The Role of Teachers’Apperception in Herbart’s Theory for Chinese Teaching in Shenzhen Primary Schools of China

This paper deeply analyzes the practical application of Herbart’s educational concept in contemporary education and teaching,especially its guiding significance to the primary school Chinese classroom in Shenzhen area.Herbart proposed that teachers should play a key role in students’cognitive process,that is,help students better understand and master new knowledge by combining it with existing knowledge.The survey results show that although teachers have some understanding of Herbart’s educational philosophy,it is not widely used in the concrete teaching process.However,the study also shows that there is a positive relationship between Herbart’s theory and students’academic performance,indicating that it plays an important role in improving students’interest and engagement in learning.The research also reveals the differences between educational concepts and practices,as well as the uneven distribution of educational resources,and puts forward measures to alleviate these contradictions,such as strengthening teacher training,improving teaching methods,and emphasizing moral education.At the same time,the study also highlights the critical role of teachers in promoting knowledge integration,arousing learning enthusiasm,shaping students’moral character,and promoting personal and professional growth.

A Survey into Teachers＇ Roles in Web-based College English Autonomous Learning

The paper, with the backdrop of web-based autonomous learning put forward by the recent college English teaching reform, aims to explore teachers＇ roles in this learning process in students＇ perception through the means of questionnaires and interviews. Discussion on Teacher's Role under Life Threatening Circumstances

This paper first reviewed a controversial case in which a teacher ran away from his students in a earthquake. Several educational ethnic questions were aroused from the case: Is protecting students part of teacher's job? To what extent should it be applied? etc. Then the author aims to answer these questions based on a real case study from philosophical perspective, that is, analyzing teacher's role(i) as a human being;(ii) as a educator;(iii) as a educatee. Finally the paper concludes that teachers should protect their students even under life threatening circumstances.

ZnFe-LDHs型固井水泥H_(2)S防腐剂制备及性能评价

我国高酸性油气田资源丰富,但在开发过程中固井水泥石将长期受到H_(2)S等酸性介质的侵蚀,严重威胁到油气井的施工和安全生产。针对此问题,采用水热共沉淀法制备了ZnFe-LDHs型H_(2)S防腐剂,并将掺有优选出的ZnFe-LDHs的水泥石置于5%浓度的Na_(2)S溶液中分别在常温及60℃下浸泡1、3、7、14、28 d,通过抗压强度测试、XRD、SEM等表征手段,分析ZnFe-LDHs对水泥石的防H_(2)S腐蚀能力和作用机理。结果表明,晶化温度为90℃下制备的Zn/Fe物质的量的比为(1~4)∶1的ZnFe-LDHs性能较好,均可提高水泥石的抗压强度,且强度随着Zn/Fe物质的量的比增加而增大,即掺加了Zn/Fe物质的量的比为4∶1的ZnFe-LDHs水泥石的作用效果最为明显,其强度增长了10.11%,而经Na2S溶液浸泡后,其早期强度降低,浸泡7 d时其强度相比于浸泡前在常温及60℃下分别增长了8.73%、4.96%,7 d后强度基本趋于稳定,这是由于ZnFe-LDHs能促进水化反应,并在浸泡后期与Na2S反应生成ZnS,提高水泥石的致密性,从而有效防止H_(2)S对水泥石的腐蚀。

Teacher＇s contribution to ELL on the basis of constructivism

Constructivism is a psychological theory of knowledge which argues that humans construct knowledge and meaning from their experiences. The learner-centered approach is advocated by constructivism. And constructivism emphasizes the importance of the learner being actively involved in the learning process. Thus teacher＇s task has changed to construct and arrange learning environment. In this environment, student is planner, monitor and also evaluator; while teacher acts as administrator, organizer, catalyst, facilitator, consultant, diagnostician, guide, and model of learning instead of the source of knowledge, the disseminator of knowledge and the implanter in the learning process. As for ELL of the tertiary-level students, teachers should have some new teaching methods with the instruction of constructivism, such as transmitting knowledge, exposing learners to tasks, creating a supportive learning environment, etc.

乌什M_(S)7.1地震引起新55井、新46井水位水温同震响应分析

为研究乌什M_(S)7.1地震引起新55井、新46井水位不同程度的响应变化,对比分析观测井水位的同震响应特征,从含水层渗透性变化和地震波能量密度探讨了同震响应机理。结果表明:①伽师新55井和乌什新46井同震响应形态主要表现为井水位的大幅快速上升。②固体潮计算分析结果表明当地震波作用于新55井和新46井时,前者垂向水力交换增强,水平向水力交换减弱,含水层的水与井水进行交换,引起井水位同震上升变化;后者含水层渗透性增加,含水层水与井水进行交换,引起井水位同震上升变化。③地震能量密度计算结果显示新55井比新46井容易触发同震响应,这种差异性的响应可能与井含水层岩性有关。
