现了一种小型化、高阻带抑制组件的研制。实验结果表明,研制的多通道滤波组件尺寸为18 mm×15 mm×5 mm,其-3 dB带宽大于48 MHz,插入损耗小于7 dB,带内幅度波动小于1.5 dB,近端阻带抑制大于70 dBc,具有很好的实用性。

YIG带阻滤波器的研究进展

随着通信与雷达系统在高频、宽带和小型化方面的高速发展,钇铁石榴石(YIG)带阻滤波器是其发展道路中不可缺少的磁调谐器件。该文针对YIG带阻滤波器阐述了YIG带阻滤波器设计原理,介绍了近年来几种典型谐振器结构的发展状况,并分析了这几种结构的优缺点。

集群风场系统链式SVG高频谐振分析与抑制

针对含链式静止无功发生器(static var generator,SVG)的风场区域系统高频谐振问题,首先采用谐波线性化的方法建立包含锁相环、功率外环以及电流内环在内的SVG谐波阻抗模型。利用阻抗分析法对风场区域空载线路投入对SVG稳定性的影响进行分析,揭示风场区域系统高频谐振的发生机理。然后,为抑制系统高频谐振,提出一种基于电压前馈附加带阻滤波器的SVG高频谐振抑制策略。对SVG侧中高频段等效阻抗进行重塑,以保证在该频段系统呈正阻尼状态。并讨论带阻滤波器中心频率和阻尼系数对系统相位裕度的影响。最后利用搭建的含链式SVG风场区域系统仿真模型,验证了理论分析的正确性和所提抑制策略的有效性。

加载“之”形杆矩形滤波波导缝隙阵列天线设计

提出了一种新型结构Ku波段矩形滤波波导缝隙阵列天线的设计方法,该阵列天线的滤波特性由嵌入在矩形波导中的“之”形金属杆实现.通过分析“之”形矩形波导滤波结构的等效电路和带阻滤波特性,设计了一个滤波波导缝隙阵列天线.实测结果表明,该滤波波导缝隙阵列天线–15 dB阻抗带宽约为6.8%(12.06~12.91GHz),覆盖Ku波段卫星通信的下行频段(12.25~12.75GHz),带内增益为13.5~14.4dBi,交叉极化电平低于–38dB,且在Ku波段卫星通信的上行频段(14.0~14.5GHz)具有超过29.8dB的带外抑制.

基于附加改进有源滤波器的柔性直流输电系统高频振荡抑制策略

模块化多电平换流器型柔性直流输电系统(MMC-HVDC)的高频振荡现象是由控制链路延时导致的负阻尼特征与交流系统阻抗相互作用而引发的。目前大部分高频振荡抑制策略在抑制高频振荡的同时易引起中低频段的振荡。建立了包含链路延时环节的MMC高频阻抗数学模型以及交流系统高频阻抗数学模型,分析高频振荡现象产生的机理。由此提出在内环控制中的电压前馈环节附加改进有源滤波器的高频振荡抑制策略,详细设计了滤波器的控制参数,并与电压前馈环节仅附加带阻滤波器的抑制策略进行比较。最后通过电磁暂态仿真验证了该抑制策略不会影响系统稳定运行,可在有效抑制高频振荡的同时避免激发其它频段的振荡现象。

带阻滤波器的设计与仿真研究

带阻滤波器是电子系统中常用的滤波器,通常在无线电通信系统中用以抑制噪声信号,在电子设备的电磁兼容测量中用以滤除基波或谐波。分析了两种带阻滤波器的原理、构成、特点及设计要点。运用波特测量仪对各带阻滤波器的仿真电路进行频率特性测定。结果表明,使用由带通滤波器与运算放大器构成的有源带阻滤波器,既可抑制单一频率的噪声信号,又可通过级联方式滤除较窄频带的噪声信号;使用低通滤波器和高通滤波器的无源双T带阻滤波器和有源双T带阻滤波器,对单一频率的噪声信号,可达到更好的滤除效果。

某核电站松动部件报警信号的分析及处理

国内某新堆型核电站在热态试验期间,频繁触发主泵松动部件报警。针对这种情况,制定了故障排查的故障树,并详细描述了对监测系统和报警信号的排查和分析过程,确认了报警信号为误报警。通过带阻滤波的方法,使监测通道的功能恢复正常,并采用力锤信号进行了验证。所提出的故障树分析方法可用于压水堆核电站松动部件报警原因的排查,而带阻滤波方法适用于类似误报警信号的处理。该研究有利于核电站在调试和运行期间对松动部件报警信号的快速响应。

基于深度学习的单层双阻带频率选择表面设计

为了满足FR1频段与Ku频段电磁干扰的屏蔽需求,提出一种双阻带、具有良好角度稳定性和极化稳定性的频率选择表面(FSS)结构。所设计的FSS单元结构由覆盖在FR4介质表面的金属方环与四个弯折金属臂共同组成。该结构的低频阻带覆盖0~5.5 GHz,高频阻带可根据金属臂长度进行调节。为快速获得高频阻带结构,构建了反向传播深度神经网络(BP⁃DNN)模型。该模型以FSS单元结构的五个参数作为输入,以高频阻带的中心频点与15 dB屏蔽效能(SE)带宽作为输出。训练后的深度网络模型可快速获得12~21 GHz范围内指定高频阻带中心频点及15 dB屏蔽效能带宽的FSS单元结构参数。利用训练后的BP⁃DNN网络模型快速获得了高频阻带中心频点在16 GHz,|S_(21)|≤-15 dB带宽为1.86 GHz的FSS结构,全波分析仿真结果表明该设计达到预期效果。
