Enhancing Collaborative Talent Development:A Two-Tutor System Model for Chinese Universities and Enterprises

This paper explores the collaboration between P University in Guangzhou and Guangdong enterprises for talent development,utilizing a phenomenological research approach.The study includes participants from students,teachers,and enterprise employees.It uncovers challenges such as differing talent development philosophies,a gap between university education and practical teaching,and an imbalance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.The paper proposes solutions,emphasizing the need for urgent action to drive educational reform.It also highlights the benefits for students,school administrators,and enterprises.The research methodology,data collection,and analysis process are detailed.The aim is to provide theoretical support for enhancing cooperation between education and industry.

基于超效率DEA模型的长江经济带科技人才开发效率时空分异研究

以长江经济带11个省市为研究对象,建立科技人才开发效率综合评价指标体系,运用超效率DEA模型和Malmquist-DEA指数对2005—2015年间长江经济带科技人才开发效率进行测算与动态分析,结果显示:长江经济带在考察期末,科技人才开发效率呈现收敛趋势。从区域空间分布来看,上游地区稳中有升,中游地区科技人才开发效率基本上处于洼地,而下游地区则长期处于领先地位;从动态时间序列分析,技术进步是影响长江经济带整体及内部各省市科技人才开发效率提升的主要因素。
