With the incorporation of total Lagrangian smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH) method equation and moving least square(MLS) function,the traditional SPH method is improved regarding the stability and consistency.Based on Mindlin-Ressiner plate theory,the SPH method simulating dynamic behavior via one layer of particles is applied to plate's mid-plane,i.e.,a SPH shell model is constructed.Finally,through comparative analyses on the dynamic response of square,stiffened shells and cylindrical shells under various strong impact loads with common finite element software,the feasibility,validity and numerical accuracy of the SPH shell method are verified.Consequently,further researches on SPH shell may well pave the way towards solving problems involving dynamic plastic damage,tearing or even crushing. 展开更多

Objective To explore the efficiency of endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection for the treatment of 220 patients with deviated nasal septum and report our experience in this field.Methods From May 2006 to May 2010,220 patients with deviated nasal septum were treated by endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection to decompress the stress points,resect the deviated parts and implant the reshaped bone of nasal septum,while retaining the normal structure of nasal septum with minimally invasive technique.Results Satisfactory effects were achieved in all the 220 patients,showing centered septal structure and disappeared symptoms such as nasal obstruction,headache and nasal hemorrhage,but no complications including perforation of nasal septum,depressed nasal bridge and septal chalasia and flaring.Conclusion Rhino-endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection can substantially retain the original structure of nasal septum and thus is proven to be a desirable operation with multiple advantages including minimal invasiveness,quicker healing and fewer complications. 展开更多

[1] by consistent methods. The point at which the stresses and/or displacements are calculated can be in the body or on the boundary, and in the plastic region or elastic one. The existence of the principal value integral in the plastic region is demonstrated strictly, and the theoretical basis is presented for the paticular solution method by unit initial stress fields. In the present method, programming is easy and general, and the numerical results are excellent. 展开更多
