There is a common difficulty in elastic-plastic impact codes such as EPIC[2,3] NONSAP[4], etc.. Most of these codes use the simple linear functions usually taken from static problem to represent the displacement components. In such finite element formulation, the stress components are constant in each element and they are discontinuous in any two neighboring elements. Therefore, the bases of using the virtual work principle in such elements are unreliable. In this paper, we introduce a new method, namely, the compatible stress iterative method, to eliminate the above-said difficulty. The calculated examples show that the calculation using the new method in dynamic finite element analysis of high velocity impact is valid and stable, and the element stiffness can be somewhat reduced. 展开更多

Backgroud:Clinical studies on acupuncture treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland(HMG)have proved its effectiveness,but most studies have paid little attention to acupoints prescription and acupoint compatibility.The clinical prescription is not identical,the curative effect also has the difference.Therefore,through data mining and network analysis,this study explored the core acupoints and the compatibility law of acupoints in acupuncture treatment of HMG.Methods:To search and select qualified literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria for relevant clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of HMG in CNKI,VIP database,WanFang database and PubMed,etc.Then extract relevant information and establish a database.Using the method of statistical and complex network analysis,this paper studies the core acupoints and the law of acupoint compatibility.Results:A total of 104 Chinese literatures and 0 English literatures were included and 106 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted.The core acupoints in the treatment of HMG are Danzhong(CV 17),Wuyi(ST 15),Zusanli(ST 36),Jianjing(GB 21).Danzhong(CV 17)and Zusanli(ST 36),Danzhong(CV 17)and Wuyi(ST 15),Jianjing(GB 21)and Tianzong(SI 11),Jianjing(GB 21)and Wuyi(ST 15)have the highest correlation degree.The method of acupoint matching mainly consists of local-remote acupoints,upper-lower acupoints and front-rear acupoints.Conclusion:The results of a network analysis substantially accord with the general rules of acupuncture theories in traditional Chinese medicine,able to reflect the points-selection principles and features in acupuncture treatment of HMG and provide evidence for the acupoints selection in the treatment of HMG in acupuncture clinic. 展开更多

Inference of phylogenetic relationships among key angiosperm lineages using a compatibility method on a molecular data set 被引量:5

Phylogenetic relationships among the five key angiosperm lineages, Ceratophyllum, Chloranthaceae, eudicots, magnoliids, and monocots, have resisted resolution despite several large-scale analyses sampling taxa and characters extensively and using various analytical methods. Meanwhile, compatibility methods, which were explored together with parsimony and likelihood methods during the early development stage of phylogenetics, have been greatly under-appreciated and not been used to analyze the massive amount of sequence data to recon-struct the basal angiosperm phylogeny. In this study, we used a compatibility method on a data set of eight genes (mitochondrial atp1, matR, and nad5, plastid atpB, matK, rbcL, and rpoC2, and nuclear 18S rDNA) gathered in an earlier study. We selected two sets of characters that are compatible with more of the other characters than a random character would be with at probabilities of pM<0.1 and pM<0.5 respectively. The resulting data matrices were subjected to parsimony and likelihood bootstrap analyses. Our unrooted parsimony analyses showed that Cerato-phyllum was immediately related to eudicots, this larger lineage was immediately related to magnoliids, and monocots were closely related to Chloranthaceae. All these relationships received 76%–96% bootstrap support. A likelihood analysis of the 8 gene pM<0.5 compatible site matrix recovered the same topology but with low support. Likelihood analyses of other compatible site matrices produced different topologies that were all weakly sup-ported. The topology reconstructed in the parsimony analyses agrees with the one recovered in the previous study using both parsimony and likelihood methods when no character was eliminated. Parts of this topology have also been recovered in several earlier studies. Hence, this topology plausibly reflects the true relationships among the five key angiosperm lineages. 展开更多

The transition behaviour of the blends of isotactic polypropylene (i-PP) with ethylene-propylene terpolymer (EPDM) containing 42 wt% propylene was investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis technique (DMA). Owing to its high propylene content, EPDM is compatible with i-PP to some degree. The interaction between the two components was strengthened. As expected, for partially compatible system the glass transition temperature of i-PP in the blends shifted to lower temperature. It was found that there existed two transitions, αEPDM and βEPDM, for the EPDM used in this work. The former was considered to be the glass transition of the random chain segments of EPDM, while the latter the local motion of the long ethylene sequences in EPDM. The unusual transition behaviour of αEPDM in the blends was explained in terms of the greater thermal expansion of EPDM and the compatibility of the two components. On the other hand, the βEPDM changed with the composition of the blends in a regular manner. 展开更多

In recent years, diamond-like carbon films (DLC) have been given more attention in research in the biomedical industry due to their potential application as surface coating on biomedical materials such as metals and polymer substrates. There are many ways to prepare metal containing DLC films deposited on polymeric film substrates, such as coatings from car- bonaceous precursors and some means that incorporate other elements. In this study, we in- vestigated both the surface and biocompatible properties of titanium containing DLC (Ti-DLC) films. The Ti-DLC films were prepared on the surface of poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) film as a function of the deposition power level using reactive sputtering technique. The films' hydrophilicity was studied by contact angle and surface energy tests. Their surface morphology was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Their elemental chemical composition was analyzed using energy dispersive X-spectra (EDX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Their blood and cell compatibility was studied by in vitro tests, including tests on platelet adhesion, thrombus formation, whole blood clotting time and osteoblast cell compatibility. Significant changes in the morphological and chemical composition of the Ti-DLC films were observed and found to be a function of the deposition level. These morphological and chemical changes reduced the interfacial tension between Ti-DLC and blood proteins as well as resisted the adhesion and activation of platelets on the surface of the Ti-DLC films. The cell compatibility results exhibited significant growth of osteoblast cells on the surface of Ti incorporated DLC film compared with that of DLC film surface. 展开更多

One of the challenges in developing three-dimensional printed medicines is related to their stability due to the manufacturing conditions involving high temperatures.This work proposed a new protocol for preformulation studies simulating thermal processing and aging of the printed medicines,tested regarding their morphology and thermal,crystallographic,and spectroscopic profiles.Generally,despite the strong drug-polymer interactions observed,the chemical stability of the model drugs was preserved under such conditions.In fact,in the metoprolol and Soluplus®composition,the drug's solubilization in the polymer produced a delay in the drug decomposition,suggesting a protective effect of the matrix.Paracetamol and polyvinyl alcohol mixture,in turn,showed unmistakable signs of thermal instability and chemical decomposition,in addition to physical changes.In the presented context,establishing protocols that simulate processing and storage conditions may be decisive for obtaining stable pharmaceutical dosage forms using three-dimensional printing technology. 展开更多

A novel high-speed parallel kinematic machine (PKM) named Delta-S parallel manipulator is proposed,which consists of a fixed base connected to a moving platform through three limbs with identical topology.Each limb is composed of one driving arm and one follower arm,herein,the latter includes two strings and one middle rod,all located in a same plane.Compared with similar manipulators with uniform parameters,the novel and unique topology as well as the addition of two strings of Delta-S manipulator can remove the clearance of the spherical joints,reduce the inertial load of components further,improve the positioning accuracy and dynamic performance,and so on.In order to formulate the kineto-static model of Delta-S manipulator,the kineto-static analyses and models of the driving arm,the generalized follower and the moving platform can be carried out by the D'ALEMBERT principle.For the sake of obtaining the force analytic results of strings,the deformation compatibility condition of strings and the middle rod are determined.Furthermore,in virtue of the assumption of small deformation and the linear superposition principle,theminimal pre-tightening force of the strings is calculated.The main results include that the loads of the strings and the middle rod must be larger than "zero" and the pre-tightening force over the workspace must be larger than theminimal pre-tightening force at any time within the workspace,which lay the foundation for the dynamic analysis and the prototype manufacture of the Delta-S manipulator. 展开更多

Clothing plays an important role in humans’social life as it can enhance people’s personal quality,and it is a practical problem by answering the question“which item should be chosen to match current fashion items in a set to form collocational and compatible outfits”.Motivated by this target an end-to-end clothing collocation learning framework is developed for handling the above task.In detail,the proposed framework firstly conducts feature extraction by fusing the features of deep layer from Inception-V3 and classification branch of mask regional convolutional neural network(Mask-RCNN),respectively,so that the low-level texture information and high-level semantic information can be both preserved.Then,the proposed framework treats the collocation outfits as a set of sequences and adopts bidirectional long short-term memory(Bi-LSTM)for the prediction.Extensive simulations are conducted based on DeepFashion2 datasets.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method compared with other state-of-the-art clothing collocation methods. 展开更多

This paper presents a simple, fast algorithm to extract the electrical stimulation including pulse width, exponential decay, and time between pulses from neurostimulators, pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and transcutaneous electric nerve stimulators (TENS). An experimental validation demonstrated the automated analysis provide means to expedite device validation testing. In the future studies, the algorithm should be improved for its robustness and checked for analysis of signals with lower SNR. A figure of merit is provided to expedite electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests on the devices to ensure proper operation in the presence of electromagnetic emitters. 展开更多

Free-interface dual-compatibility modal synthesis method(compatibility of both force and displacement on interfaces)is introduced to large-scale civil engineering structure to enhance computation efficiency. The basic equations of the method are first set up, and then the mode cut-off principle and the dividing principle are proposed. MATLAB is used for simulation in different frame structures. The simulation results demonstrate the applicability of this substructure method to civil engineering structures and the correctness of the proposed mode cut-off principle. Studies are also conducted on how to divide the whole structure for better computation efficiency while maintaining better precision. It is observed that the geometry and material properties should be considered, and the synthesis results would be more precise when the inflection points of the mode shapes are taken into consideration. Furthermore, the simulation performed on a large-scale high-rise connected structure further proves the feasibility and efficiency of this modal synthesis method compared with the traditional global method. It is also concluded from the simulation results that the fewer number of DOFs in each substructure will result in better computation efficiency, but too many substructures will be time-consuming due to the tedious synthesis procedures. Moreover, the substructures with free interface will introduce errors and reduce the precision dramatically, which should be avoided. 展开更多

精细化管理法减少中药注射剂不合理配伍的效果分析

目的:评价精细化管理法减少中药注射剂不合理配伍的效果。方法:通过鱼骨图分析可能影响中药注射剂不合理配伍的因素,针对关键问题实施精细化管理,调查精细化管理干预前(2021年7—12月)、干预后(2022年7—12月)该院中药注射剂医嘱,对不... 目的:评价精细化管理法减少中药注射剂不合理配伍的效果。方法:通过鱼骨图分析可能影响中药注射剂不合理配伍的因素,针对关键问题实施精细化管理,调查精细化管理干预前(2021年7—12月)、干预后(2022年7—12月)该院中药注射剂医嘱,对不合理配伍医嘱进行统计分析,对比干预前后中药注射剂医嘱配伍不合理率,探讨干预措施的有效性。结果:干预前,25453组中药注射剂医嘱中,不合理配伍医嘱2366组,中药注射剂医嘱配伍不合理率为9.30%;干预后,28466组中药注射剂医嘱中,不合理配伍医嘱855组,中药注射剂医嘱配伍不合理率为3.00%,不合理率较干预前降低67.74%。干预后,中药注射剂医嘱中溶剂剂量不适宜、违反“十九畏”原则和溶剂种类选择不当问题大幅减少,未冲管和中西药混合输注问题已基本不存在。表明精细化管理模式能够有效改善中药注射剂医嘱不合理配伍情况。结论:通过鱼骨图分析可能影响中药注射剂不合理配伍的因素,针对关键问题实施精细化管理,可有效减少中药注射剂的不合理配伍现象,为其他医院中药注射剂的合理应用提供了参考。 展开更多

Ammonium dinitramide(ADN),which has the advantages of high energy density,no halogen and low characteristic signal,is not only considered as a new high-energy oxidizer that is expected to replace the traditional oxidizer ammonium perchlorate(AP)in solid propellants,but also a good performance explosive in itself.However,due to the strong hygroscopicity of ADN,its application in solid propellants and explosives is greatly limited.Solving the hygroscopicity of ADN is the key to realize the wide application of ADN.In this paper,we systematically review the research progress of anti-hygroscopic strategies of ADN coating.The surface coating methods are focusing on solvent volatilization,solvent-non-solvent,melt crystallization and atomic layer deposition technology.The characteristics of the different methods are compared and analyzed,and the basis for the classification and selection of the coating materials are introduced in detail.In addition,the feasibility of material for surface coating of ADN is evaluated by several compatibility analysis methods.It is highly expected that the liquid phase method(solvent volatilization method,solvent-non-solvent method)would be the promising method for future ADN coating because of its effective,safety and facile operation.Furthermore,polymer materials,are the preferred coating materials due to their high viscosity,easy adhesion,good anti-hygroscopic effect,and heat resistance,which make ADN weak hygroscopicity,less sensitive,easier to preserve and good compatibility. 展开更多

针刺治疗抑郁症腧穴配伍规律及刺灸法应用特点

目的基于复杂网络技术分析针刺治疗抑郁症的腧穴配伍规律及刺灸法应用特点,为抑郁症针刺处方的制定提供依据和思路。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(... 目的基于复杂网络技术分析针刺治疗抑郁症的腧穴配伍规律及刺灸法应用特点,为抑郁症针刺处方的制定提供依据和思路。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science建库至2022年9月21日针刺为主治疗抑郁症的相关临床研究文献,根据纳入排除标准筛选文献,建立针刺抗抑郁临床文献数据库,使用Excel2010对腧穴进行频次分析,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析,采用Gephi0.9.5进行复杂网络分析。结果共纳入文献579篇,涉及腧穴172个,使用总频次为3222。腧穴归经以督脉、足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经为主;特定穴多选用原穴、输穴、背俞穴、络穴、八脉交会穴、募穴、合穴。关联规则分析显示,相关性最高的腧穴组合为“印堂-百会”。通过复杂网络k-core层次分析和社团分析得到2个核心腧穴群。针刺角度、深度、方向以安全性和经脉循行方向为依据;补泻手法以辨证分型为依据;组方时遵循辨证选穴和对症选穴。结论针刺治疗抑郁症以循经选穴和特定穴为主,核心腧穴以治神及调节脏腑经气和功能为主,临证注重辨证选穴和对症选穴,同时注重刺灸法效应特异性。 展开更多
