Development of Bio-fertilizer Standard in China and Establishment of Standard System

Over the past decade,national standard and industry standard of bio-fertilizer have been gradually established in China. Moreover,the microbial fertilizer standard system with Chinese characteristics has been firstly established by China in the world. Development of bio-fertilizer standard,especially the amplification and modification of bio-fertilizer product standard and the construction of bio-fertilizer standard system,etc. were summarized in this paper. Meanwhile,relative suggestions of existing problems were put forward.

Study on Designing Standards System Framework of Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication

A preliminary feasibility study was set up for the HNBM standard system. By introducing the set theory and basic methods of the solid geometry and adopting the Verman three-dimensional structure ideology innovatively, the standards system of Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication (HNBM) was studied with the four-dimensional structure and integration by combining with the time dimension. The four-dimensional structure standards system will be useful for guiding the construction of the HNBM standards system, carrying on the division of labor and realizing the dynamic development of the standards system. The standards set of HNBM helps to computer programming and information management.

A holistic strategy for quality and safety control of traditional Chinese medicines by the “iVarious” standard system

An effective quality control system is the key to ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs). However, the current quality standard research lacks top-level design and systematic design,mostly based on specific technologies or evaluation methods. To resolve the challenges and questions of quality control of TCMs, a brand-new quality standard system, named "iVarious", was proposed. The system comprises eight elements in a modular format. Meaning of every element was specifically illustrated via corresponding research instances. Furthermore, frankincense study was taken as an example for demonstrating standards and research process, based on the "i Various" system. This system highlighted a holistic strategy for effectiveness,security, integrity and systematization of quality and safety control standards of TCMs. The establishment of"i Various" integrates multi-disciplinary technologies and progressive methods, basis elements and key points of standard construction. The system provides a novel idea and technological demonstration for regulation establishment of TCMs quality standards.

The Standard System and Quality and Safety Standards for Banana in China

Banana is an important tropical fruit and China is the world's third largest banana producer. The standardization level of banana industry not only affects the yield and quality of banana,but also plays an important role in promoting the production standardization and industrialization of other tropical crops. Through the analysis of revision,publicity and implementation of banana standard system in China as well as the study on its standard system and quality and safety standards,it is found that there are some problems such as irrational banana standard structure,short period of validity of standard,low level of quality and safety standards,and loose link between standards and production. At the same time,some recommendations are put forward in order to guide the standardized production and trade,research and management of banana and promote sustained,healthy and stable development of the banana industry in China.

Integrated Standardization and Systems Engineering Management

Integrated standardization is one of the fundamenta l forms of modern standardization. It is the combination of system science and the content of standardization. The traditional measure which establish the respective standard separately must be replaced by multi-spetialty standa rdization in large spectrum. The current situation and the development of syste m science has provided theoretic foundation and precondition for this kind of st andardization. Product or project can be managed with system engineering of proj ect, while the correspond standardization can be managed with system engineering of standardization. Integrated standardization virtually is system engineering of standardization, w hich use the theory to deal with the problem about standardization . This thesis included 3 chapters: 1. the brief summary of integrated standardization and sys tem engineering management in the development of type in foreign countries; 2. t he current situation and existing problems in the development of products; 3. ho w to organize and actualize integrated standardization and system engineering ma nagement in the development of products.

A Standards System for the Proteetion and Utilization of Wild Fauna and Flora in China

This paper analyzed the current state of protection and utilization of wild fauna and flora and its standardization. The principles needed to establish a standardized system for the protection and utilization of wild fauna and flora were put forward. A comprehensive standards system consisting of the basic standards, technical regulations, and various other standards related to products, epidemic disease prevention and control, first-aid and propagation, viewing and hunting was proposed. Such a standards system will play an important role for wild fauna and flora protection and utilization in China.

Analysis on the Technical Standardization System of Juvenile Product in Europe and the United States of America and Strategies of Technical Measures of Trade

China is the largest country in the trade of juvenile products in the world. However, the products suffered the loss of technical barriers to trade from Europe and the United States of America increased year by year. This paper analyzes the standard system of juvenile products in Europe and the United States of America with the method of standard comparison, to find its relative technical advantages, explore the reasons for the recall notification of juvenile products exported to the above regions by China, propose strategies for breaking down the technical measures of trade, and promote the development of international juvenile product export trade.

Application research on large-scale battery energy storage system under Global Energy Interconnection framework

In the context of constructing Global Energy Interconnection(GEI), energy storage technology, as one of the important basic supporting technologies in power system, will play an important role in the energy configuration and optimization. Based on the most promising battery energy storage technology, this paper introduces the current status of the grid technology, the application of large-scale energy storage technology and the supporting role of battery energy storage for GEI. Based on several key technologies of large-scale battery energy storage system, preliminary analysis of the standard system construction of energy storage system is made, and the future prospect is put forward.

地方气象标准体系构成浅析——以吉林省为例

气象标准体系是气象标准化工作的规划和指引,标准构成分析可直观了解气象标准化工作现状。本文以吉林省气象标准体系为例,对照《气象高质量发展纲要(2022-2035年)》要求,浅析地方气象标准体系的具体构成特点,明确气象服务保障是目前气象标准化工作的突出领域,数值天气预报、资源开发利用、专业气象服务、气象灾害监测预警和重大突发事件保障等是目前气象标准化工作的重点方向,提出各业务领域全面加强标准化培训工作以及标准化管理工作需求和建议,以期为各地方气象标准体系建设及标准化工作发展提供科学参考。

OPEN ARCHITECTURE CNC SYSTEM HITCNC AND KEY TECHNOLOGY

Aiming at the characteristics of modularity and reconfigurable in open architecture computer numerical control （CNC） system, the open architecture CNC system, Harbin Institute of Tech- nology computer numerical control （HITCNC）, is researched and manufactured based on the interface standards. The system＇s external interfaces are coincident with the corresponding international standards, and the internal interfaces follow the open modular architecture controller （OMAC） agreement. In the research and manufacturing process, object-oriented technology is used to ensure the openness of the HITCNC, and static programming is applied in the CNC system according to the idea of modularization disassembly. The HITCNC also actualizes real-time and unreal-time modules adopting real-time dynamical linked library （RTDLL） and component object model （COM）. Finite state ma- chine （FSM） is adopted to do dynamically modeling of HITCNC. The complete separation between the software and the hardware is achieved in the HITCNC by applying the SoftSERCANS technique. The application of the above key techniques decreases the programming workload greatly, and uses software programs replacing hardware functions, which offers plenty technique ensures for the openness of HITCNC. Finally, based on the HITCNC, a three-dimensional milling system is established. On the system, series experiments are done to validate the expandability and interchangeability of HITCNC. The results of the experiments show that the established open architecture CNC system HITCNC is correct and feasible, and has good openness.

影像检查规范化及管理体系建设与实施

基于“健康中国”战略的正式实施,为响应我国“十四五”时期党中央以及国务院对于人民群众医疗高质量发展的要求,通过优化医疗资源的利用效率,降低就医负担,并保障医疗质量以及安全;其内容包括影像检查规范化。本研究基于文献查阅以及江苏省影像规范化执行现状提出建设性意见和建议;影像检查规范化需要行政部门和医疗机构的体系支撑,同时还要有行业以及设备厂家的技术保障;行政主管部门制定和定期更新符合我国国情的影像指南以及具体实施细则,加强影像平台数据库建设,建立影像检查管理与评估体系,加大影像质控覆盖范围。医疗机构基于影像检查指南以及相关制度,强化培训并严格落实考核制度,执行影像检查和报告的智能质控和评价系统;开设独立的影像门诊或多科室联合门诊,提高临床诊疗的科学性和精准性。医务人员加强学习和执行相关检查指南以及实施细则,基于多学科诊疗平台提高规范化影像检查水平,积极开展影像新技术的研发和应用,提高影像检查的高效性和诊断的精准性。通过制定统一的符合我国国情和时代的影像指南以及影像工作实施细则,执行具体规范措施和方案,大力推进影像检查规范化。

At last, some suggestions were made on setting and implementing the system of aquat- ic environmental monitoring methods in China.

医学影像相关专业实习导师制的实践探讨

医学生实习导师制作为人才培养新模式,在临床实习教学中具有很多优势。大连医科大学附属第二医院放射科在多年的导师制实践中进行了不断的改革与完善。包括综合衡量导师与学生各项素质,从而甄选合格的实习导师,并进行导师与学生的双向选择,建立完整考核体系。并在教学过程中实现教学内容的标准化和对学生的个性化培养,规范导师群体考评奖惩制度等一系列管理制度的完善与发展。同时也在实施过程中发现导师教学未尽其职、学生积极性欠佳以及教学方式、内容受限等一系列的问题,导致教学成果不理想。当然,导师制的优势也在逐步展现,不仅使实习学生在学习、工作甚至科研创新等多方面收获良多,而且对参与其中的实习导师的教学与个人发展也意义颇深。随着导师制的发展,其存在的问题将不断完善,定会培养更多优秀的毕业生。

Hardware Implementation and System Control Strategy of Videoconference System Based on Rec. H. 261

The design and realization of a videoconference system based on international recommendation are introduced in this paper, and the hardware implementation of video codec based on ITU-T H. 261 is briefly discussed. Furthermore, the buffer control method and the adaptive control strategy for quantization are proposed, which are adaptive and robust. This system can be operated under the transmission rate ranging from 128kb/s to 2Mb/s. With these strategies for the videoconference system, the high quality image is obtained. The time delay of the system is about half a second.

我国建筑结构检测与评定标准体系分析研究

随着我国住房和城乡建设事业的快速发展,对工程质量和结构安全有了更高的要求,迫切需要对建筑结构检测与评定技术及标准体系进行深入研究。介绍了我国建筑结构检测与评定技术的发展历程,并基于标准层级、应用范围、检测技术和评定内容四个维度,对我国现有的建筑结构检测评定标准体系进行了系统梳理和深入的分析。研究发现,现行标准体系存在整体性、系统性不足以及缺乏有力技术支撑等方面的问题,尤其在新技术、新材料、新工艺不断涌现的背景下,标准体系亟需更新和完善。基于上述研究,建议全面梳理和整合现有检测与评定技术,加强标准与科研的互动,推进标准体系的改革,优化政府供给的推荐性标准,并加强团体标准的质量管理。这些建议旨在为我国建筑结构检测与评定标准体系的完善提供理论支撑,为我国建筑行业的可持续发展提供有益参考。

产业数字化转型背景下基于现场工程师培养的学徒培养标准构建

基于现场工程师培养的学徒培养标准构建,有利于增强高职教育培养符合产业数字化转型需要的技术技能人才。针对校企合作不深导致对学徒培养标准不够重视、学徒培养标准与产业数字化岗位标准对接不足、学徒培养标准引领性不强等问题,基于现场工程师培养的学徒培养标准构建需要坚持专业建设与产业数字化转型的匹配,课程标准与岗位标准、素养标准的匹配以及学历与现场工程师身份的匹配。基于现场工程师培养的学徒培养标准实践路径为:坚持政校行企“四主体”跨界联通;加强与产业数字化岗位的“同频共振”;重构理实一体化课程教学体系。
