Electrocatalytic urea synthesis via coupling of nitrate with CO_(2)is considered as a promising alternative to the industrial urea synthetic process.However,the requirement of sub-reaction(NO_(3)RR and CO_(2)RR)activi...Electrocatalytic urea synthesis via coupling of nitrate with CO_(2)is considered as a promising alternative to the industrial urea synthetic process.However,the requirement of sub-reaction(NO_(3)RR and CO_(2)RR)activities for efficient urea synthesis is not clear and the related reaction mechanisms remain obscure.Here,the construction,breaking,and rebuilding of the sub-reaction activity balance would be accompanied by the corresponding regulation in urea synthesis,and the balance of sub-reaction activities was proven to play a vital role in efficient urea synthesis.With rational design,a urea yield rate of 610.6 mg h−1 gcat.−1 was realized on the N-doped carbon electrocatalyst,superior to that of noble-metal electrocatalysts.Based on the operando SRFTIR measurements,we proposed that urea synthesis arises from the coupling of^(*)NO and^(*)CO to generate the key intermediate of^(*)OCNO.This work provides new insights and guidelines into urea synthesis from the aspect of activity balance.展开更多

Its structure was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR-MS. The phloretin, compound 1, resveratrol and acetylated resveratrol were determined by comparing them with paclitaxel. Anti-tumor activity of alcohol on SPC-A1, EC109, A549, MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines. Compound 1 showed better antitumor activity than docetaxel against A549 tumor cells.展开更多
Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using aqueous extracts of orange and lemon peels, as a reducing agent, and silver nitrate salts as a source of silver ions is a promising field of research due to the ve...Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using aqueous extracts of orange and lemon peels, as a reducing agent, and silver nitrate salts as a source of silver ions is a promising field of research due to the versatility of biomedical applications of metal nanoparticles. In this paper, AgNPs were synthetized at different reaction parameters such as the type and concentration of the extracts, metal salt concentration, temperature, speed stirring, and pH. The antibacterial properties of the obtained silver nanoparticles against E. coli, as well as the physical and chemical characteristics of the synthesized silver nanoparticles, were investigated. UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to confirm the formation of AgNPs. In addition to green biogenic synthesis, chemical synthesis of silver nanoparticles was also carried out. The optimal temperature for extraction was 65˚C, while for the synthesis of AgNPs was 35˚C. The synthesis is carried out in an acidic environment (pH = 4.7 orange and pH = 3.8 lemon), neutral (pH = 7) and alkaline (pH = 10), then for different concentrations of silver nitrate solution (0.5 mM - 1 mM), optimal time duration of the reaction was 60 min and optimal stirring speed rotation was 250 rpm on the magnetic stirrer. The physical properties of the synthesized silver nanoparticles (conductivity, density and refractive index) were also studied, and the passage of laser light through the obtained solution and distilled water was compared. Positive inhibitory effect on the growth of new Escherichia coli colonies have shown AgNPs synthesized at a basic pH value and at a 0.1 mM AgNO<sub>3</sub> using orange or lemon peel extract, while for a 0.5 mM AgNO<sub>3 </sub>using lemon peel extract.展开更多
Aiming at improving the properties of magnesia carbon materials,silicon aluminum carbide(Al_(4)SiC_(4))containing materials were prepared using industrial aluminum powder,silicon carbide powder,and graphite as raw mat...Aiming at improving the properties of magnesia carbon materials,silicon aluminum carbide(Al_(4)SiC_(4))containing materials were prepared using industrial aluminum powder,silicon carbide powder,and graphite as raw materials,and activated alumina powder as an additive,mixing thoroughly,pressing into cylinders and then firing at 1200℃for 30 min in a carbon embedded atmosphere by the microwave method.The effects of the aluminum powder addition(20%and 24%,by mass)and activated alumina powder addition(0,3%,5%and 7%,by mass)on the microwave synthesis of Al_(4)SiC_(4) as well as the effect of the obtained Al_(4)SiC_(4) containing material on the properties of magnesia carbon bricks were studied.The results show that:compared with the samples with 20%aluminum powder,those with 24%aluminum powder generate more Al_(4)SiC_(4).With the activated alumina powder addition increasing from 0 to 7%,the amount of Al_(4)SiC_(4) generated increases first and then decreases.Compared with the sample without activated alumina powder,the samples with activated alumina powder show lower bulk density and higher apparent porosity.With the activated alumina powder addition increasing from 3%to 7%,the bulk density of the samples increases first and then decreases,while the apparent porosity of the samples shows an opposite trend.The optimal additions are 24%aluminum powder and 5%activated alumina powder,and Al_(4)SiC_(4) synthesized in this sample has a hexagonal plate structure.With the synthesized Al_(4)SiC_(4) containing material added,the magnesia carbon brick has slightly increased cold modulus of rupture,basically the same modulus of elasticity and improved oxidation resistance.展开更多

It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5)A, β= 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm^3,μ = 0.658 mml, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.展开更多
(La, N) co-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized using TiC14 sol-gel autoignidng synthesis (SAS) starting from a complex compound system of TiCl4-La(NO3)3-citric acid-NH4NO3-NHyH2O, in which the (La, N) c...(La, N) co-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized using TiC14 sol-gel autoignidng synthesis (SAS) starting from a complex compound system of TiCl4-La(NO3)3-citric acid-NH4NO3-NHyH2O, in which the (La, N) co-doped process was accompushed in the formation of TiO2 nanocrystals. The prepared samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The results indicated that nitrogen and lanthanum were incorporated into the lattice and interstices of titania nanocrystals, which resulted in narrowing the band gap and promoting the separation of photoexcited hole-electron pairs, respectively, and showing expected red-shifts and enhanced photocatalytic activity under visible light. The mechanism on nitrogen doping and enhancement in photocatalyfic activity of (La, N) co-doped titania by SAS was discussed in detail.展开更多

Their structures were confirmed by NMR and HRMS spectrum. Their cytotoxic activities against six tumor cell lines were tested by the standard MTT assay in vitro. The results indicated that four analogues (1A-1C, 1E) with solubilizing moieties showed selective potent cytotoxicity against HepG2, HeLa and CT26 cell lines, and analogue 1A and 1C exhibited more potent cytotoxicity than curcumin against CT26 cell line. It was suggested that introduction of appropriate substituents to 4-position of phenyl group might be a potential option for structural modification of curcumin.展开更多

N_2 physisorption and CO chemisorption were carried out to investigate the pore size distribution and th...Ten kinds of activated carbon from different raw materials were used as supports to prepare ruthenium catalysts. N_2 physisorption and CO chemisorption were carried out to investigate the pore size distribution and the ruthenium dispersion of the catalysts. It was found that the Ru dispersion of the catalyst was closely related to not only the texture of carbon support but also the purity of activated carbon. The activities of a series of the carbon-supported barium-promoted Ru catalysts for ammonia synthesis were measured at 425 ℃, 10 0 MPa and 10 000 h -1. The result shows that the same raw material activated carbon, with a high purity, high surface area, large pore volume and reasonable pore size distribution might disperse ruthenium and promoter sufficiently, which activated carbon as support, could be used to manufacture ruthenium catalyst with a high activity for ammonia synthesis. The different raw material activated carbon as the support would greatly influence the catalytic properties of the ruthenium catalyst for ammonia synthesis. For example, with coconut shell carbon(AC1) as the support, the ammonia concentration in the effluent was 13 17% over 4%Ru-BaO/AC1 catalyst, while with the desulfurized coal carbon(AC10) as the support, that in the effluent was only 1 37% over 4%Ru-BaO/AC10 catalyst.展开更多

The scavenging activity of genistein and five lanthanides complexes on the hydroxyl free radicals (OH·) was also investigated by spectrophotometric methods. 文摘The title compound 4-(5-((2,4-dichlorobenzyl)thio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3- yl)pyridine (C20HI4CI2N4S) was synthesized, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.885(5), b = 8.597(2), c = 16.144(5)A,β= 114.505(4)°, V= 1879.8(10) A3, Z= 8 and R = 0.0320 for 3108 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has activities against Stemphylium lyeopersici (Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum, sp. cueumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea with inhibitory to be 53.57%, 66.67% and 24.44%, respectively.

文摘A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5)A, β= 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm^3,μ = 0.658 mml, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.
文摘(La, N) co-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized using TiC14 sol-gel autoignidng synthesis (SAS) starting from a complex compound system of TiCl4-La(NO3)3-citric acid-NH4NO3-NHyH2O, in which the (La, N) co-doped process was accompushed in the formation of TiO2 nanocrystals. The prepared samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The results indicated that nitrogen and lanthanum were incorporated into the lattice and interstices of titania nanocrystals, which resulted in narrowing the band gap and promoting the separation of photoexcited hole-electron pairs, respectively, and showing expected red-shifts and enhanced photocatalytic activity under visible light. The mechanism on nitrogen doping and enhancement in photocatalyfic activity of (La, N) co-doped titania by SAS was discussed in detail.
文摘In order to probe the effect of C-2(S)-substituted groups in the antibacterial activity,a series of novel C-2(S)-substituted pleuromutilin analogues of SB-225586 were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial activity.The results of antibacterial activities indicated that C-2(S)-substituted pleuromutilin derivatives retained appreciable antibacterial activity,and the 2-fluorination compounds 6a and 6b are more potent than the corresponding 2-hydroxylation analogues 7a and 7b.

It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.7147(5), b = 11.7935(5), c = 13.6620(5) A, α = 69.755(7)°, β = 66.182(6)°, γ = 72.100(7)°, Dc = 1.423 g/cm^3, Z = 4, V = 1588.88(11) A^3, the final R = 0.0347 and wR = 0.1005 for 7171 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound has antifungal activities against Fusarium oxysporum, Pseudomonas syringae, Corynespora mazei and Botrytis cinerea at 100 μg/mL as 5.19%, 53.50%, 88.55% and 70.62%, respectively. The docking results indicated the hydrogen bonds formed between the compound and SHD.

文摘Thirteen novel sulfonylureas containing thiadiazole moiety were synthesized in a two-step reaction. Their structures were determined using IR, ^1H NMR, HRFTMS, and elemental analysis. Herbicidal activities of these compounds were determined in the green house bio-assay. The results show that four compounds among them exhibit some activity toward four tested herbs.

The structures of these new compounds were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Biological evaluation in the greenhouse showed several compounds have good fungicidal activities at 25 mg/L.

文摘The title compound N-(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)-N'-[5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]urea(C17H9F5N4O2S,Mr = 428.34) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate,and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 10.7316(13),b = 10.5617(13),c = 16.037(2) ,β = 106.408(2)°,V = 1743.6(4) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.632 g/cm3,μ = 0.260 mm-1,F(000) = 864,the final R = 0.0599 and wR = 0.1420 for 3467 observed reflections with I〉 2σ(I).The urea group,which adopts a planar configuration mediated by the intramolecular N-H...O hydrogen bond,is nearly coplanar with the thiadiazole and 4-trifluoromethylbenzene rings.The title compound was found to exhibit good fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea.
文摘Five novel curcumin analogues bearing different substituents at 4-position of phenyl group were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by NMR and HRMS spectrum. Their cytotoxic activities against six tumor cell lines were tested by the standard MTT assay in vitro. The results indicated that four analogues (1A-1C, 1E) with solubilizing moieties showed selective potent cytotoxicity against HepG2, HeLa and CT26 cell lines, and analogue 1A and 1C exhibited more potent cytotoxicity than curcumin against CT26 cell line. It was suggested that introduction of appropriate substituents to 4-position of phenyl group might be a potential option for structural modification of curcumin.

文摘The title compound 1,5-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-(4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl)-pentane-1,5-dione (C22H22N2O4S, Mr=410.49) has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbaldehyde with 4-methoxyacetophenone, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, H RMS, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=11.159(3), b=9.002(3), c=20.192(6), β=93.393(5)°, Z=4, V=2024.6(10) 3 , Dc=1.347 g/cm3 , μ=0.191 mm-1 , F(000)=864, R=0.0333 and wR (I〉2σ (I))=0.0840. In this molecule, the 1,2,3-thiadiazol ring is nearly vertical with both phenyl rings, and intermolecular weak hydrogen bonds of C-H…O and C-H…N types together with π-π stacking interactions and interactions between S(1)…N(2) are observed. The above three kinds of interactions extend the molecules into a two-dimensional layer framework. The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound had fungicidal activity.

文摘Ten kinds of activated carbon from different raw materials were used as supports to prepare ruthenium catalysts. N_2 physisorption and CO chemisorption were carried out to investigate the pore size distribution and the ruthenium dispersion of the catalysts. It was found that the Ru dispersion of the catalyst was closely related to not only the texture of carbon support but also the purity of activated carbon. The activities of a series of the carbon-supported barium-promoted Ru catalysts for ammonia synthesis were measured at 425 ℃, 10 0 MPa and 10 000 h -1. The result shows that the same raw material activated carbon, with a high purity, high surface area, large pore volume and reasonable pore size distribution might disperse ruthenium and promoter sufficiently, which activated carbon as support, could be used to manufacture ruthenium catalyst with a high activity for ammonia synthesis. The different raw material activated carbon as the support would greatly influence the catalytic properties of the ruthenium catalyst for ammonia synthesis. For example, with coconut shell carbon(AC1) as the support, the ammonia concentration in the effluent was 13 17% over 4%Ru-BaO/AC1 catalyst, while with the desulfurized coal carbon(AC10) as the support, that in the effluent was only 1 37% over 4%Ru-BaO/AC10 catalyst.
文摘Six genistein lanthanide complexes, LnL_2 (OAc)·nH_2O [Ln=La(Ⅲ), Sm(Ⅲ), Eu(Ⅲ), Gd(Ⅲ), (Tb(Ⅲ),) Dy(Ⅲ); L=genistein; n=4, 7, 8] were synthesized and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, (()~1H) NMR spectra and molar conductivity. The scavenging activity of genistein and five lanthanides complexes on the hydroxyl free radicals (OH·) was also investigated by spectrophotometric methods. The results show that the scavenging activity of the complexes is better than that of the ligand and their scavenging ability can be assembled in the following order: Sm>La>Dy>Eu>Tb>L.
