So far, there have been 51 IPs in the zone, covering a total area of 13,000 ha. Such IPs play a crucial role in mobilizing capital from domestic and international investors for investments in infrastructure enhancement, trade and production aimed at promoting the economic structure transition. However, besides the above benefits, there are a number of unstable factors preventing further development of the IPs. Thus, the objectives of this study are two-fold. The first is to analyze the unstable factors, and the second is to map out strategies to enhance sustainable development of industrial parks in Vietnam's northern key economic zone.展开更多

It is a profound transformation of techno-economic paradigms, imbedded in the technology, management, and institutional systems. As this revolution deepens, it is likely that manufacturing and the manufacturing sector would acquire new definitions. In addition, the resource foundation and factor structure, which are central to the competitiveness of a nation and an enterprise, would perhaps be reconfigured, hence rewriting the landscape of global industrial competition. Under this scenario, the "smiling curve '" which used to portray the economic features of the value chain, may change into a "silence curve" or even "sadness curve ". The catching- up pathway of latecomer countries, as predicted by the traditional 'flying geese model", is likely to be blocked, solidifying the division of"core and periphery countries" which is unfavorable to developing countries. Industrial competition between countries would move from competition between enterprises and supply chains to competition in industrial ecosystems, matdng system adaptability and dynamics the key to long-term industrial competitiveness. As an effort to embrace the "Third Industrial Revolution" and meet the challenges brought by "multi-facets competition" with developed industrial nations in various links of value chain, in the future China should make appropriate adjustments in its strategies for economic transition and upgrading, global competition, technological innovation, industrial development and information technology.展开更多

Meantime, it is not negligent for the western part to accelerate the construction of traffic vein connecting the western part with the eastern part.
文摘By reviewing the challenges in the development of oilfields in China under low oil prices, this study analyzes the root causes of cost rising, put forwards the low cost oilfield development strategy and specific paths to realize the strategy, and predicts the development potential and prospect of oilfields in China. In addition to the low grade of the reservoir and high development maturation, the fundamental reasons of development full cost rising of oilfields in China are as follows:(1)Facing the problem of resources turning poorer in quality,we have built production capacity at a pace too fast before making enough technical and experimental preparation;(2)technical engineering service model leads to high service cost;(3)team of oil development expertise and matched engineering system cannot satisfy the technical requirements of stabilizing oil production, controlling water cut and fine development. To realize development at low cost, the core is to increase economic recoverable reserves. The concrete paths include:(1)to explore the"Daqing oilfield development culture",improve the ability of leaders in charge of development, and inspire potential of staff;(2)to improve the ability of reservoir dynamics control, and implement precise development by following scientific principles;(3)to speed up integration of water flooding and enhanced oil recovery(EOR)and technological upgrading in order to enhance oil recovery;(4)to innovate key techniques in gas flooding and accelerate the industrial popularization of gas flooding;(5)to break the related transaction barriers and create new management models;and(6)to collaboratively optimize strategic layout and cultivate key oil bases.Although oilfield development in China faces huge challenges in cost, the low-cost development strategy will succeed as long as strategic development of mature and new oil fields is well planned. The cores to lower cost are to control decline rate and enhance oil recovery in mature oil fields, and increase single well productivity through technical innovation and improve engineering service efficiency through management innovation in new oil fields.
文摘The European Union, which is at the beginning of its term of office for all Member States in the European Parliament, the European Commission, its governing body and the Member States,is concerned with finalizing directives and future development strategies.Of course, the fundamental objective of the European Union would be to establish strategies to ensure economic growth in all the Member States of the European Union and,on the other hand,to establish how each Member State seeks to implement the European directives aimed at this end desideratum. There are a number of areas in which some countries, especially those that have joined European Union in recent waves, still have difficulty responding to the European Union’s desires and concerns to ensure economic growth, with a tendency to level the playing field trains in the next period. It aims at establishing a minimum wage in the European Union, divides a number of other issues in the field of environment,in the field of economic development, being important challenges for all Member States.Of course,it should be noted that these Member States have different possibilities to respond to these challenges, through strategies that correlate,on the one hand, the individual interests of each of the Member States, but at the same time,in close coordination(correlation)with the major objectives set by the European Union. All these aspects are important, but must be reconsidered,in the context of the global effect of the pandemic and financial-economic crisis. The European Union is now considering a program to support all states, but especially those most affected by the above-mentioned crisis.
文摘Built on artificial intelligence, digitalization, and information technologies, the "Third Industrial Revolution "" transforms large-scale assembly lines and flexible manufacturing system with fundamental modern manufacturing technologies and features personalized manufacturing, which is enabled by reconfigurable manufacturing system, and quick market response. As an effort to embrace the "Third Industrial Revolution" and meet the challenges brought by "multi-facets competition" with developed industrial nations in various links of value chain, in the future China should make appropriate adjustments in its strategies for economic transition and upgrading, global competition, technological innovation, industrial development and information technology.
