以90#普通沥青为原料,苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为改性剂,橡胶类复合改性剂为添加剂,调和油为软化剂,在后三者加入质量分数依次为6%,6%,40%的条件下,制备出低温水工沥青,并对工业试生产的低温水工沥青及其混凝土性能进行了评价。结... 以90#普通沥青为原料,苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为改性剂,橡胶类复合改性剂为添加剂,调和油为软化剂,在后三者加入质量分数依次为6%,6%,40%的条件下,制备出低温水工沥青,并对工业试生产的低温水工沥青及其混凝土性能进行了评价。结果表明:试生产的低温水工沥青具有良好的耐高低温性能,产品性质稳定,脆点达到-28℃,延度(5℃)达到84 cm以上,薄膜烘箱实验后脆点略有上升;低温水工沥青混凝土孔隙率、斜坡流淌值等均满足DL/T 5411—2009要求,其拉伸应变(0℃)和弯曲应变(0℃)高于基质沥青混凝土。 展开更多
