Zero-determinant strategies in iterated multi-strategy games

Self-serving,rational agents sometimes cooperate to their mutual benefit.The two-player iterated prisoner′s dilemma game is a model for including the emergence of cooperation.It is generally believed that there is no simple ultimatum strategy which a player can control the return of the other participants.The zero-determinant strategy in the iterated prisoner′s dilemma dramatically expands our understanding of the classic game by uncovering strategies that provide a unilateral advantage to sentient players pitted against unwitting opponents.However,strategies in the prisoner′s dilemma game are only two strategies.Are there these results for general multi-strategy games?To address this question,the paper develops a theory for zero-determinant strategies for multi-strategy games,with any number of strategies.The analytical results exhibit a similar yet different scenario to the case of two-strategy games.The results are also applied to the Snowdrift game,the Hawk-Dove game and the Chicken game.

Students in higher vocational colleges are faced with difficult problems such as slow employment,which highlights the dislocation between education and the market.This study surveyed thousands of students and hundreds of enterprises,and put forward docking strategies.The analysis shows that the mismatch between skills adaptation and literacy is the main cause of slow employment.To this end,research and design training programs,including curriculum restructuring,school-enterprise cooperation practice platforms,and employment-oriented quality improvement plans are imperative.At the same time,we will develop teaching modules for career planning to enhance competitiveness and ensure that the content is synchronized with industry standards.After the implementation,the employment rate of students increased by 15%within six months,the degree of interconnection increased by 20%,and the degree of enterprise recognition increased by 25%.The research effectively promotes the docking of higher vocational education with the market,and has far-reaching significance for easing slow employment.

[目的/意义]文章以大学生为研究对象,探究该群体信息成瘾行为的影响机制,为大学生信息成瘾行为的预防和管理提供价值参考。[方法/过程]引入刺激-机体-反应(S-O-R)理论,利用文献梳理总结大学生信息成瘾过程中的外部刺激,深度剖析机体在成瘾过程中产生的认知心理,构建大学生信息成瘾行为理论模型,运用结构方程模型实证分析大学生信息成瘾的触发路径。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,信息过载、间歇性奖励和行为管理会显著正向影响大学生的不确定性回避,进而导致大学生信息成瘾。同时,信息过载也会使大学生产生信息焦虑,信息焦虑显著正向影响大学生信息成瘾行为。面向高等院校、大学生群体和科技企业,提出针对性建议与对策,有助于完善高等院校管理体系,促进学生适应信息化环境,推动高等教育事业更好发展。

基于SFIC模型的我国竞技体育后备人才培养协同治理的现实困境与优化策略

竞技体育后备人才是为国争光的主力军,也是加快体育强国建设的重要基石。做好竞技体育后备人才培养的协同治理工作,对实现我国竞技体育事业的全面、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。该研究综合运用文献资料、逻辑分析和实地调研等方法,以修正后的协同治理SFIC模型为分析框架,从模型的结构要素出发,梳理了竞技体育后备人才培养协同治理过程中存在的现实困境,并提出了协同治理的优化路径,以期为竞技体育后备人才培养协同治理的高质量发展提供具体参考。研究发现:竞技体育后备人才培养协同治理存在协同基础亟待加强、政府职能转变和赋能不足、多元主体发育不全、保障制度建设滞后、评估反馈机制欠缺等现实困境。基于此,提出夯实协同起始条件,完善政府催化领导,优化主体协同过程,创新治理制度设计,健全结果评估反馈等优化策略。

U-G-S协同推进创新人才早期培养的国际经验与启示

本文选取美国、澳大利亚、新加坡等创新人才机制相对成熟的国家,探究其创新人才多主体早期培育项目经验,分析、归纳得出主要培养路径有四:首先,“丰富和加速”是主要培养手段,以高阶课程助力超前学习、以缩短学制促进加速学习、以暑期项目丰富课程学习;其次,以信息技术搭建资优教育平台,扩展资源网络渠道,推进创新人才培养的机会均等;再次,注重教育体系衔接,以大中小衔接体系为创新人才接续培养枢纽,确保培养质量;最后,以分类培养理念创新人才和技术创新人才为目标,建立针对性培养体系。据此,本文提出改进我国创新人才早期培养U-G-S协作机制的建议:加强政策顶层设计、扶持校企联合、增强创新人才网络资源建设、推进校本创新人才培养项目建设等。

Novel therapeutic strategies targeting mitochondria as a gateway in neurodegeneration

In recent years, multiple disciplines have focused on mitochondrial biology and contributed to understanding its relevance towards adult-onset neurodegenerative disorders. These are complex dynamic organelles that have a variety of functions in ensuring cellular health and homeostasis. The plethora of mitochondrial functionalities confers them an intrinsic susceptibility to internal and external stressors(such as mutation accumulation or environmental toxins), particularly so in long-lived postmitotic cells such as neurons. Thus, it is reasonable to postulate an involvement of mitochondria in aging-associated neurological disorders, notably neurodegenerative pathologies including Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. On the other hand, biological effects resulting from neurodegeneration can in turn affect mitochondrial health and function, promoting a feedback loop further contributing to the progression of neuronal dysfunction and cellular death. This review examines state-of-the-art knowledge, focus on current research exploring mitochondrial health as a contributing factor to neuroregeneration, and the development of therapeutic approaches aimed at restoring mitochondrial homeostasis in a pathological setting.
