Research on Psychological Health Education of College Students Based on Positive Psychology Theory

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the mental health of College students. Whether it is the increasing pressure of social employment or the negative thoughts spread in society, it has caused some negative psychological effects on College students. As an important theory of psychological research and application, positive psychology plays an important role in promoting college students' mental health education. Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper analyzes the current situation of college students' mental health and college students' mental health education, and discusses the importance of implementing positive psychology theory in college students' mental health education. This paper puts forward a conception for constructing a new type of college students' mental health education model based on positive psychology, which has certain reference and reference for the promotion and development of college students' mental health education.

The role repositioning of teacher and student in the process of knowledge internalization under flipped classroom

Flipped classroom model led to the transformation of university teachers＇ teaching role. From the perspective of the sociology of knowledge, the teacher professional development is a process of transformation of the role of teachers, and role transformation and the way of actors involved in the knowledge are associated. Participating in knowledge in different ways, role types are also different. Thus, changing the way ofparticipating in knowledge is the basic way to participate in the transformation of the role. Classification of roles is not the classification ofhumans.A social may might play many roles of many types in his life andmay have the function of a variety of roles at the same time. Meanwhile, it can be transferred between characters, especially in the case of depending on the same knowledge system.As long as the ways of involvement are different,the functions and types of roles are also different. University teachers are those who play a variety of roles of knowledge and society, some being the teaching teachers of organization and dissemination of knowledge, some being scientific and teaching teachers who focus on organizing and disseminating knowledge as well as knowledge creation, and knowledge creation and heavy teacher teaching and research, while others are knowledge creation based research teachers. In the field of the sociology of knowledge, university teachers should be scientific teaching roles depending on a deep knowledge and participating in knowledge in a variety of ways. From the perspective of the sociology of knowledge, according to Eph · Znaniecki＇ s role classification, university teachers participate in knowledge in three ways： teaching, learning and researching. Teaching, learning and researching are relative but different ways of participating in knowledge. State they are relative because itshows teaching can promote learning, learning can promote researching, researching can also promote learning and teaching. The homochromous interaction of teaching, leaming and researching, knowledge is in constant state of development and generation.

The Positive Effects of Physical Exercise on Mental Health Among Chinese Students Under Great Competitive Pressure

Under an environment full of competitive stress,students tend to form negative emotions,and the time for them to engage in physical exercise is greatly limited due to overwhelming academic tasks.Therefore,in this paper,we focus on acknowledging the purpose of physical exercise,and how physical exercise affects the mental health of students under stressful circumstances but not in the context of leisure.Questionnaire was distributed to participants with an average age of 20,to investigate their preference,frequency,and reason for exercising,and their attitude towards it.Our results showed that participants think that exercise can strengthen the body,relieve stress,improve fitness and interpersonal relationship regardless of their purpose such as interests,emotional necessity and even out of non-subjective ideas.In conclusion,physical exercise helped to improve students’mental health especially under great pressure and ultimately,it will enhance their academics and bring about the unity of mind and body.

A Study of Chinese College Students' Face Needs in EFL Class

Based on Brown &Levinson's Face Threatening Acts and Geert Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions,this study is an analysis of Chinese college students' face needs in EFL class.In this study,the subjects are 116 freshmen,non-English majors.Selecting totally 60 students from them and dividing them into two groups according to their scores of College English Entrance Examination.The collected data from questionnaire are analyzed by statistical software SPSS16.0 version.The major findings from the analysis include the following:1) high-scored students and low-scored students have similar positive face needs;2) Weight of imposition,group tendency and uncertainty avoidance are used to exam students' negative face needs.According to the data in SPSS16.0,there is a difference between the two groups in terms of the weight of imposition.But the Independent-Samples T test of Sum of Questionnaire indicates that there is no distinct difference in the negative face needs between the two groups.

Influence of the Axial Position of the Guide Vane on the Fluctuations of Pressure in a Nuclear Pump

The influence of the axial mount position of the guide vane on the pressure fluctuation in a nuclear pump(AP1000)is investigated.The characteristics of the three-dimensional flow inside the nuclear pump are analyzed by means of numerical simulation.Results indicate that when the axial relative distance between the guide vane and the pumping chamber is reduced,in conditions of“small flow,”the efficiency of the pump increases,the pressure inside the pumping chamber decreases,while the losses related to the guide vane grow.Under large flow conditions,as the efficiency of the pump decreases,the losses for the guide vane and the pumping chamber increase.The pressure fluctuation in the annular pumping chamber is basically determined by the rotation frequency and the blade passing frequency.The magnitude of these fluctuations is affected by the guide vane axial position.In particular,the smallest possible amplitude is obtained when the outlet central plane of the guide vane coincides with the outlet axis of the pumping chamber.

Investigation on Low Hemoglobin and Ascaris Infection among Primary and Secondary School Students in Hohhot

Introduction: Anemia and Ascaris infection are important indicators to reflect the health status of students. In this study, by investigating the current situation of low hemoglobin and positive rate of Ascaris eggs of primary and secondary school students in Hohhot, the health status of local primary and secondary school students is actually reflected. Objectives: To understand the prevalence of Low Hemoglobin and Ascaris infection among primary and secondary school students in Hohhot in 2015 and to give some suggestions on the health status of primary and secondary school students in Hohhot. Study Design: This project uses a cross-sectional study to investigate the distribution of disease and health status of primary and middle school students in Hohhot at a specific time, and to provide a clue to the cause of the hypothesis test. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 4 districts, 4 counties and 1 flag in Hohhot, a total of 36 primary and secondary schools for sample survey. Cyanine HiCN and smear method is to detect hemoglobin and ascaris eggs positive. Results: In 2015, the positive rate of low hemoglobin in primary and secondary school students was 21.45% in urban and rural areas, 33.17% in urban and rural areas, 43.69% in rural areas, 13.59% in ascaris eggs, 10.69% in urban and rural areas, 7.81% in rural areas. There are geographical differences and gender differences between cities, urban-rural junctions and rural areas (p Conclusion: The prevalence of low hemoglobin in primary and secondary school students in Hohhot is high in rural areas. The detection rate of ascaris egg positive rate in the city is high. Monitoring, publicity and education should continue to be strengthened.

The positioning of the occupational role and the improvement of the abilities of the college counselors

For the college students, the instructors are the guides and helpers of the healthy growth of them, who play an important role in their establishment of a correct outlook on life, and values, and the cultivation of the good moral qualities. At present, in the team of the college counselors, there exist the problems that the responsibilities are fuzzy, and their own qualities need to be improved, and the construction of the occupation is slow, and so on, which require that we should recognize the positioning of the counselors＇ occupational role, and focus on the enhancement of the abilities of the counselors. Therefore, this paper puts forward the path to improve the abilities of the role of the counselors, in order to speed up the construction of the professionalism and specialization of the team of the college counselors, making them more capable of supporting the growth of the physical and mental health of the college students.

The 2008 Nura Mw6.7 earthquake: A shallow rupture on the Main Pamir Thrust revealed by GPS and In SAR

The 2008 Nura Mw6.7 earthquake occurred in front of the Trans-Alai Range, central Asia. We present Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar （InSAR） measurements of its coseismic ground deformation that are available for a major earthquake in the region. Analysis of the InSAR data shows that the earthquake ruptured a secondary fault of the Main Pamir Thrust for about 20 kin. The fault plane striking N46~E and dipping 48~SE is dominated by thrust slip up to 3 m, most of which is confined to the uppermost 2-5 km of the crust, similar to the nearby 1974 MwT.0 Markansu earthquake. The elastic model of interseismic deformation constrained by GPS measurements suggests that the two earthquakes may have resulted from the failures of two high-angle reverse faults that are about 10 km apart and rooted in a locked dScollement at depths of 5-6 kin. The elastic strain is built up by a freely creeping decollement at about 16 mm/a.

A novel digital control strategy of three-phase shunt active power filter under non-ideal mains voltages

A novel control strategy for three-phase shunt active power filter (SAPF) was proposed to improve its performance under non-ideal mains voltages. The approach was inspired by our finding that the classic instantaneous reactive power theory based algorithm was unsatisfactory in terms of isolating positive sequence fundamental active components exactly under non-ideal mains voltages. So, a modified ip-iq reference current calculation method was presented. With usage of the new method, not only the positive sequence but also the fundamental active current components can be accurately isolated from load current. A deadbeat closed-loop control model is built in order to eliminate both delay error and tracking error between reference voltages and compensation voltages under unbalanced and distorted mains voltages. Computer simulation results show that the proposed strategy is effective with better tracking ability and lower total harmonic distortion (THD). The strategy is also applied to a 10 kV substation with a local electrolysis manganese plant injecting a large amount of harmonics into the power system, and is proved to be more practical and efficient.

新时代大学生积极心理品质培育的探索与实践

在新时代,大学生面临着复杂多变的社会环境和竞争压力,心理健康问题愈发突出。大学生是祖国的未来和希望,培育他们的积极心理品质是社会和谐稳定的基础。积极心理品质包括自信心、乐观态度、逆境应对能力、自我认同感等,关系到大学生的学习、工作和生活的全面发展。加强大学生积极心理品质培育在于推动大学生全面发展、提高心理健康水平、培养领导潜能、促进社会和谐稳定以及提升国家竞争力,对于构建和谐社会、推动社会进步和个人成长具有重要意义。

团体积极心理干预对研究生生命意义感和社会支持的效果

目的:验证积极心理干预提升研究生生命意义感及社会支持的有效性。方法:将59名研究生(年龄22.76±0.97岁)分为干预组(n=44)和对照组(n=15),干预组完成了6次团体积极心理干预,对照组等待实施干预,前测与后测均填写了生命意义感量表(MLQ)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)。结果:①干预组在生命意义感、领悟社会支持得分上的变化量均显著高于对照组(t=2.02,2.60;P<0.05);②与前测相比,干预组在干预后生命意义感和领悟社会支持显著提升(t=3.80,3.71;P<0.001)。结论:团体积极心理干预可以有效提升研究生的生命意义感和社会支持。

高职学生积极品质:发展规律与教育策略

我国当前高职本科学生(下称“高职学生”)积极心理品质得到的深度关注不够,教育策略的针对性不强,存在诸多问题。在积极心理学框架下,分析高职学生积极品质于个人、于家庭、于学校的价值和意义;厘清高职本科学生积极品质的心理结构;探索高职本科学生积极品质的发展规律;营造积极的教育环境,主动有意识地关注自我的积极体验,客观而科学地评估自我,在高质量的实践活动中体验自我,系统运用行为干预的技巧以促进高职学生积极品质的发展。

当代大学生消极苦乐观的表征解析、疗愈理论与教育对策——以“摆烂”现象为例

苦乐观是人生观的重要组成部分,体现了个体对自我生存意义的探寻,而当前部分大学生的“摆烂”现象反映了其苦乐观的消极倾向。通过对当代大学生的“摆烂”现象进行分析,可以发现部分大学生在苦乐观方面存在以下表征:片面理解苦乐内涵与关系的怀疑倾向,苦乐态度不端与情感消极为表征的颓废悲观倾向,苦乐信念缺乏与意志薄弱的精神虚无倾向以及苦乐动机功利与行为脱节的精致利己主义倾向。借助积极心理学相关理论探讨大学生苦乐观教育,有助于消解大学生“摆烂”症候,帮助大学生辩证对待人生苦乐矛盾,树立积极向上的苦乐观。

萨提亚模式单次团体心理干预对大学生主观幸福感的提升和持续效果

目的:探索萨提亚模式单次团体心理干预对大学生主观幸福感的提升和持续效果。方法:采用方便取样方式选择大学生研究组40人和对照组25人,对研究组进行萨提亚模式单次团体心理干预;对照组大学生不参加单次团体心理干预。研究组大学生在干预前后和干预后2周测量主观幸福感量表,评估干预效果和保持作用。对照组大学生同期完成3次主观幸福感量表测量。干预后和干预后2周的主观幸福感量表总分较干预前提升5%,即认为干预有效。结果:研究组大学生干预后和干预后2周主观幸福感量表总分提升5%以上人数分别是29名(72.5%)和22名(55.00%),对照组大学生干预后和干预后2周主观幸福感量表总分提升5%以上人数均为0名。两组大学生干预后和干预后2周主观幸福感量表总分提升有效人数比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.726,20.785;P<0.001)。干预后和干预后2周,研究组大学生主观幸福感量表总分均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.798,-5.106;P<0.001);干预后和干预后2周,研究组大学生主观幸福感量表总分均显著高于对照组大学生,差异有统计学意义(t=2.679,2.375;P<0.05)。干预后研究组大学生主观幸福感量表的知足常乐、心理健康、社会信心、成长进步、目标价值、自我接受、身体健康、心态平衡、人际适应的9个因子分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.495~-2.168,P<0.05~0.001);干预后2周,研究组大学生主观幸福感量表的心理健康、社会信心、成长进步、目标价值、自我接受、心态平衡的6个因子分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.781~-2.429,P<0.05~0.001)。干预后,研究组大学生主观幸福感量表的心理健康、社会信心、成长进步、目标价值、自我接受、人际适应的6个因子分显著高于对照组大学生,差异有统计学意义(t=2.006~2.882,P<0.05~0.01)。干预后2周,研究组大学生主观幸福感量表的社会信心、成长进步、自我接受、心态平衡的4个因子分显著高于对照组大学生,差异有统计学意义(t=2.431~2.792,P<0.05~0.01)。结论:萨提亚模式单次团体心理干预能有效提升大学生主观幸福感,并且有良好的保持效果。

社会情感能力对大学生社会适应能力的影响:领悟社会支持与积极应对的链式中介

为了探讨大学生社会情感能力对社会适应能力的影响及领悟社会支持和积极应对在两者之间的链式中介作用,采用大学生社会情感能力量表、领悟社会支持量表、积极应对方式量表和社会适应能力诊断量表对374名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)大学生的社会情感能力、社会适应能力、领悟社会支持和积极应对方式均两两显著正相关;(2)大学生社会情感能力显著正向影响社会适应能力;(3)领悟社会支持和积极应对在大学生社会情感能力与社会适应能力之间均起部分中介作用;(4)领悟社会支持和积极应对在大学生社会情感能力与社会适应的关系中构成链式中介。研究扩充了社会情感能力影响学生社会适应能力的研究机制,同时为提升大学生的社会适应能力提供启示。

基于全校性积极行为干预与支持的小学生问题行为研究

为了更加有效地预防和减少小学生问题行为的发生,基于当前我国小学德育与心理健康教育现状,制定了中国化的全校性积极行为干预与支持方案,并在湖南某小学实施为期半年的干预。结果显示,与干预前相比,处于边缘和异常水平的学生,其问题行为严重程度显著降低,亲社会行为水平显著增加,且对校园氛围和班级氛围的评价有所提高。研究结果对理解小学生问题行为的现状、发生机制及应对策略具有启示意义,并为未来在国内大规模实施该干预模式提供了实证依据。

团体积极心理治疗对在校学生抑郁情绪和睡眠质量的影响研究

目的:探讨对初中在校学生实施团体积极心理治疗对其抑郁情绪与睡眠质量的影响效果。方法:选取2021年6月至2021年12月沈阳市精神卫生中心心理健康服务中心收治的初中生600例作为研究对象,按照所接受干预方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组300例。其中对照组不接受任何干预,观察组接受团体积极心理治疗。结果:前测结果显示,干预前2组抑郁情绪平均得分与睡眠评分结果组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预6个月后,组间比较后测结果,观察组抑郁情绪平均得分与睡眠评分均显著低于同一时间点对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对初中在校学生实施团体积极心理治疗可以显著改善其抑郁程度,并提升学生的睡眠质量。
