To adhere to the needs of automated supply of collected seedlings for mechanized grafting and cutting machines for enhancing their operational efficiency,herein,a separation system that uses subdivided air streams to ...To adhere to the needs of automated supply of collected seedlings for mechanized grafting and cutting machines for enhancing their operational efficiency,herein,a separation system that uses subdivided air streams to separate the collected seedlings is developed.The separation system comprises a feeder for supplying collected seedlings,a seedling separator that uses subdivided air streams,a picking belt for the separated seedlings,a delivery unit for the separated seedlings,a pneumatic unit,and a control unit.To investigate the complete performance of separation,picking,and delivery of the separation system,several separation experiments were conducted to separate the collected Anthurium seedlings.The results show that the consistency of the moving direction of seedlings floated by subdivided air streams in the separation container and the moving direction of the picking belt have a significant effect on the picking of the separated seedlings by the picking belt.Moreover,the seedling supply timing of the feeder has a significant effect on the stability of the collected seedling separation rate during continuous separation.When this timing is such that the percentage of separated seedlings is 70%,the separation rate of continuous separation operation is 2.24 plant/s(the separation productivity is 8060 plants/h)with 0.12 CV.The operating conditions are 0.5 MPa separation pressure,0.5 s nozzle operation time,and 60 mm seedling thickness in the separation container.Moreover,the staying times of the collected seedlings separated in the separation container are less than 2.5 min.展开更多

Traditional Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy has been recognized as a valuable method to characterize and classify kinds of microorganisms.In this study,combined with multivariate statistical analysis,sync...Traditional Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy has been recognized as a valuable method to characterize and classify kinds of microorganisms.In this study,combined with multivariate statistical analysis,synchrotron radiation-based FTIR(SR-FTIR) microspectroscopy was applied to identify and discriminate ten foodborne bacterial strains.Our results show that the whole spectra(3000-900 cm^(-1)) and three subdivided spectral regions(3000-2800,1800-1500 and 1200-900 cm^(-1),representing lipids,proteins and polysaccharides,respectively) can be used to type bacteria.Either the whole spectra or the three subdivided spectra are good for discriminating the bacteria at levels of species and subspecies,but the whole spectra should be given preference at the genus level.The findings demonstrate that SR-FTIR microspectroscopy is a powerful tool to identify and classify foodborne pathogenic bacteria at the genus,species and subspecies level.展开更多

On the basis of summarizing both advantag...For the interaction relation between geological object and engineering object in some fields related to water conservancy and hydropower, a unified modeling idea was proposed. On the basis of summarizing both advantages and disadvantages of existing modeling methods, an automatic unified modeling method of both engineering and geological objects based on tri-prism(TP) model was presented. Through the lossless correction algorithm of deviated drill holes contained in this method, the real deviated drill holes could be corrected into the equivalent virtual vertical ones. And the correction accuracy fully meets the requirements of unified modeling. With the virtual vertical drilling data, TIN construction of both cover layer and other stratums would be built in order to obtain the 3D geological model. Then, the engineering design data would be introduced into the 3D geological model for achieving unified modeling. For this process, the volume subdividing and restructuring principles were introduced to deal with the spatial relationships between engineering object and geological object. In order to improve the efficiency of unified modeling, the reconstruction of TIN based on constraint information was also applied in this method. At last, the feasibility and validation of the unified modeling method as well as its relevant key algorithms were verified by specific experiments and analysis of results.展开更多

To determine the geometry of interior tomography, a modified interval subdividing based method, which was originally developed by Tan et al.,^[11] was presented in this paper. For the self-calibration method, it is necessary to obtain the reconstructed image with only geometric artifacts. Therefore, truncation artifacts reduction is a key problem for the self-calibration method of an interior tomography. In the method, an interior reconstruction algorithm instead of the Feldkamp-Davis-Kress (FDK) algorithm was employed for truncation artifact reduction. Moreover, the concept of a minimum interval was defined as the stop criterion of subdividing to ensure the geometric parameters are determined nicely. The results of numerical simulation demonstrated that our method could provide a solution to the self- calibration for interior tomography while the original interval subdividing based method could not. Furthermore, real data experiment results showed that our method could significantly suppress geometric artifacts and obtain high quality images for interior tomography with less imaging cost and faster speed compared with the traditional geometric calibration method with a dedicated calibration phantom.展开更多

This was a si...The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) was formally signed by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN) countries, along with China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. This was a significant step towards regional integration in the Asia-Pacific region. Analysing the trade structure among member states is crucial in understanding the path to regional integration and policy implications of regional cooperation within the RCEP framework. Based on subdivided commodity data, this study reviews the evolution of merchandise trade in the RCEP region in the past two decades. It investigates the current trade structure of the RCEP, emphasising the relative importance of intra-regional versus extra-regional interdependence and the trade asymmetry of the regional members. The results of the study are as follows: First, the overall extent of regional trade integration in the RCEP region increased modestly from 2001 to 2018, indicating that the RCEP region was export-oriented and there was significant room for further expansion of regional trade. Second, most of the commodities traded in the RCEP region demonstrated much higher extra-regional interdependence than intra-regional in 2018, particularly labor-, capital-, and technology-intensive products such as television and radio apparatus. Third, the trade networks of the top five traded commodities were distinguished by large economic asymmetries, with China, Japan, and South Korea being the dominant regional powers. These findings have significant implications for understanding how to promote regional integration and cooperation. Besides expanding intra-regional trade, outward-oriented factors influenced by the regional powers—including consolidating the global advantages of manufacturing, stabilizing supply chains by including large resource countries, and attracting extra-regional investments—were also the main rationales for the conclusion of the RCEP.展开更多

They are defined as variants of betweeuness centrality and consider to what extent a node belongs to shortest paths between nodes from different groups. In this article we make the following new contributions to their study: (1) We systematically study unnormalized gefura measures and show that, next to the 'structural' normalization that has hitherto been applied, a 'basic' normalization procedure is possible. While the former normalizes at the level of groups, the latter normalizes at the level of nodes. (2) Treating undirected networks as equivalent to symmetric directed networks, we expand the definition of gefura measures to the directed case. (3) It is shown how Brandes' algorithm for betweenness centrality can be adjusted to cover these cases.展开更多

文摘The interior tomography is commonly met in practice, whereas the self-calibration method for geometric parameters remains far from explored. To determine the geometry of interior tomography, a modified interval subdividing based method, which was originally developed by Tan et al.,^[11] was presented in this paper. For the self-calibration method, it is necessary to obtain the reconstructed image with only geometric artifacts. Therefore, truncation artifacts reduction is a key problem for the self-calibration method of an interior tomography. In the method, an interior reconstruction algorithm instead of the Feldkamp-Davis-Kress (FDK) algorithm was employed for truncation artifact reduction. Moreover, the concept of a minimum interval was defined as the stop criterion of subdividing to ensure the geometric parameters are determined nicely. The results of numerical simulation demonstrated that our method could provide a solution to the self- calibration for interior tomography while the original interval subdividing based method could not. Furthermore, real data experiment results showed that our method could significantly suppress geometric artifacts and obtain high quality images for interior tomography with less imaging cost and faster speed compared with the traditional geometric calibration method with a dedicated calibration phantom.

文摘The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) was formally signed by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN) countries, along with China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. This was a significant step towards regional integration in the Asia-Pacific region. Analysing the trade structure among member states is crucial in understanding the path to regional integration and policy implications of regional cooperation within the RCEP framework. Based on subdivided commodity data, this study reviews the evolution of merchandise trade in the RCEP region in the past two decades. It investigates the current trade structure of the RCEP, emphasising the relative importance of intra-regional versus extra-regional interdependence and the trade asymmetry of the regional members. The results of the study are as follows: First, the overall extent of regional trade integration in the RCEP region increased modestly from 2001 to 2018, indicating that the RCEP region was export-oriented and there was significant room for further expansion of regional trade. Second, most of the commodities traded in the RCEP region demonstrated much higher extra-regional interdependence than intra-regional in 2018, particularly labor-, capital-, and technology-intensive products such as television and radio apparatus. Third, the trade networks of the top five traded commodities were distinguished by large economic asymmetries, with China, Japan, and South Korea being the dominant regional powers. These findings have significant implications for understanding how to promote regional integration and cooperation. Besides expanding intra-regional trade, outward-oriented factors influenced by the regional powers—including consolidating the global advantages of manufacturing, stabilizing supply chains by including large resource countries, and attracting extra-regional investments—were also the main rationales for the conclusion of the RCEP.

文摘In some networks nodes belong to predefined groups (e.g., authors belong to institutions). Common network cen- trality measures do not take this structure into account. Gefura measures are designed as indicators of a node's brokerage role between such groups. They are defined as variants of betweeuness centrality and consider to what extent a node belongs to shortest paths between nodes from different groups. In this article we make the following new contributions to their study: (1) We systematically study unnormalized gefura measures and show that, next to the 'structural' normalization that has hitherto been applied, a 'basic' normalization procedure is possible. While the former normalizes at the level of groups, the latter normalizes at the level of nodes. (2) Treating undirected networks as equivalent to symmetric directed networks, we expand the definition of gefura measures to the directed case. (3) It is shown how Brandes' algorithm for betweenness centrality can be adjusted to cover these cases.
文摘On August 23, 1985, a great earthquake (Ms=7.4) occurred at southern Wuqia County, Western Xinjiang. It brought devastation to people in this area. Earthquakes occurring in this region present apparently regular pattern in time-space distribution and may be correlated with the variation of sunspot cycles. Hence, the Wuqia earthquake of 1985 may serve as one of the best examples, which, based on multidisciplinary study, might be successfully forecast in middle-term sense.

文摘The locality yielding the endoliths under present study lies at Maidiping, 14 km south of the township of Emei County, Sichuan Province, China, where the fossils occur within a 38.42m thick phosphatic dolomite sequence stratigraphically known as the Maidiping Formation. Its lower boundary with Hongchunping Formation is defined at the lowest occurrence of the small shelly fossils, by which its age is dated as equivalent to Meishucunian.
