This article is devoted to the research of the mechanisms of suggestive influence represented in professional layers–prosecutors and attorneys–speech within the English law discourse on the material of a particular ...This article is devoted to the research of the mechanisms of suggestive influence represented in professional layers–prosecutors and attorneys–speech within the English law discourse on the material of a particular witness examination part of the court procedure.Some basic suggestive strategies and tactics used in this step and brief characteristics of their intentiality and ways of representation are presented.It is stated that suggestion as a means of persuasion and manipulation on a psyche is possible only due to the existence of a certain mechanism which gives a person an opportunity to perceive the suggested influences and reflect them.The authors suppose that the analysis of an effective manipulation of professional opponents–a plaintiff and a defendant(some basic suggestive-psychological algorithms used at the opening statement as well as suggestive strategies,tactics and methods applied)might considerably enhance the perspectives of studying characteristic features of law discourse thus allowing to get closer to the understanding of how a person’s brain works as well as the nature of consciousness and subconsciousness together with the anthropocentric approach aimed at realization of manipulation/suggestion within the situation of an institutional communication.展开更多
The establishment of a unified land use classification system is the basis for realizing the unified management of land and sea,urban and rural areas,and aboveground and underground space.In November 2020,the Ministry...The establishment of a unified land use classification system is the basis for realizing the unified management of land and sea,urban and rural areas,and aboveground and underground space.In November 2020,the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China issued the Classification Guide for Land and Space Survey,Planning and Use Control of Land and Sea(for Trial Implementation),which aims to establish a national unified land and sea use classification system,lay an important foundation for scientific planning and unified management of natural resources,rational use and protection of natural resources,and speed up the construction of a new pattern of land and space development and protection.However,there are still some obvious shortcomings in the Classification Guide.This paper analyzes some problems existing in this classification standard from three aspects of logicality,rigorousness and comprehensiveness,and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.This has important practical significance to better guiding the practice of land use and land resources management,and then to achieving the goal of unified management of natural resources.展开更多

Methods The US drug patent linkage system was studied through literature review methods and then the protection of the interests of generic drug companies in the drug-patent linkage system was explored based on the Cournot model. Results and Conclusion The policy of improving the quality of generic drugs and increasing the spillover effect of technology is more beneficial to generic drug companies. Based on the results, some policy suggestions are put forward, such as the implementation of the simplified application system for generic drugs and the consistency evaluation of generic drugs.展开更多

文摘Taking representative hotels in Guangzhou City for examples,this study investigated ecological waterscape designs in those hotels from the perspective of eco-design of animals and plants,water and bank.It was proposed that the eco-design of animals and plants requires the scientific application and combination of indigenous plants to protect bio-diversity and create a balanced ecosystem;eco-design of water should focus on the construction of an excellent water circulation system;eco-design of bank should help enhance the relationship between waterscapes and viewers,and satisfy human's nature of loving water.Besides,problems in those hotel waterscape designs were also analyzed and corresponding suggestions put forward,for example,in view of ecological problems in the design of water circulation system and the improvement of water quality,it was proposed that a water eco-balance system should be created and water kept clean;in view of security problems caused by polluted water,protective measures should be taken to guarantee safety of customers;as for those waterscapes with poor landscape effects,various means could be applied to improve its quality and show its best artistic effects;the overall planning of waterscape operation and maintenance should be enhanced to save water resources and operation cost.
