It thinks that security of the open service interface can be solved by adding the service access gateway and service management platform. The service access gateway provides security features to the open service interface concerning ID authentication, authorization, audit, encryption and integrity protection. For service deployment, its security can be solved by issuing related user digital certificates, deploying a firewall or an intrusion detection system, implementing load control, managing users' home location and displaying users' real-time IP addresses.展开更多
The dual-metal-atom catalysts(DACs)have aroused much attention as they possess the advantages of single-atom and metal alloy catalysts.And the DACs have exhibited enhanced performance in various electrocatalytic react...The dual-metal-atom catalysts(DACs)have aroused much attention as they possess the advantages of single-atom and metal alloy catalysts.And the DACs have exhibited enhanced performance in various electrocatalytic reactions,such as hydrogen/oxygen evolution and oxygen/carbon dioxide/nitrogen reduction.In this review,we mainly overview the latest understanding of the advantages of DACs for these reactions.This review will start with the familiar characterization methods for DACs,then the primary synthesis strategies for DACs will be discussed.Emphasis is given to the advantages of DACs in catalytic reactions,including the adsorption and activation,electronic structure regulation,breaking scaling relations,reducing energy barriers,cascading and coupling,synergy effect,and providing mechanism research platforms.Finally,personal perspectives and challenges for the further development of DACs are briefly discussed.展开更多

The power of social network platforms to amplify the scale,speed,and significance of everyday communication is increasingly weaponized against democracy.Analyses of social networks predominantly focus on design and it...The power of social network platforms to amplify the scale,speed,and significance of everyday communication is increasingly weaponized against democracy.Analyses of social networks predominantly focus on design and its effects on politics.This article shifts the debate to their business model.Built as platform businesses,social networks are privately owned public spaces with structurally limited democratic affordances.Drawing from the history,theory,and practice of land use,I develop an analogy between the financialization of land by commercial real estate development and the financialization of attention by platform businesses.Historical policies,such as incentive zoning and exclusionary zoning,shed light on how platform businesses use systems of measurement and valuation to conflate users’roles,tokenize the incentives that drive behavior,and defer the ethical responsibilities businesses have to the public.While the real estate framing reveals social networks’structural flaws and colonial roots,lessons from urban planning,community land trusts,and Indigenous land stewardship can inform their regulation and reform.Building on the broader effort to embed ethics in the development of technology,I describe possibilities to steward social networks in the public interest.展开更多
