Mottness is at the heart of the essential physics in a strongly correlated system as many novel quantum phenomena occur in the metallic phase near the Mott metal–insulator transition. We investigate the Mott transition in a Hubbard model by using the dynamical mean-field theory and introduce the local quantum state fidelity to depict the Mott metal–insulator transition. The local quantum state fidelity provides a convenient approach to determining the critical point of the Mott transition. In this paper, we propose a new method that combines chaotic series phase space reconstruction and local polynomial estimation to solve the problem of suppressing strong chaotic noise. First, chaotic noise time series are reconstructed to obtain multivariate time series according to Takens delay embedding theorem. Then the chaotic noise is estimated accurately using local polynomial estimation method. After chaotic noise is separated from observation signal, we can get the estimation of the useful signal. This local polynomial estimation method can combine the advantages of local and global law. Finally, it makes the estimation more exactly and we can calculate the formula of mean square error theoretically. The simulation results show that the method is effective for the suppression of strong chaotic noise when the signal to interference ratio is low. 展开更多

Based on conventional observation data,satellite cloud image data and new generation Doppler radar data,the local rainstorm weather situation and physical quantities in Ulanqab City from 08:00 to 20:00 on June 24,2019 were analyzed by means of synoptic methods.The results show that the local rainstorm was caused by the forward trough system and the convergence of warm and cold air,and triggered by the low-level jet and the surface convergence line.The splitting and merging of cloud clusters in satellite cloud images and strong radar echoes had a good guiding effect on short-term heavy precipitation. 展开更多

为确定最优的极薄带轧制工艺,本研究深入分析了强剪切对轧制单层晶极薄带微观变形行为和晶体转动演化的影响。采用基于位错滑移机制的晶体塑性有限元模型进行模拟,最大异速比达到1.5。建立了晶粒取向随机分布的单层晶极薄带轧制模型,以... 为确定最优的极薄带轧制工艺,本研究深入分析了强剪切对轧制单层晶极薄带微观变形行为和晶体转动演化的影响。采用基于位错滑移机制的晶体塑性有限元模型进行模拟,最大异速比达到1.5。建立了晶粒取向随机分布的单层晶极薄带轧制模型,以探究少晶组织的晶界作用特性。结果表明:强剪切导致单层晶极薄带轧制微观变形和晶体转动表现出显著的局部化。强剪切促进了晶粒的剪切变形,使得晶界的协调变形能力增强。在轧制区施加强剪切变形,可使已启动滑移得到扩展,主滑移带缩窄分散形成新的次滑移带,滑移更加集中和各向异性。变形后晶粒取向主要绕箔材宽度方向发生转动和分散,强剪切使转动角度增大和分散点更加集中稳定。模拟表明强剪切严重影响单层晶极薄带轧制变形的各向异性,进而导致择优取向、滑移局部化以及非均匀应力-应变分布。 展开更多

孔内膨胀管钻探技术是保障复杂地层孔壁稳定的有效技术之一。本文针对易出现缩径、坍塌、掉块的强水敏性地层,提出了一种自张式膨胀管护壁方法,并根据该方法的护壁原理研制了相适配的新型扩孔钻具、膨胀管及膨胀管投送装置,在不改变钻... 孔内膨胀管钻探技术是保障复杂地层孔壁稳定的有效技术之一。本文针对易出现缩径、坍塌、掉块的强水敏性地层,提出了一种自张式膨胀管护壁方法,并根据该方法的护壁原理研制了相适配的新型扩孔钻具、膨胀管及膨胀管投送装置,在不改变钻孔结构的情况下,对复杂孔段进行局部扩孔,投送膨胀管借助自身张力自然弹开而固定在相应的扩孔段,实现钻进时护壁。通过室内及现场试验对机具进行了优化,最终取得了良好的应用效果。试验证明:该方法操作简单可靠、易于定位,相较于水泥浆护壁具有处理速度快、停待时间短、减少重复处理等优势,适用于岩心钻探领域多孔段复杂地层的固壁与护壁,有利于降低孔内事故处理的成本、提高钻进效率,具有较好的推广应用价值。 展开更多

为了了解齐齐哈尔地区鹅细小病毒(GPV)现地强毒株的流行及抗原变异情况,试验从齐齐哈尔龙江县某养殖场采集疑似小鹅瘟病死雏鹅的肝脾病料进行病毒分离培养,对获得的疑似尿囊液进行PCR检测、血凝性检测、动物回归试验及VP3基因序列分析... 为了了解齐齐哈尔地区鹅细小病毒(GPV)现地强毒株的流行及抗原变异情况,试验从齐齐哈尔龙江县某养殖场采集疑似小鹅瘟病死雏鹅的肝脾病料进行病毒分离培养,对获得的疑似尿囊液进行PCR检测、血凝性检测、动物回归试验及VP3基因序列分析。结果表明,分离到的病毒株能使12日龄鹅胚在144 h内死亡;血凝性检测未检测出血凝价;动物回归试验,可复制该病,致使5日龄雏鹅在96~144 h内全部死亡;VP3基因PCR扩增条带大约为1 600 bp,与目的条带大小相符;对其进行序列分析,判定该分离株为鹅细小病毒毒株,与我室之前分离鉴定的鹅细小病毒HH10强毒株核苷酸同源性为98.17%,与标准B株核苷酸同源性为97.13%。说明鹅细小病毒基因保守。 展开更多

Attention is focused on the mechanism of a local strong wind induced by a topographic effect. In order to clarify the mechanism of the occurrence of strong winds accompanied by the effects of terrain, the use of a numerical simulation is very effective, in which conditions can be set without the influence of ground roughness and temperature distribution. As a result, airflow converged to a small basin of mountain terrain in the upper stream, and local strong wind was generated leeward along the slope of the mountain terrain. Furthermore, the influence of the reproduction accuracy of geographical features, that is, horizontal grid resolution, was examined. Consequently, to reproduce the above-mentioned local strong wind, it was shown that horizontal grid resolution from 50 m to about 100 m was necessary. 展开更多
