Objective:To evaluate the current state of research and areas of interest for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the field of colorectal cancer treatment.Methods:Related papers published between January 1,2012,and No...Objective:To evaluate the current state of research and areas of interest for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the field of colorectal cancer treatment.Methods:Related papers published between January 1,2012,and November 27,2021,were found using the Web of Science Core Collection Science Citation Index Expanded.Using CiteSpace's network map generation capability,we then determined the top writers,organizations,countries,keywords,co-cited writers,journals,references,and research trends.Results:This investigation yielded a total of 336 relevant papers.China is the most productive country.Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the leading institution.The journal with the most popularity and publishing volume is Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.The author with the most citations and centrality is Lin JM.The terms"epithelial-mesenchymal transition,""cell cycle arrest,""apoptosis,"and"autophagy"are highly frequent and have a high betweenness centrality.Conclusion:According to the results,research on natural products,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)extracts,and the molecular mechanisms of TCM chemical constituents constitutes the primary focus within TCM cancer treatment investigations.In recent years,there has been a surge of interest in exploring the role of gut microbiota in TCM chemical constituents research,particularly in its ability to induce apoptosis and autophagy in tumor cells,thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation,metastasis,and invasion.However,due to the intricate composition of TCM and existing technical limitations,the underlying principles guiding TCM's efficacy in treating colorectal cancer remain unclear and warrant further investigation.展开更多

In this paper, an algorithm for simulating fluid flow and heat transfer for mold filling of shaped castings is presented. The main features of the algorithm include: 1) a simple but practical technique based on VOF me...In this paper, an algorithm for simulating fluid flow and heat transfer for mold filling of shaped castings is presented. The main features of the algorithm include: 1) a simple but practical technique based on VOF method to determine free surface, 2) an explicit scheme of enthalpy to solve the energy equation more efficiently, and 3) an effective treatment to modify the flux deviation due to pressure iteration. In order to verify these methods, well controlled experiments have been repeatedly done with both water analog and gray iron pouring experiments to record the flow patterns and temperature variations. The calculated results are in accordance with the experimental ones. For the applications, the simulated initial temperature distribution right after mold filling was used to analyse subsequent solidification and to predict shrinkage defects. Actual castings were poured and tested in a foundry plant. The reuslts show that the defects predication with considering fluid flow effects is more precise than that without considering the effects.展开更多

Systematic experimental studies on partial melting and subsolidus equilibration of three reconstituted spinel-peridotites have been carried out at temperatures ranging from 1000 to 1380℃ and pressures of 1.0 and 1.5 ...Systematic experimental studies on partial melting and subsolidus equilibration of three reconstituted spinel-peridotites have been carried out at temperatures ranging from 1000 to 1380℃ and pressures of 1.0 and 1.5 GPa. The results shows (1) during partial melting, Mg# [=Mg/(Mg+Fe)]and Cr# [=Cr/(Cr-Al)]of spinel increase with an increase in degrees of melting) (2) during subsolidus equilibration, with increasing temperatures, Mg# of spinel increases but Cr# of spinel remains almost unchanged in dunite and increases slightly in Iherzolite and harzburgite. The negative and quasi-linear Mg# -Cr# correlation of spinel represents an isotherm of total non-equilibrium. The same results have been obtained by means of mathematical modelling. It is also proved by Mg# -Cr# correlation of spinel in natural peridotites. As a result of the spinel subsolidus equilibration, only variation of Cr# of spinel is limited, and then Cr# of spinel can be used to estimate the relative degree of melting undergone by host rocks. The bigger Cr# of spinel is, the higher the degree of melting will be. By contrast, during crystallization magma, Mg# and Cr# of spinel decrease with decreasing temperatures. Likewise, Cr# of spinel in basalts may be used to indicate the feature of Cr2O3/Al2O3 of magma, and the compositional zoning of spinel may be used to study the evolution of magma (cooling rate and contamination).展开更多

In the presence of Cd (Ⅱ), Bi(Ⅲ) reacts almost instantaneously with T (4TMAP)P in a 0. 6 mol/l NaAc—HAC buffer (PH5.8) at room temperature. The composition of the complex is T(4TMAP)P: Bi=1:1. The absorbance complex obeys Beer's law over the Bi(Ⅲ) concentration range 0.1—1.4 μg/ml. The linear relative coefficient γ is 0.9998. The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.75×10~5 1. mol^(-1). cm^(-1) at 463nm. The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.50% for Bi(Ⅲ) 7ug/10ml (10 determinations). The interference of foreign ions has been examined. This simple and rapid method can be applied to the assay of Bi(Ⅲ) in some tablets directly.展开更多

Fusarium ear rot(FER)is a destructive maize fungal disease worldwide.In this study,three tropical maize populations consisting of 874 inbred lines were used to perform genomewide association study(GWAS)and genomic pre...Fusarium ear rot(FER)is a destructive maize fungal disease worldwide.In this study,three tropical maize populations consisting of 874 inbred lines were used to perform genomewide association study(GWAS)and genomic prediction(GP)analyses of FER resistance.Broad phenotypic variation and high heritability for FER were observed,although it was highly influenced by large genotype-by-environment interactions.In the 874 inbred lines,GWAS with general linear model(GLM)identified 3034 single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)significantly associated with FER resistance at the P-value threshold of 1×10^(-5),the average phenotypic variation explained(PVE)by these associations was 3%with a range from 2.33%to 6.92%,and 49 of these associations had PVE values greater than 5%.The GWAS analysis with mixed linear model(MLM)identified 19 significantly associated SNPs at the P-value threshold of 1×10^(-4),the average PVE of these associations was 1.60%with a range from 1.39%to 2.04%.Within each of the three populations,the number of significantly associated SNPs identified by GLM and MLM ranged from 25 to 41,and from 5 to 22,respectively.Overlapping SNP associations across populations were rare.A few stable genomic regions conferring FER resistance were identified,which located in bins 3.04/05,7.02/04,9.00/01,9.04,9.06/07,and 10.03/04.The genomic regions in bins 9.00/01 and 9.04 are new.GP produced moderate accuracies with genome-wide markers,and relatively high accuracies with SNP associations detected from GWAS.Moderate prediction accuracies were observed when the training and validation sets were closely related.These results implied that FER resistance in maize is controlled by minor QTL with small effects,and highly influenced by the genetic background of the populations studied.Genomic selection(GS)by incorporating SNP associations detected from GWAS is a promising tool for improving FER resistance in maize.展开更多

文摘Fusarium ear rot(FER)is a destructive maize fungal disease worldwide.In this study,three tropical maize populations consisting of 874 inbred lines were used to perform genomewide association study(GWAS)and genomic prediction(GP)analyses of FER resistance.Broad phenotypic variation and high heritability for FER were observed,although it was highly influenced by large genotype-by-environment interactions.In the 874 inbred lines,GWAS with general linear model(GLM)identified 3034 single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)significantly associated with FER resistance at the P-value threshold of 1×10^(-5),the average phenotypic variation explained(PVE)by these associations was 3%with a range from 2.33%to 6.92%,and 49 of these associations had PVE values greater than 5%.The GWAS analysis with mixed linear model(MLM)identified 19 significantly associated SNPs at the P-value threshold of 1×10^(-4),the average PVE of these associations was 1.60%with a range from 1.39%to 2.04%.Within each of the three populations,the number of significantly associated SNPs identified by GLM and MLM ranged from 25 to 41,and from 5 to 22,respectively.Overlapping SNP associations across populations were rare.A few stable genomic regions conferring FER resistance were identified,which located in bins 3.04/05,7.02/04,9.00/01,9.04,9.06/07,and 10.03/04.The genomic regions in bins 9.00/01 and 9.04 are new.GP produced moderate accuracies with genome-wide markers,and relatively high accuracies with SNP associations detected from GWAS.Moderate prediction accuracies were observed when the training and validation sets were closely related.These results implied that FER resistance in maize is controlled by minor QTL with small effects,and highly influenced by the genetic background of the populations studied.Genomic selection(GS)by incorporating SNP associations detected from GWAS is a promising tool for improving FER resistance in maize.
