Accurate identification of influential nodes facilitates the control of rumor propagation and interrupts the spread of computer viruses.Many classical approaches have been proposed by researchers regarding different a...Accurate identification of influential nodes facilitates the control of rumor propagation and interrupts the spread of computer viruses.Many classical approaches have been proposed by researchers regarding different aspects.To explore the impact of location information in depth,this paper proposes an improved global structure model to characterize the influence of nodes.The method considers both the node’s self-information and the role of the location information of neighboring nodes.First,degree centrality of each node is calculated,and then degree value of each node is used to represent self-influence,and degree values of the neighbor layer nodes are divided by the power of the path length,which is path attenuation used to represent global influence.Finally,an extended improved global structure model that considers the nearest neighbor information after combining self-influence and global influence is proposed to identify influential nodes.In this paper,the propagation process of a real network is obtained by simulation with the SIR model,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified from two aspects of discrimination and accuracy.The experimental results show that the proposed method is more accurate in identifying influential nodes than other comparative methods with multiple networks.展开更多

This paper deals with the structure design and electrochemical studies of bipolar Ni/MH batteries for hybrid vehicles. An improvement is applied in bipolar battery design, and such bipolar Ni/MH batteries with 5 sub-cells have been assembled and investigated. Testing results show that bipolar batteries with improved structure have better compression tolerance and cycle performance than conventional ones. In addition, the improved bipolar batteries display excellent large current discharge ability and high power density. As simulating working conditions for hybrid vehicles, the batteries show good stability during pulse cycles, which verifies the possibility of being used as a power storage device on hybrid vehicles.展开更多

RNA-Seq, a high-throughput (HT) sequencing technique, has been used effectively in large-scale transcriptomic studies, and is particularly useful for improving gene structure information and mining of new genes. In ...RNA-Seq, a high-throughput (HT) sequencing technique, has been used effectively in large-scale transcriptomic studies, and is particularly useful for improving gene structure information and mining of new genes. In this study, RNA-Seq HT technology was employed to analyze the transcriptome of yak ovary. After lllurrlina-Solexa deep sequencing, 26826516 clean reads with a total of 4828772880 bp were obtained from the ovary library. Alignment analysis showed that 16992 yak genes mapped to the yak genome and 3734 of these genes were involved in alternative splicing. Gene structure refinement analysis showed that 7340 genes that were annotated in the yak genome could be extended at the 5' or 3' ends based on the alignments been the transcripts and the genome sequence. Novel transcript prediction analysis identified 6321 new transcripts with lengths ranging from 180 to 14884 bp, and 2267 of them were predicted to code proteins. BLAST analysis of the new transcripts showed that 1200-4933 mapped to the non-redundant (nr), nucleotide (nt) and/or SwissProt sequence databases. Comparative statistical analysis of the new mapped transcripts showed that the majority of them were similar to genes in Bos taurus (41.4%), Bos grunniens mutus (33.0%), Ovis aries (6.3%), Homo sapiens (2.8%), Mus musculus (1.6%) and other species. Functional analy- sis showed that these expressed genes were involved in various Gene Ontology (GO) categories and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways. GO analysis of the new transcripts found that the largest proportion of them was associated with reproduction. The results of this study will provide a basis for describing the normal transcriptome map of yak ovary and for future studies on yak breeding performance. Moreover, the results confirmed that RNA-Seq HT technology is highly ad- vantageous in improving gene structure information and mining of new genes, as well as in providing valuable data to expand the yak genome information.展开更多

A numerical simulatio...In this paper, a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) with an orifice plate is proposed. The main objective is to explain the mechanisms of pressure reduction and energy conversion in the new PRV. A numerical simulation method was used to investigate the PRV internal flow field and to analyze the throttling effects of the orifice plate and the transform of thermal parameters as outlet pressure, outlet temperature, velocity, and superheat. A structure improvement method for the valve body and orifice plate is put forward to reduce energy loss. The governing equations for internal flow numerical simulation are composed of the continuity, momentum, energy and k-e transport equations, based on isotropic eddy viscosity theory. Different valve plug displacement models were built to describe the double throttling process. Our analysis shows that the steam pressure drops twice and the degree of superheat increases. There are also lots of eddies which clog the flow channel and disturb the steam flow in the valve cavity after the valve plug and the outlet cavity. After modifying the structure, the numerical results show a better performance of steam flow.展开更多

In this study, RNA-Seq HT technology was employed to analyze the transcriptome of yak ovary. Alignment analysis showed that 16992 yak genes mapped to the yak genome and 3734 of these genes were involved in alternative splicing.
