Interface defeat studies of long-rod projectile impacting on ceramic targets 被引量:4

The interface defeat phenomenon always occurs when a long-rod projectile impacting on the ceramic target with certain velocity,i.e.,the projectile is forced to flow radially on the surface of ceramic plates for a peri... The interface defeat phenomenon always occurs when a long-rod projectile impacting on the ceramic target with certain velocity,i.e.,the projectile is forced to flow radially on the surface of ceramic plates for a period of time without significant penetration.Interface defeat has a direct effect upon the ballistic performance of the armor piercing projectile,which is studied numerically and theoretically at present.Firstly,by modeling the projectiles and ceramic targets with the SPH(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics)particles and Lagrange finite elements,the systematic numerical simulations on interface defeat are performed with the commercial finite element program AUTODYN.Three different responses,i.e.,complete interface defeat,dwell and direct penetration,are reproduced in different types of ceramic targets(bare,buffered,radially confined and oblique).Furthermore,by adopting the validated numerical algorithms,constitutive models and the corresponding material parameters,the influences of projectile(material,diameter,nose shape),constitutive models of ceramic(JH-1 and JH-2 models),buffer and cover plate(thickness,constraints,material),as well as the prestress acted on the target(radial and hydrostatic) on the interface defeat(transition velocity and dwell time) are syste matically investigated.Finally,based on the energy conservation approach and taking the strain rate effect of ceramic material into account,a modified model for predicting the upper limit of transition velocity is proposed and validated.The present work and derived conclusions can provide helpful reference for the design and optimization of both the long-rod projectile and ceramic armor. 展开更多

The discovery of high temperature superconductivity in single-layer FeSe/SrTiO3 provides a new platform for ex- ploring superconductivity and pursuing higher Tc (superconducting transition temperature) through fabricating artificial heterostructures. In this paper, we review the recent progress in studying and tuning the interfacial superconductivity in single-layer FeSe, through the combined in-situ spectroscopic studies and atomic-scale engineering. By fabricating arti- ficial heterostructures, various interfacial factors were tuned, and the corresponding evolutions of electronic structure and superconducting gap behavior were investigated. These studies enrich the current understanding on the interfacial superconductivity, and provide clues for further enhancing Tc through interface engineering. 展开更多

Steel-concrete composite structures(SCCS)have been widely used as primary load-bearing components in large-scale civil infrastructures.As the basis of the co-working ability of steel plate and concrete,the bonding status plays an essential role in guaranteeing the structural performance of SCCS.Accordingly,efficient non-destructive testing(NDT)on interfacial debondings in SCCS has become a prominent research area.Multi-channel analysis of surface waves(MASW)has been validated as an effective NDT technique for interfacial debonding detection for SCCS.However,the feasibility of MASW must be validated using experimental measurements.This study establishes a high-frequency data synchronous acquisition system with 32 channels to perform comparative verification experiments in depth.First,the current sensing approaches for high-frequency vibration and stress waves are summarized.Secondly,three types of contact sensors,namely,piezoelectric lead-zirconate-titanate(PZT)patches,accelerometers,and ultrasonic transducers,are selected for MASW measurement.Then,the selection and optimization of the force hammer head are performed.Comparative experiments are carried out for the optimal selection of ultrasonic transducers,PZT patches,and accelerometers for MASW measurement.In addition,the influence of different pasting methods on the output signal of the sensor array is discussed.Experimental results indicate that optimized PZT patches,acceleration sensors,and ultrasonic transducers can provide efficient data acquisition for MASW-based non-destructive experiments.The research findings in this study lay a solid foundation for analyzing the recognition accuracy of contact MASW measurement using different sensor arrays. 展开更多

In this study, a water/silicone oil interface was used to simulate the steel/slag interface in a converter. A high-speed camera was used to record the entrainment process of droplets when air bubbles were passed through the water/silicone oil interface. Motion parameters of the bubbles and droplets were obtained using particle kinematic analysis software, and the entrainment rate of the droplets was calculated. It was found that the entrainment rate decreased from 29.5% to 0 when the viscosity of the silicone oil was increased from 60 mPa.s to 820 mPa.s in the case of bubbles with a 5 mm equivalent diameter passing through the water/silicone oil interface. The results indicate that in- creasing the viscosity of the silicone oil is conducive to reducing the entrainment rate. The entrainment rate increased from 0 to 136.3% in the case of silicone oil with a viscosity of 60 mPa.s when the equivalent diameter of the bubbles was increased from 3 mm to 7 ram. We there- fore conclude that small bubbles are also conductive to reducing the entrainment rate. The force analysis results for the water colmnn indicate that the entrainment rate of droplets is affected by the velocity of the bubble passing through the water/silicone oil interface and that the en- trainment rate decreases with the bubble velocity. 展开更多

The stability and roughness of {111} and {100} solid/melt interfaces of fcc metals were investigated using a modified Temkin multi-layer model. It is demonstrated that {100}crystal/melt interface is more unstable and rougher than {111} interface. The effect of the stability of crystal/melt interface on the (100) texture formation in solidified fcc metals has been analysed and discussed. 展开更多

界面设计影响蒙汉用户视觉注意的脑电研究

目的比较蒙、汉用户在不同界面布局的条件刺激下视觉注意对脑电刺激诱发响应的调节和影响作用。方法基于Oddball实验范式的事件相关电位技术,采用图文形式和纯文本形式的宫格式、标签式,以及侧面展开式界面布局刺激,结合分析脑电数据和... 目的比较蒙、汉用户在不同界面布局的条件刺激下视觉注意对脑电刺激诱发响应的调节和影响作用。方法基于Oddball实验范式的事件相关电位技术,采用图文形式和纯文本形式的宫格式、标签式,以及侧面展开式界面布局刺激,结合分析脑电数据和行为数据,探究界面布局设计对蒙、汉用户视觉注意的影响。结果对视觉注意的早期阶段进行研究后发现,图文形式宫格式布局对汉族用户的视觉注意具有显著的刺激和调节作用,而图文形式侧面展开式布局对蒙古族双语用户的视觉注意有显著的刺激和调节作用。通过P300成分波幅发现蒙、汉用户的情绪发生变化,蒙、汉用户在纯文本形式标签式布局界面的影响下产生消极情绪,波幅降低。结论在事件相关电位技术中,通过P100成分与P300成分的波幅强度变化,可以作为界面布局刺激条件下衡量比较不同民族地区用户视觉注意与情感体验的观测量。 展开更多

为研究界面焊接环向钢筋的钢管混凝土叠合柱的抗剪性能,以环向钢筋的布置间距和直径为研究参数,对6根叠合柱试件进行了横向剪切静力试验和数值模拟,分析了各参数对试件的破坏过程、破坏形态、荷载-跨中挠度曲线以及抗剪承载力的影响规... 为研究界面焊接环向钢筋的钢管混凝土叠合柱的抗剪性能,以环向钢筋的布置间距和直径为研究参数,对6根叠合柱试件进行了横向剪切静力试验和数值模拟,分析了各参数对试件的破坏过程、破坏形态、荷载-跨中挠度曲线以及抗剪承载力的影响规律。研究结果表明:界面环向钢筋布置方案不同的叠合柱试件破坏形态基本相同,均发生斜压破坏;试件的受力过程可划分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、强化阶段和破坏阶段四个阶段;随着界面环向钢筋布置间距的减小,试件的抗剪承载力提高显著,最大增幅达22%;增大界面环向钢筋的直径可提高试件的抗剪承载力,但作用效果有限,最大增幅仅为6.1%。通过试验数据对有限元模型的有效性进行验证,并进一步分析了不同阶段有限元模型的应力状态,明确了此类叠合柱的受剪机理。 展开更多

The paper reports on the atomic investigation aboutβphase in Mg_(96)Gd_(2)Y_(1)Ni_(1) alloy by using the first-principles study and the high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscope(HAADF-STEM)corrected by atomic Cs.By using HAADF-STEM,the rectangularβphases were observed in the underage and peak aging stages in Mg_(96)Gd_(2)Y_(1)Ni_(1) alloy.Theβphase could be precipitated from the previously precipitatedβphase,and theβphase grew in steps when it was precipitated.A special transition structure of three atomic layer thicknesses was first observed at the edge of theβphase and the structure of this interface is probably as theβ/Mg_(1) interface for the analysis of thermodynamic characterization and electronic characterization.Theβ'phase and theβ_(H) structure were precipitated only at the edge of the length directions of theβphase.Theβ'phase continues to grow into aβphase directly without the formation ofβ_(1) phase,resulting in an increase in the length of theβphase,which is discovered for the first time. 展开更多

Post-incident studies provide direct and valuable information to further the scientific understanding of Wildland-Urban Interface(WUI)fires.Most post-incident studies involve data collection in the field(i.e.a“research field deployment”).In this review,technical reports of post-incident studies for WUI fire and other natural disasters were analyzed and professionals directly involved in WUI fire research field deployments were interviewed.The goal of this review is to provide a resource for future WUI studies regarding the development of safe and effective fieldwork procedures,the collection and integration of accurate and relevant data,and the establishment of practical lessons learned.Three main stages of WUI fire post-incident studies are identified and described in detail.Data collection methodologies,data attributes,logistical practices and lessons-learned were compiled from various past studies and are presented here in the context of application to WUI fire. 展开更多

外部激励作用下液滴的表面失稳特性一直都是流体力学领域十分关注的问题.在不同的振动激励参数下,表面会产生不同形态的波形或破碎生成二次液滴.本文对于液滴表面纬向波和经向波发展的动态特性和产生机理开展了研究.首先建立激励振幅和... 外部激励作用下液滴的表面失稳特性一直都是流体力学领域十分关注的问题.在不同的振动激励参数下,表面会产生不同形态的波形或破碎生成二次液滴.本文对于液滴表面纬向波和经向波发展的动态特性和产生机理开展了研究.首先建立激励振幅和频率可控的液滴振荡实验系统.实验结果表明,激励振幅的改变会影响液滴表面波形,振幅较大时经向波才会产生,演化频率为驱动频率的一半,而纬向波一直存在,其频率等于驱动频率.驱动频率改变会引起失稳模式的转变,驱动频率增加,表面波模态数增加、波长减小.驱动频率超过一定阈值,波形会从只存在纬向波模式向纬向波叠加经向波模式转变.同时,基于三维数值模拟,通过研究液滴的速度场与压力场,结合液滴顶点位移与惯性力的相位关系,阐明液滴形成纬向波的机理:在惯性力和表面张力的共同作用下,液滴表面波完成周期性的能量转化和传递.通过对比分析竖直方向与沿液滴径向加速度下Faraday不稳定性主导的表面波特性,发现液滴的几何特征使得接触线处产生法向的径向力,当竖直惯性力增加使得径向力达到一定阈值,液滴发生经向失稳,相应经向波频率为驱动频率的一半. 展开更多

在如今快节奏的生活下,竞争尤其激烈,人们不断学习提升自己,因此打造一个安静且便捷的学习环境显得尤为重要,利用空闲之余的学习来提升自己。目前,对于共享自习室的需求日益增加,文章基于“第三空间”的流行趋势研发了一款迷你自习室预... 在如今快节奏的生活下,竞争尤其激烈,人们不断学习提升自己,因此打造一个安静且便捷的学习环境显得尤为重要,利用空闲之余的学习来提升自己。目前,对于共享自习室的需求日益增加,文章基于“第三空间”的流行趋势研发了一款迷你自习室预约的微信小程序。该小程序前后端分离,前端使用微信开发工具提供的应用开发框架、组件、应用程序接口(Application Programming Interface,API)实现,后端采用3层架构对数据进行处理。该小程序实现了在线查找迷你自习室位置、预约迷你自习室座位等功能,满足用户对迷你自习室的使用需求。 展开更多

利用大型直剪模型试验设备,在不同竖向压力下进行一系列的土工合成材料直剪试验,应用数码可视化跟踪技术,结合土体变形无标点量测技术来研究双向土工格栅与砂土直剪界面作用的宏细观特性,同时分析界面附近土压力分布规律,并研究界面颗... 利用大型直剪模型试验设备,在不同竖向压力下进行一系列的土工合成材料直剪试验,应用数码可视化跟踪技术,结合土体变形无标点量测技术来研究双向土工格栅与砂土直剪界面作用的宏细观特性,同时分析界面附近土压力分布规律,并研究界面颗粒运动变化规律和细观组构演化特征与宏观特性的关联。分析结果表明,直剪筋土界面附近竖向压力分布从前端依次向后端减少;直剪界面位移达25 mm时,形成了稳定的剪应变集中带;在筋土界面(6~8)D50粒径厚度范围内,界面颗粒以旋转和平动方式同时位移,该范围外颗粒以平动方式沿剪切方向位移,且位移较小;在剪切过程中,界面颗粒发生旋转,土体发生剪胀,孔隙率增大,平均接触数减小,颗粒重新被压密,孔隙率减小,平均接触数增多,颗粒长轴排列趋于水平方向,各细观组构处于相对稳定状态。 展开更多
