Development Estimation of Cultural Relic Parks Based on the Living Development of Heritage:A Case Study of Xiao Mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty in Nanjing

Taking Xiao Mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty in Nanjing City for example,IPAT conceptual model of the system dynamics was introduced to construct the ROMCPE living development mode suitable for monument parks centering on protection of the authenticity.Through estimating tourist resources,tourism originality,evaluation of living market,capital investment for living development,policy guarantee for the living development,and environmental quality for living development of the Xiao Mausoleum,it was found that the overall resources of the scenic area are in good conditions,but its living development remains in an average level.In view of this,it was suggested that the living development of the Xiao Mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty can be promoted by improving creativity of high-and middle-level management staff,using resource advantages,distributing capital investment reasonably,and applying suitable marketing modes.

Evolution History and Development Trend of Industrialized Live Pig Breeding Model in China

Tremendous achievements of live pig industry in China are closely related to the industrialization of the industry,and development trend of the latter is essential for maintaining sustained and stable development of animal husbandry.The paper,on the basis of defining the evolution of industrialized live pig breeding model,elaborated the industrialized operation models of live pig industry in China since 1978,i.e.household operation,large-scale operation,and industrialized operation.The external environment for the development of live pig industry was analyzed,such as global economic competition,development of experience economy,and stronger green consciousness of consumers.Then development trend of industrialized live pig breeding was analyzed as"expanding international market,consolidating domestic market,integrating resources of live pig industry for the integrated operation,promoting the industrialization model and breeding technology driven by live pig processing,applying animal welfare and the internet of things in live pig breeding industry".

For People's Right to Safety Of Lives and Health——On development of health-related human rights in China

Medical and health work constitutes the prerequisite to protection of the people's right to safety of lives and health. Over the past decades, the Chinese Government has spared no effort in this regard and, as a result, the Chinese people's health has significantly improved. In the nationwide fight against the SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) epidemic in the first half of 2003, the Government placed the health of the Chinese people and the safety of their lives above everything else. With a huge input of human, financial and material resources, the country won a decisive victory over the epidemic. Following is the full text of an interview by Human Rights with Gao Qiang, executive vice-minister of the Ministry of Health, on China's medical and health work and how it is related to protection of human rights.

Theoretical and Empirical Analysis on Influence Factors of Modern Agricultural Equipment Level in the Processof Agricultural Sustainable Development

To promote modem agricultural equipment level is one characteristic of constructing and developing modem agriculture in China. This paper makes up stepwise linear regression analysis model of influence factors of modem agricultural equipment level, and chooses rural labor, per capita income of rural residents, rural investment, proportion of people at secondary education level and at higher level in per hundred rural labor force and arable land area as independent variables, and total power of machine as induced variable. The major results show that the relativity of modem ag- ricultural equipment level, rural investment and education level of peasants is remarkable, and they are the major influence factors of modem agricultural equipment level. Raising investment level of rural infrastructure construction as well as and research and devel- opment and promotion of advanced and applicable modem agricultural equipment, improving quality and education level of peasants can accelerate the development of China＇s modern agricultural equipment effectively in the process of agricultural sustainable development.

基于“自然屯—行政区”复合单元的乡村“三生空间”功能协调评价研究——以贵州省安顺市西秀区为例

统筹乡村区域“三生空间”协调有序发展,是破解乡村之间不平衡发展的重要方式。在国土空间全域、全要素统筹的背景下,乡村基层单元的空间冲突与适配矛盾仍普遍存在,但与之对应促进区域协调的单元调整方案却十分匮乏。研究以贵州省安顺市西秀区为例,在“自然屯—行政区”单元的基础上构建满足乡村“三生空间”协调统筹需求的新评价单元。为探究地理单元、行政单元、复合单元对功能协调评价的差异适配性,构建“三生空间”功能评价体系和耦合协调度模型,并以空间相关性模型比较3类单元下耦合协调度的空间相关性程度,识别“三生空间”相互冲突的典型区域。结果表明:生产、生活、生态空间功能协调度在3类单元中呈现出不同的空间相关性,在复合单元中表现最为显著,这表明“自然屯—行政区”复合单元更适合作为促进乡村区域整体协调的基本载体。同时,西秀区“三生空间”相互冲突的区域在空间上呈现出明显聚集特点,研究结合复合单元的划定结果,进一步提出“三生空间”功能互补的针对性策略。

学习运用“千万工程”经验建设宜居宜业和美乡村的实践与思考——以成都市龙泉驿区为例

对标浙江“千万工程”的主要做法,当前宜居宜业和美乡村建设中还存在都市现代农业现代化水平不高、高品质乡村消费场景发展滞后、村庄发展的基本面貌较为落后和共建共治共享的机制尚未建立等方面的问题,这需要从基层党组织建设、人居环境整治、产业发展、城乡融合和乡村善治等方面入手,打造生态“宜居”、生产“宜业”、生活“和美”的乡村发展新格局。

Live Journal An Initiative to Enrich a Teacher-Educators＇ Conference

Case study research investigated the launching of an innovative Live Journal, as part of a professional social network, during international conference held in Israel on the subject of teacher training. Research literature notes various publications used to record research and academic materials, but talks less about tools accompanying academic conferences. As far as could be ascertained no online ＂live journal＂ has served the needs of a professional conference. To understand the process and contribution of the Live Journal, qualitative study was chosen, using categorical analysis to interpret materials uploaded by participants on the journal. Additionally, in-depth interviews exposed participants＇ voices and interpretations. The research aimed to identify factors encouraging or hindering the initiative＇s success, patterns of participation, participants＇ characteristics, writing styles and incumbent difficulties and aimed to present a model for optimal operation of the Live Journal. Findings indicate essential components for the journal＇s success include： participants, technology and marketing, noting the importance of each component and their correlation with other components. The journal＇s potential to assist construction of a professional community, and act as an impetus for professional development and familiarity with other professionals in the field indicates the importance of the journal and constitutes the key for success.

透析乡村直播助农体系 建设中的共生逻辑与路径——基于华中J县H村的田野调查

直播正在成为乡村经济发展的新兴力量,然而让直播嵌入乡村的经济、社会与文化体系需要协调各方利益关系,如何让直播更好地助力乡村振兴成为时代命题。通过进入华中J县H村,研究发现乡村干部和村级组织在直播助农中重要的在地作用:通过将政府、村民、资本与技术连接,从纵向引导乡村内部行动主体从自发到自为再到共生,激发内生发展动力;从横向推动直播助农的组织化与制度化,形成利益共同体,走出一条具有中国特色的乡村发展道路。直播助农的关键在于村庄内部的联结与共生,在于对村民的本体重视,其长远的发展目标是乡村治理的数字转型,促进乡村各要素的和谐共生,最终实现乡村现代化。

基于“三生”协同发展理念与中国式现代化5大特征的内在逻辑关系阐释,构建中国式现代化发展测度指标体系,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型定量测度江苏省及其各设区市中国式现代化发展水平和结构,并以淮安市为例进行重点分析.结果表明:江苏省中国式现代化发展水平和结构总体进入后疫情时期的恢复和调整阶段;当前淮安市中国式现代化发展存在的主要问题表现在人口规模巨大的现代化发展内生动力不足、全体人民共同富裕的现代化发展不充分问题凸显、人与自然和谐共生的现代化发展潜力有待挖掘等方面,究其本质,在于发展不充分、不均衡.因此,重构产业技术体系、优化产业空间体系、完善产业服务体系,构建城乡一体的现代化产业体系是破解淮安市中国式现代化发展难题的重要路径.

针刺丘墟透照海联合运动发育推拿法治疗小儿痉挛性脑瘫临床研究

目的:观察针刺丘墟透照海联合运动发育推拿法对小儿痉挛性脑瘫患者运动发育及肌张力的影响。方法:选取痉挛性脑瘫患儿90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。2组均采用运动发育推拿法,观察组加用针刺丘墟透照海治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后运动发育、肌张力、运动功能、日常生活活动能力、F波波幅、刺激阈值。结果:观察组总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS-2)评分、粗大运动功能(GMFM88)量表评分、日常生活活动能力评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组改良Ashworth痉挛量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组F波波幅低于治疗前,刺激阈值高于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组F波波幅低于对照组,刺激阈值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺丘墟透照海联合运动发育推拿法治疗小儿痉挛性脑瘫效果明显,可有效改善运动发育,降低肌张力,提高日常生活活动能力。

活载体疫苗是以细菌或病毒作为载体表达外源抗原和治疗因子的载体系统,具有安全性高、毒力返祖风险低、成本低,可诱导免疫机体产生高水平的体液免疫、细胞免疫或黏膜免疫等优点,是目前最具发展潜力的基因工程疫苗之一,在动物疫病防控领域应用较多。病毒载体包括DNA病毒(如腺病毒、腺相关病毒和痘病毒等)和RNA病毒(如新城疫病毒、流感病毒等);细菌载体包括减毒致病菌与非致病菌两类,主要包括乳酸菌、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌等。活载体疫苗常用的抗原呈递策略有载体-宿主平衡致死系统、微生物表面展示系统。多种疫苗载体的开发及抗原呈递策略的选择,使得活载体疫苗的使用价值最大化。不同载体疫苗在预防疫病方面均有不同优缺点,应根据实际情况选择最优最适合的活载体疫苗。本文综述了动物疫病防控领域的病毒和细菌活载体疫苗研究进展及其抗原呈递方式,以期为活载体疫苗的进一步研究提供参考。
