The Connotation Construction of Agriculture-related Majors in the Vocational Schools

Taking the case of vocational schools in Xuzhou City,we analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by the connotation construction of agriculture-related majors in vocational schools. And we discuss the focus of connotation construction of agriculture-related majors,by establishing one theme,building two aspects,deepening three reforms and highlighting four tasks,aiming to make the connotation construction of agriculture-related majors get somewhere,and provide strong support for agricultural science and technology innovation. Finally we put forth measures for the connotation construction of agriculture-related majors.

Distribution of Value-added Income of Collective Construction Land Entering the Market Based on the Subject Input Contribution and TOPSIS

In order to promote the revitalization and development of rural areas and protect the property rights of farmers,it is necessary to explore the reasonable distribution ratio of land value-added income in collective operating construction land.Under the existing land value-added income distribution model,the land value-added income obtained by the government is much greater than that of village collectives,and it is difficult for village collectives and farmers to enjoy greater benefits.This distribution model is not conducive to protecting the property rights of farmers.The results show that there was a positive correlation between land value-added income and land level,that is,the higher the land level was,the higher the value-added income and its ratio to the market transaction price were.According to calculation,the reasonable distribution ratio of the value-added income of collective operating construction land entering the market among the government,village collectives and farmers was 28.6%,51.1%,and 20.3%respectively.The actual land value-added income obtained by farmers was greatly improved compared with the current situation.In actual operation,this distribution mode has universal applicability.The reform of entering the market in the future also needs to raise the standards for entering the market,explore diversified interest protection channels,and strengthen the construction of rural collective management system.

Teaching of Subject-Based English to Non-English Majors

Subject-Based English is an important part in college English for non-English major students and an effective way to help them to complete the transition from language learning to its practical application.In this paper,the author discusses the significance of setting up subject-based English,the teaching materials for subject-based English and focus on teaching model and teaching method.Based on this new teaching concept,in teaching process,Task-driven approach is recommended.In fact Task-driven teaching method is based on communicative approach and the theory of structuralism.They can accomplish certain learning tasks via necessary cooperation.By a large number of practice activities planed,they can improve their application skills in English listening,speaking,reading,writing and translation further.

Research on the Separable and Combinable Object NP Construction

There is a separable and combinable object NP construction in modern Chinese.The modifier or the central part of it can be moved forward to the beginning as the topic.The combined construction delivers the objective expression,while the separated construction implies the subjective understanding.The transformation is driven by pragmatic factors.Firstly,the article discusses the combined and the separated constructions meanings.Secondly,the article analyzes the form differences which are caused by their meanings.At last,the article discusses the discourse function variation caused by the form transformation and introduces the objective and subjective differences of human natural language expression.

“Cantonese Cuisine Master”project is an important policy proposed by China to inherit Cantonese Cuisine culture,promote employment,and achieve targeted poverty reduction and rural revitalization.Confronted with the demands of more diverse education,it is an essential opportunity and task for the education system to consider how to construct high-quality online courses and pursue higher-quality“Cantonese Cuisine Master”projects in line with the new era.This paper,based on the theory of instructional media and information processing theory,will further clarify the demand,dilemma,and developing strategy of online course construction for culinary majors,and explore its construction and practice with the example of“A Bite of Teochew Cuisine,”a Guangdong first-class course.

Interpretation of the Construction of Socialist New Countryside

Several old problems in the new countryside construction at present are analyzed.For instance the land transfer mechanism is not flexible,land problems have restricted the development of agricultural industrialization;farmers still have serious problems in income increase and lack the rational investment and consumption awareness;farmers receive low level of education and their cultural qualities are general poor;for a long time,legalization and democratization process of rural grass-roots organizations has been lagged behind.Causations for problems in the new countryside construction are various,such as lacking the subject consciousness,a long-term mechanism,industrial support and capital input.Finally,several new ideas about the construction of socialist new countryside are put forward,including speeding up the development of modern agriculture and doing everything possible to increase the income of farmers;paying attention to the development of civilized villages and towns and doing everything possible to enrich the knowledge of farmers;accelerating the establishment of long-term mechanism and gathering the ideas of farmers to the maximum extent;fully integrating project funds and constructing the socialist new countryside.

冷冻胚胎主体性证成及认定规则的建构

体外受精-胚胎移植技术不断完善,给不孕不育家庭带来了福音,然而由于立法的不完善,冷冻胚胎的法律属性尚未明确规定,实践中极易产生纠纷。以人类辅助生殖技术获取的冷冻胚胎,承载着不孕夫妻的情感寄托,基于法律天理人情,应当具有“准主体”和“准客体”的双重法律属性。在对冷冻胚胎的主体性权益受到损害进行认定时,应当以胚胎移植时间作为其权利能力的赋予依据,可以有效地解决“冷冻胚胎究竟是偏物多一点,还是偏人多一点”的问题,不仅有利于统一司法决策,也有助于限制法官的自由裁量权。

作为一级学科,中共党史党建学要有源自并属于本学科的理论,中共党史党建学理论是必设的二级学科。搭建中共党史党建学理论自主的整体性框架,主要包括基本结构层面和功能运行层面。前者针对的是内部组成要素,涉及本体论、认识论和方法论;后者则针对研究过程中的边界与操作,从学理上将中共党史党建学理论研究同史学理论研究、政治学理论研究等相邻学科理论区分开来。作为独立的学科,中共党史党建学理论既不要理论依附、理论移植,也不要理论泛化,而是基于理论与实践通过有机联动、相互支撑、共同发展等手段而最终定型。中共党史党建学理论,不仅能够促进学科建设,更有利于服务中国共产党的治国理政。

人工智能艺术家何以可能?

不具备主体性的人工智能不可能成为真正意义上的艺术家。人工智能艺术家何以可能的前提是人工智能能够拥有自我意识。目前的人工智能艺术创作事实上还是一种人类主体性参与的创作方式以及“人在环内”的人机交互模式,其意向性依然是人类在把控,并没有离开人类主体性的参与,即自我意识的投射。但科学发展的趋势似乎给我们展示了越来越大的可能性,让人们对那个“奇点”的到来充满着想象。自我意识始于反思,“涌现”是复杂系统在一定的组织层次上出现的新特性。有研究进展表明,自指结构的实现以及复杂系统的因果涌现很可能让人工智能产生自我意识,从而成为人工智能艺术家何以可能的关键技术路径。从人工智能存在形态的分析出发,可以大致梳理出人工智能艺术家的三种可能的形态进路:拟人无具身形态、拟人+具身形态和蜂群AI(集合AI)形态。而人工智能艺术家何以可能的系统构建可从动机——人工智能为何需要艺术,沿袭与变化——人工智能审美活动可能如何进行,创造性——人工智能艺术家的身份要件等三方面来进行辨析。

数智技术时代的中国档案学学科发展

数智技术,直接导致我国千行百业的原始数据形成,其管理正发生前所未有的变化。为适应从人人相连走向万物智联的大数据安全管理,需要对我国高等教育相关学科专业进行系统研究。梳理数字技术对我国组织的业务活动及其原始记录形成和管理的作用影响之后,提出传统的“中国档案学”学科将演进为“档案大数据工程”学科。并且指出,档案大数据工程学科高等教育包括“管理文秘”“数据资源管理”“大数据技术”等专业,尝试提出以上几个专业建设的发展方向。

课程思政融入电类专业教材建设研究

按照教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》要求,让所有高校、所有教师、所有课程都承担好育人责任,守好一段渠、种好责任田,使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,将显性教育和隐性教育相统一,形成协同效应,构建全员全程全方位育人大格局。教材建设成为各高校开展课程思政的重要抓手。以徐州工程学院《电气控制与PLC技术》教材建设为例,从与课程相关的行业及应用中充分挖掘思政元素,并结合服务地方应用型本科高校的人才培养目标,将思政元素融入教材建设中,以实现立德树人与“三全育人”的目标,为高校电类专业课程思政提供借鉴。
